Awesome service. Broke my lcd on my iphone 7 plus and home button screw was hard to take off bc I tried to replace the screen myself. but original price to fix it was $100 so I went to this place and he offered to do it for $50 bc I bought my own screen replacement for $25. now my colors are back to normal! touch is a bit off but maybe thats bc of the screen I bought. butAWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

Half assed my phone, broke the sensor and the lock button and took my 40$ for the job as if it we're done right, don't go here, go up the street to Core Tech, it's on mineral spring and they fixed what he broke and told me what Buy Cell Fix did wrong, don't do it, go somewhere else

I shattered the screen on my iphone 5 at work today. I brought my phone to buycellfix on lunch and was able to pick it up, good as new, after work. Amy was very nice and helpful. It is so reassuring to have a reliable and reasonably priced option for screen repair. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.

I was freaking out because my iPhone 4 just stopped responding to everything even being put on the charger. I assumed the problem was the battery but could not be sure. I had the screen replaced at another place because I didn't know about BuyCellFix. The repair was successful but I was so low on $$ this time I just could not afford their prices. I found this place out if the blue, visited the site and quickly realized their prices were WAY better, even on the screen repair I had already paid for. I went and Amy replaced my battery and got my phone back in business. She even let me know I could have a used one for even cheaper! All this while chatting with me and just being really nice. Speedy, perfect customer service and great prices. Thank you!

NEVER GO HERE! THEY CHARGE MORE THAN THE PRICE LISTED ON THEIR SITE! I WAS QUOTED 40 MIN CAME BACK IN 50 MIN JUST TO BE TOLD THE GUY WHO LITERALLY DROVE IN AFTER ME WAS THERE FIRST AND I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 40 MIN! ON TOP OF THAT THE GUY WHO HAD MY PHON HAD REMOVED MY LOCK AND WAS GOING THROUGH MY PHONE!

Austin at BuyCellFix provided amazing customer service. I cracked my iPhone 6 screen and was unable to enter the passcode to access my (many) photos and personal data on the phone. He was super supportive, patient, and helpful over the phone before I drove down. In the store (no appointment needed, no wait time), he provided incredibly fast service and showed me the inside of my phone to confirm that it was in excellent condition, despite its broken screen. Austin even confirmed that the new screen would be a successful replacement before completing the service - one of my biggest concerns was that I would leave a store having paid for a partially functioning phone and this completely erased that worry for me. The phone looks like, and functions like new. I was impressed with the entire experience and would highly recommend having screens replaced at this business.

The lady who owns this place with her husband (I believe her name is Pam) is so sweet and gets the job done very quickly! I have gotten about 4 screens fixed by her, my friend has gotten about 10. Always very satisfied with both the price and the speed of the installation. I would recommend to anyone!

Went to another local repair shop first & got a bad vibe. Estimate from that shop was $120 for the screen& "they had to do a low level reset.." BuyCellFix was honest & quick! $85 to swap out my screen within an hour with a 90 day warranty. All my data was FINE & no low level reset (go figure..) Very happy customer & highly recommended!!

They are the best! Not only did Amy get me a great deal on a iPhone 6s but they helped me setup my new phone! She even ensured all the devices I was selling were disconnected from my account and erased! I got a great deal on a glass screen protector for my new phone and a very comfortable case that I love. I’m so happy with my new phone and it is working flawlessly! I even witnessed Amy help another customer with a charging issue for free! They offer free diagnostics so if you have a phone issue bring it in and get it checked! So glad I came in!

They fix screens cheap, but it voids your apple warranty because it’s not OEM equipment. I got my screen repaired because my iPhone 7 had a logic board malfunction and got recalled, Apple tends to void these recalls if your phone has physical damage. Apple made me pay for another screen ($160 on top of the $135 I paid for this one) again to fix my recalled phone. Then when they (Apple) opened the phone there were signs of water damage, which means the new screen that wasn’t OEM was not water tight. If they opened my phone to repair screen, they would’ve seen water damage, and should’ve noticed this and pointed it out to me if this was there before replacing glass. The screen is also about 1mm raised off of the bezel of the screen, and the color isn’t as vibrant as the Apple LED. Again, if you don’t care about voiding the warranty of the device, great shop. But I ended up paying $400 for a recalled device because of this screen repair, and it would have been $160 if I just skipped this shop and went to Apple.
