I'll never buy an hp office product again. Both of our Officejet Pros are unreliable and the chips for selling proprietary ink and printheads are an unconscionable scam disguised as "quality control." Stay away unless you like to pay good money for never ending frustration.

I've always preferred HP computers. However, my last laptop crashed on black Friday and I grabbed an inexpensive replacement; HP15-bs2xx, After looking at the model number, I can't help thinking the name fits perfectly; at least the bs part. This is the worse laptop ever. I get locked up constantly or just halted and programs shut down. It's like a throwback to dial-up, when I go online, especially opening my email to send a new email. Switching between Excel files is also horrendous. I can't wait to get my previous laptop back, but my tech has health issues. This is the worse ever! I wanted to return it from the beginning, but I was busy at work. I wish I made the time; it's next to useless.
