Virtually without permission from me, Windows 10 was downloaded onto my computer. I was assured that "everything was where it should be." Yes, it's all there, but none of it works. I own and operate a nursery business with a seven computer network, but we are not eligible for MS *Business* assistance because we do not have ten computers. MS help line is completely a waste of time! This is the busiest time of of my work year, and my computer is unavailable to me because both Word and Access have been nearly completely disabled by the installation of Windows 10. I have had to copy all files and work in my house to produce the documents necessary to get our products shipped for Mother's Day, the busiest day of our year. I am bitterly disappointed that Windows 10 was literally forced upon us when there are so many problems with it's use. I am paying a computer technician to remove it as soon as he can get here to do it.

my experience with microsoft word 2019, is that I hate it. I don't have access to the internet and I brought a dummy book and still can't figure it out. I can't believe you would sell a product that cannot be figured out. The store where I purchased word is of no use, all they can offer is that I pay an additional $150 for a geek squad to assist me. I am ready to throw my computer out the window as I really dread even writing a letter using word. I will never recommend word to anyone.

I like windows 10 but you guys make way to many bad mistakes on peoples work environment and enjoyment as most computers cant scrap the previous OS very well and average people do not have the knowledge to get rid of it. If you guys keep this up I may just stick to a Mac

Nice location. I was here for a Esri ArcGIS User Seminar and was good venue for this type of presentation. Wish I had more time as it appears they have a showroom on the ground floor to see Microsoft Technology in action. Only down side is it a pain to get to if you are coming from South Jersey. I had to battle traffic from before the bridge all the way until I got to Rt 202. Make sure you give yourself plenty of extra travel time.

Amazing place to visit, take courses and some training on Windows processes, project management, developer courses which are provided for free from Microsoft. Play and use all of the current products out in the market now, plus new innovative products that are being tested. An enjoyable place to attend seminars as well. Must try the HTC Hive Virtual Reality and also Oculus. The also have a product called Hollow Lens. Whcih you have to sign up before hand and sign a NDA. Building is full of awesome tech products make sure you come prepared to learn.Also the teachers are amazing and very knowledgeable.
