My car broke down and I was in a panic I called the service department and talked to BILL what a wonderful man he told me there was no problem with having my car towed there and that it will be ok. He was right they got my car up and running quickly it ended up to be the catalytic converter and the was no charge it was under warranty that I didn't even know I had. The service at this dealer is absolutely horrible. I bought a vehicle here and everything went smoothly. I bring it back on two separate occasions and my truck had more work needing to be done then when I dropped it off. For example: I brought it in for a state inspection test. The vehicle was give to me, as I started driving the steering wheel was shaking so much I though it was going to fall right off. I called them spoke to a supervisor and he stated there is no way for them to test drive every vehicle due to the large amount of cars that need service daily. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE!! Your vehicle will thank you later.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I have had nothing but trouble with the service center since I’ve bought my car! They NEVER hold to appointment times or the “need my car by” times. Twice I’ve made an appointment online and twice I’ve gone in to “we haven’t even gotten it in the garage yet”. Not to mention I have to tell them NOT TO TOUCH MY TIRE PRESSURE!! The first service they lowered the pressure to 20 psi which isn’t even close to any recommended pressures. Not only do they FAIL miserably at time management but their customer service and people skills are a big fat zero!!! I’m currently seeking another Brown Daub dealership to pick up the slack for their overly incompetent Kia dealership!!!

I don’t know much about cars but someone referred me to this dealership and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made!!! I worked with a sales rep jay and he was beyond informative and completely professional. We made an appointment to talk with a sales person. When we got there we were informed there were three people in ahead of us. So, we walked around and looked at the cars on the lot. Not one single car has a price on it. So, if you want to know how much a car costs, you're forced to speak with a sales representative, which seems like a sales tactic and I don't like feeling pressured or tricked. In any case, we waited forever and finally gave up and left.

Where to begin... This year has been tough for my husband and I. We bought a 2019 Kia Sportage from Gabrielle Waldenmayer back on February 11, 2019. She was amazing! She was calm, easy to deal with, and never gave off that pushy car sales person vibe. She was helpful from the moment I walked in the door. I left there that night with a brand new car. It was closing time and I know she had to have wanted to go home. Her and the General Manager, Steve Parr took the time to walk us out and take a picture with us and our new car. Fast forward to June 8, 2019. I was in a terrible car wreck and someone hit me totaling my brand new car. I was devastated! I called the dealership on June 11, 2019 and spoke to Steve. He assured me that everything was going to be alright and he would help me any way that he could. He started by crediting back the pro-rated amount left on the extended warranty I took out. That helped a lot. Then he called me back later that night and had Gabrielle speak with me. She told me that Steve and her were working on getting us into a brand new 2020 Kia Sportage. I was totally not expecting this considering that everything was taking so long with the bank and insurance to work things out with the other car being deemed a total loss. Gabrielle spent most of that evening texting and talking on the phone with me to figure out which color car I wanted and what extras I was expecting. She closed the night by assuring me that I would have a new car on Wednesday (6/12/19). My husband and I went to the dealership on June 12, 2019 and Gabrielle made this so easy for me. She worked diligently with the Business/Finance Manager, Kyle Arcury that evening to get me in my new car quickly. Kyle was great! He explained all of our options clearly and completely. Since there were still some logistics lingering out there from the other car, the Brown Daub Team put some temporary plates on there until everything was worked out. I left with a new car! Fast forward to June 15, 2019. I went back to the dealership to finalize all the details on the new car. I walked in there and it seemed like everyone knew who I was and they were all so kind. I sat with Gabrielle for a bit until Kyle was able to get all of the remaining paperwork in order. Again, I can’t begin to tell you how fabulous she is! If you go to Brown Daub be sure to ask for Gabrielle! It is always a no stress situation with her. After signing all of the paperwork with Kyle there was still one more step that needed to be completed. My husband was at work and needed to sign the paperwork also. I must say Kyle really went above and beyond. This man put together all of the paperwork and we drove to my husbands work so that he could sign off on the paperwork! I couldn’t believe it! A dealership that took all this time and put all this effort into something and actually genuinely cared about the tough time that my family and I were going through. I’ve never seen that or experienced that in my entire life. I will NEVER go anywhere else. I hope that Brown Daub realizes how important it is to have a great General Manager like Steve Parr, an accommodating Finance Manager like Kyle Arcury, and absolutely the most FABULOUS and AMAZING sales person like Gabrielle Waldenmayer! Thank you all for everything!

Horrible service, Employees are not very knowledgeable. I was charged unnecessary charges after I had already brought my vehicle in. STAY AWAY FROM KEVIN in the service department he has absolutely NO CLUE what he is doing. Purchased my vehicle here and was given documents stating what my interest rate would be, however the bank was given documentation stating my interest rate was twice as much. DO NOT RECOMMEND! When we went there to look at cars, Dave greeted us and asked us if there was anything in particular I was looking for. I explained to him that we owed a bit on the trade and he assured me that wouldn't be a problem. Dave was very friendly and helpful! He listened to us and any concerns we had were addressed. He helped us to get into a car that we really wanted! And they took our trade without any problems. The old car loan from our trade in was paid off by them promptly. The service department is the worst, this is why I will never do any more business with Brown- Daub Kia . The first time I bought a SUV had only 6 months and the engine went. Even with the warranty it was like getting teeth pulled. Then I went there for a recall on my Kia, they gave me the run around again. I got so upset that i had my car taken to another dealer. Never again will you get my business or anyone in my family.

"Buyer Beware" went to the dealership about 2 weekends ago to look at a mazda cx-5 they have on the lot. I was automatically approached as soon as I got out my car by a salesman. I said to him give me 10 mins to look over the car. He said no problem We just as he left I was approached by an other salesman ask hi how are I said the same thing to the last guy. Well needless to said not more than 2 mins go by someone else comes up me and asked me can I help you at the people i said to myself the hell with this i wont buy here I can even look over car before with out have 3 salesman's coming up to me. When I was entering my car I had a 4th salesman come up to me and ask me is anything I can help you with I said no I had enough with dealership I felt harrassed by your salesman's I couldn't even looked over the car that I drove 2 hours to look at it. He comes back at to say well its the end of month and his boys need to sell cars and I have to understand. I said not this way making me and girlfriend uncomfortable. He goes to by that's how it's going to be with every dealership I said I am sorry but I have never felt so pushy before by a salesman. He did not care what I said he was laughing at me as I was getting into my car. I am sorry I won't buy a car off someone that makes me feel uncomfortable.

This is my second visit to Brown daub Kia, the first being when i purchased my vehicle a 2018 sportage sx turbo. I'm happy with the purchase price and the service I was given. I came in with loan setup initially and they were able to get me a better interest rate with a local credit union and although it was late they got everything ready for me to drive home that night. Today I got an inspection which was free so it was no big deal that it hadn't been updated at the time of my purchase and an oil change which was also free and they took care of an open recall on the ecm as well. They told me it would be about two hours and were done a half hour early which was great considering that my online appointment hadn't gone through so they had no record of it when I arrived. I showed them a screen shot of my confirmation and they got me in with no issue.

I accompanied my son, against my better judgement, to Brown Daub Kia. They had a used car he wanted and promised the world to him. The entire shopping experience was horrible. They lied from the minute they got him on the phone and lucky for him I was there. They clearly take advantage of people and the strangest thing I heard was when I asked about the "reboot" thing they're marketing. The salesman was telling us about the circus that Gary Lee ran when he owned the store. If I had bought a car from Gary Lee and someone advertised a reboot then I'd sue because the whole idea of the reboot is a message to people that they no longer play games. Which means they must have in the past. So now they advertise that they're doing it right now? So what about all of the people who bought years ago? So you're kinda saying, we know we screwed you and we're sorry now because we got caught. So you can believe us now? Are you kidding me? Trust me. Nothing changed. Brown Daub used to be the place that everyone in Easton bought cars but not any more. After what I heard a few months ago about the deaf woman who was refuesed service at their Hyundai store to what I experienced at Kia, stay away.

I bought a Kia Cadenza from Brown Daub nearly a month ago. After driving it for 60 miles, I noticed a vibration in the seat of the car while going between 40-60 mph. I called the salesman, Tyler, informing him of this. Called dealership for service last week for appt. Serviceman and myself went for a test ride. Serviceman rotated and balanced tires and adjusted air pressure. After almost 4 hours of waiting, I was told I needed a new transmission, I only have 1,100 miles on the car. I asked they give me a brand new car, of course they didn’t. Instead they gave me Kia complaint number. Now I have a loaner car for a week til my new transmission is installed (with their advertisement on it). Will not be doing much business with them, if any

Don't buy a car here. No matter what they say Gary Lee ripped us off and now we owe $13,000 more on our car than it's worth. We've had nothing but issues mechanical and with the banks. The bank even told us what they did. So even though Gary isn't there no more it's still Brown-Daub and nobody wants to do anything about it. Kia is scammers case closed!

I absolutely wish I could give zero stars to be able to submit a review. The worst, Most deceitful sales team. We leased and refinanced at this location about a year ago and I’m still fuming over the fact that we now owe $3000 more on our finance than I was told. Every time I pay my monthly payment I just am infuriated. I wish there were something I could do about it but it was just ignorance on my part for not understanding. I will never purchase or go to this location unless I have to go to the service centerThe only saving grace for this location is there service center really great people who work there.

My car started driving differently and I had to have it towed to Brown Daub Kia where it was determined that it needed a new engine. Fortunately, it was still under warranty with Kia’s policy of 10 yrs/100,000 miles for new cars. So my 2012 Kia Sorento, now having 80,000 miles on it has a new engine. I had a brand new car to use as a loaner while my car was being repaired. It was a very nice Forte. I nearly fell out of my own car when I drove it home for the first time, because I had forgotten how high it is compared to the Forte! It made me laugh to think how quickly I had forgotten . My car was repaired within 1 week. I thought that was very quick to have to send for parts and replace the engine. I feel I was fortunate to break down close to Brown Daub Kia, because I had been on my way to RI! Overall, a good experience resulting from an unexpected beginning.

I come in to have my wife's Kia serviced when needed, service is usually always up to 5 stars no problems there, but the waiting room for people for people waiting for there cars and potential new customers, needs to be a little more customer friendly, coffee should not be the only perk of getting and paying money for service. I also have a GMC truck that I get serviced at the GMC dealer, they have free cookies, muffins, soda, coffee, and water. I think if you want to promote a new dealership with new and better attitude, make the waiting area better for new and past customers so maybe they like coming to get there car serviced and spend some money and come back to buy another car from this dealer and not go somewhere that is more friendly to customers and there family. Just a little advice.

We were told our battery and alternator change would only cost ~$800 but then they charged us upwards of $1,000. They added a diagnostic charge of around $200 last minute. They told me, on the phone (before they started the work), that the cost would be $875. They told me, 2 hours before I picked up the car (after the work was done), that the total would be $1024. What could I do? Everything was already done. So I paid it, and left. But do yourself a favor: confirm your pricing and try to get it in writing, if possible.

My Fiancé takes her Kia in for regular oil changes and service within their specs. They do not do a full service. Brakes were down to metal and I had to replace front rotors the car barely stopped. Do not rely on their multi point inspections or service. Her car barely stopped.. If you have kids or loved ones don’t trust their service department.

(I should recall his name but Its not coming to me. It’s been 6 months since we purchased). I do say I expected more from the repair/maintenance process. We received white glove treatment at Honda. But I’m still open to having a different experience next time, I’m aware that there were circumstances that effected my experience. (I picked it up after hours, the repair side of the business closes earlier on a Saturday than the sales end of the dealership. I can’t say I saw the discrepancy of hours reflected on the webpage, but I could have missed it.) All in all, still excited!

Bought my 2012 Ford Fusion here, a beautiful car that even before I dropped money into it ran extremely well with the only notable issue being the front rotor having a wobble to it. Good tires, light use, and very well taken care of. I only decided to drop about 2 grand into her after purchase because I wanted a vehicle that would last me a good while -- and speakers, I wanted a good sound system with the works. I had the pleasure to make a deal with Matt Mink, who, despite our lengthy visit, never made it seem like one. Matt was polite and made sure we were completely satisfied with out visit even after we left to shop around, only to return to buy the Fusion. I recommend all my friends at least pay Gary Lee's a visit, even if KIA's aren't your cup of tea.
