I was very pleased! Got my screen fixed today....feels like a whole new upgraded phone! They also replaced the battery which I already knew needed to be replaced. They didnt try to sell me a bunch of crap I don't need...cut right to the chase and did what I asked! Also...It was quick and not a bad price. I would use them over anyone else. And I will...because I break phones a lot. I'll see y'all next year! Lol

I was very satisfied with the repair of my Samsung Galaxy 9 screen. I considered attempting to repair it myself but the difficulty seemed high, and the price he quoted for the repair wasnt much more than what it would cost to buy the parts on amazon. I was worried because I saw reviews of other local shops which used inferior after market screens which affected image quality or charged extra to replace the lcd if that was also damaged. The owner assured me he uses Samsung parts and did not try to add on additional costs. He quoted my 60 mins and my phone was ready in 45 mins. I hope I wont have need of repair services any time soon but if I do I will come here. great guys, so far so good

Couldn't find a reputable place to take our computer until I came across this little gem off of I-240. Very friendly service people, knowledgeable and quick. Competitive and fairly priced. Kept me in the loop before they acted when replacing our power supply, called with options. I again am using them for another problem I have run into and am confident in their ability for good results. Josh, was helpful and am happy he will be working with us to fix our computer. Highly recommend these people.

My screen broke on an apple watch 3. I brought it in and was charged $290 to replace it . Took about 6 weeks to return it and less than two months it was pitch black . I took it in and they kept it for three weeks to get back to me just to say it had water damage we cant fix it. It was never opened by anyone besides them and these watches are water proof. They are a complete scam charged me a high price and gave me a 3 month warranty and then it was done. We own addition watches in our household we all use them in pools , showers etc. Never returning horrible experience and horrible service .

Updating my review to add a new experience here with a different device. Was away for work and my computer suddenly turned off without warning. I thought it was dead so I plugged it in and gave it a few minutes, but it wouldn't turn on. I took it to Apple and they let me know that it would be $500 flat rate and 3-5 business days to fix. Given that the entire computer cost slightly more than $1000, it didn't seem worth it to put half that price again into an old one. The one issue was that I didn't have a single thing backed up. When I got home I brought it to Quickfix. They said they could replace/repair the same part as Apple suggested (logic board) for $300, which to me was more reasonable than the $500. However, it would take 2-3 weeks to get the part. Unfortunately I needed the computer for work, so I asked if they could at least help me get my data off the computer so that I could just invest in a new one but still have my stuff. They said they would for $60-80, which I agreed to. I let them know I'd come back. I shortly got a call from Ryan letting me know that they'd actually be able to get me the logic board within about 5 days, which made the decision of what to do even easier. I brought it in for the repair, but after a few hours, it turns out that while the logic board repaired finally got the computer to turn on, it now wasn't recognizing the hard drive, indicating that both the HD and logic board had been fried when whatever went wrong happened. This meant that while my computer was on and running, none of my data was on there anymore. Ryan tried a few more things and let me know he'd have to replace the hard drive to a working one so that I'd at least have a working computer. I asked if there was anything else he could try and he promised he would, but that he needed some time so to take home the "new" working computer and he'd let me know if anything worked. 3 days later, I get a call that Ryan had finally been able to get the hard drive to work!!! All my data was back! He let me know he was going to back it up in case something went wrong again and that I could come in to get the old hard drive and he'd put it back in. This was a huge help and relief - the lower than Apple cost, quick turnaround and having all my data back was the solution I had been hoping for but seemed far from possible. I cannot express my gratitude enough for his patience and determination, in addition to expertise because Ryan is 100% the reason I have my stuff back! I highly recommend them for not only their services which have been amazing, but their customer service more specifically.

Took in a 3DS, decided we didn't want it fixed by them and that we would simply allot the time to fix it ourselves. (Because seriously?? $60-80 labor to fix a $4 part???) Get the system back from them, open it up, and find that all of the screws have been stripped. Waste of time, thank god we thought twice before wasting the money.

These guys deserve TEN stars. My mother's Mac Air died on a vacation to OKC. Well, we thought it died. Her bag was lost at Airport and the charger was packed (dumb, yes, but there was a major snowstorm and she slept not at all waiting to find out whether or not her flight was canceled). She had important files not backed up. Yes, dumb. But she's 78 and a lawyer 52 years. A lawyer with secretaries who used to do all that stuff. And she is not computer-savvy beyond the bare minimum needed to email and compose documents. She bought a charger at UES Apple (the one on Madison in the 70s). The computer would not charge above 1%. My friend in IT recommended this place. He says it is the ONLY place other than Apple he will allow to touch his many devices, as an Apple consumer since the 1980s. I called QuickFix at noon, from the March For Our Lives, and they said they would take a look at it. But before that, I emailed. Sure enough, there was an email back to my mother (she didn't see it). I told them my friend thought the port was corroded and that might be why it would not (the light) turning green or orange. So I trek back to the UES from the UWS to retrieve the computer. Two hours later I arrived at QuickFix and found three others waiting in the store. The man took the computer and then charged with his own charger. Voila! All that stress and it turns out the computer is FINE but that Apple sold us a defective charger. Mom never tested it in the store, having no reason to believe Apple would sell a lemon. (Yuk yuk.) The man (whose name I wish I had asked for as we hung out over an hour) transferred her hard drive onto a little metal thing for 40 bucks. Also, Mom's machine is in very good shape, though she needs a new battery at some point. He does not recommend that she buys a new Air, which she was prepared to do. Otherwise, her device is healthy. Quite remarkable for a 2012 that gets heavy usage. Even at work, she uses her Air not a desktop at the firm. We then talked a lot about old vs new Airs and MacBook Pros. My Pro is from 2015, November. He says NEVER to get rid of this device, just to fix it when it gets old, and that the new MacBook Pros suck. He even expects a class action suit to arise as a result of the hybrid of solid state and movable parts. The new Airs are also not great. If they die and you haven't backed anything up, you are screwed. There is NO WAY to retrieve files without making the machine functional. That's because there is no removable hard drive. He's not impressed with the new products and says the best Pro eve made is the one I own (a gift from a dear friend who knew my 2011 MacBook Pro was on last legs). I am a customer for life and when my 2015 Pro begins to age, I'm taking it here. They also sell refurbished Mac Air/Pro and I would trust anything they had fixed and deemed fit to sell. Everyone is so nice. A lot of people came in and the Saturday hours were 12 to 4. A frazzled young woman came in at 4:10 pm and asked if they were closed. "Yes and no," my repairman told her. I love this place and encourage all Apple people to patronize them. The juice place down the street is quite good (a few doors down) and the prices lower than Juice Press and the like (except for the Acai bowls). But they don't have real milk. Just that soy/almond garbage. THANK YOU, QuickFix!

Had a surface tablet screen repaired. 2 weeks later I go to put into a protective case and in the process off sliding it in without using great pressure the screen powder shattered. Very poor quality replacement product, they say they replace with factory recommended screens but that is inaccurate. There is a gap all the way around that is about 1/32 all the way around. When the original screens go to the edge. I took it back and their response was sorry nothing we can do. Will never go back to them nor recommend them.

I had an incredible experience with Quickfix. My computer had shut off without warning and wasn't turning back on. I took it to The Mac Support Store in norman, which was the first well-reviewed place that came up on Google, and they charged $30 for a diagnostic and then gave me an estimate saying my logic board was fried and it would cost $700 to repair. So I panicked and started asking around a cheaper fix. A friend recommended Quickfix for a second opinion and potentially a cheaper quote. I called and right off the bat they gave me a $300 quote to repair the logic board. When I took the computer in, the lovely gentleman at the counter opened my computer on the spot, in front of me (I'm already impressed by the transparency), took one look, wiped something off, plugged the computer in and turned it on. It was completely fixed. The logic board wasn't fried, there was just some rust on a connector, which he wiped off. I asked how much it would cost, and he said, "Nothing, I didn't do anything, just don't go back to that other place." And trust me, I won't!! I will be a very loyal QuickFix customer from here on out!!

My clumsiness struck hard when my phone fell out of my pocket face down onto gravel the other night. The touch screen still worked fine, but the 3 major cracks were spreading throughout the whole screen as time went on. I was recommended here by two co-workers who had to repair their teenager's phones. I called ahead of time for a quote. They gave me a quote and ensured that the parts needed for me were in stock. They allow walk-in appointments, so I took it in later that day, and it was ready to be picked up in 2-3 hours as promised. They ran a diagnostics test in front of me when I arrived, so the customer and staff were on the same page regarding what needed to be done. They did the same upon completion of replacing the screen and allowed me to double check everything myself before paying and providing a signature. At that time, it was noted that the headphone jack wasn't working. They will be replacing that for me free of charge next week when the parts for that arrive. In the meantime, I have my phone back. The price charged for everything was actually less than what Samsung or Sprint would have charged me, and I received my phone in a MUCH timelier fashion (Samsung would have had my phone for up to 2 weeks!). They have cases and protectors available, but there was no sales pressure. Of course, it would be wise to make a purchase as long as you're there for your damaged phone. Hopefully I will not make the same mistake twice, but if I do or know someone who needs their cell phone, tablet, or computer repaired, I will certainly refer them here!

We took a broken iPad to have the screen replaced and they talked us into buying a new case for it. A few days later, took my son's phone to have the screen replaced. The very next day his screen was broken again and we took it back and had it fixed. Assumed it was a coincidence. However, now, about 2 weeks later, the iPad screen is cracked AGAIN. Of course they won't do anything about it. We have 10 devices between us and have had them repaired plenty over the years and have never had problems like this. We won't ever go back here again.

Worst service I’ve ever had with a cellphone repair shop. Every time they’ve replaced a screen on my phone (3 times) the touch has gone out of it within 3-4 days and they made me pay for it to be repaired when there was absolutely no damages to the phone. I took my boyfriends phone there to be fixed today and got it back with a flickering screen and they “don’t see it” so they won’t fix it.

After reading everyone's reviews I thought this would be a sure fire place to get my computer fixed. I took my wife's computer in for a replacement cooling fan, battery, keyboard, and "tune-up". I took it in on December 17th and was told that I would be given a call the next day with an exact quote and I would have it back to give her as a Christmas gift. I got the computer back January 13th after calling and stopping it many, many times. When we got the computer back the keyboard is buckled on the left hand side and this "tune-up" couldn't possibly have taken place. I had to take it to a friend who deleted all of the malware and adware off of it for us, in about an hour I might add. This might be a good place to take your phone, but I not only feel the amount of time, but also the quality of workmanship was unacceptable. EDIT: I originally gave them a one star review, but I got a call from the technician a few days after making the review. They fixed the keyboard performed the tune-up and even gave me a small refund for the excessive time. So they did make it right. The computer is working great and my wife is happy. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because it did take a month and a half for the repairs.

I went into quickfix the day before I got my phone fixed to see how much it was going to be and I was told $90 to fix it and so I went in the next day(the day I was getting it fixed) and they said $90 both times. I wasn’t in there very long and my phone looks perfect and is working perfect. The employees were very nice. They did a fine job replacing my screen on my iPhone. Two weeks later it got a pressure crack and their warranty only covers manufacturer's defects. I won't be getting my screen replaced here again. I will be getting it done in Penn Square mall, their warranty lets you replace the screen at a lower cost if cracked within the first 30 days.

I took my cell phone in for a new battery and they told me it would take 3-5 days. Never heard from them, I had to keep calling or showing up there. Finally 2 weeks later I dropped my phone off only for them to break the circuit board inside and the glass on the back. They said they would replace all for free but when they did get the parts in something happened to the first battery and had to reorder one. I had to get a prepaid phone while my phone was broken and had to pay for it out of my own pocket!! Then I never heard from them so I again had to keep calling or showing up about my phone only to find out that they fired the guy that worked on my phone (My phone wasn’t the only phone he broke apparently) and that they couldn’t do anything to fix my phone. So when I went to pick up my broken phone (which i then received with a now broken screen) they graciously (note the sarcasm) said they would refund me my money I spent on the battery I paid for or I could give them MORE money and they would get me a phone like mine. It’s been 2 weeks since all of this and I still haven’t seen my refund and I cannot get a store manager when I call. Don’t waste or time or money on them!

Every time I bring something in to get fixed another problem comes up. Brought laptop in for a simple screen replacement and I guess a video wire was bad. Once fixed I brought it home now the keyboard and touch pad. Is messing up. I called, they said they would fix the touchpad so they ordered the part back in January 19 it is now March. Still no call of a touchpad coming in. If you go here be warned that something else might pop up when it is fixed or in the process of getting fixed. Update: owner canceled order due to bad review. Great job that's how's you run a business, with Sheer pettiness.

ANOTHER UPDATE: The owner actually /CALLED/ me threatening me, calling me names and saying he was going to SUE me for giving him a negative review UPDATE: Quickfix actually /REMOVED/ the text out of my review to avoid negative criticism. Seriously, stay away from this place. Quickfix are crooks. OK, so here's my story about my troubles with Quickfix. Two years ago, I had a custom computer built, and it relatively well, some what speedy service, quality control was poor, but not horrible. Overall I was satisfied. However, for the past five months I have had reoccurring problems with their service. My computer started overheating and crashing I bought the necessary hardware and took the computer in to get serviced. They took four months the first time I took it in because they said "the motherboard fried, and we had to RMA it to Asus. I was OK with that, as long as everything was working properly, however here's the catch. I looked at the motherboard, it is the same one, ASUS sent them a replacement and they kept it. Yep, they literally stole my $400 peice of hardware. (Just FYI the motherboard works and worked just fine). So, I took it in to Geek Squad, from their updated information they informed me that the hardware was actually never assembled properly and nearly damaged a $600 processor with pictures to prove it. Furthermore, countless dings and scratches were found on my $300 computer case along with missing peices and hardware. So yeah, I paid $150 and waited for five months for a "still broken" computer. In conclusion, Quickfix lied, stole and broke my computer. I would never ever recommend their service. If you value your personal property I suggest you stay away from this company.
