Went to repair my iPhone 6 screen also put a 20$ screen protector he charged me for the front. Got home after he told me the screen should go down because it was popped up still.!!! Phone fell from 1 foot up flat on its face and of course the top got 2 cracks!!!! The screen protector he sold me was crap like plexi glass and cracks like plexi.!!! Now my screen has 2 pieces on he top that want to fall off and my screen never "went back down" it's still popping up. Also where the piece of the screen came out he tried to glue the screen down!! These screens I watched videos how to repair and they don't require glueing down.!!! They pop/clip in. 120$ down the drain and I'm in the same boat agin .... Terrible experience will never see me there agin and will tell everyone I no also not to go there.....

After reading the reviews I decided it was worth the trip from Newport to Providence. I was NOT disappointed After realizing he did not have the correct part in stock for my older Iphone, he asked if I would mind waiting while he went to his other shop and got one. He then closed his shop and drove to Pawtucket. He also put on a screen saver which he did not charge me for. Service is clearly their #1 priority. Well worth the trip

Went in to repair an iPhone 5 mic that had quit working. T-Mobile had already replaced it once for the same issue and its warranty had expired. They replaced it in less than an hour and off I went. They couldn't test it because the phone had been reset and was at the startup screen. The replacement mic didn't work 100% and was muffled. I took it back a week later (after using speakerphone for the duration) and they replaced it and tested it, no charge. They even waited an extra 10 mins after their closing time for me to pick it up on a Saturday. They easily could've closed and made me come back Monday, no phone until Monday! But they waited patiently while I was stuck in Waterfire traffic downtown. Overall great little shop, friendly and fast service. The repair costs are reasonable compared to getting a new (or refurbished) phone. I would recommend it to anyone who needs cellphone repair. Definitely not the kind of stuff you want to try to do yourself at home, and I am a DIYer myself!

This will be an objective review, no emotion. I brought in my phone for repair, the screen replaced was defective. The owner Eli wanted me to bring back the phone asap so he could remove the part as the adhesive was only becoming more affixed and he needed to get it off without damaging it (reasonable request). First estimate was 4-7 days. I refused. Next estimate was 1-2 days. I refused. This was because the defective screen was being swapped for a new one and he needed to wait for the part, I wanted same day service as I need my phone for work. He kept talking about "why should I have to put up the money for the replacement". I said I would bring it in as soon as he had the part to do the same day repair. He then said 1-2 days was the best he could offer. I called Square Trade as I was unhappy with his offer and they stated the repair shop needed to have the part in stock before requiring me to come in. I told Eli this and he immediately became hostile. Started calling me "buddy" and being rude. I tried to say "sorry we could not work something out" and he cut me off mid sentence with "I don't need your apologies". My wife was also supposed to have her screen repaired there and he told me that she'll need to go somewhere else. I dropped my phone off and got it back in like new condition. A bunch of settings on my phone were off (view was magnified, default text messaging application was changed, etc.) but Eli claimed he knew nothing about it. Samsung customer service states the only way those changes could occur was by doing so on the phone, that a screen swap would have no impact on that functionality. I frankly don't care at this point, its been adjusted and the phone works great. Long story short, a very awkward, unprofessional, and time consuming process. Needless to say I will not ever interact with this business again. EDIT: owner must have stumbled upon my review and decided to send me a passive aggressive text message. Emotional, hostile, and unprofessional.

I had gone to sprint to get my iPhone 6s fixed because it wouldn't charge and when it did sometimes the battery wouldnt hold a charge. They said the phone wasn't any good and there was no fixing this phone. Apparently, I'm on it now and it's never worked better thanks to cellular medic. I walked into the cellular medic shop and spoke with the tech (Angel). I then told him what was going on and Immediately the tech got to work with the phone. He took it apart and diagnosed my phone before closing time which was highly appreciated. Although it was late, the tech did not try to rush me out and helped me to the fullest extent. I would recommend this shop to ANYONE and EVERYONE. Thanks again to the service agent/tech at cellular medic, I'm fully satisfied with the service I was provided.

Not a happy customer got my screen fixed paid extra for a glass screen protector. My phone falls once and my screen protector broke and my actually phone screen broke. I go back to them since they were promoting the screen protector is the best and how u can throw the phone across the room and there would be no damage. The same guy who helped us was there and wanted another $118.00 to fix the phone. It should be free since the product failed. Then he's like okay I'll take $10 off. Not a happy customer and I will tell ppl on social media of the poor service.

I had gone to sprint to get my iPhone 6s fixed because it wouldn't charge and when it did sometimes the battery wouldnt hold a charge. They said the phone wasn't any good and there was no fixing this phone. Apparently, I'm on it now and it's never worked better thanks to cellular medic. I walked into the cellular medic shop and spoke with the tech (Angel). I then told him what was going on and Immediately the tech got to work with the phone. He took it apart and diagnosed my phone before closing time which was highly appreciated. Although it was late, the tech did not try to rush me out and helped me to the fullest extent. I would recommend this shop to ANYONE and EVERYONE. Thanks again to the service agent/tech at cellular medic, I'm fully satisfied with the service I was provided.

Great and fast service! I took my iphone there on 4/12/19 because my speaker wasn't working. The gentleman fixed it in less than ten minutes. Very friendly and affordable place. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. :)

Upon on arrival to Providence visiting from Alaska, I shattered my screen, which was not a great way to start the holiday. I called around and found the best deal to be cellular medic. I walked in and within 20 minutes had my iPhone6 screen repaired. I also had the battery replaced for lowe cost then apple at providence place. Overall, I saved money and time. Thank you!

Not a happy customer got my screen fixed paid extra for a glass screen protector. My phone falls once and my screen protector broke and my actually phone screen broke. I go back to them since they were promoting the screen protector is the best and how u can throw the phone across the room and there would be no damage. The same guy who helped us was there and wanted another $118.00 to fix the phone. It should be free since the product failed. Then he's like okay I'll take $10 off. Not a happy customer and I will tell ppl on social media of the poor service.
