Dave saved me fro spending $$$$. My laptop wasn't working for months although it was not even a year old and it would make the noise of starting up but the screen would not turn on. I scheduled an appointment with best buy and within a one minute chat, they told me that it was either the motherboard or a wire problem connecting the motherboard to the screen. So needless to say I was ready to buy a new laptop but the best buy guy told me to go to D.A. Computer and it was the best thing. I went to Dave and told him that I had an online class and I'm still in college and I NEED my laptop. He opened it up right in front of me and told me that he can try a few things. 20 minutes later, I have my baby back up and running. It was not the motherboard or the wiring, it was a faulty piece of ram. He was so sweet about it and explained everything he was doing and what controls what. So amazing!! Sending all my college friends here!

This was my second experience at DA computer. This is an extremely professional store. I worked at different times with both the owner Dave and his assistant Mike. Both of these gentlemen were superb. They took my relatively simple problem extremely seriously. The went the extra mile for me, spending extra time on diagnosis, going out of thway to clean and organize and kept me up to date through the entire process which was resolved quickly. They are knowledgeable and able to really walk me through the more complex problems. Even better the final price was well below what I would have expected for how much work went in to this. I would recommend the DA computer team in a heartbeat.

I brought a Mac Pro in for repair. Dave took it in and repaired it. It needed a new set of batteries and a SSD drive. ok so he fixed it. its how he fixed it that rates an A+ with me. He called me every step of the way informing me f the progress. HE CALLED ME. I didn't have to chase him, or listen to excuses. so I pick it up. I found that I needed an admin password. I went on D A's website and there was a chat feature. it was. Sunday and lo and behold, Dave came on the line and answered me. Dave is great. When my son broke his computer I thought it was done. But then D.A. Computers was recommended to me by two different people (one of them Best Buy). I gave Dave a shot and I wasn't sorry. I took in my computer and determined he could fix it but it would take a week. He put the computer back together so that I could use it for the week and even let me borrow an accessory so that it would work. He fixed the computer and charged me a reasonable rate. I recommend D.A. Computers to anyone.

Came in here for the first time a month ago when my work laptop's screen quit working on me. After a quick diagnosis, Brian (I think is his name) gave me a quote to fix it, but I decided instead to just buy a new one because I needed it for work and couldn't wait. He was helpful throughout, and even suggested coming back if I wanted to sell the old laptop after I transferred the data. Well, I did that and met the owner (again, I think), and he's equally as nice and helpful. He cut me a check for my old laptop and offered me some solutions for setting up my new one. It's good to have these kind of down-to-earth shops still present, and this place definitely deserves your business. I will be back, too, with any new issues that hopefully don't pop up.

Such a good place! I was struggling on my noisy computer during school final, and David was so helpful, he helped me clean my computer and I was able to get it on Sunday even if they don't work on that day!

Went it couldn't fix it,which is fine. I bring it to another place to get it repaired and as they do it I'm also watching and they picked out thst my lap top missed a footing and a few screws and a small indentation in the corner of the keyboard...if you have a $800 dollar laptop...i wouldn't recommend it.
