They charged me 4 digits at my pizzeria, come to find out they couldn't do the installation correctly and there was a gas leak. We had to evacuate for the day. Lost a whole days business plus the aggravation of me and the help. When I went back for some kind of compensation or a sincere apology, the p.o.s. behind the counter was extra rude. DO NOT do business with these amateurs.

Had a bad experience with them a couple years ago, pricey bill with no work performed had to fix it myself but I did not give a bad review until now. They're the service company for blodgett and will not come service the oven because I expressed my disappointment with the service I received on the tech visit a couple years ago. I will have to do business with a Massachusetts or Connecticut company.

Took over 2 months to get our kitchen aid mixer fixed. Staff was friendly but repair took way too long.

Fast turnaround time and friendly staff. One of the few Kitchenaid repair centers in New England as a whole. Our mixer just stopped working one day and they had it repaired, cleaned, lubed, and shipped in about a week for a very fair price (Less than half of what Kitchenaid was going to charge us). They do require all items to be shipped in a Kitchenaid box with molded foam for liability reasons so that was an extra cost this time but we will save the box in case we need it again. It is always good to see things get repaired in a throw away world, hopefully these guys don't go anywhere. Parking available around the back of the building, street parking is almost always full and it's a busy street.
