I have a 2-year old laptop that has never ran correctly. I tried doing some DYI fixes on it and ended up screwing it up to where Windows wouldn't even pull up. The OKComputer Guy was able to fix my computer, reinstall windows and back up all of my photos and documents. My computer now runs great and I'm able to see how good a computer it really is. Spoke with Jesse about a cracked screen replacement . He sent me over a quote bases on model of laptop... Asked if he could call me first as i had a concern about the repair even fixing the problem of the mouse pointer jumping around and that cracked was barely visible...As it was, the crack wasn't an issue but the mouse pointer jumping around was...He was very helpful in explaining to me about the digitize touch screen and that was the issue... The fact that my cracked screen was barely visible, he informed me that i could disable my touch screen and that would fix the problem, provided i was ok with not having the touch screen capabilities.In retrospect, I didn't use touch screen as much as I thought I would...Disable touch screen.. Laptop is working like a charm... Jesse had already sent a quote and very easily taken the money and the job, but thought that being fair to the customer would have a more lasting effect than just taking the money...For that, he has earned a customer for life and of-course ill be referring everyone I know to him.. Thanks Jesse for your service...
