I hesitate to tell everyone how GREAT Norm is, because then he might get too busy to help me as quickly as he did with my current problems. Norm came in and in 5 minutes, fixed 1 problem that has been plaguing me for years. He considered every issue on my list in a thoughtful way and helped me through each one, answering questions in an understandable manner. The bill was very reasonable for the work and knowledge provided, I am a fan of Mac's Tech Hut and will only be calling them in the future.

I stopped into shop to see why my IPad is not the same as my IPhone and some other issues(updates). They could have charged me $40 and he was nice enough to let me slid!!!! That to me is great customer service!!!! We will always use them for all or computer software needs! My husband had bought a laptop from them a while back and is Loving it!!!! Thanks Tech Hut!!!!

The owner and computer techs are very knowledgable and will work with you. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly. If you need any PC help go to these guys, they are the best. Also the prices are very reasonable. They even respond to you when the shop is closed, on their own time. MAC's Tech Hut is an AA++ place.

They were very helpful with getting my son's laptop fixed. I took it in, they did the job, and the price was very reasonable. I had called Best Buy first about the same job and they made it clear that they weren't interested in handling it and weren't sure they even could. Next time I go straight to MAC's.

My new favorite pc store. Way better than best buy when it comes to pc parts and accessories. I went there looking for a fan that ive had no luck finding at any of the other local retail stores. Mac had exactly what I was looking for and the price was outstanding. They have a surprisingly wide variety of parts in stock. This is my new pc store. High recommend to anyone who needs anything pc. My 5 year old laptop was overheating,so I decided to check the reviews for this service. My laptop needed complex repairs. Norm and Myles went above and beyond to carefully identify problems with me so I knew what was going on throughout the whole process. I could not be more happy with their service! Great job guys!

Took the computer i bought for my father there. Asked the guy to do some simple maintenance. He screwed my fathers computer up massivly. It was so messed up we couldnt evens set it back to factory setting. They are majorly over priced also charged me $80.00 but to add a operating system he wanted another $300. Dont go here!!!

Buying homegrown or "local" produce is in vogue and something I support, but I think that behavior extends beyond our food consumption. Whenever possible I prefer to buy non-perishable products and services from local vendors, too. There are times when availability, price and service prevent that from being possible. However, I'm happy to say that in all of my dealings with Micro Air Computers/MAC's Tech Hut, I have been very impressed by their ability to get the product I need and want, at a price that is affordable and commensurate with the product's value, all topped off with personal, quality service. I encourage you to see Norm or Phillip the next time you have a computer, gaming or technology need.

Not only did he fix my laptop, but he walked me through the steps so I know what to do in the future on my own. Highly recommend this business if you’re experiencing any technical issues!

We came in at 2pm on a Saturday and Norm had a new card installed and expert advice on all our questions!! He worked past closing time checking out how the install worked. Norm is really excellent and we appreciate this!! The cost was very reasonable for labor. We left at 3:30 and our computer was great now! Thanks MTH!!

Recently both our computers crashed, taking all our Outlook contacts with them to only Microsoft knows where. After purchasing two refurbished computers, I was left with the task of re-creating Outlook Contacts on both computers. Fortunately, I had our 2017 hard drives that we had replaced with new solid state drives, and the old drives still had all our information stored safely--including our Outlook Contacts. I took both old drives and an expansion storage drive down to Mac's Tech Hut, and one of the two resident computer genii pulled the old information from each drive and copied it onto my expansion drive, and made separate .csv files for each of our Outlook Contact files. Went home and plugged in the expansion drive and viola!! Outlook Contacts restored, a huge sigh of relief from my wife and me, and a big THANK YOU to this excellent (and very affordable) computer service business right up the street from where I live. If your computer is sick or on life support, give this guys a shot--if anyone can fix it--they probably can and for a lot less than you might think.

Best computer technicians in PA, and for a good price. When my gaming rig stopped working, I had first gone to Geek Squad where they told me my mother board was fried, and that I would need to replace it and possibly many other parts connected to it, with no way of confirming which parts were and weren't broken. They didn't have the technology to diagnose the actual problems or check which individual components were and were not working. So I went to Mac's Tech Hut instead. They had an answer for me within the day - they used their hardware to test each part individually, and confirmed that everything was working fine separately. They then figured out that we just needed to replace the power supply to get the rig working again! So instead of tossing out a good motherboard like Geek Squad recommended, or replacing multiple components that would cost me several hundred dollars each, they simply fixed up the power supply, a part that cost me about $60 bucks (plus the cost of labor, about $80). I had no way to test my components individually like that, and would have probably just ended up buying a replacement part over and over until it got fixed. They saved me heaps of money. Moreover, their service was prompt and polite. Norm, the owner, answered my emails the very same night I sent it (on a Friday, past their closing hours) and Myles, the on-site technician, was cordial and hardworking, and was very patient in explaining his process to me. I don't usually write reviews but I am very grateful for their help - I highly recommend them to anyone with any computer problems! Cancel your Geek Squad subscriptions. :)

Norm just finished building the second computer for me. The first one lasted more than 10 years and performed very well. It finally died of old age but It was time to replace Windows XP anyway. On the new computer I asked Norm if he could please try to make my very old HP LaserJet 6L run. There was a minor snag when I got the new machine home but after contacting Norm about the issue he came to my home and fixed the problem for no additional charge. GREAT SERVICE. MAC's Tech Hut is definitely the place to go for a new computer and any follow up service.

When I knew it was time that I "HAD" to get a new computer I was feeling complete dread and anxiety. Norm make this perhaps the easiest thing that I have ever done I was very worried about a lifetime of photographs and videos of family that have passed and Norm had this all taken care of with out one lost item, icon or favorite in three days. And man is this thing fast as "greased lightning". Thank you for making this so easy.

From my first visit they gave me excellent advise and offer a variety of components to make data backup effortlessly. In the Spring I purchased a refurbished hp laptop that was upgraded with solid state drive. "Very Fast". This week I had a charging problem. Norm diagnosed it was a bad battery. Even though the 90 day warranty was up he replaced it free of charge. If you do any presentation he sells an Iogear green pointer that works great in any light.

Had a problem with my laptop charger. Got a new one and after a couple weeks that one wasn't charging the battery, so took laptop in for them to look at. They determined charger was fine and computer was fine, just needed to reset the battery and then it was all working again. Quick service and they didn't charge me a dime. I will use them again.
