Dtown Tech is the place to go. I had what I though was a serious issue on my mac book pro but Blake the owner diagnosed it within 5 mins and was able to fix it. Such a relief! Not only was the service remarkable, but the customer service was excellent. Blake was friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable immediately. This is the only place I will ever go again. Don't talk about it.......be about it!

Blake is flying by the seat of his pants. while he is knowledgeable about computers, he also makes mistakes and claims to have no insurance to cover his mistakes. He crashed my computer and cost me my entire client list with my own business. He lost our wedding photos. He lost all of our recipes that we were using to open a new restaurant this summer. When he returned our computer to us he didnt even tell us that he wiped the memory clean accidentally. He just handed it to us and we spent hours trying to sort out where the information went. when we called him he turned his back on us and claimed to not have any insurance except for theft. I tried to extend an olive branch and meet him half way with my losses and he was not interested in doing so even though we have a chain of emails that have him admitting that it was his driver that crashed that caused all of these problems . There is more to running a business than knowing about computers. Blake, you need to take a few lessons in ethics and business management. My wife and I will now resort to the courts to settle this dispute for us.

I have a "vintage" MacBook Pro ( 2008)- was running very slowly and needed to find a Mac Reseller after I took it to the Apple store and they couldn't fix it. Stopped in Dtown Tech , talked to Blake. He had the part the very next day--i stopped by and he upgraded my memory in minutes-impressive! He really knows his stuff! Best part was he had it fixed in minutes at a very reasonable cost. Blake at Dtown Tech is a lifesaver! My external hard-drive crashed with lots of important work and personal documents. After contacting another major chain store with IT support, I was told it'd cost me over $1500 to send the hard-drive away in hopes that my files "might" get recovered. On a recommendation from a friend, I gave Dtown Tech a call. In less than 5 minutes, Blake had recovered my important documents, and shortly after had downloaded everything onto a zip drive. And I was shocked at how little I was charged. Also, in the short time I was at the store I witnessed Blake assist a handful of other customers with a variety of different computer and phone problems. I was amazed at how talented he is at fixing all the different devices, and how fast and friendly the service was. My iPhone wouldn't turn on, there was something wrong with the battery, and where Verizon couldn't transfer anything but the phone number, dtown tech transferred all the data from the broken phone onto the new one really quickly, and for such a cheap price! 5 stars, for sure!

The best place to repair computers and phones anywhere. I was in the electronics business for almost 30 years. The type of service offered by Blake and Tony is what every electronics dealer should aspire to but very few achieve. These guys were amazing!!! My wife's iPhone fell in a lake and was submerged for 15minutes. She took it to the Apple "genius" bar in Philly - the kid there said the phone was trash and not salvageable at all. All my wife wanted was the data off the phone, but he said impossible. Blake at Dtown Tech spent 5minutes (maximum) looking at her phone, swapped out the battery and everything worked!!!!! Other than the battery having shorted out from the water there were no issues with the phone - all Apple wanted to do was sell her a new phone plus "Cloud" storage. These guys just got it done! These guys saved my life! Well, actually they saved my thesis work, but it felt like they were saving my life. They were able to help me pull all the information I needed from my mac, before telling me about a recall I didn't even know existed, and helped me get my computer fixed FOR FREE by Apple due to a recall. There is no question in my mind, if I or any of my friends ever need help with their computer, dtown tech is the answer. Anyone who has a bad word to say about these guys is either a liar or an idiot, they are clearly the best.

I went to the Apple store and they advised me to either buy a new computer or spend $600 to send it away for a week and "maybe" fix it but I would lose some data. Had a holiday party and someone spilled a drink on my laptop. I thought it was fried. I looked around and thought I was going to get bamboozled on the repair; if it could be repaired. Then BOOM! Everyone on my Facebook post recommended that I see Tony at dtown tech. Best move I've made in a while. I had a friend take his to some other place for a similar problem and they charged him $300 and it still doesn't work right... Not dtown tech. Tony said to give him 3 days and it would be about $50. He was right on the mark. I didn't get that eerie feeling either. ( you know the one where you hand over your p.c and you think they will take your info). Nothing but good feelings and trust! GREAT SERVICE!!! If you have a problem, take it here first.

Uh, hello all other 'service' companies in the high tech space? You can all bow down to D-Town Tech. These guys are the best, both in technical expertise and customer service. Imagine if your best college buddy opened a tech repair shop, and that's how you get treated. No B.S., no sales pressure, great prices, incredibly quick service, and a friendly 'you're one of us' kind of attitude which is very rare in the service business these days. If more local business were run this way there would not be any big-box retailers. I used to run a PC retailer and repair shop back in the day, and I treated my customers the way these guys treat me.
