Jennifer is very thorough and explains (and writes down!) everything very well. I had an 8 year old computer, Jennifer tested it first before she started working on it to make sure I wasn't wasting my money. She cleaned it and wiped it, reloaded Windows 10 (which didn't work on my old computer ) and updated the software. The repairs were done for a reasonable charge, and she met my timeline that was very tight. She is excellent at communicating the problems, possible solutions and recommending a course of action without pressure. She is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her based on my experience as a small business owner.

I had asked Jen to do a custom gaming p.c. years ago. Back in 2012 I think? I still game at a competitive level using this same machine. A lot of time and effort went into this build but years later, I couldn't ask for a better machine. Thanks.

I was having problems with certain keys not working on my laptop so after doing research on a laptop repair place I came across this one. I called & immediately got the owner. She's very knowledgeable & a sweetheart! She is very honest & went over how much everything would cost & explained to me the process to fix it. Lucky for me I just needed a replacement keyboard but now I know if I need any repairs or questions I can call her. She believes in being fair & honest which is hard to find in any business! If you need any repair on your computer/laptop you have to go to her. You won't regret it!

The only good luck I had was finding Jennifer to help me with a major crises my mac computer died and I thought I lost all of my data. I called her from the airport and we made a plan to meet the following day. I did have a Mac IT guy so I thought for the past 20 years who never returned my call which surprised me and was very disappointed since I had spent thousands of dollars for his service over the years. Jennifer took on my crises and immediately did a diagnostic test on my computer and stated I would need to get another computer my computer could not be fixed she researched on ebay to locate the same model and found exactly the same computer. I will only go to Jennifer for any of my computer needs and will always recommend her to anyone that is looking for an honest, fair and gets to the problem immediately. There are many choices when you search for an IT person for help with fixing your computer I hope you get as lucky as I did and you land at Jennifer's door you will be very satisfied my next computer purchase will only be through Jennifer at Common Courtesy Computer perfect name for Jennifer's company.
