the members of this store are not professionals am having issues with my device and I was told the cant help me now without an appointment and the only appointment they had that fits my schedule I a week away so I must be without a device until then even T-MOBILE basically told me they are not responsible for my device I must wait on apple they even have the nerve to say I still have to pay my bill without the use of a device

Repair team at this location sucks. I was promised my phone will be fixed on a specific date. When I visited on the day, I was told, it is still under repair and they cannot give an estimate how long it takes. And they cannot return the phone. No point in paying hefty sum for Apple care plus for an unreliable support. Had I given it to a local repair guy, he would've fixed it in a day or two.

Probably the worst experience possible that one could have at an Apple store. I waited for 5-10 minutes to be assisted, then was told there was a 3 hour wait to get assistance. All I was asking is for somebody to lock my iMac stand. I moved and it became loose, but when i went to the store they told me they couldn't even look at it for 3 hours. Lost me and my family as customers for life. I'll take my 3 hours back and but Android products going forward. Jim

Finally my patience is over and I am writing review... Every time I go there is nothing but disappointment.... just have a line already for appointment check in, and for check out too, with a sign LINE STARTS HERE... how hard could it be... tons of geniuses and still complete mess checking in.. so ..iphone battery change appointment at 4:50pm on Sunday - forget it...never gonna happen... 45 m to change battery and it wont be ready today cause they close at 6pm and it will be ready only next day..wow ....forget it

I would give them a 0 if it were an option. I can honestly say I am very very close to getting rid of my daughter’s and my own iPhones after our experience at this store. If this is how Apple customers get treated, they must not care if they lose customers. I suppose they know they have cornered the market on cell phones and it’s such a cult people have to be in that customer service is not important. The first mistake I made was buying an iPhone off of Groupon for my daughter and the second mistake I made was thinking the Apple store would help me diagnose why it won’t hold a charge. I was first told I could come back in 4 days to have it looked at and when I questioned them about how they would diagnose it since I already had the battery replaced by the warranty company from Groupon and that didn’t fix it, the rudest b*tch ever said “well if it’s not an apple battery, we can’t even touch your phone”. I’m shocked that this is how they treat their customers and I am due for my own upgrade on my iPhone and after this experience, I don’t want to spend one more red cent on an Apple product. And this is coming from a family who have had 8-10 iPhones and iPods over the last few years. Great job Apple!!! You made a rather non-confrontational person want to hurl her iPhone at an employee. Bravo!!

Dropped my MacBook for diagnosis becuase it was not working and after 3 days of holding it they said: "we are not entirely sure what's wrong but let's replace the hard drive and logic board and hope that solves the problem." I am happy to pay for the fix but be sure what it is and not try possible fixes for $500 and if we need more we willl let you know! I called Apple Care and let them know that there was no definite prognosis and they were sympathetic and we're eqaully appalled and frustrated with this branch. I spoke to Melissa from Apple Care and she spent 1hr one the phone with me and the KOP branch and gave up. She appologized for the service I received and said she exhausted every option and was embarrassed with how this went. Having purchased numerous Apple phones and computer, this is my last! It reflects in your stock price too i.e dwindling sales and less loyallty. Thanks for treating me badly.

Our experience was fantastic thanks to Rhonda! She was such a joy to work with today! Very personable and very helpful. We were there to get a cracked phone fixed (which by the way only took an hour to do and was fairly priced) and ended up buying 300 dollar head phones because of Rhonda's excellent attitude and customer service. Apple should be ashamed of themselves. A simple battery replacement. The hoops one has to jump through to get an appointment. The runaround questions all designed to prevent you from accessing the new batter replacement prices. The entire paradigm is set up so that you are frustrated and do not want to return. Corporate policy is solely responsible for this. The employees are only doing what they are instructed to do. As a consumer, i find that this business model points me in the direction of its competitors. I believed in APPLE but their genius tech support is designed so that you never ever want to return to another Apple store. The customer service reps are condescending. And that's if you can get one on the phone given that the computer generated automatic telephone queries are designed to NOT get you through to customer service personnel. So, you have to lie to the computer to get through to service. There is no way to press zero to get through to a rep. SHAME ON YOU APPLE.

My phone was in need a "no service" issue repair but the technician who i worked with told me that because the diagnosis came back with no error, he could not send it in for repair. I'm willing to pay for repair, but they would not take my phone in for repair. The first one trillion dollar company that won't take my money.

After spending 20 minutes on phone with a semi -knowledgeable technician i got disconnected when she put me on hold. Unbelievable. I cannot let this go by without a followup to my earlier review. Spoke to a "Senior Supervisor" (Alexandria), basically she told me that my previous efforts over 5 days go to get my sons phone replaced (under warranty) were for naught since she could not get in contact with anyone in the Apple store in Marlton NJ to confirm our visit there last Saturday 8-11 and the replacement order under our case number. She told me i would need to make a new appointment and begin again. First appointment would require us to go another 2 days without phone.

I had a major problem with an Activation Lock. My genius was terrific. He stuck with it; until he was able to resolve this very difficult issue. Nice store, good location, and helpful, friendly staff. This was my 1st dealings with Apple and I was very impressed.

I did an in-store purchase pick up. First staff member I was able to communicate with checked ID and told me to wait. Another staff member then came and told me to go see a third person to pick up my item. Had my ID checked again and then they brought out my phone. The person bringing the phone out was rough with the box. The third rep started helping someone else in the middle of my checkout and offered no advice after giving me my phone. I ended up using their chat services when I got home to make sure I set up my new phone correctly.

Be prepared to wait. Went in for battery replacement since they are junk. Told it was an hour wait time. 1.5 hours later I had been told ten times someone would be right with me. No one ever came. Person next to me was told three hours for a battery replacement. Should have looked at the reviews. Can’t believe the manager of this store has a job. So many one star reviews. Samsung here I come. Worst experience ever. My glass screen broke and I had apple care. Since we qualified for an upgrade I asked if they can trade in the broken phone but they made me check in to change the screen on the old phone then check in again to upgrade the phone again check in to change my husband’s phone. I had to check in four times and finally a lady says I could have saved time doing it all together. After wasting three hours of time they tell me this. Very inefficient customer care personnel.

Great experience. Had an issue with my iPhone 7 and went in without an appointment - had to wait about 20 minutes, which I thought wasn't too bad - could wander around a bit and they texted me when ready. Was helped my Marvin, who was excellent - I described the issue and we did some troubleshooting. Turns out there is a hardware issue on some 7s, and mine is one - so they will be shipping a replacement direct to my home with no fuss and no charge. While it would obviously be nicer not to have the phone break in the first place, it's nice that Apple stands behind their products (my 7 was 15 months old). I've had a similar positive service experience when I had a glitch on my Apple watch. Nice job to Marvin on this one, and to Apple in general for making it easy to stay a loyal customer.

Went for iphone battery replacement yesterday. Staff was very helpful. 2 hours wait for replacing battery. Overall process to get new replacement battery took only 1 week. I expected 5 weeks based on feedback from others and was pretty surprised that i got it done in less than a week.

Spoke to two separate people who told me I needed to make an appointment to purchase a phone-I went home and then called the store to figure out how to make an appointment (because no option available for this on Genius Bar) only to be told no appointment needed. It’s impossible to contact this store. I’ve called 6 times in the last half hour (only 15 minutes after the store opened, assuming it wouldn’t be super busy) trying to see if my laptop was finished being repaired so I can drive 40 minutes to pick it up. Every time I call, I get a dial tone while waiting to be transferred to a rep at the King of Prussia store, and then after a few minutes I’m hung up on. This happened previously with the first repair they attempted on my laptop, as well. I couldn’t get a hold of a human on the phone so I had to drive over and wait for an hour in the store for someone to tell me that my laptop needed a second repair. That’s all. They could have emailed me that! Looks like I have to go through the same thing today.

Scheduled an appointment to have swollen battery replaced in MBP. They did not have the parts in stock. Need to wait on the parts order. Would have been better if apple checked before my scheduled appoinment. Staff were very nice and helpful. Very good experience with the people at the genius bar.

Appointment for 1:40, got here at 1:30. We were ignored till 1:55 then one guy came as we were looking around and said oh, John is going to be taking care of you and he’ll be out in a minute. John didn’t come out till 2:16 and he slowly and casually walked out and said “thanks for your patience”. 36 minutes after our original appointment time.

I came in here after my phone showed a USB lightning cable display when trying to charge it. It was something I was just not equipt to deal with. So I came in late Friday night before the closed. I was greeted instantly and guided to a table to the side and met an Apple associate named Alex. Alex was kind and friendly as he learned what brought me into the store and listened and made sense of the problem very quickly. He helped to calm my nerves and assured me that Apple and the team could take care of the issue within half hour. During this time we had several 3-6 minute wait times as the phone was recalibrating. Alex during this time was also very helpful in answering questions about other Apple products, making recommendations and making enjoyable small talk. Him and I had quite a bit in common. It was nice. After the loading was done, my phone was back to life and running error free. It was an overall very positive. Very grateful for Apple and the team who deliver quality service time after time.

Ginuse bar is a mess, even if you have an appointment you could wait up to 45 min post your time, I wish if they could implement tickets and a display when your turn comes on, an old fashion teller would be great, Coustmers having this suspense looking at the door and wondering if the associate out for them or for someone else. Within one month of owning my MacBook Air, the left shift key got loose and was starting to fall off. I took it to this Apple Store for a repair. They needed to order a part and ended up keeping the computer overnight. When the computer was finished, the shift key was still much looser than the right shift key, but it wasn't falling off. I told them that I wasn't happy with the repair and they told me that they would need to send it to the Apple service center to do a better repair, but that it may not be covered under warranty since their repair was good enough. For the price that you pay for Apple products, you would think they would stand behind their warranty better. This will be my last Apple computer.

i was working with genius bar personel and customer support and neither could help me and wasted 5 hours of my day trying to fix my phone and was told they were at max capacity while they saw me there since the store opened. Someone needs to actually help there.

Made an appointment for 12:30 but Apple puts it into my calendar for 1:30. Ok I guess I clicked the wrong time. Show up at 1:30, and not only do they tell me my calendar is incorrect (that they generated) but I have to make a new appointment but it doesn’t matter anyway because they’re unable to fix phones today. Sorry you came all the way out here for nothing!

We had a terrible experience at this store with Alick. He was incompetent and did not give accurate information to diagnose the problem with the phone. During the “restore” process, Alick walked away to help another customer. That was not the issue. The issue was 10 minutes later he FORGOT he was helping us. He then forgot the password to the demo phone. I wanted to kick him in the shin. Never going back. Thanks Alick for your lack of knowledge!

This store and apple in general have very little concern for the customers time. After making an appointment and waiting 45 minutes to see a tech I was told I would get a call to come back and they would replace the battery. so not sure what the point of the first appointment was but OK. I got a call back two weeks later to come in, I did and was told the device would be ready in an hour and a half after waiting to speak to someone 20 minutes. The tech actually told be to come back at closing time which I didn't realize till I was on the way back again unnecessary stress. After waiting another 15 minutes a tech came out and told be the battery could not be replaced due to a third party battery being installed and for the "safety" of the tech, we all know that's nonsense. I had no way of knowing that was the case being I received the phone used as a gift, and I don't blame that person for getting a third party battery replacement because they were in a part of the world were apple is not. Regardless of if I got my battery replaced or not the process for which apple customers must go through to get a simple battery replaced is absurd. This was my first experience with apple in 8 years, now I know why I stick to android. Oh and slowing down older phones is definitely another way to gain trust!

Ordered an iPhone X online. I paid online and all I needed to do was go in for instore pick up. I drove an hour. Waited about an hour till closing. Yeah I understand that the reps might be busy. I worked retail before too.. what's unacceptable is telling someone that they should leave the store and come back tomorrow because I wasn't getting the email for item confirmation. Once I left the store, I got the the email. I walked back asap, I didn't even leave the mall yet. They said that they're closed. It's understandable. It was 9:10 or so. Wish they were a bit more cool about it though.

Avoid the “Imbeciles Bar” at all cost! I learned my lesson and ..next time I will drive all the way to Apple in Ardmore .. even though I live 2 min away from the mall! When my daughter broke my iPhone screen I wasn’t upset about having to replace the screen. I knew I was going to loose a half day waiting for it to get repaired ! This was my second horrible experience . I thought the first one was just a coincidence. I booked the appointment at 1:40pm and when at the store , someone told me my appointment was canceled. No one had the courtesy to let me know , send me an e-mail , or call ? Anyway .. they put me on the list. I was to pick up my phone 2 hrs later. It turned out my phone wasn’t ready after two hrs ...I walked out of the store by 5 pm! My daughter was half asleep and tired for waiting. Such a disappointment !

It’s impossible to contact this store. I’ve called 6 times in the last half hour (only 15 minutes after the store opened, assuming it wouldn’t be super busy) trying to see if my laptop was finished being repaired so I can drive 40 minutes to pick it up. Every time I call, I get a dial tone while waiting to be transferred to a rep at the King of Prussia store, and then after a few minutes I’m hung up on. This happened previously with the first repair they attempted on my laptop, as well. I couldn’t get a hold of a human on the phone so I had to drive over and wait for an hour in the store for someone to tell me that my laptop needed a second repair. That’s all. They could have emailed me that! Looks like I have to go through the same thing today.

Appointment for 1:40, got here at 1:30. We were ignored till 1:55 then one guy came as we were looking around and said oh, John is going to be taking care of you and he’ll be out in a minute. John didn’t come out till 2:16 and he slowly and casually walked out and said “thanks for your patience”. 36 minutes after our original appointment time.

I came in here after my phone showed a USB lightning cable display when trying to charge it. It was something I was just not equipt to deal with. So I came in late Friday night before the closed. I was greeted instantly and guided to a table to the side and met an Apple associate named Alex. Alex was kind and friendly as he learned what brought me into the store and listened and made sense of the problem very quickly. He helped to calm my nerves and assured me that Apple and the team could take care of the issue within half hour. During this time we had several 3-6 minute wait times as the phone was recalibrating. Alex during this time was also very helpful in answering questions about other Apple products, making recommendations and making enjoyable small talk. Him and I had quite a bit in common. It was nice. After the loading was done, my phone was back to life and running error free. It was an overall very positive. Very grateful for Apple and the team who deliver quality service time after time.

Ginuse bar is a mess, even if you have an appointment you could wait up to 45 min post your time, I wish if they could implement tickets and a display when your turn comes on, an old fashion teller would be great, Coustmers having this suspense looking at the door and wondering if the associate out for them or for someone else. Within one month of owning my MacBook Air, the left shift key got loose and was starting to fall off. I took it to this Apple Store for a repair. They needed to order a part and ended up keeping the computer overnight. When the computer was finished, the shift key was still much looser than the right shift key, but it wasn't falling off. I told them that I wasn't happy with the repair and they told me that they would need to send it to the Apple service center to do a better repair, but that it may not be covered under warranty since their repair was good enough. For the price that you pay for Apple products, you would think they would stand behind their warranty better. This will be my last Apple computer.

The rudest man (Mark) was churlish, unhelpful and unwilling to even tell me what was wrong with my phone or what he was going to do or did to it!! He lost all my info and he just kept saying it was like a new phone as if that was a good thing. Then he was unwilling to answer any questions or engage. He just said, "you came in with a problem and we fixed it. It is like a new phone!! He just repeated that when I asked anything like why he didn't tell me in advance that I could lose my information. I am very unhappy.

Took my son’s phone here because it would not hold a charge. It would be drained 2 hours into the day. The guy looked at his phone and said the battery was good and he just had to turn off the background app refresh. The next day my son didn’t notice any difference and the day after that the phone completely died. It was a replacement phone that was still luckily covered under the insurance. But still the visit was a complete waste of time. A phone that has a battery that functions at 100% should never die that fast and he should have known something else was going on with the phone.

They are very efficient. Someone meets you at the door to direct you to the person you need to see. There is a waiting time, but they text you when it is almost your time. So, you can walk around the mall while you wait for your turn.

Called the store, was on the support line. Hung up after 25 mins. Called back, spoke to someone after 15mins. Transfered, stayed on the phone for 20mins. Spoke with a representative and she was calling the store for me in regards to a replacement airpod. Waited 15mins on the phone. Then was hung up on. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer support team. All I want to know is confirming that it's $65 for a replacement airpod and does the Apple store have one available.

Really different from the experience I had a couple of years ago, which was less crowded, quick service and a lot more personal. Horrible experience with employee “Cameron” who was verbally abusive to me. He did what I asked but berated me the entire time I was there. I was given a loaner phone the day before that the touch pad would not respond to and I asked for a new one and to not have to wait since this was a store issue. The only reason this store is getting 2 stars is because one of the store managers stayed with me after and helped me through setting up the phone. Apple supposedly prides itself on good customer service. I hope that Cameron gets some training in that or a different job.

If you can, make an appointment. It should be your first stop then do your other shopping. Most of the time your pickup is after an hour. Painless if you plan properly before going. I walked in with a destroyed screen on my iPad that I need with me when I travel out of the country constant on call. KOP Apple team, They had me in and out with in 25 minutes everything re-downloaded, all my info on a new iPad (Apple Care a plus) The service was fabulous. They were entertaining, sweet, patient. I had a really rough day and went in with an expectation of a long wait and having to state my case to get a new iPad. They just welcomed me and took care of everything: no fuss, no questions, no hassle! Thank you you guys are the best! ♥️

Patience is bliss at this store. There are tons of people and staff but the check in process is disorganized. The technicians provide a physical appearance of you because once checked in, you go to another waiting area. It is nice to see/touch the products, and have someone answer any questions you have. Their trainings are worth it for those who may be new to Apple or not too saavy with technology.

One of the employees said we would wait 15 minutes and we waited two hours just to drop off a phone to get the screen fixed And to pick it up we checked in and no one waited on us for an hour. Booked an appointment for 4:15pm. Drove 25 minutes there to sit and wait for someone to help me. Ran tests on my phone and said I needed a new battery, which I had been saying the whole time. When they finally a agreed to change the the battery, they said it would take an additional 1 hour and forty five minutes, for a battery? I asked to speak to a manager and explained that I was in from out of town and that it had taken me 25 minutes to get here, and I couldn’t leave my phone, he said that there where other people in my same situation, and that he couldn’t do anything. Very disappointed with the service, 3 hour ordeal to get a new battery? No thank you.... Under staffed and crowded, who wants to wait 3 hours for a battery.

The customer service at this Apple Store is deplorable. When my newly installed operating system crashed, rendering my MacBook useless, I tried calling several times to set up an appointment, apparently to a phone which is never picked up. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get a human being through the multitude of menus you are forced to go through. There is no triage system, it’s first come, first serve which is what led me to WAIT OVER TWO HOURS to be seen after someone with a cracked screen on an otherwise perfectly workable iPhone was assisted. There is no accountability, I was tossed to three different people before I finally got to someone who would help me. Conveniently no one wears a name tag so you never know who you’re speaking with. They also don’t know how to use a screwdriver. The last time I took my MacBook there they took the bottom off to repair it and replaced one of the screws improperly which stripped threads and left the screw at an angle. Of course I didn’t know this until I moved my laptop and it gouged my desk at home. When I went back to see if they could fix their mistake, sure enough, I was told I would have to make an appointment for DAYS later. I wound up purchasing a specialty screwdriver set and doing it myself. This store is everything you can expect from a company which constructs a building with glass walls and constantly walks into them.

Called the store, was on the support line. Hung up after 25 mins. Called back, spoke to someone after 15mins. Transfered, stayed on the phone for 20mins. Spoke with a representative and she was calling the store for me in regards to a replacement airpod. Waited 15mins on the phone. Then was hung up on. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer support team. All I want to know is confirming that it's $65 for a replacement airpod and does the Apple store have one available.

Really different from the experience I had a couple of years ago, which was less crowded, quick service and a lot more personal. Horrible experience with employee “Cameron” who was verbally abusive to me. He did what I asked but berated me the entire time I was there. I was given a loaner phone the day before that the touch pad would not respond to and I asked for a new one and to not have to wait since this was a store issue. The only reason this store is getting 2 stars is because one of the store managers stayed with me after and helped me through setting up the phone. Apple supposedly prides itself on good customer service. I hope that Cameron gets some training in that or a different job.

If you can, make an appointment. It should be your first stop then do your other shopping. Most of the time your pickup is after an hour. Painless if you plan properly before going. I just had the best possible experience at Apple. Amy, I believe to be the manager was so sweet and supportive. She brought me over to John who helped me through the rest of my process. I walked in with a destroyed screen on my iPad that I need with me when I travel out of the country constant on call. KOP Apple team, They had me in and out with in 25 minutes everything re-downloaded, all my info on a new iPad (Apple Care a plus) The service was fabulous. They were entertaining, sweet, patient. I had a really rough day and went in with an expectation of a long wait and having to state my case to get a new iPad. They just welcomed me and took care of everything: no fuss, no questions, no hassle! Thank you you guys are the best! ♥️

Patience is bliss at this store. There are tons of people and staff but the check in process is disorganized. The technicians provide a physical appearance of you because once checked in, you go to another waiting area. It is nice to see/touch the products, and have someone answer any questions you have. Their trainings are worth it for those who may be new to Apple or not too saavy with technology.

One of the employees said we would wait 15 minutes and we waited two hours just to drop off a phone to get the screen fixed And to pick it up we checked in and no one waited on us for an hour. Booked an appointment for 4:15pm. Drove 25 minutes there to sit and wait for someone to help me. Ran tests on my phone and said I needed a new battery, which I had been saying the whole time. When they finally a agreed to change the the battery, they said it would take an additional 1 hour and forty five minutes, for a battery? I asked to speak to a manager and explained that I was in from out of town and that it had taken me 25 minutes to get here, and I couldn’t leave my phone, he said that there where other people in my same situation, and that he couldn’t do anything. Very disappointed with the service, 3 hour ordeal to get a new battery? No thank you.... Under staffed and crowded, who wants to wait 3 hours for a battery.

The customer service at this Apple Store is deplorable. When my newly installed operating system crashed, rendering my MacBook useless, I tried calling several times to set up an appointment, apparently to a phone which is never picked up. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get a human being through the multitude of menus you are forced to go through. There is no triage system, it’s first come, first serve which is what led me to WAIT OVER TWO HOURS to be seen after someone with a cracked screen on an otherwise perfectly workable iPhone was assisted. There is no accountability, I was tossed to three different people before I finally got to someone who would help me. Conveniently no one wears a name tag so you never know who you’re speaking with. They also don’t know how to use a screwdriver. The last time I took my MacBook there they took the bottom off to repair it and replaced one of the screws improperly which stripped threads and left the screw at an angle. Of course I didn’t know this until I moved my laptop and it gouged my desk at home. When I went back to see if they could fix their mistake, sure enough, I was told I would have to make an appointment for DAYS later. I wound up purchasing a specialty screwdriver set and doing it myself. This store is everything you can expect from a company which constructs a building with glass walls and constantly walks into them.

Tried to set up an educational tour for my scouts, since Apple Stores offer this service. Filled out the online request 3 times in 30 days. No response, no call back. Says they'll answer in 48 hours when you fill out the request. They never called. Went into the store and they took my info and said someone would call. No call. Tried calling the store- cant speak to a live person, just an automated voice that can't find educational services in its list of options, and boots you to a "call center". Call center told me to go into the store for help. Zero help, zero points for customer service.

For sure, it could always be worse, but this experience was extremely poor. After notifying me that my laptop was ready for pickup, I went to the KoP Apple store, had 1 question on the prompts after rebooting the unit and they made me sit for 2 hrs. 15 mins. while I waited for the only Macbook specialist. On his arrival, he led me through 30 seconds of prompts and said that everything should be fine. The outcome is that I now have close to 1TB of used space on my backup drive to which they responded, "You should buy another backup drive". In summary, both the customer and technical services were extremely poor. There are many other similarly dissatisfactory reviews here. Apple should take a close look at management at this store.

I finally got the one star treatment so many write about! Walked in to 4 employees talking to each other. They seemed slightly miffed when I interrupted them. They sent me to the ummm...genius bar. I explained that my 5 month old iPhone 7 was just diagnosed with a bad antenna at Verizon and wasn't working, and Verizon had to ship me a new one, but it would take a couple of days. My job requires a phone. I don't get paid without it. So I asked if they could help. They said no, because I did not have an appointment and I should try again tomorrow. I explained I could not make an appointment because my phone stopped working. They said sorry, the techs are helping other people. I understand they have a process, but looking at my phone to see it says "searching" or "no signal" takes a second. Popping in a new sim card to double check it takes another minute if moving slowly. And a tech isn't really needed to do this. The 4 guys who were talking to each other could easily figure this out. This phone was a 5 month old replacement phone from the Apple Store as my previous 7 conked out after about 11 months. Lately our iPhones haven't been lasting much more than a year. So I'm frustrated with the planned obsolescence becoming apparent and the subpar customer service to back it up. Samsung time I guess....I hope they keep making decent Mac's though.

I came in to buy an Apple Watch today for my fiancée. Came out with nothing. I asked some questions to whoever was stationed there at 5 PM and he was so ignorant. He was acting all snotty and asking what I wanted with a rude attitude. I clearly stated that I didn’t know what type of watch I wanted and was there to get help to pick something out. He did not want to help at all and just barked out different numbers for different watches. Sorry Apple, you might think that the world spins around you but do what’s right! I remember going into an apple store genius bar for service felt like going to a luxury car dealership, with immediate assistance and trained staff that were attentive, positive and well.. happy. This location at least, is everything it should not be. I arrived with my 6 month old for my appointment to replace my battery. I occasionally ask status and i’m told they’ll get to me next. People who have appointments after me wait long but somehow get service before i do. 45 minutes later, I ask who the person is to help, i track him down and he says, oh i got you next nonchalantly. From the initial person who put me into the system to the final delivery of my phone, i spoke to 5 different people, all miserable, not rude but not friendly, not attentive and with no training in customer satisfaction. with how crowded the store is, i couldn’t even locate someone to help. Terrible terrible concept for a store. Bring back the golden ages of apple where i know im getting the best service with my overpriced product. Like all Apple stores this one is nicely arranged, looks new, and the employees are kind and helpful. They have all the products and ways to test they out which is a huge plus. The location itself is also great. As a pro tip if you see a huge line consider going across the street to best buy instead - they often have items in stock with less of a line which can make getting new products, like an iPhone 11 Pro, a tad easier.

I felt compelled to leave a review since I saw so many negative ones. I had an accident with my iPhone and came in here about 5 minutes after opening today. They told me they would put me down as a walk in appointment. Less than 5 minutes later I was seen by someone. My phone was in awful shape (run over by a vehicle). They made quite an effort to fix it but ultimately the display was too damaged to do the simple suction it off and replace the screen like they usually do. They helped me pick out a new phone, swap the SIM cards and set it up. This whole process took about an hour. I think the key is that if you expect help and are a walk in you have to go close to their opening time, they become way too busy otherwise. This isn’t my first time going here for service and honestly I’ve never had a bad experience. All of the staff members that helped me today were knowledgeable and very friendly. Thanks, Apple store.

They refused to replace my phone after running diagnostics and waiting hours, even though I was told over the phone to have no worries and just provide the case number for the replacement. SO FRUSTRATING!! I made an appointment to have my battery replaced on my iPhone 6s a week prior. After making a 45 minute trip to the store, the tech told me that they didn't have any batteries in stock...? I asked well when will you have more? The sales rep said she didn't know and it could take up to 3 weeks! I would have to pay now to get it ordered? Why was I able to make an appointment for my iPhone 6s to have a battery replaced if they didn't have any in the store? To make it worse, the sales reps didn't think that I had any right to be mad. My appointment was for 620 pm got there at 610 check in with the first boss looking guy holding a ipad. He said take a seat someone will find you. Ok sat down started to look online reading some Twitter post's. Then started to notice people sitting around me we're coming and going. Before I knew it I've been waiting for 45 min for a scheduled appointment. Started taking the people at my table what time their appointment was for. The gentleman to my left said 620 as he was getting up cause they called his name but he said they rescheduled it to 650. It was 710 at this point. So I politely ask the guy who was calling everyones name if my appointment time was going to be pushed back shouldn't someone have told me that when I walked in the door and checked in. At that point he asked what my name was and looked at my appointment time instantly he said he will have someone come out and take care of my issue. Out of nowhere a Guy walks from the back directly to me and starts helping me with my issues. Where did this guy come from what was he doing in the back prior to helping me? First time I've been in an Apple store in a long time and might be my last for a while even though the gentleman that helped me he was extremely polite and resolved my issue in the matter of 10 minutes after diagnosing my issue. Just don't understand the point of making an appointment but not being seen for almost an hour after that scheduled time. If I was late 1 hour would they of seen me still? Don't think sooooo!

They made quite an effort to fix it but ultimately the display was too damaged to do the simple suction it off and replace the screen like they usually do. They helped me pick out a new phone, swap the SIM cards and set it up. This whole process took about an hour. I think the key is that if you expect help and are a walk in you have to go close to their opening time, they become way too busy otherwise. This isn’t my first time going here for service and honestly I’ve never had a bad experience. All of the staff members that helped me today were knowledgeable and very friendly. Thanks, Apple store.

The king of Prussia is having a very good Apple store contains all apple products along with accessories. The staff is very good and explains the product features very well. It provides free Wi-Fi services when you are in shop so that you can compare the products and buy nice one.

Worst customer service ever. Needed a replacement iPhone and was told by my service provider and even Apple Support over the phone to pick up at this location. They refused to replace my phone after running diagnostics and waiting hours, even though I was told over the phone to have no worries and just provide the case number for the replacement. Avoid at all cost, unless you want to wait hours just to not get what you came for.

SO FRUSTRATING!! I made an appointment to have my battery replaced on my iPhone 6s a week prior. After making a 45 minute trip to the store, the tech told me that they didn't have any batteries in stock...? I asked well when will you have more? The sales rep said she didn't know and it could take up to 3 weeks! I would have to pay now to get it ordered? Why was I able to make an appointment for my iPhone 6s to have a battery replaced if they didn't have any in the store? To make it worse, the sales reps didn't think that I had any right to be mad. The whole experience was horrible and I don't think ill be going back.

My nephew bought a Osmo Mobile 2, the Manager Tiffany and all the staff are awesome! I am getting a IPhone soon and a iPad. The experience was crazy awesome! My neices started dancing and the staff ran and got phones to record and put on the TV! The staff like what they do and it shows!

My appointment was for 620 pm got there at 610 check in with the first boss looking guy holding a ipad. He said take a seat someone will find you. Ok sat down started to look online reading some Twitter post's. Then started to notice people sitting around me we're coming and going. Before I knew it I've been waiting for 45 min for a scheduled appointment. Started taking the people at my table what time their appointment was for. The gentleman to my left said 620 as he was getting up cause they called his name but he said they rescheduled it to 650. It was 710 at this point. So I politely ask the guy who was calling everyones name if my appointment time was going to be pushed back shouldn't someone have told me that when I walked in the door and checked in. At that point he asked what my name was and looked at my appointment time instantly he said he will have someone come out and take care of my issue. Out of nowhere a Guy walks from the back directly to me and starts helping me with my issues. Where did this guy come from what was he doing in the back prior to helping me? First time I've been in an Apple store in a long time and might be my last for a while even though the gentleman that helped me he was extremely polite and resolved my issue in the matter of 10 minutes after diagnosing my issue. Just don't understand the point of making an appointment but not being seen for almost an hour after that scheduled time. If I was late 1 hour would they of seen me still? Don't think sooooo!

In prior experiences, I would have rated it higher. But the customer service was horrendous!!! We went in to ask questions about whether it was worth it to buy a Mac, and the employee who greeted us was rude, derisive, and basically told us to piss off. We would either want one because we wanted to throw away our money, or we didn't. He didn't know anything about the equipment and did not care.

Five people standing around when I walked in and all chatting away as if I, and the two other people waiting to make a purchase, were invisible. Once they decide their time is worthy of paying attention to you they abruptly ask what you are there for and then spend the next 7 minutes talking into their CIA earpiece and tapping on their iPad as if they are clearing you for NASA all the while making no contact with you. Arrogant and pompous would be an upgrade for the people at this store. Love Apple products but all these insolent individuals can go to hell.
