I want to shout out Daze & Michelle!!!, Initially I was very unhappy with my services for my water damaged phone. After some frustration and some calls Michelle invited me into the store so we could resolve my issues. During that meeting I was able to have a face to face with Daze who at the end made me smile. I received great customer service, several apologies, a brand new working phone, several free accessories, a receipt, and last but not least a warranty on all products given to me. First and last time, I called ahead with the name , model and problem with my phone. I was told yes 1st. lie,, and itll take 1 and 1/2 hours 2nd lie. To top it off it was a slight issue with refunding my money. I went to Frankford and Montgomery in Fishtown LOVED IT!!!

Ordered an iphone 8 plus for 485$, on the phone the young lady i spoke to was very nice and helpful, she told me it'll arrive in two days since I live across the bridge..... but it took close to a week to arrive, the young lady reached out to me and updated me on the situation. Got 2 iPhone 6 from them before I moved to Florida let them know I was moving and I can’t come back the guy said the phone are in great condition bit one phone could not contact to any SIM card and the other phone you have to press the buttons like 5 time just for it to work and on top of that the phone cuts off like it’s dead and when you put it on the charger it come on fully charged they tell me to mail it back like I still don’t have a phone bill to pay and how do I know they gone mail me back out phones that even work

After a week and $300, my phone still freezes, but, your "supervisor " says it's working and I'm doing it wrong. Firstly, if there was no stylus, this phone is literally a paperweight. I have to use it to type texts, access notifications, make calls,etc. No response from "manager" Sharp or instagram message. My first and last time!

I was told on the first day when I called to text my IMEI to see if it can be unlocked, I did just that now mine you I’m trying to get my phone back working, someone texted me back to see what phone company I’m with I told him, now I’m on day two NO RESPONSE I’ve been on hold for over 20 mins a girl picked up hung up and now I’m back to square one back on a longggggg hold. I asked at least 6 different repair shops for an iphone screen + battery replacement. Phillie Wireless didn't just offer the best deal, but assured me I could have apple certified components. Everyone who works there was so kind. I appreciated that they truly cared I was getting exactly what I wanted. I did run into one issue, but the moment I raised my concern the owner and his team cleared it up, no questions asked! I cannot imagine any other repair shop offering any better care than these guys.

I never had a problem with my Phillie wireless until today. I was a loyal customer, I loved the store. I’d usually come to the store about twice a month for a new case here and there etc. They have the best deals in America, but hard to say, I now think they’re full of s*** . I was texting someone from their Instagram page about How I can give them my old fully paid $800 iPhone 7plus for free if they can fix the screen to my new iPhone 7plus but I told them the screen to the old one was demolished as in completely gone. He asked for pictures and he seen how damaged it was and still told me to come in today. Once I came in, thinking that I’ll get my screen fixed, he told me no they didn’t wanna carry on with the trade. This is not the first problem I had with this store but I still continued to come here and they have yet to show me that they’re the reliable. If you already seen what the phone looked like, why didn’t you just say you weren’t interested from the beginning before I came ? That was a waste of time and I don’t know if I’ll be back. They do have the best deals, but, they’re not as legit as they make themselves seem. I need the most loyal customer service, don’t feed your customers with reasons to never come back. And I hope whoever is behind the Instagram account reads this to know what you did to a loyal customer.

Black market company conveniently located smack in the middle of the roughest neighborhood in philly (north philadelphia), i came in to get my iphone screen repaired after waiting 2 hours of hearing the the most offensive language and conversation between staff and customers i asked about my phone and it turned out to have been done for awhile as they just watched me wait in the seat. Just as another customer reviewed they hadn't told me of another problem about my phone till it was brought back to pay for. I was told my battery was broken and dure enough 3 days later now my phond doesnt charge. Ill return tommorow without a reciept but im a returning customer so i know they can look my phone number up and find my name, the last time i was here, and why. My warranty should still be in effect because my phone has no external damage but I'm not expecting them to honor it, I'm expecting too be addressed with a passive aggressive manner and reminded of the 40$ I have to pay for a "replacement" battery because apparently somethings wrong with mine AKA they stole it. This is the equivalent to the shady mechanic whos constantly fixing one thing and coming back telling you something else is broken

I just talked to Apple support because they advised me to because they said my phone had touch disease with there is no such thing it’s the screens they are placing on the phones. Apple really educated me. These iPhones have gold in them literally. Please call them I can’t make these things up. You guys are messing up your phones an voiding any and every apple Warrenty. It’s a business they are taking our original apple products and giving us black market products. Oh my gosh the customer service was so great they gave me the best deals. My phone had a hairline crack and I wanted to get it fixed but sharp suggested a screen protector since the crack didn't affect the functionality of the screen. I see why they say you get what you pay for smh i never ever once wrote a review about any store but this is crazy people work hard for they money and when they paying to get something fix they shouldn’t have to keep coming back with a problem they didn’t even come For first the jump, using my gas to keep coming there my time leaving work early to come there and last my two year old not having her i pad to keep her busy while I’m driving. So i took my daughter i pad to get the screen fix took a little time cause they didn’t have the screen in so ok i waiting which no one told me from the beginning They didn’t have the screen only found out after i called asking how long ok then once i get it back ok the screen fix meaning not cracked but now the i pad not working when my two year old touching it one minute she can touch something on the screen next minute she can’t so i called they stated oh they be having some disinfected screens bring it in and they will replace the screen so once again my daughter is with out a i pad while waiting for a problem on they end but i still wasn’t mad now getting the i pad again here we go again another disinfected screen and because it have a very small cracked at the bottom of the screen i can’t get it replace and the only discount they giving is $20 off meaning they want $80 plus tax to fit it like what $20 off from a problem I’m having because y’all keep putting disaffected screens on my two year old i pad and now i have to keep coming up there leaving work early and my daughter can’t play with her i pad with out a problem all i wanted was her screen fix from the cracks not put a even broken screen on there smh her screen worked waaaayyyyy better when it was cracked smh but i learn my lesson i will never go back there cause once I’m done paying them i could have paid Apple and when there one time prolli even saves money and time but because i wanted to be cheap or should i say save money the out come is i didn’t and I’m getting what i paid for lesson learn just go to Apple with your Apple products at least you know they take fault for they wrong and you don’t have to come out your pockets over and over again and waste your time
