I've been here twice to service my upright vacuum and both times the service was exceptional. The first time I came, the gentleman that helped me kept the store open an extra 10 mins (I called ahead of time, telling him I was running late) and he fixed my vacuum on the spot! He didn't charge me, as he said my vacuum was under warranty. The 2nd time I came, a part had broken off and I assumed would need to be ordered but he took care of it while I waited and again, covered under warranty. So glad that this service center is just down the street from my home!

we have a dyson small ball vacuum,that was supposed to be great for picking up dog hair from rug,brissels keep getting jammed up ,i have to keep pulling out hair from brussels by hand,at least 2 or 3 times each vacuum,and thats just the small living room,i would NOT recommend this vacuum,for anyone with pets that shed hair,very disappointed.

I bought a Dyson multli floor couple of months back. All on a sudden I felt the suction power went down. I tried with the Dyson online support but it didn't work out. So I call the service center in kop. No appointment is needed. The places is nearby and ample parking space. The service person is very friendly. He took the vacuum cleaner and asked to fill the service sheet. Around 5 min he identified the issue and resolved. Thank you and highly recommend

Hade an old pet hir Dyson vacuum that was broken. Hubby drove from VA to almost D. C. to go to the company. The beater bar replacement was going to be more expensive than a newer model. Wow. Our Dyson stopped sucking (for once it's a good thing to say "that sucks") and wouldn't stand upright. I thought it was mechanical for sure but I couldn't fix it. We took it to a local vacuum and sewing repair center in Southern Maryland and they estimated 10 days to fix and took a $20 deposit to apply towards the repair cost. 14 days later I went back to the local repair shop and picked it up because they hadn't even looked at it yet. We got the vacuum and $20 back and drove 70 miles (one way) to the Dyson Repair Facility in Fairfax, in part because of positive comments of other customers and hoping our vacuum could also be repaired while we waited. The technicians took our vacuum and within 15 minutes had it back to us in perfect working order! And no charge!! And my wife and I had a great lunch at one of the local restaurants!!! Great job Dyson employees! You've reinforced my opinion of Dyson vacuums and we'll buy a 4th one the next time we need a vacuum (we currently have our "heavy duty" vac for our carpets and "stick" vacuums on each of the other floors

Just had an absolutely incredible customer service experience at this Dyson service center. I called in and talked to a super friendly maintenance technician named Mike. He told me to bring my broken Dyson DC25 vacuum in so he can assess the issue (brush assembly was no longer functioning.) Not even 20 minutes goes by, and my vacuum was as good as new. He also tested it and inspected all the hoses and filters to make sure all was in working order. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of customer service, and their commitment to make sure I remain completely happy with my Dyson purchase. This experience alone has convinced me it was worth the price of entry to be a Dyson vacuum owner.

Took my Dyson there to be fixed, employee told me they would get back to me on price point for repair. Never heard back for over a week. Called them & at first they couldn't locate my claim # then when they did they said it would be $100 to fix it. I told them to go ahead since that's less than the cost of a new vacuum. Then they said the parts to fix my vacuum were no longer in production so it was unfixable. Umm, if no longer in production how do you know how much it would cost??? Should have led with that I think. Then they proceeded to try & sell me a new vacuum over the phone. No thanks, not after this horrible treatment & unprofessionalism. I bought a Shark...works great, thank you very much.

Took my Dyson in for repair, ended up buying a new one. 2.5 years later, I need to bring the new one in for loss of suction. Can't, though! Why don't they have working-people shop hours? Jeez, close at 5:30, closed on Sunday, how are people who work supposed to go? On the precious Saturday when every other chore is being taken care of and the kids have their games? I bought my Dyson DC 50 into the store to be looked at after it started making a high pitched sound when the handle was in the unlocked position. The guys looked at the machine for 5 minutes and came back with instructions to clean the filters and canister. They told me since the machine had a good amount of dust it make take more than one cleaning. A week and two cleans later the machine was making the sound. After watching instructional videos on the internet and reading about the machine I started to troubleshoot the noise. I found a massive hair-wad from the brush to the motor. They obviously didn't do a proper evaluation of my machine and didn't check the brush itself. What a complete waste of a trip to the this store.

Busy, but the representative was polite. They offer a 20% rebate for a trade-in on any new dyson (which they have in stock). They also offer a 25% rebate for military (not combinable though) The store is difficult to see from the street.

I brought my DC14Animal in for belt change not realizing along with that would be a clutch replacement. However, my Dyson is over 8 years old and the BEST vacuum I have owned. Robert Kilroy took care of the needed repair and even replaced the adjoining hose and cleaned the sole plate assembly free of charge. Also, not wanting to leave my vacuum and make a return trip, Robert was kind enough to set aside work and do my repair within 30 minutes. Carpet area to try out the vacuums on. Also have some fans on display to try out, as well as the hair dryer. Takes a bit of time to get helped by a salesman, so if that’s a must have for you then you may be disappointed; but hands-off service seems to be the norm at vacuum stores (same case at Miele in Tyson’s). They seem to just let you mess around with the vacuums and make noise on your own, so if you like independent shopping/trying this is perfect! 5 stars because the salesman (if you do wanna talk to them) are nicer than Miele’s.

I took my 5 yr old Dyson into the Service Center, not being sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed by Jason in a professional manner. He was waiting on another customer at the time. After he finished the sale (and carried the customer's purchase to her car!!) he examined our vacuum. He explained the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes. Jason was one of the best customer care / sales/ service representatives I have encountered. He's a asset to Dyson!

I came in with a broken vacuum and left with a new vacuum. They were short handed with staff, but the gentleman, Glenn, helped us very well. Gave us a trade in and a discount that was very good towards a new Animal 2Total Clean upright model. We had the Animal DC14 for ~15 years. We would highly recommend getting your Dyson serviced there.

I recommend this place to anyone who needs their Dyson products serviced. I have a Dyson stick vacuum that crapped out a few months after purchase. (TBH, I was quite ticked off that it stopped working since my Dyson upright vacuum, which I've had for 5+ years, works just fine and has never required servicing.) I was in and out of this service center in about 15 minutes. Carlos assisted me by not only fixing the problem (it was a faulty battery), but also helping me unload the vacuums from my vehicle. (FYI: I brought vacuums in to ensure that all is fine.) There was no charge for the service since my stick vacuum is under warranty. I'm happy to know that this service center exists. Their showroom is clean and includes just about all the products Dyson makes. They also have an incentive program where you can trade in your old Dyson and receive credit toward a purchase of a new one. I'm more confident about purchasing Dyson products in the future. I appreciate the awesome customer service provide by Carlos. Thank you!

We had just returned from vacation, and the dog had eaten the attachments to my Dyson... We called the kop location and they were closing, however, Jason heard in my voice how desperate I was to get my house vacuumed and he stayed open until I could get there - on a FRIDAY... He didn't rush us, he didn't try to push products on us, he took his time to answer our questions and we got an amazing deal! Forget the big box stores for buying your Dyson, go to kop, they provide excellent customer service, activated my warranties in house plus My carpets are so clean, and I'm a happy camper...

I dropped my older Dyson off on Wednesday because it had a hole in the hose and the clip holding the handle was broken, so when you tried to vacuum the handle came off. I also asked that it be cleaned out (we have dogs..) if that was something that they offered. The gentleman I gave it to (who turns out to be the "lead tech") was friendly, took my information, and said it would be ready before the weekend. I get an email that it's ready on Friday, show up, and Will (employee) asked what was wrong with it. He guessed that the vacuum was hard to push so he fixed the vacuum head. I told him that wasn't the problem, and showed him the broken clip and the hole in the hose. He fixed it in about 10 minutes, apologized profusely, and said there were no notes on the vacuum about why it was broken. The vacuum wasn't clean.. so maybe that's something that they don't offer? But the rest of the vacuum works fine now.

Great customer service. Only one guy working, made sure to great each person that came in and let them know there were a few customers in front of them. We had to wait about 15 mins in a very nice show room. When our turn he serviced our vacuum very quickly and it was all covered under warranty. A wonderful experience! We went in with two broken vacuums, and came out with one new one, and one that was fixed like new! We got a great discount on the new one, and we now have two perfect dyson vacuums! They work quickly and are very nice! I am so glad to have them so close to home!

Bob(Manager) and Eric were extremely helpful. They were courteous& knowledgeable. Their service was excellent! Although there was a waiting line when we arrived, everything flowed very smoothly. I brought my cordless vac to be repaired, Nob repaired it in maybe 20 minutes& we were finished. While we were waiting we also purchased a humidifier after seeing promo in the store. Both Bob& especially Eric( who suffers from allergies ) were quite helpful in explaining & answering our questions. We purchased the humidifier today & als got a great discount because we are already Dyson owners. We highly recommend this Dyson service center in King Of Prussia.

We walked in with an older Dyson model to be repaired. The guy in the store had a bad an unhelpful attitude. He told us you can’t get parts for our model, but his attitude was the bigger problem. This was the 2nd vacuum repair shop today, and the other, a non-Dyson shop, said that Dyson was awful to deal with so they don’t repair them anymore. I won’t buy a Dyson again after this experience. Should I have a vacuum cleaner salesman come to my house for God sake ?

I brought two Dyson vacuum cleaners for repairs. One under the warranty, the second out of warranty. The store repaired the one under the warranty, the charges to repair the second one were too high to worth repairing. As a result, I ended up throwing away the one without warranty. The one still under the warranty was repaired by the store, and only lasted a week. Now I have to drive back a second time for the same issue.

I heard from my mom that you can take your Dyson vacuum there, and they will fix any suction issues. I brought mine today and the gentleman fixed it perfectly! I couldn't wait to use it!

We originally had a bad experience over the phone with an employee. We gave a bad review because the employee was very rude over the phone and hung up on us. HOWEVER - the store manager contacted us and took care of our problem. He was very nice and helped us with what we needed. We definitely would recommend this place. We will be coming here in the future.

I wish I had taken notice of the man who helped but service was beyond exceptional. Patient, fast and professional customer service and support. Dyson cares, at least at this store, about their customers and their products. Small store with very limited seating. It's better to drop off machine and come back later rather than waiting inside the store.

I understand the center was busy and the rep was by himself. But when I dropped off my vacuum he told me one price and then when I went back to talk with him and pick it up he told a much higher price and said my vacuum was out of warranty for several years. In fact it was out of warranty only 11 months.

This location has really awesome customer service! I’ve been here twice in the past year and I was helped by Jason both times. He was SUPER helpful and very friendly. I already loved my Dyson but the service here turned me into a lifelong customer. Their warranty is also really great and they replaced the battery in my V6 in like five minutes without question. Thanks guys!

[Edit:] Jason, the store manager called me personally and exponentially made up for the absymal customer service I received when I first visited. He was kind and willing to *actually* listen. And he fixed my problem. In one square foot I filled about 1/8th of the canister of my vacuum I originally brought in. And it was an *easy* fix. Apparently, all he had to do was talk to me for more than 30 seconds. I mean, I made it clear I wasn't taking "you can't vacuum that" as an answer. I'm cleaning up after hippie squatters, in a beautiful home afterall. Which I wrote on the little piece of paper I filled out when I walked in. I guess the lesson I learned is if you don't look like a perfect main line clone, call and ask when Jason is working. Chris and Paul will be pretty awful to you. And Paul will lie to his manager about his experience with you. [/Edit] Chris came out and asked me what was wrong. I told him the brush wasn't spinning and tried to add a bit more detail about how I moved to the dirtiest house on earth. He had zero patience for that. He just told me to fill out a form and took my vacuum to the back room. I filled out the form and before I was even finished he came back out and asked why I even came in. I told him after a few minutes vacuuming the Oriental carpet it stopped working. He told me I shouldn't be vacuuming a Oriental carpet because it would pull up the fibers. I told him they were completely matted down because it was a party house and I NEEDED it to spin. Without even saying "I'm sorry I couldn't help you" he spun on his heels and walked away. Then I saw an attachment I wanted. I yelled for help because he was in the back room. He came out and told me it was for dusting. On my form I even wrote I moved into the world's dustiest house. Now, if he was "the world's best customer service" person then maybe, just maybe he wouldn't have walked away immedietly! But no, he did. Before I could even ask "how much is it?" Because I wanted to buy one. Right then and there. But by this time I was so frustrated I left. Oh, but he DID have time to get his coworker to come out to gawk at my multi-colored hair. So, I guess gossip was on the table but helping me was off of it.

Customer service is top notch! I never had the an experience like this one in any retail store. The guy at the store is so nice, friendly and welcoming. Brad also is amazing. If you want a vacuum, I couldn't express how great my experience was with all the Dyson representatives. Do you want a vacuum and have no worries for the next 5 years? Look no further! Dyson is the way to go! :-)

This place needs more customer service training. It was a very strange and unpleasant experience with Dyson. The person who works lacks manner and customer service skills. The way they treat customers, I don’t know what to say. When I walked in with my vacumme, the person who worked there kept staring at me without saying a word. He was rude and got me bery confused - I had to ask him three times if this is Dyson customer service center to have my vacumme get fixed. When some else walked in, he changed his mannner and talked to the other customer very politely. And he got the other customer’s machine fixed first before mine. I finally gad my vacumme fixed, but It was very unpleasant experience with Dyson.

get rid of Paul. He needs more training because he is definitely lacking in customer service skills. He was rude/yelling at my wife as well as myself. Brought my vacuum in b/c of a motor issue where the vacuum sounded like air was escaping and would shut off when put in upright position even when it was plugged in and running. He said he could not duplicate the issue and there was nothing wrong with the vacuum. When I asked him what he did to troubleshoot the motor and if he looked at it he said no. He said he ran the machine and couldn’t duplicate the problem and that was it. It didn’t sound like he did any thorough evaluation to really try and fix the problem. Spending money on a dyson and getting this kind of product support is disappointing. May just have to go with a different brand once this one dies on us again cause Paul didn’t fix it right the first time. **FOLLOW UP** The management at this location has reached out and have rectified the issue that I had. They were very quick to deliver a solution. Thank you.
