I went to see the Kia Nero EX with advanced package. Impressed with the way Richard showed me the Touring model. He was friendly and explained everything with patience. But after test drive I came to know that EX with advanced package is not available but still got tempted to buy the Touring model. I asked for one day to decide. At the end I came to know that the model which I looked is not even Touring but it is S Touring and also not the color I need. So didn't go for it. Definitely this place is good and the people working here are good with no tantrums.

I want to preface this by saying Stephanie, Autumn, and Sean were all great. My issue is with whatever technician "diagnosed" the AC issue in my 2015 Rio last week (6/29). I live an hour away in Philly and bought the car from Gateway last year. Last week, my AC went out and I made an appointment for Saturday to get it checked up. I work during the week and this was literally the only day I am able to to this. I waited for only 20 minutes before I was told that Gateway had to open an issue with Kia because it seemed like the issue was something that could be covered under warranty, and it wasn't a simple issue with the freon like I had initially thought. They specifically told me that the technician got weird readings from whatever machine measures the voltage to the compressor. I was told I had to come all the way back on a weekday (because this was all to complicated and time consuming to do on a busy Saturday) and leave the car there since it needed a lot more diagnosis to find the actual problem and I live too far away for their shuttle to take me home while they do this time consuming thing. So I drove all the way back home in the hot car and then my husband and I drove all the way back yesterday in separate cars (his car hasn't had AC work in years so this was a lot for us in this heat) and left the Rio there overnight. I got a call about an hour and half before Gateway closed today saying that the issue was the freon and the repair had been completed

This place has the worst service department. I had a 2004 Spectra and 7 batteries. The last one put in my car that was suppose to be brand new lasted 6 months. When I questioned them on it they blamed me. Awful place to go for service.

I brought the car in for the normal maintenance service as recommended by the window sticker mileage. I was extremely pleased when I was alerted that next month the car will be due for a state inspection and I was asked if I would like to care of that as well. It would safe me an extra trip and time. Then I was told that the most current AllState card was missing from the car's documents folder. The service person called AllState and the insurance card was sent to the Gateway Kia office printer. Everything was taken care off as efficient as possible.

I had a great experience at Gateway Kia of Warrington. I don’t have a Kia but I chose gateway because they have the best mechanics, best tools and the best service department around. The location is convenient, right on 611 at Bristol road and the biggest selling point was the early morning hours, Autumn was bright and cheery even at 7am. I was able to drop my car off before work and when I picked it up, it felt like a new car! Autumn Handy is the best service advisor I have ever met, she was so nice and explained everything to me and best of all, my bill was much lower than I had planned for. I will keep coming to gateway Kia because they do a great job servicing any car and they are so nice.

Service has been excellent even if I had to wait a little longer to get a particular service done. The wait part is worth it knowing the van is being maintained the right way by expert mechanics. Service appointment; 5 stars-- check in was immediate. Clerk was friendly and reviewed my appointment items with me. Quick service; waited less than an hour for full oil change. Reason for 3 stars: Waiting area is on 2nd floor that has a very steep incline. Awful for those with mobility issues or breathing issues. No ground level seating area except for sales. Sales floor is generously spaced. Consider waiting area on ground level. Seating outside would be a bonus!

About impossible to deal with. I will never forget telling the sales guy and manager that Murray beat them by $1000 and i did not even go there. They had the balls to tell me come back when I want an honest deal. My honest deal was $1000 better at Murray which is where i bought. Don't waste your time here.

When I leased this vehicle, the process was not bad... but shortly after I leased, it has been absolutely awful! I left my previous lease at KIA and Al (the sales manager) had the nerve to ask me on a Saturday (my day off) to pick his guy up from the dealership after he drops my previous car off and take him all the way back to KIA in Warrington. That is a 40 minute drive for me. Then I find out that I am hit with a fee from my previous dealership and KIA knew all about it, but chose not to inform me when I signed the papers. No paper I signed from KIA informed me of this upcoming fee. Barry the GM told me "If the numbers were any different, we felt we were not going to get the sale". When I called out Al the sales manager, he did NOT even deny (via email) the fact that he knew. Barry was extremely rude and did not want to help me. Was not helping me and saving $350 worth losing my business for the long run? This experience has been unreal. I currently have the Better Business Bureau helping me with this mess they made. Stay away from Barry and Al! Other people have had issues with them as well (read below)! I don't need to twist the story, it is all facts!

If I could rate negative stars I would have. The sales department is awful. I went in because of the commercial that they get anyone approved or they’ll pay you a 1000.00. When I first got there they were like seagulls at the beach. Quickly talking to you and not letting you look. I wanted to look around and Julian ushered me inside. He asked about my car which I wanted to trade in. I was asked for my license and given an application and not even asked what I was looking for. They made us wait 20 minutes to come back with a horrendous response. He stated my car wasn’t worth anything, and the car fax said it had frame damage. Well to my surprise and never getting into an accident that would cause that, that was the first of many insults. Julian walked me over to a Kia Sportage which has a sticker price of 24000. Now mind you I don’t have the best credit and thought I’ll need a down payment . I was ok with that. But their approval which I don’t consider this being approved was ridiculous. I was asked to put 15000. Down on a car. Not 1500. Not 5000. 15000. The manager Al looked at me and said do you have 15,000. To put down? I said if I had 15,000. I’d buy a car for cash and not come to this dealer that said they help everyone. Then he told me maybe I need a part time job?? I was furious at this point. I work full time and I am a full time foster parent. I immediately got up and left. I was so appalled by their lack of respect. I have credit issues, my car is a Hyundai, but I still deserve respect and dignity. This dealership does not treat people this way. Their so called approval was a slap in the face. I warn anyone who watches their commercial and thinks they can help me Beware!!!! Their guarantee to get you approved or they pay you, Hoax!!!!!

We drove an hour and a half out to see a 2014 Kia Forte5, we set up a test drive meeting with Dawn through TrueCar. All I can say is don't expect the car to be there or expect anyone to tell you beforehand. We got there and they said the car sold. Dawn did not tell me this despite being in contact with her an hour before we were supposed to be there. So we drove all that way for no reason. Though one salesman did as much as he could to find an alternative, which was admirable. But the manager did not seem to care either way. Just disappointed.

I took my 4th Kia in 10 years ( true believer in leasing) for inspection, I made a 2pm appt , everyone from Alex the SSM to service manager Joe, to mechanics even the internet Sales rep, Alainna we're all a great help.... can't tell you again now great the experience continues to be . The upstairs waiting area is the best ..... fresh coffee, cookies TV, wifi with charging station etc. !! LOVE my Kia and this location.... I will be back !!!

My husband & I both bought cars here in the past without issues. A 2011 & 2014 Soul +. My husband needed to upgrade his car due to high miles. He upgraded to a "new" 2018 red & black Kia Soul +. Big mistake. After leaving the dealer we noticed several dents in the back passager door on the drivers side. We hadn't taken the car anywhere & I expected the dealer to fix this major issues. The sales manager, service department & salesman did not seem to care and never returned numerous calls to get it repaired. I called Kia headquarters & they didn't care either. They just said to handle it with the dealer. Now we have a new car with dents in the door and a $800.00 body shop estimate to get it fixed. The Salesman my husband dealt with was rude and told me on the phone if we didn't give this dealership a 5 star rating with Kia they couldn't do deals with us again. No worries. I wouldn't buy a bicycle from this underhanded dealership. You just lost 2 customers. Avoid this deceitful business!!

I have never had the experience of leasing a vechile. I also had a vechile in which I owed some money, which I wanted to trade in towards the vehicle lease. From the start of the process I had an individual name Scott and his personality made me feel very relaxed. The process from gathering my information to test driving the vechile was very smooth. I came in with a certain number in mind but they never put any type of pressure on me in which I really valued. The vechile was an excellent choice and their customer service from Scott, his Supervisor, and the General Manager were second to none. Never purchased a car here, but as the dealership is around the corner from my house I figured I'd use them for service. Bad idea on my part. Worst service department I've ever had to deal with. They Had my car for basically an entire day and it still wasn't fixed right when I got it back. This isn't the first negative experience I've had with them either, but I assure you it is the last. I will never be bringing any of my cars here again.

Went their, ran my credit through every bank you can imagine, killed my credit. Jack the prices up on the cars and say "they do that for bank approvals". They gave me numbers and my numbers weren't matching up with their numbers because they were conning their way to sign me into a vehicle. After doing the math, I figured out what they were doing. They think I would be too stupid too notice. Also service doesn't do what they are paid to do. Paid for an oil change and tire rotation, tire rotation was never performed. I work in near this dealer and live near their Quakertown location and I'll stick to Lansdale Kia or Allentown Kia from now on.

They have a repeat customer coming their way. Thank you guys. Follow up - The service department has recently been awful. Once Bill Armstrong left, no one seemed to care. It took them 5 hours to replace a tire, Over two weeks to repair a radio / Navigation system and it still wasn't fixed. The sale was smooth, once you walk out the door no one seems to care. No manager from the dealership even wanted to address it. If you purchase a vehicle from them, prepare to find another dealer to service it.

Always have a good experience here. Don goes out of his way to make sure your car is ready to go. I like how Don tells you what's going on with your car and gets your approval before the mechanics do anything else. You don't see that a lot. He walks me to my car afterwards and the one day we were waiting on a part for my car and Don made sure it got here after waiting a good while for the part to come in.

The contest you receive in the mail, a scratch off for prizes, is a scam. Looking at the card and thinking that you've won a prize, only to drive all the way over and be told "sorry your numbers don't match ours" AFTER you've already phoned in and been told "Your a Winner". Dishonesty does not make for happy customers. Aftermath: Kia commented I was the only one to complain but you can read the reviews to see that isn't so.

I had my Kia at 4 other mechanics for help with my headlights and they all said the same thing, there's nothing wrong with the lights, but they would replace the bulbs and charge me for it. None of them took the time to listen to me or actually look at the lights when it was dark - you couldn't see 5 feet ahead of the car even though the lights were on. Took my Kia to Gateway for some recall work and mentioned the headlight issue. Got a call within one day that they knew what was wrong and could fix it - the reflectors. So happy with the customer service from the person answering the phone to the mechanic working on the car.

Standouts through the process: initial contact by their internet sales representative (Nicole); Sales (Eli Reyes, Consultant and Alex Frattaroli Sr, Sales Manager), and I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the Service Team (Led by Billy Armstrong). Eli demonstrated a keen ability to listen and found me the exact vehicle, at a competitive price, to meet my needs. Alex’s desire to accommodate my budget sealed the deal. Definitely lost my business, I had given my number to a Sales member after inquiring about a vehicle that was not in stock. He texts me one afternoon telling me that there are 3 on the lot and that I should come that night because they usually sell quick. I informed him that it was tough day and he continued to insist that I come. I moved my entire schedule around and showed up at the agreed time with my 8 month pregnant wife. Sales guy shows up and tells us to wait as he is with a customer. He shows up 20 minutes later with some BS story about how all 3 vehicles that were on the lot an hour ago are at another dealership and that we would have to wait another hour just to test drive. He literally LIED to get me in the store, I have worked in retail and LYING to a customer is the very last thing you should do no matter what. Not only was this completely unprofessional, but inconsiderate to my 8 month pregnant wife who was missing dinner, standing because of the lack of seating, and extremely hot since it's Summer. Do yourselves a favor and stay away, there are a ton of other Kia dealerships in the area.

I took my newer 2019 Sportage in for it's first oil change and multi-point service today, and I received five star service from their Service Department. They were polite and professional when explaining what was going to be done. The work was done correctly and cleanly. I waited for my car, and the waiting room was nice with coffee, donuts, and even phone charging cords. I'm glad I bought my Kia at Gateway, and would certainly recommend the Service Department.

Purchased 3 cars from this place over the years. Have done all of my services there. Every time I take a car for an inspection there, I get a call that at least one light bulb is out and they want at least $30 for it. I make sure to check everything before I take a car in. The latest incident was they failed my inspection since I didn't want to pay them $20 for a new crappy windshield wiper. I buy quality wipers and based on the PA State rules, it supposed to clear the glass within 5 cycles which mine did in 2 cycles. Was no help arguing with the service department. In fact they were rude. Installed my new set just so that they can put a sticker on. I guess I won't be dealing with them any longer.

Bad customer service. We called to arrange an appointment to buy a 2020 Telluride with Alina. By the time my wife arrived the car was sold (fine, bad luck). However, what Alina did not tell me on the phone, would have saved us 2 hours of time was they car is selling for $4000 over MSRP. She certainly should have told me that over the phone. No way we are paying over MSRP for a KIA. We will not use Gateway KIA and do not recommend.

I want to start this review off saying thank you for getting my girlfriend into the vehicle she’s been looking for and at the deal she was satisfied with Julian went above and beyond as a sales person (highly recommend seeing him) the General Manager Ray outstanding person to work with and cares about the customer was a pleasure to meet. The reason I won’t give this place 5 stars is the hook bait and switch method was used which I can not stand the Used Car Manager as rude and not someone that I would ever work with. It was my girlfriends first car buying experience she was nervous and the used car manager was not willing to work with her all he said was we will worry about pricing after I see your credit (assuming that we are young it’s the go too) my girlfriend says she does not want her credit ran until we get the deal we want and know we are buying there he got annoyed and went on the defense saying I thought you were ready to buy a car guess not (shake down not needed) just very aggressive if it wasn’t for the GM coming out when he did we would have left. I hope in the future the used car manager does not be so abrasive towards younger customers constructive criticism THANKS AGAIN! Will stop in when I’m ready for my Sorento

I really felt like I have to write this review. I was at Gateway a few days ago. This would of been my 5th Kia from Gateway between me and my wife. When I was there I was working with a salesman by the name of BJ. He was a really nice kid. I would of loved to have purchased my new Kia from him. I don't know what happened but something went on between him and his manager. The managers name was Barry. Now I don't know if BJ did something or not. As far as I was concerned BJ was very friendly and funny. I was going to purchase my new car from him. But after I heard the way this manager Barry spoke to him my wife said to me that we are leaving. We both felt so bad for this kid. The way he spoke to him was so unprofessional. I really feel bad that I didn't get up stick up for him. No one should ever have to be treated like that at work. This guy Barry should be fired. If I were the salesman I would go to the owner about this guy. Or contact an attorney. In this day and age no one should have to put up with a guy like this at work. I would like to apologize to BJ for now buying a car from him. I just couldn't give Gateway my business after hearing this man speak to one of the employees like he did. I did go to Sussman Kia and leased my new car. My wife and I both service our cars at Gateway Kia we decided that as long as Gateway employs people like Barry we won't be using Gateways service department either. I really hope the owner sees this review and does something about it.

Not worth even one star, drove 2.5hrs to look at a truck after they confirmed my appointment at 5:30am and left at 8am, THEY SOLD IT THE NIGHT BEFORE, salesman instead of calling emails me at around 9am to let me know, EMAILS, why wouldn't you pick up the phone knowing I had a 2.5hr drive and I told him I would be leaving at 8am. I even stood there waiting for him in the dealership for a half hour before he even came out. I wanted to yell but I took a deep breath and just walked out, another great review on their list. WATCH YOURSELF IF YOU GO HERE FOR ANYTHING AND APPARENTLY CHECK EVERYTHING AND GET IT IN WRITING. I EVEN OFFERED TO PUT A DEPOSIT ON THE TRUCK AND HE SAID DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. YEAH GUESS THAT DIDN'T WORK SINCE HE TOLD KNOW ONE ELSE HE HAD A POSSIBLE CUSTOMER INTERESTED. NICE WAY TO LOSE BUSINESS.

I was so wrong! We were greeted at the door (it was pouring rain) by Kevin, and he was wonderful from the start. He was very kind, patient, and helpful and did everything he could to get me the vehicle I wanted and in my price range. He was not just focused on the sale, but was also focused on keeping us happy and comfortable. We had to spend a little extra time there because the color of the car I wanted had been moved to another store, and they had to transport it in. Kevin was very entertaining during our wait. He also tried to get us a cardboard hamster to take home - though he was not successful, we still took a picture with one. I love my new Kia Soul and had an amazing experience purchasing it. Well I waited 3 weeks to speak to the general manager before I give this review. My story starts with the service manager and their inability to call their customers before doing work, clearing codes instead of fixing them, and then proceeded to charge my wife double the amount they should have, and not having the old parts available to back up their claim that it was not " factory parts " which they were.and to top it off I was told " it might have fixed it" which it didn't and my car is currently at another Kia dealership being looked at ( the service manager at the dealership I'm at now laughed at the way the Warrington service manager handled our service). I still have not heard from the general manager, and we have called Kia to make a formal complaint against this dealership.

Had a great experience here a few weeks ago with a hassle free negotiation that took less than 5 minutes. Greg was a helpful salesman and not pushy at all. Got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. My only regret was not realizing that floor mats are not included with the purchase so my floors are covered in rock salt. I called and Greg was able to help me with the floor mats. Definitely the best car buying experience I've had.

I was emailed by Dawn this weekend despite never beinfba customer there saying she had a customer interested in my exact car I'm driving and that her manager guaranteed to buy it for a higher value than its worth which was a complete lie since she has no idea what car I drive. When I questioned her she referred to me as a past customer which is how she got my information (another lie). Their sales tactics are overly aggressive and in my experience they weren't honest and upfront. I would never buy a car there or recommend any one going there.

I went with my husband last weekend to purchase the new Kia Telluride. We had a great experience with Rob and everything was going smoothly until the GM intervened. The interior of the vehicle was dirty and there was oil on the headrests, marks and dirt all over the doors inside the vehicle and grease on the passenger headliner. One of the first things the GM said to us was that this car didn't even get inspected yet and was right off the truck, that it couldn't possibly be dirty. Well sir, look in the car yourself. I understand it's a new car and a new model, many people want to check it out. Rob assured us it would be cleaned and detailed according to our liking. No problem. Next when talking finances and payments with the GM, he was flat out insulting. Telling my husband and I twice that we could not possibly afford the Telluride then if we wouldn't accept his offer and that we could only afford to get the Sorento . Extremely rude, would not budge on payments and my husband and I walked out without the car. Mind you, my credit score is excellent. We will purchase the Telluride at another dealership and would never recommend you waste your time at a place with such terrible, insulting and flat out rude management.

The ad company doesn't even use a local PA company that would know the differences in the vehicles shown. Memorial Day is to remember those that gave their lives for you (Fire Fighters, Police, First Responders, Armed Forces) NOT for lame misleading sales tactics.
