If you need help with your laptop/computers, contact Eric. I had an old HP laptop that I'd installed Windows 7 on. Discovered that I had no USB ports, modem port or anything else. Eric was able to download the latest BIOS from HP and update the O/S with the needed windows updates. I am very impressed with his quality of work and will continue to use his services!!
