They fixed our HP laptop screen in August of 2017 for $60 less than we were quoted at three other places. I had no idea we could do a Google review or I would have done it back then. But better late than never. LoL The service was quick and the owner was professional and friendly. We would give them our business again in a heartbeat. We want to support local businesses whenever possible.

So grateful to have found Kernel! The staff removed the broken charger piece that the Apple Store wouldn't touch. Now the phone charges, works beautifully, and all the pictures can be recovered. AND the service was fast and the price was so reasonable. Don't go anywhere else!

I brought my laptop in a couple weeks ago because the fan was not working properly. Not only did Erlon take at look at the laptop right away, but he determined the issue was due to plastic debris from where the screen hinge mounted to the back cover that had broken loose that was periodically jamming the fan blades. In about 45 minutes, he had the machine apart, debris removed, the fan blown out and tested, and the laptop back together in perfect working order. He even adjusted the tension on the hinges to make the screen easier to open. The cost was incredibly reasonable. Erlon did not even mind that my wife and I watched while he was working and asked questions. I received excellent, professional, friendly, and prompt service. I would highly recommend KERNEL for any computer repairs. I certainly will be coming back for any future issues I may experience.

I showed up at their door 30 minutes before closing with several customers in front of me holding my PC, no problem, they tested my system and ran it through several tests clearing several old connection passwords, problems resolved. I left there after the place was officially closed and not once did I feel rushed in anyway. I will go there with future PC problems customer service is excellent. 5 stars!

This place is amazing. It is everything that Apple Support is NOT. They are able to not only repair hardware issues, but also able to fix many software problems as well. They go so far beyond just replacing a cracked screen. Their pricing is very fair and response is excellent. I have been taking my various computer, iphone, ipad, ipod pieces to them for over a year. Don't buy new. See if you can get it repaired first. The way things used to be!

Not only did they repair/fix everything we gave them. But they gave us AWESOME pricing! And it doesn't stop there! The Labor is inexpensive! And they actually did Complimentary repairs for us! This Place is Awesome! And I think you should go here if you need Something repaired! He Repairs/Fixes Cell Phones&Computers. He can also Fix Game Consoles! Run Here!
