Our Exchange Server went down and Microsoft support was supposed to call at 8:00 am to work on it. At 8:30 we called them and were told it would take 2 hours for someone to call back. At 10:30 we called again as no one called us back. We have a support agreement and have been without email for almost 24 hours.
