My phone screen was broken bad after I kept it in my pocket while playing soccer. The body was also bent real bad. I had very little hope that it could be fixed, but I wanted to take a chance - After reading good reviews online, I went to the store - I waited for 30 minutes for the repair and when I got back my phone it was just like I bought a new phone - I was spellbound by the service. Did a search and found they advertise being able to fix HDMI problems on PS4 which is my issue. Was told it could be repaired. Left with them for a week. Was told they would contact me when complete but I had to contact them. When I picked up they assured me it has been fixed but when just tried it out, still not working. They charged me full price for the repair and nothing was repaired.

Today, I went into this store completely defeated and depressed. My Galaxy S8 Plus's screen was cracked and the phone no longer would take a charge. I went to a few other places including the Xfinity store (That's the service provider) before going into iphillyfixit. Every place gave me the same information. IT CANT BE FIXED OR I NEED TO BUY A NEW PHONE. Unfortunately, I do not have any insurance on it. Corey and Ricardo were ABSOLUTELY wonderful. Not only did they make the attempt to repair it first, they were actually able to complete the repair! I went in at 5:30 and got the phone back at 8pm. (30 mins after they closed) They were informative and very professional all while managing to treat me like a friend. I just can't say enough about these guys other then just how great my experience was!! 5 million stars!!!!

I can't recommend these guys enough. My iPhone 7 turned off one day randomly and I could not get it to turn back on, no matter what I did. Using a friends phone I contacted iPhillyFixIt right away as they have helped me many times before. They suggested instead of coming in, to take it to Apple since I was still under warranty. Outstanding service for two reasons! Ricardo clearly explained the option that I had in replacing my battery given that I had already purchased one, and chose not to do it myself (even though I am a former SW engineer). It was wiser to go with their battery that included warranty service rather than use the battery I had obtained which CPR could not warranty. For anyone interested further details they are below.: Detail: Had to have the battery replaced on the Samsung S 7, a difficult task as it required opening a water resistant sealed case carefully which I did want to do despite having a replacement battery. Ricardo clearly explained the option of using my purchased battery, or a their new battery that included their limited lifetime warranty for only a few more dollars. I opted for their battery and the warranty and will send back the battery I purchased.

This was my go-to place for any cell phone related question until today. A few weeks ago they replaced the screen on the phone and over the last few weeks, dust has built up under the screen covering the front-facing camera, so now the camera is basically unusable. I went in today to have this problem addressed and they told me there is nothing they can do because the dust wasn't there when they gave me the phone back. Clearly something is wrong with the way the screen was installed and they refused to address the it. Now I cannot use the phone for video conferencing (every day) or to take selfies with my kids (every opportunity). CPR, you lost a customer today.

While some repair shops might have taken me for a ride, the owner was honest and forthright regarding the repairability of the broken tablet I brought in. Bottom line, not worth it as the cost of the repair approximated the cost of a new tablet! CPR fixed my iPad promptly and without issue but I also left a drone with them for diagnosis of several issues for which I was charged a non-refundable fee of $53. After waiting five days I called them and was told to “buy a new drone due to the cost of repairs“ only to find out they never even inspected or opened my drone. I had to ask for a refund of the diagnosis fee today which the store employee said was granted. I just checked my account and I am still waiting on the refund. I received no receipt for the refund or an apology for the aggravation. I will take this up with the BBB if the refund doesn’t come through tomorrow.

Iphilly fixit fixed my phone in about an hour! The service was excellent and expedient!! I highly recommend their service. The work was top notch and my phone looks like new!! This was my first time using CPR to fix my inoperable iPhone 6s. According to the Apple Store genius they said my phone was, “toasted” and was never going to work. Of course I listen to them and immediately bought a new phone. A few months went by and I kept looking at this broken phone on my dresser so instead of throwing it away I wanted to humor myself and see if anyone could fix it. Sure enough CPR Cell Phone Repair was able to fix it and put in a new battery for a total of about $85. I was amazed to say the least! These guys know what they are doing. Guys were really Friendly and service was great!!! My iPhone 7plus fell and the screen was shattered, I walked in and they helped me right away. My phone was fixed within half an hour. Price was reasonable and Zeus is adorable!! Highly recommend this place!! Don't need your phone fixed?, then stop by and just say hi to Zeus, he's just too cute and as friendly as the staff!!

My son broke his phone. Made an appointment on line. Unfortunately the phone was damaged beyond repair. The guys at CPR were very good. They looked at the phone, tried their best, and advised me promptly that there was no fixing it. Very professional place. I would definitely recommend to others! Great customer service.

A month ago I cracked my iPhone 6 screen an got it replaced at a mall kiosk. $89, not bad I thought. The next day I noticed that I could not see anything on the screen while wearing my sunglasses, even at the brightest settings. Not good when your job requires travel and you rely on your phone to navigate. Two weeks later, despite a bumper case and a “screen saver” sold to me by the same kiosk repair guy, the screen cracked after a relatively minor drop. I got no help from the kiosk guy (not the same guy of course) or other repair shops I called, who all said that real OEM screens were way too expensive and that all the repair shops used the same inferior glass. Not true it turns out. I was referred to iPhillyfixit where I learned that there are different grades of replacement glass. I went to their West Chester shop and got my screen repaired in about 15 minutes. The first thing I did when I got to my car was to put my sunglasses on and lo and behold I could see the screen as well as with the original glass! Oh, and how much was the repair? $89.

This was my second visit to CPR and again FIVE star service!! The staff is very friendly and the wait time is very short for repairs. No appointment is needed. I needed my charger port cleaned and I was out in five mins. Exceptional service and I highly recommend.

Very happy with the in-store service, quality of work and integrity of the staff. Follow-up via email or call backs fell a bit short. If someone tells me they'll email within a day or call me back, I shouldn't have to wait a week then reach out. As a former small business owner, keep a log (book or shared online note page), or invest in a customer contact app, and someone should check that every morning to see if anyone needs to be contacted, even if just to say "we're working on it and will reach out in X days". Don't leave customers hanging.

I went into this place thinking I needed a new screen for my iPhone. They told me that my screen protector had done its job, the screen was fine and I only needed a new protector. Service was fast, understanding and friendly. Pricing very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Tmobile wanted me to upgrade my phone and couldn't fix the screen.

They not only fixed my screen, they replaced my home button and fixed my charging port! The service was 15 minutes and well priced. I was forced to file a Better Business Bureau complaint against this company today, they lied to me about their ability to do drone repairs then compounded it by lying about giving me a promised refund of the diagnosis fee, I even contacted their headquarters customer service department and guess what? No response from them either, BUYERS BEWARE!
