We had been to several big box stores when we decided to go to Cabin Hill Maytag. it was a great experience. Jeff was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable about the gas stoves we were looking at. We were pleased with the selection and the price. The stove was delivered two days later by Anthony and John who are both their employees. Very polite and efficient and spent time setting it up and explaining the details of the stove. I would go to Cabin Hill Maytag again to buy another appliance.

Parts - they have them :) They had the part I needed for my Maytag dishwasher. Price was about 35% more than average prices online, but I didn't have to wait or worry I wouldn't get the right part. They seem knowledgeable too when I described my issue and the troubleshooting I did to derive at the fact that I needed that specific part.

I use them for parts. They did scoff when I asked about having a tech come out if I couldn't solve my own dryer problem. Said they wouldn't touch it if I already have. Not sure if it's truly a liability thing, or salty for not coming to them first. Either way, they're great for local parts.

Cabin Hill Maytag gets FIVE STARS for being a GREAT store to do business with. Mark Hartman, store owner, is friendly, understanding, helpful, and very knowledgeable. This store also matches prices and guarantees the best deal possible! The delivery men, Anthony, Andy, and Lanny, visited my home twice and on each visit they were on time, friendly, knowledgeable about the product and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I even requested an exchange for a different washer due to my dissatisfaction with how it washed and my request was immediately honored and I had my new washer in less than a week!! I am highly recommending Cabin Hill Maytag for its products, service, and wonderful personnel :)
