I had been having issues with my desktop for months, and I was afraid that my hard drive was falling me. I brought it in for a free diagnostic, and they discovered there was a software issue I hadn't found. They corrected the issue free of charge as part of the diagnostics, and it is working great. The guys were also very pleasant and fun to talk with. Highly recommended.

I took my computer in because it would not burn discs. I told them that I got it to burn through Nero and it said it was successful, but there was nothing on the disc. They kept it overnight, the next day I went to pick it up and they told me there was a registry or driver error, but they did get it to burn through Nero. I brought it home, attempted to burn a disc through Nero (they said it worked) and it did the exact same thing as when I took it in. They charged me $40, said they did a tune-up and other things, but they did nothing!! I took a day off work, lost pay, updated all the drivers, defragmented, and did a disc clean-up, and had Sony Vaio assist do everything else and surprise surprise I can burn discs again. This place is a rip off!! Will not go back. The reason I took it in to begin with is because I am a very busy person who does not have time to be doing all of this, but ended up doing it anyway. WILL NOT BE BACK and I strongly discourage anyone from going there, BestBuy may be higher, but at least they do what they say they are going to do.

They actually couldn't help me, but the guy I talked with was very nice and upfront and didn't charge me for a thing (the same can't be said for the first people I went to see, GeekSquad, who tried to charge me a pretty penny just on the off-chance they could fix my laptop). There was also a very quick turnaround - Norman Computers said that if they could help me, it'd take about a week (compared to GeekSquad's more than a month estimate). If I ever have a future problem with another laptop, I will definitely be coming to see these guys again!

Arguably the best IT service/repair shop in Norman. Used their service twice because of 1) a messed up cooling fan for my laptop & 2) an AC adapter part being stuck in the charger hole. The 1) incident costed me $79.99 [which, if you think about computer repairs, is NOT expensive] and the 2) incident costed me nothing b/c they simply pulled out the part using a plier. Do NOT go to Best Buy/Geek Squad if you live in the area: go to Norman Computers! Highly recommended!

The remote help-desk service is legit. The managed data services let me work from anywhere, and the data replication protects against modern encryption style viruses. A very convenient small business package... Ask for Nate, he's very friendly!

I've used Norman Computers many times over the years for various services and they are top notch. There have been times I got a virus that pretty much disabled my laptop and they were able to save everything and get me going again. Now with their new Help Desk Software it seems they will be able to do even more to keep me running. Very excited.

I brought my laptop in for a screen replacement. The employees there were really friendly and very experienced in their work. They let me know exactly what needed to be done in the fix. I was impressed when my computer was completed before the expected time. I would recommend this place for anyone!

Super impressed with this place. Brother built a new computer and it wouldn't boot so we took it in and Devin was able to diagnose and fix the issue. Turns out it was a bad psu. We got the new psu and he installed everything and the computer runs great. I expected to pay a lot more than I did for what was done to the computer so I'm happy with the pricing as well. Would absolutely recommend.

Very poor response when you call them , no correct information being passed to the customer. They are more interested in making the money rather than good customer experience. I had ordered a SSD through their shop and they were promising me it will get done in a day or two which actually extended to a good solid one week. This led to me rescheduling my flight ticket couple of times and they did not bother to even ship the product and rather shifted the blame on their so called intern.

Office isn't that impressive, but their service is first-rate. I've dealt with Best Buy and an independent dealer but always felt I was getting ripped off. These guys were quick, upfront how much everything would cost, and did what they said they would.

I have been wondering HOW this place stays in business. No matter when I call or go by there is NEVER anyone there. I understand that they do a lot of house calls, but forwarding the store phone to a cell phone just seems like good business. I seriously doubt they will ever get my business and I am going to recommend that nobody waste their time trying to get anything done by them.

WARNING! I have had the worst possible service provided by Norman computers. I put my laptop in their shop to replace a $15 power source and ended up paying them to replace several other parts they messed up attempting to change the power plug. After paying them over $500 the computer did not work and had colored lines flashing across the entire screen. Only after threatening to sue them, did they agree to replace my computer with the exact model. They did not do that. What should of taken a few days turned into 6 weeks. They bought an old, cheaper model with half the hard drive space that my computer had, the plug for earphones is broken and if you touch the screen or close the laptop, the screen becomes blurry and distorted. The laptop was filthy, covered in dust, animal hair and had sticky goo stuck all over they keyboard.I have had nothing but rude, unprofessional replies from the management who lied and blamed it all on me that they could not fix it. I would not recommend them to touch anyone's computer if you ever want it to work again!

Fast, courteous and very knowledgeable. Believe it or not, the front counter is magical. Spilled coffee on my laptop two weeks ago and it died. When I sat it on the counter it came to life and works fine now. Go figure. See Devon for your computer needs.

I wish these guys were a bigger part of the community, host some lan parties. Went in to test some equipment and it was the same as I could do at home. 80 to test a video card. I don't think the desk guy has any certs. With the doggo on the front I just don't get the target demographic.

Took my computer in to have the broken hinge replaced which they did however when I got it back the Wi-Fi did not work properly. had to take it back in. they did repair that. when I got it back the touchscreen didn't work. I took it back in again. They could not determine why. they took no responsibility for damage to the touch screen. They said they would give me free labor and install the new touch-screen for $300 for the parts. Which I declined. I will not take another computer there.
