I called them and and my and my dad waited 10m and NOTHERING!
Wait is long but they're very helpful
Clean and very professional friendly staff
Traded in my gen 4 iPad for a new one. They use a third party company to handle the transaction. They were going to give me $50 for my iPad which was is pristine condition. I received the packaging to send the old iPad back a day or two later. I immediately followed the instructions 100% and returned it. Four days later I receive an email from Apple on how to prepare my device for return. Too late, already sent it back as per the instructions. Guess what? I get NOTHING for the returned IPad and I don’t even get the old one back. Not cool.

Costume service is really good at this place
Wake up Apple staff, did you forget that stores such as yours survive on something called customer service! When entering your store I was first impressed by the number of your staff. These sales associates in your official Apple shirts! I approached one young man, introduced myself and shared with him when my assigned appointment time was scheduled. He told me that I would have to wait ten more minutes, meanwhile there were pockets of sales staff standing around just socializing while customers were left on their own. After snagging an Apple associate, I was led to another waiting area to continue to bare witness to more wasteful retail socializing. The young lady who assisted me proved to further my disappoint with her lack of enthusiasm lack of motivation! A two hour round trip ended with a phone still not repaired properly and a feeling of disillusion about Apple's role in the Retail Universe!
Store was packed!
No such thing as an apple genius. Even when you have an appointment the weight is terrible. They can not keep to a schedule. If they are so great wht ate there always tons of people waiting for repairs.
Very good service was quick didn’t have to wait long very friendly staff
Genius bar gang is awesome!!
I bought my iPhone from here and within a month it started having issues. I went to this store and they replaced the phone without a hassle. Extremely friendly and supportive staff.
Seeking to replace an 8 year old laptop. Seems that they can find something I can work with.
Went in to get my daughter’s phone reset (we locked ourselves out after she died last year). Needed the receipt to show proof of ownership... David was able to find the receipt from 2 years ago and Alexa was able to set it up so I can use it. You two are the best!!
Service was great unless you needed help with a device. Wait time was ridiculous. Even after I was notified still had to wait another 20 mins.
Where is security in this mall$#@$#%",please
I did not have an appointment. I was purchasing a new iPad and transferring content. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Everyone was helpful and efficient.
Quick fix of my bent iPad Pro
Nice mall to visit
Great place to shop but stores are starting to close
Had an issue with customer service at this particular Apple Store and got a personal phone call from the manager. He listened, asked a few clarifying questions and apologized for not hitting the mark. I don't know that there are many stores that will go the extra mile this way in seeking to do better. Kudos to you!
They sell Apple products. The staff is friendly and professional. I purchased a new iphone. They had it up and running in about 30 minutes.
Don’t even bother. They couldn’t/wouldn’t fix my iPad screen but the guy in the kiosk right outside of the store fixed it in one hour for $90. Apple just wanted to sell me a new one for $100 more than I bought the same thing at Best Buy on the way home. Also the manager told me Apple Care was only good for 2 years the Apple Care brochure from Apple on the counter at Best Buy said 3 years which is what I thought every time I bought off of the Apple website. I’ll never make the effort to go to that store again.
Did not have a great customer service experience here. In my opinion They were acting a little wired and just bounced me around from one person to another untill I decided to leave and just talk to some one on apple support. They solved my problem immediately so my suggestion would be to call support first then going there looking fot answers.
Disclaimer I hate Apple products but I have a 5th Gen ipod that I was gifted and needed some answers on why I couldn't get updates on apps. The place was packed by Apple Zombies. I finally made my way through them and found a service desk that was staffed with rude people who decided they would condescend to answer a question on my ancient ipod (I actually have one older that works great). Found out it can't be updated past 9.3 ios so can't update most apps but still plays music yay!
Customer service is the pits! Called to schedule a battery exchange, appointment made, arrived 15 minutes early after 20 minutes I was told that they did not have the batteries in the store. I asked why was there no notification sent, they didn't know. I had to wait another 15 minutes to see a tech anyway to schedule a battery exchange. This was a 3hrs round trip to the store, and they are too lazy and inept to send out a notification to stop a scheduled customers from spending hours of our precious time and gas to come to the store knowing that they didn't have the product I had scheduled to receive 3 days before. All they could say is "I understand"! No you don't understand what it means to be customer service oriented. If you did, you the hi-tech leader in the world would not run such an inept service arrangement. I rate you and your team a big fat ZERO 0. Thanks for wasting my time with your sorry excuse of "we don't know when the batteries are coming".
The 1st time i was there.. was angry issue. He wouldnt help my daughterfor a phone. A lady heard what was happening n saved the day..... she was really open n pleasent 3days ao that phone crashed out Went to apple today and had wonderful service with explanations and no wait real wait time for a technician Be ready with photo id that matches account and an appointment
My first time here..staff very friendly and helpful very nice first visit..
The store is clean and spacious with great displays. It often gets very busy and you have to set an appointment in advance and wait when you get there but the staff is generally helpful and friendly.
Make sure that you know the prices before you go in. I didn’t know the price of a couple phones I was looking at. The one I wanted was out of my budget but I was considering another. However, as soon as the employee discovered that I didn’t have enough money for the first phone I was looking at she got stuck up and acted like I didn’t belong there and like I was wasting her time. I decided not to even look at the other phone and left.
My warranty just expired a few days earlier, and Apple still made it quick and easy for me to get it replaced. Customer service was awesome!
Excellent customer service. Ask for Chris J he's a great technician. Apple replaced my 6 plus 3 months outside of warranty for free because it had a well documented screen flickering/freezing/gray bar issue. No hassle at all I will be buying the IPhone 7 and sticking with Apple all the way!
They usually have helped me but this time I drove from Philadelphia only to have my iPhone 8 Plus’s screen repaired since it was within the manufacturer warranty but they wanted to charge me $129 when a gentleman at a kiosk across from them offered to do it for $20! To be fair, at least my Apple specialist was quick about it :)
Great store for your apple needs and online pickups as well, and any help you may need. Be prepared its an apple store and can get packed varying on when you go.
My friend had an iPhone that just didn't work. It took over an hour to get a new one, all the stuff transferred, etc. We had courteous help the whole time. The Apple employees know their job. The store was cold! But I like the calm, uncluttered feel. The whole mall is a nice place to visit.
Round and round with their automated phone system. When you reach someone they can't help. Tried to get an appointment in the apple store and I'm told I'd have to wait 5 days. What kind of service is this... I should have bought an Android Phone. This is BS.
No rhyme or reason to apple stores. Make sure you make an appointment because if its busy you might not even be able to get service. Even if you do make an appointment you might be told that they are running 2+ hours behind and you will need to wait to see someone about a technology issue. Skip the bull**** and just see if your local indie repair shop can diagnose any issues.
Shouldn’t even give it one star.. traded in my device and wiped it clear! Got home and realized these “geniuses” don’t even know how to backup icloud! The employee working with me told me it hasn’t been backed up since 2017, so i asked if we could and he made me log into my account and put me on the wifi and just completely ignored his task since he coincidently was too busy taking my credit card info. He told me everything from my other phone would be transferred...Lost 3 years worth of photos and contacts, aka every memory and contact from my first year of college, and their best apology was a screen protector and phone case in which i couldn’t even trade for other items worth the same price... prior i was told to wait 2hrs for a manger to call me who never did, and when i called THEM nobody had any recollection of my situation. Incompetent and rude management, naive staff, and overall this store is the worst representation of the apple company.
Got my new iPhone X three days ago went to replace it because it was acting up, it was under warranty , the guy who helped me actually saw it multiple times while operating my phone , they still gave me a hard time replacing it. Made me wait for 2 hours , running stupid tests on it and told me in the end they could not find any issue based on their test. Though it froze multiple times in front of him. Still he told me he can’t replace it because his test told him it’s fine , was walking out of the store and the phone started acting up again took it back , then he replaced it... but after wasting my 3 hours . Why are people so stupid ... very bad store and so not helpful
I called them and and my and my dad waited 10m and NOTHERING!
Wait is long but they're very helpful
The staff here is always friendly, very helpful and informative. Well worth the 2 1/2 hour drive for us.
Very busy place takes forever even when you have an appt their never on time
Clean and very professional friendly staff

Workers are very caring and helpful
I went in to buy a new phone and had a FANTASTIC experience. The employees were friendly and attentive. The specific employee who helped to set up my new iPhone, Fran, was informative and patient with all of my questions. She gave her honest opinions on wireless chargers, which I also purchased during my trip, and how her experiences were with them. It took less than an hour to wipe my previous phone, set up the new one, and make sure all of my data transferred over. Overall, it was a great visit and I would return to purchase a future phone.
i had a virus on my computer. i called in and Michael helped me out above and beyond. i was so pleased with my experience. thank you michael for helping me with my virus and giving me other security tips as well
Huge mall. Lots and lots of stores. We visited to drop off a computer at the Apple Genius Bar. Quick in and out.
Friendly staff and cool products
Usually a good experience. May take a while to ever get someone to actually help you buy something. One of the most technologically advanced looking stores I’ve ever been in. DOESN’T HAVE THE ABILITY TO CHECK OUT WITHOUT SPEAKING TO A FLOOR TEAM MEMBER.
Great Staff! Great products! You can try out anything you want! All of the workers are very knowledgeable on the products. Love their customer service!
Enjoy coming here even though I can't afford anything here yet.
Place to go for all your APPLE products. Great service, with plenty of sales representatives ready to help you with any questions or needs you may have. My son had reception problems and sound issues with his Apple phone. A staff member checked it out and all it needed was a good cleaning. NO Charge, problem solved.. Large store with plenty of help. Large free parking lot with easy access to property off of Harrisburg pike or rt 30. Handicap parking and access to public restrooms in park city mall. Wheelchair accessible.
Refuses to replace two iPhone 7’s that are experience mic/speaker board failure unless I pay $300 for each phone. Dylan D. the supervisor stated that they’ve spoken to engineering and that they have concluded that the failure is due to rough use or “third party cables”. Interestingly enough this is only happening with iPhone 7’s. When I asked what happens when an emergency call cannot he made due to Apple’ faulty boards, I was told that perhaps getting a landline would be best. I’ve owned every iPhone since the original. This is not how you treat ANY customer. The defect is yours and your alone. I read an article this morning that there haven’t been any class action lawsuits to date, but get ready.
Just bad customer service. Did a online order and the lady said yeah we can’t do anything for you until the order says complete. Legit showed her a email and she had me wait over a hour before giving me my phone. Called apple and they said they would reach out to management. Need to shape up. I spend atleast 10k a yr at this location
Been going to Park City most of my life, had some of my best memories there. One of the last walking malls left. Always will return!!
Great service. Gave my girlfriend a new phone because her 8 shut down. They stayed late for us.
Very nice store,excellent customer service
I drove to this location on 3 separate occasions, taking extended lunch hours at work and coming from Harrisburg. The first time they didn’t have my reservation and told me I would have to wait for 1.5 hours. Second time they didn’t have the screen I needed to fix my phone. Third time, I was told I could come drop off my phone and pick it up later in the evening but when I got there they told me it would be an hour wait. This store is horrible.
Phone shut off randomly late at night, called apple the next morning and they said they had no appointments for two days or I could walk in. I drove over an hour away, 8 months pregnant, alone with no phone only for them to tell me I would have to wait 3 or more hours to be seen. If something were to happen to me so far away from home, with no phone could be really bad but the workers do not seem to care one bit. Disgusting customer service.
I am Definitely not an Apple fan. But my son is. I have never had Anything but good customer service here.
Alex G (with the tattoos and a beard) helped me out and he was so unbelievably helpful and empathetic and kind and he went above and beyond to make sure I got my problems taken care of. He was just a very understanding person who was very sociable and really helped me out even though I was really frustrated about my iPhone problems.
I cannot overstate how ridiculous Apple's current setup is. I own an iPhone 6 and paid for it in cash. The battery needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, the Lancaster store is the closest store to me. The first time I called, I was scheduled with an appointment with this store to replace my battery. I drove the 50 minutes, only to arrive to check in and find that the store didn't even have the battery. I was so frustrated that I told the store not even to order the battery. Several days latter, I was called by the store and told that the battery had been ordered, despite my request as above. 1) Problem number one. Apple's call center is decentralized and has no idea what is going on in its local stores. The person scheduling me has no idea WHAT the inventory of the local store is. Attempting to call the local store is minimally effective at best, often times the staff doesn't even respond to the phone call. 2) Attempting to address any grievance with apple is even more frustrating. Visiting Apple's website does not reveal any specific way to address a grievance with a local store, beyond giving a customer the local store's number. Apple is not what it once was. It is sitting on large reserves of cash and you are just a number! Time to SWITCH TO ANDROID.
No. Visited there yesterday. To expensive
First, I just wanna say I'm extremely happy that I have an Apple Store so close by. I just moved to the Lancaster area, and I figured the closest one would be in Philly! Anyway, my past experiences with Apple Stores have never been great. Not terrible, but far from great. This store was much, much different. I went in the other day looking to upgrade my iPhone with the iPhone upgrade program. Of course, Verizon didn't make it easy on me (whole other story), but my sales rep was extremely patient and helped me get through the Verizon hassle. Actually, by the time all was said and done, I believe I had three separate people helping me out, and each one of them was incredible. I walked out with a new iPhone extremely happy (even though it took awhile to get everything set up... which completely wasn't their fault at all...again, thanks Verizon!) Fast forward to today: I noticed a slight issue with my home screen button... it seems to be slightly loose (though, I'm most likely just really picky); I brought it in to just ask about it, and they were extremely helpful and showed me a few phones with the same issue (turns out its probably just a normal part of the manufacturing); Anyway, overall, the employees here are amazing and I'm so happy to have such a helpful and friendly Apple Store nearby!!
Hate apple products, over rated, over priced, going here was a waste of time, gas and it was the worse experience
Staff was helpful enough. Though I am no longer a customer of apple. I have a 6 month old iPhone 7 that’s been case kept, now malfunctioning to the point where it won’t turn on. They refused to support their product or replace the phone under manufacturer warranty due to the battery overheating and causing warping. Apple products no longer “just work”
Customer service was excellent he answered All my questions and knew what he was was talking about
Don't own an apple anything
Great place to visit lot of stores very relaxing
I confess that I'm not an Apple Person, but I took my student couple to the Apple Store to resolve some issues with their newly bought laptop. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We left the Store with everything taken care. Very positive experience.
Not sure why you have to make an appointment as they make you wait anyways and can’t do anything software related that the online support can’t do remotely. This store feels like your in a cattle car.
Great
I bought new iPhone 7 Plus I don’t open box and I want to exchange that with new I phone xr or xmax because xr just launch after 3 days When I bought but they refuse to do so because they said your time frame is over I have the receipt I dont even open the box.never buy iPhone they just sell new phone.after sale service it sucks. They don’t care
Over priced Apple junk
Staff left us to wander without helping, one associate asked us if we needed help and disappeared.
I had made an appointment, showed up 5 minutes early, then was told to sit and wait. Forty minutes later, I'm finally served. I had to leave my phone and come back an hour later; which I did. Ninety minutes after that, my glass was replaced. Upon returning home, I realized that 45% of the time, the screen was completely non- responsive. Never again, I'm going to the King of Prussia store to get it fixed! _____________________________________________ UPDATE: I just went (again) to get my battery replaced, under the $29 deal. This time, staff was attentive, on-time and job was done in less time than originally stated. An entirely different experience this time! Definitely FIVE stars this time!
Great place and great staff
Very fast service and friendly staff
I had a situation that my friend gave me her old iPhone and I've never had apple products before. Unfortunately when she tried to reset the phone it froze. I took it into the park city mall Apple store and I got the best service and I was not expecting that at all. The store was really busy but the gentleman who helped me was incredible! He went above and beyond to help me and I would have been so lost. I felt like he could have charged me because of all the work he was doing. I cant remember his name (possibly Ted?) He was a student and only started 5 months ago or so. If I could request to work with him every time, I would. Seems like the store does a good job with their employees and their clients.
Great place very helpful staff
It was a great time over there. They repaired my iphone battey for free
I took my defect iPad and an employee told me to make an appointment. I went back for my appointment with the tablet again , they ignored me ,I feel like I was invisible for the half hour I spend there with out any attention with a defective tablet. I noticed that They just want to sell and sell their products , very pathetic, they are nice and friendly when you are there to buy and spend your money in ther showroom , sad
Received prompt service despite the fact that the store was jam packed. I appreciated the customer service.
I took my daughter to find out information on a product she's interested in. One the experts there was very helpful and informative. He help her understand what options are available, pricing and even connectivity. The conversation went towards wireless headphones. He helped us understand the pros and cons over the Apple AirPods. In the end my daughter left fully aware of her options for entering the Apple world.
It should be more faster! We had to wait a lot!
Great staff! Make an appointment online though, because it is crowded. I took my iPhone 6 there to get the battery fixed, as well as resolve some issues I had, and they saw me 5 minutes earlier then my appointment was!
Great customer service from Jenny. Got my wife setup with a new phone in a painless and pleasant fashion.
This store does not have enough employees. The wait time to interact with sales staff is too long (15-30 mins in the course of my visits). Good inventory and courteous help. You need patience to shop here...
Good people
My wife had a problem with her iPhone. It needed to be replaced, of course she had insurance. After much frustration with online services, we decided to come to the Apple Store. And there we found the help we needed. Great people. We were the last person on the list and the help stayed until the store closed and we were the last ones to leave at 10m. Problem solved, new phone. My wife was happy. Simply the Best. Highly recommend.

Apple products no longer “just work”
Customer service was excellent he answered All my questions and knew what he was was talking about
Horrible experience and wait time waited over 2 hours with 4 small children for them to tell me they couldn’t do any upgrade without taking auto payments out my bank account.
Busy but great service.
Great place and great staff
Very fast service and friendly staff
Apple is go much
I had a situation that my friend gave me her old iPhone and I've never had apple products before.
Made an appointment to have my battery replaced a week in advance. Drove an hour and a half to get it done and they had no batteries in stock.
Perfect people good phone
Bar none, the worst apple store I've ever dealt with. Rude employees, lie and waste of time. Them alone made me sell my iPhone after leaving the store. 1 kid there with an egg shaped head was super rude and annoying. If I could give zero stars and a thumbs down I would.
Very vague setup. There shout be a greeter at the front directing people to the proper techs. You have to search for someone wearing a blue shirt with a small apple on it. The staff was courteous but waiting 2 hours to find out we need to order a battery was a turnoff. If a door greeter or even the couple of staff that checked us in would have been trained on this our experience would have been reduced significantly. We saw in our last 10 minutes there 4 people with the same problem that also waited hours to be seen. The time with our tech was less than 10 min. Will update after going back when our battery comes in.
What an awful place. I wouldn't go back in there if I were on fire and I needed a phone to call someone to put me out out. Just a bunch of pretentious hipsters spitting no more information than what they could gather from their Borg like shared brain. With the same jolt as lightening strike I am reminded why I personally do not use Apple products.
Went to the store yesterday to get a new battery installed. Today, I discovered my front camera no longer works. Looks like a tech broke some components during battery swap
Great Experience - Jessica is the best! Personable & Knowledgeable. She solved all my Apple problems and even though everything was not fixed when I left...she gave me very clear next steps. Thanks for everything!
The ‘technician’ here has major attitude!! The staff here doesn’t know anything about their Apple products or services. I can better answer the question myself!! When you walk-in and made an appointment and you put in your cell number so they can text you but they never text you! We came back an hour later they canceled your appointment. Then 5 minutes later they have someone with major attitude to help you. I’m trying to translate for someone who doesn’t know if they backup their information on iCloud. He said you should back that up when you made the appointment ONLINE. BUT we made the appointment IN THE STORE, NO ONE told us about backup up anything to an iCloud. When he gave us a price that was beyond our budget, all we say was we will think about it. He said it’s either yes or no, and try to force us to fix it. We said no, and walk out of the store.
I have gone to this location several times in the past years - driving well over an hour each way to go there. I've always been happy with the service but this most recent time I was extremely dissatisfied. I made an appointment at the genius bar for 445 on a Sunday evening. In the appointment, you state what you are coming in for. In my case it was screen repair. I get there and get checked in. I sit there for almost 30 minutes waiting for a technician. When they finally come to discuss the problem with me, I'm told that I would have to leave my phone and come back tomorrow. that is not possible. I work in a hospital and do not have weekdays off. I told them this and asked if they could allow me to replace the phone (like I have done in the past). I was told this would cost twice as much. No thanks - I'll go to another location to have the screen replaced. Now here is what I don't understand. Apple is one of the most technologic companies in the world. they know their staffing. They know what customers are coming in for. Why on earth would they schedule a repair appointment if they are unable to do the repair in that amount of time? Stop having appointments two hours before closing if you can't accommodate customers.
Chaotic and disorganized. Majority of employees lack any kind of acumen and negative customer focus (doesnt seem to apply to Josh). What a pity for Apple place... If possible stay away; will rather drive 1 hour extra to get to another Apple center next time.
I’ve never had a bad experience in all my years visiting this Apple store for tech support/repairs. Anytime a device wasn’t working right they made me feel like it was their top priority to fix the issue. Tonight I walked in and a gentlemen greeted me asking what he could do for me and I told him I wanted to buy a pair of AirPods. He walked over to a drawer and handed me the box. The transaction was complete in less than a minute, such amazing service!
I love this place, but there are a lot of people who come here and sometimes the wait is really long. But otherwise it is a really cool place to hang out and get new stuff!
The store tried overcharging me for a cracked screen repair! I was charged $190 when their website advertises $149 for screens on iphone 7
Made an appointment, arrived 15 minutes early and they refused service today anyway. What a waste of time. Rude employees knew they would not have to deal with us today so they blew off our aggravation. It’s not like I live next door and can come anytime.
Quick and Friendly Service
I had no problem getting repairs done to my iPhone 7 at this location. I arrived promptly at the opening time on memorial day and was greeted immediately by a receptionist at the front of the store before it was even opened. Almost as soon as they opened I received a text letting me know they were ready to help me, and I was sent to the Genius Bar where another very friendly and knowledgeable employee helped me diagnose the problems with my iPhone and quickly ushered my phone away for repairs. After being told my phone would be fixed in an hour and 15 minutes, I went shopping around the mall and reading a book, and returned at the time they said. I then had a short wait and had my phone returned to me, payment was quick an easy and the experience was all around pleasant. You’d be stupid to go anywhere else for a screen repair & battery replacement!
It was crazy busy but the workers were very helpful and got my problem fix quickly.
Personally I am an Samsung S10e user mainly because of fast charging and a headphone port. Really apple Samsung can put more speakers on a side than you have on 4 sides. Let's get down to the review now. The store has a modern atmosphere like all Apple stores. Service is friendly. But wait times can be ridiculous.
Apple is worthless! Needed my display fixed months ago due to a problem where it won’t black out when I make a call and it will FaceTime, mute, speaker etc. when I am trying to talk on the phone and they continued to ignore it and not fix the problem. Went back today and was told that they can fix the problem for $150. This was on top of the $50 that I just spent there to fix the battery that still doesn’t work right. Apple wants to have the best but won’t back up their product and wants to charge an arm and a leg to fix something that is wrong with their product. Also a “coincidence” that all of these issues started to happen when my warranty was up and the phone was paid off.
In and out fast. Great service
Make an appointment otherwise you will be there all day.
Love this store!! I was messing around with the iPhone X and everyone was so helpful. I was checked in for the photo walk with Joe and it was really entertaining and fun! I actually learned some things about HEIC, JPEG, and RAW Photography! Also learned about ISO and Shutter Speed! Plus who doesn't love Animoji!!
Great friendly staff, had an issue with my charger, walked in guy gave me a new one and walked out all under 5 minuets! Great Apple store experience!
Always a crapshoot on the wait. They do a good job of hiring reps though. Very cool and knowledgeable. I like my guy David.
I visited the Apple Store to have them take a look at my Apple Watch Series 3. Recently, I was swimming with my watch. While I was in the pool it immediately died and hasn’t turned on since. While I was at the store, the person that was helping me said to me “I don’t know why Apple advertises the watch for swimming. I would never wear mine in the pool.” Then, the employee proceeds to tell me that there’s nothing that they can do for me. It’ll cost me $229 to repair the watch. Apple’s customer service used to be great. I have many Apple products and have never had issues with them. The customer service and store was easy to work with. However, that great customer service has since diminished. Apple advertises the watch to be able to be swam in up to 50 meters. I was in a swimming pool for ten minutes and it broke. It’s disappointing to see a company who has always been so good with their service, now not help with water damage for a device they advertise to be able to be in a pool. I had a Fitbit in the past and loved it. I specifically bought the Apple Watch Series 3 for the swimming feature. I will now put the “repair fee” cost towards another Fitbit rather repairing my Apple Watch.
They fixed my phone with no copay! Happy day. I’ve always had a good experience here. If you are claustrophobic or hate crowds stay away. This place is ALWAYS packed. I think they do a fine job for as crazy as it is there.
Store is too busy for it's own good. The staff was overloaded but were courteous and helpful.
Amazing Customer Service. Shawn was so helpful and went above and beyond in providing me a quick solution.
Only Apple store near me but still great
I need a new battery iPhone 6S. Can’t make appointment on line. Must drive to store to make appointment for next week at fixed time. Drive home, drive back, 1 to 2 hours wait maybe more, $30? BTW Outside the store, new battery = $50 in 20 minutes.
Took many classes starting with iMac and now iPhone. Never been disappointed! Knowledgeable mentors willing to change direction if the "students" need a change. Good stuff and FREE! I continue to take classes. Always something new comes my way
I have been to this store many times over the past few years—had great service and the employees were fantastic...well all good things must come to an end and this sure has. I give it 2 stars today because 2 out of 5 people that work there are helpful, friendly, and know their products. The other 60% are rude and, if they are knowledgeable, they make sure you’ll never know. The person assigned to help me turned his back to me most of the time??? I asked about toys on display and got no response—Really??? You get the feeling that you are intruding—the green shirts only want to talk to each other. Wake up—you’re In the work force now. My apologies to the 40% (Josh you’re one of them)
Too crowded they need more stores
Made a reservation for an iPhone repair. Every thing went smoothly. I do recommend scheduling an appointment because it was busy.
This is a really cool mall. Alot of great stores. Really clean and modern. Great place to get all your shopping done for the holidays.
We were able to order on the phone before getting there. That way we just walked in showed ID and order number and we were out easy pesy.
This is the best Apple store in Central PA. Apple’s business and products have grown big but they haven’t added any store in the area for last 10 years.
Thank you so much to the two nice ladies who helped me out with My IPhone 7 plus. They could see the distress in my face and came over right away for it to just randomly shut off. You guys were a huge help and gave me relief. Thank you so much!
The representative that helped me was knowledgeable and courteous. He seemed to care about helping me decide for the computer that matched my needs, not just the most expensive. Good service.
If you love Apple then this is your Mecca.
Waited at the store, after having my name put on a list, for 25 minutes to beg them to take my $2,000 for a laptop. Not a single person came to help me so I left and I’m going to stick with PC who will politely serve me in a timely manner and thankfully take my money. There was 2 Apple store employees for every customer and about 4 people manning the phone cases section ($40 each) and 1 manning the laptop section ($1,500 - $2,500 each)...makes sense. When I complained they laughed with each other cause Apple makes money hand over foot and who cares if they lose a customer for being crappy store managers and employees.
Nice mall
Place sucks. Waited almost 2 hrs and they couldn't help me get into my iPad. If you go definitely make an appointment. I saw reviews and didn't so I would suggest to heed the warnings. I figured since was Tues in am wouldn't be bad but it was. Apple sucks. They should have more then one store in Eastern PA. Plus was only there cause I couldn't remember my password and got locked out of my IPAD. They couldn't help me. Hundreds of dollars spent and they can't help so now hundreds dollars of trash. NEVER buying APPLE PRODUCTS AGAIN!!
Been here multiple times and love it!
Very busy store on Black Friday! Very helpful staff. If you have questions, make sure to bring all questions.
Make sure you have an appointment before you arrive. I didn't know that ahead of time, so it was a wasted trip. When they could help me, they were knowledgeable and had things straightened out in short order.

Great mall. Love the Apple Store
Was concerned after reading reviews. Decided to give it a try after a failed third party attempt to fix my wife's 6s plus screen. Arrived when they opened, they signed me up for Genius Bar, told me 30 minutes...it was really about 10 minutes. The phone was repaired in the estimated timeframe for the exact cost of the quote. Staff was helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I would recommend going early because when I returned to pick it up in the afternoon, the place was slammed.
Awesome Apple store. Very courteous and professional.
Your best bet is to make an appointment. I didn't, bad choice. When I got there the store was packed. This made me question apple products with this amount of people needing repairs. I was told it was an hour and a half wait and I could get a text on my cell when my time came. As a walked around waiting for my time, because there were no seats or waiting area, I got a message telling me they were behind and my time was back up. My total wait time was 2 1/2 hours. I overheard someone else being told even though they had waited, they could not be seen because someone with an appointment was waiting. Once I checked in for my time I got a message saying I had not checked in for my time therefore it was canceled. I was assured someone would be coming to me and to ignore the message. My 2yrs old ipad would not charge and I was told that I had to buy a new one. This is my first apple product and if that is all the life I can expect out of an expensive product, I'll never buy another one. They tell you that you can be texted for your appointment but if you are not there within 5mins of that text you are cancelled so don't think you are leaving for lunch while you wait for the appointment time.
We came to the Apple Store because of issues with our Apple watch. Jeff was fantastic! Not only was he knowledgeable and friendly but he explained everything he was doing in detail. He answered all of our questions and we didnt feel rushed. Great customer service!!!
Nice store
I went into the store to get my Apple ID password rest. When I walked out I was completely locked out of my phone and no closer to getting a simple password reset. I had to go to my local Verizon store and a girl who knew nothing about iPhone was able to help me get back into it. I will go back but not for a simple technical issue. Only to buy a product.
They schedule appointments and then make you wait anyway. Poor customer service. Why make appointments then. Employees are rude and completely disorganized chaos.
This store has customer service down to a science. Very helpful and attentive even when store is busy.
SO SLOW! Be prepared to wait 30 minutes to talk to someone. Not even a genuine bar apt. or anything, literally just to talk to a staff member mid afternoon on a Tuesday. The worst Apple store I've ever experienced... if you want to be annoyed, make sure to stop by this location!
Quick service no lines and lots of staff
Every time I have visited this Apple store I always had a good experience. This past Wednesday was my third time with a damaged phone. I ended up making it to the mall way earlier than I intended because I thought I-283 traffic was going to be backed up but, it wasn't. I explained to the girl who checked me in that I had a reservation at 6:10PM but, I ended up getting to the mall earlier than expected. She said she would hate to send me out in the mall without a phone and she had me have a seat and no more than 10 minutes later someone was helping me. So, I am very impressed with the willingness to help me earlier even though my appointment was much later.
Nice place to hang out.
The Apple center at Park City is a great place to shop. The staff they have is very helpful, and they have a wide variety of their products on hand to test and to use while you are there. They have a good layout, and they know what they are doing and they are very willing to help you find anything you are looking for. I recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a good phone and anyone who needs help to get more information.
I've only ever had very positive experiences here. It's very busy a lot but it's totally expected when it's the closest Apple store around Central PA. Customer service has always been top notch - I tell them if I have a problem & they get to the bottom of it.
They have all of the new Apple products but the employees can be, well, somewhat clueless. I took my iPhone 6s to the store because of a storage issue, as many apple users will understand. I found out that the reason was that my photos were taking up way to much space on my phone, so I tried to delete some from a long time ago and when I would delete them they would just come back, and yes, I did go to recently deleted and deleted them from there. "Would you like to permanently delete (Items) from your iPhone?" The average person would think that this would be something easy for Apple to figure out but when I went to this Apple store in Park City Mall, it almost seemed like the iPhone was something new to them! The first person had absolutely no idea that there was even a "Recently Deleted" folder in the photos app (probably an Android user, good choice by the way) so he called over his supervisor. At this point I was kind of confused that one of the employees didn't know how to delete photos off my phone but I figured that the supervisor would know pretty much everything about the iPhone in case his employees can't so a simple task. Can you see where this is going yet? The supervisor caressed the phone for a bit looking at my photos, and not the photos that I wanted deleted anyway, but I thought to myself that he knew what he was doing. Unfortunately, he just put the phone down and said "I don't know whats wrong with it." My response was, "The problem is that the photos won't delete when I try to delete them." His response was priceless! "Oh, I didn't know that." SERIOUSLY??? The other dude didn't tell the supervisor that I was having a problem with my photos??? What did he say? "Oh, ummm, there is a customer having a problem with his Apple Toaster out there." So after I explained to him what the problem was he looked at my pictures more and deleted some and said that he was done. I took my phone back and looked at my storage. I still only had about 100mb of storage left, so I went to ask the supervisor that tried to help me, and he was gone. I checked the recently deleted folder and ALL of my photos were there! Including the ones I wanted to be on my phone! I hate apple which is why I no longer have an iPhone. Thanks Apple.
Manager lady at this place is JUNKY. They do not honor apple care. So please do not waste your money buying it if they aren’t going to honor it anyway.Btch wanna get back to me you have my #.
Great customer service, but it takes FOREVER to be seen sometimes
Very well maintained. Only 2 pokemon stops.
I have been to many Apple stores around the country, and I don't quite understand why the Apple store in the Park City mall is always so crowded and busy. Well, maybe. Lancaster county has it's share of affluence, and there is nothing nearby. I've been a Mac buyer for 30 years, and so this location is where I must go. This store is as good as what you will find in NYC or SF. Sophisticated, educated staff and so friendly to boot. Actually, bring located in Lancaster had its benefits - everyone is down to earth here - no snobbery. I have been here several times for Genius Bar service and technical support, and every time it has been impeccable.
The geniuses at this sort are very helpful and intuitive. I must say I am very impressed.
Techno geeks are awesome. Scheduled an appointment, once at the genius bar, 10 minutes with a technician and "ta-da"!!! Done. YAY!!!
Terrible.. I hate Apple stores and the rude employees. Trying to help my daughter fix her phone. Make sure you follow all their rules or you won't be helped.
My old iPhone 7plus was shutting off so I when here and they told me the phone was done so I got a new phone and I took me old phone to batteries plus and they told me it was the battery and it was.

Great experience at the Apple Store in Lancaster this past weekend. I had woken up that morning with my phone stuck in a reboot, and it wouldn't turn on, so I couldn't make an appointment at the Genius Bar. I got there about 11:15 am (they opened at 11) and only had to wait about 45 minutes, even without an appointment. When I went back to check on my status in the queue, I explained to store leader Mike that I wasn't receiving text messages and would just wait there til it was my turn. He was able to move me to the front of the line so I could get immediate help. The Apple Specialist who helped me, KJ, was awesome. Super professional, nice, and totally fixed my problem and saved the day. I would DEFINITELY recommend this location to anyone and everyone. KJ and Mike made it such a great customer experience and got me the exact help I needed.
Great mall. Love the Apple Store
So busy! We had an appointment at 2pm and showed up a little early. Waited an hour and a half for tech support. With an appointment!
