I called 2 other places. Both said that they would reply within 2 hours. Well, 2 days later I still had no reply. Mr Fix told me to come right in. 15 minutes later my phone was fixed. Also the price was much less than the other places that I called.

I can't stress enough how this place puts its customers first. I went back to this place two times after already fixing my phone because I had minor problems with the LCD and they just simply removed and replaced my screen twice. This place really does care about customer service and they put that before anything which is what makes them a great place to get your phone fixed personally. Great service and decent prices.

Awful place!!! I came in with a cracked screen and left with a phone that is broken!! They broke my home button so I can't use Touch ID anymore on it! And he lied to me and said it was a glitch in the new IOS update! What scammers!! And they also put a protective screen on my phone and right when I left the place there was already a crack in it, mind you I didn't even drop my phone yet! I'm going back today to get a full refund, the second place I went to fix my phone they told me I should get a new phone because it's overheating and they ruined my home button. DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT MORE OF A BROKEN PHONE THEIR A RIP OFF

Replaced an iPhone 6s screen with them, was told I had a 1 year warranty as long as I kept my receipt. When I returned with receipt in had because I was having issues with the touch screen, they then said that it was a 60 day warrenty but that he would “hook me up” and charge me $50 top of the $90 I had already paid to replaced the faulty screen I had already paid for. All in all bad customer service and even worst parts.

My mother and I stopped here the other day to ask if they fix computers. First we were recieved immediately by the worker behind the counter. I was just commenting at how fast he had offered help, until we came to find out he had absolutely no idea what he was doing. Very quickly we realized we had spoken to someone who wasnt currently at the store on the phone, and tried to work it out. Next another couple came in, waving around a phone in the middle of our conversation with this worker. Almost instantly we were forgotten about so he could start chatting with those people over the phone. We were ignored and waiting for at least ten minutes before we did end up moving on and out of the store. Unless it's a small job and you're willing to be forgotten mid-conversation, I don't suggest this place.
