We lost our full time IT person that had been with us for 10 years without any notice about 90 days ago. Norman Nerds stepped in and saved the day! They went through our systems and got everything up and running again the same day. We moved about 20 personnel last week and combined two offices into one and without a glitch they were able to get us back up and running and insisted on staying very late to make sure that ALL of our systems were back on line. Trust me, they are AWESOME!!!!!!!

We have been using Norman Nerds for several years. Both Eric (on site) and Karena (by phone) are simply superb in their skill, promptness, and knowledge. I cannot say enough in praise of their work. I said the above about four years ago. Since then, my opinion has come to be even higher. Karena is now what I have come to call “our resident genius,” since she does fabulous on-site work. Both have been extremely helpful by phone. Not only does the computer problem get solved, but, as a bonus, you get to have an interesting conversation.
