My experience with this particular store and it’s manager, Toni, as she introduced herself has been terrible. Following online chat with tech support, which is documented, I visited the store to replace faulty airpods. I specifically asked whether I required reservation and was told by representative that I did not because they would simply swap them. After taking a long drive, the store manager told me that I needed reservation. I inquired whether they could work with me because I walked in on the advice of their colleague. She was unmoved and continued to “read” her script. Swapping faulty airpods is a big deal and takes an appointment. Please call ahead for everything because there seems to be a disconnect between apple employees. Once again, thanks for being professional, understanding, and eager to help.

Viktoryia Baranavа

Horrible personal. Fraud Anderson didn’t help with my problem at all. The service is horrible.

Vishal Tailor

Don't waste time asking them for help. Contacted them regarding a problem with my iPhone microphone and all they did was run a diagnostics on my phone. Even after that they didn't know what the problem was and the lady on the phone said that I most likely have to replace my microphone. She then gave me an outrageous price for the part and asked if I wanted to set up an appointment. Then I told her that the cost was way too high so she suggested to go to a third party vendor. Whats the point of people contacting you when you advise them to go to a third party company anyway. Complete waste of time don't bother asking them for help.

Jenny Stokolyas

Rodney and Brie we’re professional and knowledgeable on the issues I was having with my device. Will definitely come back! Thank you guys. Made my visit so easy!

Pretty good store selection. They r doing some construction so I'm pretty excited 2 c what store they'll b opening. Went 2 the Apple store today. This was my 2nd time n an Apple store & both times at this mall. 1st time was around Christmas. Horrible experience especially 4 a 1st time shopper. I swore up & down I would nvr go n2 an Apple store again. I'm not even an Apple user, but my 3 kids love Apple products. We tried 2 find Air Pods at other stores, but they were all sold out. Due to us needing them today we had no other option but 2 go 2 the Apple store. This time was a GREAT experience. I learned the process on how 2 receive service. I was intimidated when I entered the store due to the crowd, but I went 2 the table I was directed 2 & got serviced immediately... yay me!!! Also great sales associate too. I wish they would include their employees' name on the receipt 4 customers like me who is horrible at remembering names. I would love 2 give him a shout-out 4 being a great worker.

Outstanding product knowledge and customer service! The staff here are truly talented and customer-centric! The was no wait time, and I made an informed decision to buy several Apple products because of the great help of the staff. Clearly, this store is the best Apple store I have ever been to, and I look forward to coming back every time.

I bought a new iPhone from the Willow Grove Apple store yesterday. The sales associate I spoke with was knowledgeable about many things, and I appreciated the time he took to explain the new IPhone X brand, however when I expressed a concern that a third party hacked into my IPhone to glean personal information (searching through videos in my YouTube account, withdrawing money from my debit account, changing the password to my gmail account), he dismissed it completely. He told me there was no way this could be happening, unless I had given someone I didn’t trust access to my phone, and made me feel like I was the only one experiencing this issue, but when I spoke with my phone company, they gave me a different story. Apparently, this has happed to a lot of android and apple customers. I feel that the apple team would like to believe that their phone is invincible, but this is just not the case. Anyway, the sales associate advised me to keep my current Apple ID and phone number, but I chose to change both, and I’m very happy with my decision. After I made these changes, I received a message saying that someone was trying to use my old Apple ID associated with my gmail account to log into a device located in Royersford, Pa (I had previously received about 10 phone calls a day from a google number listed in Royersford, and believe this may have been the “company” gleaning information from my old IPhone). Obviously, I have no evidence, either way, but I am very happy I did not listen to the advice I received at the apple store yesterday. It made me feel that apple is more concerned with protecting its image than worrying about its customer’s safety. I’ll also mention that this sales associate informed me about the keychain feature, which was a great suggestion!

TERRIBLE customer service and to top it off, they lost our phone. (after it crashed from the new update) After a month and a half and countless hours on the phone and at the store, they "will do me a favor and replace the phone" If I could give them no stars, I would. Absolutely awful!!!!

Khooblai Khan

Staff is clueless and rude. Lie about policy. No knowledge of apple warranty. Push you to buy new products unnecessarily. Apple service is really slipping. Very sloppy. Going to google or android products now.

Dancer Girl

Good service but they do not fix cracked screens, only swap them out with a new device.

Expect to wait for hours. Expect to be ripped off for services that they claim are free and are secretly added for $190 into a confusing monthly plan. Expect to be told 3 different stories about the same questions. Expect to be frustrated. Expect for your 2 year product to get an "update" that makes it unusable. Apple is a greedy company and this store factors in terrible customer service to boot.

William Harper

terrible customer service. don't try to help.

I went in with an IPhone 7 which has a known internal issue for “no service” where Apple should replace/repair the phone. The “tech” who helped me denied the issue existed, didnt’ introduce himself, said it didn’t need to be replaced, and sent me on my way. Now 2 days later I still have an inoperable phone and Apple (on the phone) has finally admitted they were in the wrong and that it is a “universally understood” problem and didn’t know why the tech didn’t offer the replacement on the spot. I drove 90mins to have it examined and he wasted my time, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I don't know why so many people put up with Apple. I made an appointment to get 2 batteries replaced. When I got to the store they told me the batteries had to be ordered and it would be a couple of weeks. When I pointed out that the representative on the phone clearly led me to believe that I was going to get new batteries the nice young man in the store responded that the phone representative doesn't know what batteries they have in stock at any particular store. Come on this is supposed to be a technology company. Obviously the representative on the phone should have been able to determine what battery is needed and make sure it got to the store before they have me drive down an hour and wait on line for absolutely nothing. I prefer my Samsung note 8 while the ladies in my house put up with Apple.

Carlos Reyes

I had to travel a distance and deal with parking in a crowded mall. I gave myself more than enough time but had difficulty finding the Apple store. I called a week in advance to tell them i have a broken leg and this endeavor would be difficult. I requested they hold a battery for me so I wouldn’t have to return. I did read in advance that the process generally included a return visit. That in fact was the case. They also got my name wrong and it took two people to figure that out. I was treated professionally and politely yet i will have to return for a second appointment. Apparently the repair can take up to two hours and I had to sign that Apple is not responsible for a loss of data. I find that a little disconcerting.

I walked out after 10 minutes and bought everything at Best Buy. I was walked past and ignored, even after trying to catch the attention of multiple employees. No greeting, no "Do you have any questions," nothing. I shouldn't have to beg to spend money when multiple employees are standing around talking among themselves (this was right after open on a Sunday morning -- not a busy time). Looking past the $1600 I didn't spend at this store on that particular day, I honestly have no interest in patronizing them for any future purchases either.

i called to ask some questions but I couldn’t get ahold of a real person. So I drove 45 minutes there to get my batter replaced. I went through all the stuff you need to do it then right before they went to fix it they said they couldn’t because I’m not 18 I’m only 17 okay fair enough. So I drive 45 minutes back home. A few days later I make the drive back out with my mom. They then told us to come back in an hour and 15 minutes. So we wondered around the mall. Then we came back to the store only to hear them say sorry we can’t replace the battery. I was pretty annoyed at the point and I asked why and they said there was water in my phone. I then said if any water had gotten into it it was over a year ago so there shouldn’t be any water in it at all. They then said well it’s not in it anymore but the water indicator is red. And I said well can you fix that so you can replace the battery and they said no. So we left.

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The entire goal of this apple store is to scheme each customer into paying every cent possible. After having issues with not getting proper attention from the “geniuses” I was greeted by the store supervisor who was one of the most unpleasant individuals I had ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. He told me to “pay the price or beat it”. This was after apple has the iPhone 7 recall and they wouldn’t acknowledge that the reason I was in the store was because Apple had a recall!! I went in to get the new free phone that they promised and since there was a small crack on my phone they said I had to pay 150 dollars to repair it so they could send me a new one! The only reason I was there in the first place is because their update failed globally!! This was completely immoral and I left apple feeling like I got robbed. Definitely changing carriers.

First time I've visited an Apple Center and I was very impressed. It was jam packed however the staff kept things moving. Most of us had appointments and we were either seen on time or within 5-10 minutes. Considering how busy it was, that was excellent. Service Techs were very knowledgeable and their customer service was great.

Holly Seibert

Really disappointed on how I was treated in this store. Expected a lot more. I was picking up my new IPhone xs from this store and a woman employee from Apple was extremely unhelpful. She gave me my phone and after the transaction was completed... she completely blew me off and told me to have a good day and ran away. I know I am young and seem like I may know how this all works... but I had no idea what I was doing. How did she just leave me with my old phone and new phone... & think I understand how to set this up? I waited for 20 minutes for someone to approach me and no one did. You think because I just paid over a grand for the new phone that the woman employee would help me start it up. I finally reached out to a very busy employee, CJ. He was extremely helpful, he put the SIM card in my phone for me and answered all my questions. I truly don’t think I’ll ever walk in this Apple again.... I will speaking to corporate.

A typical Apple store. Customer oriented. They help you with the info necessary to use your new phone or new computer. Buy your iPhone here, not in your provider's store

Too many customers not enough techs to help in a timely manner. Did not stay due to a 2 hour backlog.

So, I don’t usually write Google reviews, but this one stunned me a little bit. First: the person who I interacted with was fine. Not really his fault. He didn’t seem to understand what my needs were but otherwise pleasant and wanted to be helpful. I came in because my 2013 MacBook Air is no longer sufficient for handling quick edits of files for events. I do content creation and high end commercial photography, and part of that requires me to present highlights of events as they happen. In the past, the Air handled this well, but it’s age isnshowing and the lack of retina screen is very frustrating when working with high megapixel files. My goal was to look at and possibly purchase the mid-tier 12.9” iPad Pro with pencil. The pencil was key for me, as I like making precise brush adjustments that the finger is just simply not capable of doing. My only hesistation I have currently is never having used Lightroom mobile or the pencil in tandem with the app on an iPad. I assumed this wouldn’t be an issue at the Apple store as it wasn’t at Microsoft’s with the surface pro. I liked the surface, but wasn’t in love and I am pretty much an across the board Apple user, so it made sense to stay on brand and retain my airdrop functionality. Unfortunately, it is apparently Apple’s policy to not allow you in any way to demo real world functionality on their devices. My customer service associate told me “we do offer a very good return policy if you find it doesn’t meet your needs” and honestly, this idea infuriated me. In no way would you buy a car before driving, a couch before sitting on it, or any other major purchase without knowing it met your needs. I’m asking to demo a free app that in turn, would lead to a $1300-$1600 sale. I don’t really want to go outside of Apple but if I’m being honest, there is absolutely no way I’m making a well equipped laptop level purchase on a tablet that’s going to act as a semi-laptop replacement without knowing it meets my needs. I don’t know if this is just a store issue or an Apple issue, but yeah, absolutely dissatisfied and will not purchase from this store at any point regardless now. If I’m being told I can look at pictures of the product to see if that helps ease my concerns I rather just buy from amazon, you’ve pretty much rendered the value of the brick and mortar store useless.

Marie Molitor

I thought I was calling the store for help with an IPAD 2... I got Jeff in Texas. He was a big help and gave me his number to call when I was able to access a cable I needed. He was very helpful and got it fixed in about 20 minutes.. I was able to go right to the website and cancel my appointment for Thursday.. Thanks for making it so easy.

It's a f*****g apple store, they don't sell SMARTphones or notebooks. I saw them selling a 1000$ flip phone though.

Interesting and strange experience. The place is like no other store I'd describe. The front features nearly one of Apple's products. The rest is nothing but tables like a bar where someone checks you in, whether you have an appointment or not. I saw a lot of employees spending a lot of time with people showing them how to use their existing owned products. I found that surprising and can now understand how Apple is able to retain such customer loyalty for people who are even in the age groups that don't embrace technology. I had an appointment to get a phone fixed under warranty and they had me waiting about 10 minutes, worked with me for 15 and then I was done. I even stopped to look at their other products on the way out, which I had no original intention on doing. I've already been called back in the promised week to retrieve my phone and return the loaner they provided, which was a brand new out of the box right in front of me, previous generation of my phone. Not a bad loaner at all.

Went to the store-no appointment sorry you have to come back (hour drive). try to make appointment with robot driven customer service (sorry robots may rule the world, but not to day), then on hold for 25 minutes. The products are good, the service is terrible.

mbetsill24 .

Excellent customer service. Huge thank you to everyone who welcomed me in. I really appreciated the gentleman who rescheduled my appointment to accommodate my early arrival. Lauren and Lynne went above and beyond to provide the best experience for myself and others around me, they were super helpful! Real all stars.

Kim Kim

hard to find help there. don't see any help desk. they should have some sort of ticket thingy to call the number to see who is next. seems like all apple store are about the same, not my favorite place to go if i need some sort of human help, calling over phone on a 1800 number would be better of.

Tracy Nelson

Appointments are a joke, was assured twice someone would be "right with me". 45 minutes later, still waiting.

Got many Apple products here and I came here because it is very close in my area. Great customer service. Apple customer support helped me right away as I stepped in. Very busy store. Feel like a number. Spoke to one store associate for insight on a desktop and answers were not transparent. Then another associate tag teamed and saw that I was still looking around and was able to answer questions more honestly. But then I bought the computer, took it home and it didn’t turn on. So I brought it back and they told me to have a seat. No one told Me what was happening. Then a guy came over and then he needed help so his supervisor(?) came to help. They decided to give me a Replacement which I took home and works. I just wish people would say, “Hey, I’m sorry this happened. We would like to issue you a new one. Will that work for you?” Instead of just deciding to do it and the customer sits there no figures it out. I made sure to stay and turn the computer and that it worked. The guy told me he’s so busy that I could “go over there” and plug it in myself. Then someone came over to take it out for me while he serviced 4 other people. They seemed understaffed. Felt less like a valued customer more a number.

Worst service from any company and retail store I have ever dealt with. I scheduled a Genius Bar appointment to get the battery replaced for my iPhone 6 a week ago - 6 days in advance. Let me repeat - an appointment to get the battery replaced - repair service as it would be classified. I get there at my appointment time 6:50pm. It is a 40 min drive to get there. First it's "what seems to be the problem with your device." Well, maybe it is just me, but when you schedule an appointment for a specific reason one would think the greeting may be more attentive and appointment like. To make and extremely long set of excuses and exhausting nonsense of conversation from the Apple employee and manager story short, they were unable to replace the battery for which the appointment was scheduled. A - There was not enough time to do the repair as they were behind by 4 hours and the store closed at 9pm. B - They did not have any batteries in stock at the store but if I came back tomorrow they could repair it then. C - Previous changed to - we are totally out of stock of batteries and have to order them, it might take a week or so. They did offer to put a battery on hold for me when it comes in and notify me thereof and when it does all I have to do is arrive "no appointment needed" and wait while they do the repair. They said I should arrive early to the store as it may not take the 4 or so hours to do the repair as was today but could not guarantee how log the service would take. Ok so what is the point of a repair service appointment? Especially when it is called Genius Bar? You'd be a genius to figure out how they operate? Do I trust going back there without an appointment? I think Apple should get a computer company to help them with their customer service logistics, for example, when you schedule an appointment, the computer could check inventory and reserve parts for the customers upcoming appointment. Hey you could hire me I could help you with that or anybody that runs a auto repair business, nail salon, hair salon, jewelry store, lawnmower repair, etc. Really, how stupid and ignorant they are, they made no effort to satisfy me whatsoever. My kids own Apple products, I do not and they said themselves they will never be purchasing an Apple product ever again. Lastly, their excuse for not being able or willing to at least notify me that batteries were out of stock and my repair would have to be rescheduled was - "for security reasons we can't do that"

I've had a very bad experience , don't use this store guys . My Iwatch screen cracked so i came to the store and send the watch for replacement. A young girl that could be my daughter (works there ) told me that I've got a cheap watch and that's why it cracked, and directed me to go to repair section , with out telling me and two other people who needed the same service that we need to checked with other service guy ..So we stood there for like 10 min without know that no one is going to helps us.. After we checked with a guy, lost another 15 min for wait for him .. and than he told me to come back after two hours to get a service .. what tha helll !!! is wrong with this store .!!! i came back home and did it on line , Save your times guys !! P.S. Employee who is tell the costumer you've got a cheap product from us , sorry !! Please ..!!! who you hire Apple !!

Brunilda Matraku

They take forever to service you, and if you have tmobile apple care they tell you they can't see it on their system at all. IPhone 7 has many issues and we just past 1 year and now it doesn't work properly. Bad service and bad product. So many people there with many issues

I went in not even sure if I wanted an Apple computer (I'm an Android guy). With help from an excellent salesman ("Dolphin Dan"), I left knowing not only that I wanted a Mac, but which model and configuration as well. Extremely helpful, honest, and realistic.

First time in my hole life going to an apple customer service store, because my phone suddenly stopped receiving signal and keep searching it (one month ago). So, the Manager want me to pay again to get a replacement, because they said it has a pink color inside.. but my phone never got wet, if that was the case I would never go there to lose my time and money (paying Lyft to go there cause I live far away). I don’t know how they are doing this new phones and what is causing that kind damage. But I’m not going to invest my money again to get another phone and more when they don’t care to lose costumers.

i called to ask some questions but I couldn’t get ahold of a real person. So we left.

Wonderful place

Cale Mosher

Wendy Stubb

Horrible. No service what so ever. I walked around for a 1/2 an hour and not one person approached me. To busy playing games on their iPads. I even stood by the manager and he never looked up at me to ask if I needed help. No pricing on display so you can not compare on your own. If your not under 30 do not get to shop there.

Cynthia Fisher

Great service. Get u in and out quickly

Stewart Levine

A typical Apple store. Customer oriented. They help you with the info necessary to use your new phone or new computer. Buy your iPhone here, not in your provider's store

Rick Patraw

I had problems with my Macbook Air Charger over the past few months. Went to the Apple store on a Sunday morning less than 10 minutes after opening time. Was helped quickly, told it would be 20 minutes before a specialist was available. The specialist (Dan) was amazing. Knew what was wrong with my charger immediately. Ran a diagnostic test just to be sure and helped fix a few other lingering problems on my macbook. He even was able to get the new $60 Macbook Air charger fee covered for me. I could not be more appreciative.

I came to willow grove store with an iPhone issue. My issue was GPS wasn’t working.. I had to wait to be called for an hour and a half, but that’s not my issue with them.. I was finally called in to speak with the specialist at which point I explained the issue with the phone. The specialist offered right away to replace the phone and charge me $326 plus tax.. without even trying to see into a problem..the one was already replaced a year ago but they could find a serial number. Thus, they made it look like it was our issue whereas it wasn’t our issue.. very very horoable service. Apple sucks

Donna Bigley

Always busy no matter what time, so many appointments for broken down Apple products. Couldn't get an appointment until 2 days later at a time I'm in work. This is all for my daughter's phone that is less than 5 months old. I have a Samsung, never had ANY problems.....just saying.

Azhar Haj

The worst customer service ever I was told that my appointment on 3 o’clock and I went at 2:40 they said no it’s actually at 4:15!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stupid staff

Dana Richards

I went in and called SEVERAL TIMES. I did NOT get any help whatsoever. I spent over 45 min on hold. I couldnt even get thru to make an appt. I live quite a distance and have spent alot of money and i dont appreciate the service im NOT RECEIVING!

William Entriken

I sent Mom to this Apple Store to buy a new MacBook Pro. She brought my sister to get the student discount. Sales associate told Mom "the student discount only applies four months before September". Of course this is BS. They fed her BS because she is older than 20y/o and she's a woman. Just like a car repair shop. I expected better.

mohammad arabas

If I can give a zero star I would! I took my iphone X to get it fixed and it was still under warranty. Anyway, they took it back to check why the touch screen is not working. The guy comes back and tells me we are not authorized to fix it since it was bought from overseas. I told him where I bought it from, they don't have apple stores and they are under war. The funny thing is I was at the apple store so no matter where the phone was bought it should be fixed. I know apple is one company!!!! Anyway, they wanted me to call support and see what I can do. I did not even bother, I just went to another apple store, I guess different company ..Lol, and they were able to fix it. My guess was either apple are hiring people that have no idea what is going on, or I was at a different store. That was my first time purchasing and iphone and this is the experience that I get. I will go back to Samsung which I always had in the past. one more thing, no wonder why this location has bad reviews ...

Tia Robinson

DJ customer service was excellent, she went over and beyond my expectations. I am pretty sure she is a pleasure to have as an associate. She is definitely an asset to the apple company. If I ever had a problem. I will most certainly be scheduling my appointments with her and her ONLY.

Dan K.

The store is great in the evening when I went. The staff were knowledgeable even when troubleshooting needed to be done to correct any errors we ran into. However everything they need to do and you as the buyer is to choose the exact product you’d want. I was there for a phone. A worker brings your model up to you and the salesperson, and the salesperson will do every step of the process with you from their iphone, even using the added credit card reader on the back and cameras to log the products, Apple has done an amazing job of making the buying process of these products as easy as you could possibly expect or desire as a customer. I’ve had the iphone since the 3G and the employees are knowledgeable enough to know that I must have a pretty good idea of how to update my iphone so not getting a beginners lecture was great to me. I want technical specs and only the questions I need answered. They did so here and I walked out that night with a working and beautiful new phone. Would go here any time to buy Apple anything.

steve eley

I went to visit this location because my headphone, as well as my adapter for my Iphone 8 has a short in both. I've only used the adapter a few few before I was unable to use it. When I arrived to the store at 7pm, I was told that there was no technician in the store that could look at my items. The store closes at 9pm, why isn't there a technician in the store. I was also told that if I come back tomorrow at the same time, I will run into the same issue. I was recommended to come back when the store opens at 10am...most people work 9-5...why wouldn't you have a technician in store to help working individuals. And it was only for headphones and an adapter piece that was under warranty. Should have just switched mine out because you didn't have the proper staff. Such an inconvenience.

MikeSrt

Getting in to see the POTUS is easier. They also like to "look" for additional charges when you take phones in for repair. Question and re-question them when the inevitable extra charge is added.

Dachuan Chen

Went to this location to troubleshoot a problem I had with charging my Apple Watch. The team here just seem overrun and exhausted, none of them really seemed energetic or happy to be there (can you blame them, it is retail after all, but at least act like you want to be there). Anyway, I was seated right away and basically helped myself. The "genius" couldn't even get the diagnostic to run properly. They might as well have called it self service as I was the one that got the diagnostics to run on the watch. After the diagnostics came out clear, he said that the hardware replacement would be $250 and left. He didn't say thanks for coming in or offer to print a service invoice or anything. Avoid this location at all costs.

The staff works hard to accommodate customers so no one is left waiting. That being said, the staff is so patient, friendly, and helpful. Today I went with my mom purchase another iPad. Our concern was whether all of her information would be transferred from her iCloud without incident to her prospective new device. We were assured that not only could this be done, but upon setup her pictures and notes would be readily accessible. The salesperson brought over to us our options for a protective case in terms of color choices and styles. Even though it was after closing, the staff was more than happy to let us stay as long as we needed to answer any last minute questions. Hands down the best customer service is here!

Aniket Sarkar

Absolutely terrible place to be! While I was in the store the staff was so clueless I called apple support themselves and got my issue resolved. Stay far away from the people and store and if you want to purchase stuff go to bestbuy.

This is probably heaven if you buy into the apple lore. Otherwise it's just a very nifty looking store selling overpriced merchandise.

Harry Bridges

I began writing short short stories with my new Mac Pro early 2013 after I had retired. I was one-on-one for $100/year and came weekly. Without their help, I would not have been able to publish, ISBN and US copyright my two books. Then, in 2015, they stopped one-on-one. Thanks for the two books and the ability to write more but what about the other budding iBooks authors? No support for them like I received. Buyer beware. Also, I found out later that, though my books are available in many countries, Apple DOES NOT, FOR ANY PRICE, ADVERTISE. One must create a web page to promote sales. My wife is struggling with the basics of her 8-month old Apple iPad Pro. She is lost and it creates friction when she wants me to give her support. We have paid hundreds of dollars for Apple Care for her and the line is often busy. Bring back one-to-one! Lastly, my original Mac Pro failed just before the warranty ran out. Replaced. Bought new warranty. Now, just before the second unit is about to go out of warranty, the screen turned black. After repair, It works now. Highly recommend a plastic case to protect it. $100 at Apple store; $11on Amazon. I plan to create a WiX web site to promote my books. Pay a pro kid or adult to teach you to write books. I doubt any other e-book publisher is any better. Built to last 3-4 years.

Christopher Materia

Great Apple store as most Apple stores are. Staff was very kind and helpful. I brought my laptop to the Genius Bar and my problem was fixed within a half hour. I only had to wait 5 minutes before being seen. Be sure to make an appointment first if you're going to the Genius Bar, however.

Kuldeep Patel

Long wait but friendly service

Jennifer B. Martin

Lousy customer service. They put you on a "list" for service or purchase and it goes into a black hole. You have no idea how long you have to wait. They tell you you're up next but that may be an hour. They are supposed to text you when you're up. But this doesn't happen. Horrible waste of time. Could be shopping or eating elsewhere during wait time and be happy but they keep telling you 10 minutes. Infuriating.

Shawn Jackson

Customer service excellent. They solved our issues and educated us on a few things with our iPhones.

Tony Castle

Pretty quick, had a phone re placed due to damage, short wait but went very smooth.

Alex Rudaskov

My wife called them yesterday to make sure that they have new iPhones in stock. A lady on the phone assured her that all the iPhones are in stock except green one. Ok. We came in about 20-30 minutes after we called them. There was 2 lines and the employee said that they do not have any iPhones available already. Ok. I have asked if they going to have more iPhones today and he said: “Yes”. Ok. We came in the morning and the lady offered us to make an APPOINTMENT for 12 o’clock today. There was no lines at all. Are you freaking kidding me? You guys sell expensive stuff. I am changing my iPhones every year and I am expecting that if I am calling and asking about the stock availability your employees will offer me to make an appointment first, before I will spend 4 hours of my time, in total, for 2 visits. Great products. Useless workers.

Michael Tuley

Very helpful service

I went in looking to upgrade my phone. Jessie was very helpful, patient, thorough and made the process quick and easy. He even stopped back a couple of times during the setup to check on the progress and offer assistance. I hit a number of bumps in the road attempting to restore my settings on my new phone from the cloud. Despite a number of challenges, Leo (Leone) continued to come up with alternatives to make sure I didn’t lose any of my photos. He stuck it out with me for over 3 hours and was able to resolve all of the issues. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Jessie and Leo for making such a stressful process as much more relaxed. I would go back in a heartbeat and would recommend both individuals to anyone interested in upgrading.

Edris Rollins

The have a large turnover in staff. Most of them don’t know what’s going on. They always have call in other staff members to fix the problems they’re working on. Replacement phones are almost as pricey as the new ones, especially when you have a 2 year contract and the phone dies within 18 months.

SHARON F

Staff was great, techs were on it and really knew their stuff!

Jesenia Rivera

Great Mall, way better than Franklin Mills

Ana Medina

They are bunch of liars, at this point I feel they are steeling to the customers, I went to drop my beats Dec 8th and is been more than a month an nobody know about it, is insane the way they are working, is funny because is 1000 people working in there and every time an specialist call nobody pick the phone!

Sabrina Daniels

It's clean and you can try the products that are out making it easier to figure if it's what you really want

Rich Sybesma

Very helpful knowledgeable people. Apple products are awesome

Sarah Talabiska

I had problems with my Macbook Air Charger over the past few months. Went to the Apple store on a Sunday morning less than 10 minutes after opening time. Was helped quickly, told it would be 20 minutes before a specialist was available. The specialist (Dan) was amazing. Knew what was wrong with my charger immediately. Ran a diagnostic test just to be sure and helped fix a few other lingering problems on my macbook. He even was able to get the new $60 Macbook Air charger fee covered for me. I could not be more appreciative.

Randall Shutt

Yeah... 80 dollar USB-C TO mini display port adapters....

Nick Mendoza

Very helpful employees when it came to assisting me in purchasing a phone.

Shawn Murphy

Great experience, Billy was amazing with getting AirPods set up with my iPod touch.

Anatoliy Shalamov

Alberto Alcala

Made me spend 1 hr of my time to tell me they can't help.

Genius bar takes hours

tammy Elliott

Packed store very polite and knowledgeable staff.

Angela Argenti

Aniket Sarkar

good and satisfying experience

In and out! I planned to be in their for hours and it was the opposite.

Dave Hylenski

Absolutely terrible place to be! While I was in the store the staff was so clueless I called apple support themselves and got my issue resolved. Stay far away from the people and store and if you want to purchase stuff go to bestbuy.

Douglas Smithman

I wasn't feeling 100% about the service I first received when going into store. After time came near to closing the day, I understood why! I needed to make my appointment earlier to accommodate my issues. I apologize if I seemed rude with C/S staff, I was experiencing more than frustration and disappointment.

Everyone here was helpful, prompt, and professional. Walking in I hadn’t know my iPhone was a recalled model and looking back they could have easily tried to just sell me a new phone. Instead, they were upfront about the issue and made sure it would be of no charge since it was under an Apple recall. They made the fix as painless as possible and even provided me with a rental phone free of change while mine was shipped out for repairs

calebe nobre

Valeria and Eric did an excellent job troubleshooting and replacing my iPhone. That is what differentiates Apple from other companies. True customer service.

Shashi Kumar

Went there to get a cracked screen fixed. They tried to sell me a new phone.

Nicholas Daller

Refused to service an iMac because it was older than 6 years. I even offered to buy a new one. No dice. Talk about brand support and customer service! Very disappointing from a supposedly serious company. They were even rude about it when I told them I was not satisfied. Go to Ardmore. It is worth the drive for competent employees.

Joe Steward

Absolutely a terrible experience UNLESS, you are young amd spending money there at the time. Went in to puck up an items purchased on line and clearly since they dont get a commission since it was on line purchase, it to well over an hour. What a disgrace!

Susan Proud

Called for support 5 minutes after store opened. First I got an automated response, was put on hold for 15 minutes and still no human! I'll go to Staples for my computer needs from now on...or Costco...anyplace is better than this Apple Store.

Super shady experience. My charging port was no longer working on my iPhone. They looked at it and said one of the pins was broke and that they don't replace port. They took out an iPad to start taking an order for a new iPhone. I laughed and exited. I found a local guy that could replace the port for $50. Even better, I decided to try and fix it myself. I used a toothbrush and cleaned out the port. It then charged right back up. If the Apple Genius had his way, I'd be out hundreds of dollars with an unnecessary new phone.

Just got home after driving an hour to get an Apple Watch. Went over the weekend to Lehigh valley apple store. Spent a hour with a very knowledgeable young lady. Switched bands to see what felt best. Explained difference in alumn vs stainless. Wanted to look at Fitbit before deciding. After learning about them decided to get Apple Watch. Went tonight with $1000.00 cash to get watch with stainless band. A lady took my name and I took phone out of holder to look at differences. Same woman who took my name said I couldn’t take watch out of holders. I told her I just wanted to compare alumn screen and stainless. She said they can’t be taken out of holder. I told her I spent over an hour st another store and I was able to line up watches to see difference. She told me we don’t do that here and told me to put them back. I waited ten minutes and no one came to me. Another worker asked me if I was being helped. Told him I gave my name to lady standing there and I thought I was going to buy a watch but I wasn’t sure. There was a salesman with what I thought was a cust at the table. The man who asked if I was being helped asked the salesman if he was busy. I thought the young man he was with was a cust but turned out he was a trainee. The trainee tried to help but he didn’t know anything about the stainless watch. The trainer guy just kept working on his pad. I left. No watch. I’d never set foot in this store again.

Michael Kelly

Their repair policies are awful. Broke my laptop screen on Sunday, I called Apple Support and they told me to drive 20 miles to my closest Apple Store to drop my laptop off for repairs. I arrive, only for them to tell me that they aren’t accepting any items currently that need to be repaired. They informed me I need to make an appointment for Tuesday. I arrive today about a half hour early for my “appointment,” to be told they can’t accept the return until my appointment time. I sit and wait a half hour, for them to accept my laptop and then told to come back when it’s finished being repaired... That’s three trips, 40 miles both ways to pay $700 for a screen replacement. I advise anyone without Apple Care or without an Apple Item under warranty to call their local electronic repair store and have them fix it for a literal fraction of the price and with a hundred times more ease. Just Google laptop repairs and you’ll be directed to a ton of stores near by.

Ray Forte

Crowded, chaotic. Wanted airpods, got told to stand around a table with four random people while they are retrieved from the back. Ten minutes of awkward looks later they appeared. Very inefficient.

Apple stores and quality of staff has really deteriorated over the last few years. I went in yesterday to pick out an Apple Watch and band and the 2 "employees" basically opened up drawers for us while talking to each other the entire time. No help, guidance, advice on what goes with what. They answered questions if you asked but they did not offer help. I used to come here and be amazed by the quality of the service and advice and help. Now they basically have warm bodies.

Todd Bright

Very nice good people

Jon D

Total disrespect and completely unprofessional from the Apple Team at this store. I came to pick up my IPhone X yesterday and they wouldn’t release it to me due to issues with their system. Today I come back (another 2 hour round trip) and they keep me there for an hour as they again try to process my order. Might I add I already paid for the phone in full. But again there is now an issue with Verizon and them. I tell them they have 45 minutes to figure it out as i eat or I cancel my order with them. Her response “wow okay really? It’s not even our fault”. I waisted 4 hours of my week so far and spent $1,500 on the damn phone to still not get it. On top there was no compassion from the team as they were being stuck up and disrespectful to a paying client. If you are going to buy an Apple product, just get it shipped to your house so you don’t have to worry about interacting with this team.

Susan Paul

I had no appointment and I am from out of town. Matt at the Apple store at Willow Grove Mall was awesome. He figured out my problem and walked me through solving it. I highly recommend him.

ALL GOOD

Went in to get my done an IPhone 7. First person we talked to was condescending and put us on a wait list. After 30 minutes we asked where we were on the list and we're told they couldn't tell us. Waited 5 more minutes and then left. We never received a text to tell us we were up for service. No loss to them because we still got an iPhone so apple makes their money. Maybe the store should employ some adults who know how to deal with adult customers. Will never go back there.

kiryl marchuk

Terrible customer service. I mean literally terrible. It took me 3 hours to buy a phone. For every little problem they put me back in line and I had to wait, wait and wait. One of these problems was because one sales agent sent me to another who then send me to another (who was not aware I was sent to him). He then went to speak to another customer and I had to wait again... The phone that I was trading in was checked by 3 different sales agents. 1st and 2nd looked and it and said hmm everything looks good, we will give you full credit ($150). On the third agent the guy literally takes 10-15 minutes to inspect the phone. I tell him that the other two already checked it and they said everything is fine... nope he doesn’t care, wastes 15 minutes of my time. He then takes off my screen protector, takes the phone away from me and says I have to go to the back (did not tell me what he was doing with me phone?!...). Comes back 10 minutes later says, yeah everything is fine? If you want someone to waste your time please come here

Christopher Jones

Important to note: while I've moved on from Apple products I have never had one bad customer service experience here. One star removed on excessive wait times.

Eve Mont

Had a great experience today. Arrived on time for my appointment and someone greeted me immediately, took my info, and led me to a table to wait. Two minutes later, Josh arrived to take care of my issue—a screen on my MacBook that had gone flickery and washed out. Josh ran diagnostics and explained everything he was doing, figured out the problem (needs new clamshell), told me my apple care would cover the cost, and ran me through the options for getting it repaired. They didn’t have the part on hand so it ended up being most convenient to send to Apple repair. I should get it sent back to my home in 5-7 days. Now I don’t know how the repair will go but the customer service here was top notch, and Josh was a pro. I was out of there in 35 minutes. Very pleasant experience.

Great experience, excellent customer service and they are very knowledgeable. Nick Fox went above and beyond, his dedication to customer service rivals apples products.

I had no appointment and I am from out of town. Matt at the Apple store at Willow Grove Mall was awesome. He figured out my problem and walked me through solving it. I highly recommend him.

Important to note: while I've moved on from Apple products I have never had one bad customer service experience here. One star removed on excessive wait times.

Customer service at the sucks at the Apple I store

tania kennedy

The old mean lady who was assigned to help us almost made me leave the store. I expect better customer service than a know it all when I'm spending that much money. Will not be back to the willow grove apple store.
