My fiancé broke her phone. Her sister brought an iPhone in to get the charging port fixed. Not only was the guy in the lobby unprofessional because he was on his phone. He didn’t really care to tell her how long it would take. She called numerous times they finally said it was done went to put it on the charger (now this phone was fully dead) it would take a couple minutes to turn on. The guy who fixed it kept plugging it in and unplugging it every 5 seconds so it obviously wouldn’t turn on. Brought it to the back and took the whole phone apart said he’d call when it was done. He didn’t. Right before they closed we called and they tried telling us we needed another part for the phone that clearly wasn’t needed. They ended up blocking my fiancé’s sisters phone number and still have the phone. We will be reporting this.

The owner Jesse is a very nice guy and warranty’s his work 100%. He replaced my girlfriend’s cracked iPhone 8+ screen. I believe the original screen he used for the replacement (the first time) was defective and obviously not his fault. After she noticed the first replacement screen was not working correctly, we called him and he offered to replace and refix it, free of charge. He did not need to see the receipt since he remembered us. The second time he fixed it, it works PERFECTLY now! The screen looks OEM mint, has no issues or problems, and fixed the original issue she had with the first screen replacement. In addition, he was super cool about the whole thing, and very timely and communicative during the process. I will be taking all of my devices to Jesse from here on out. I only like to do business with people who are respectful and have integrity, and those 2 words sum up his business practices very well. Thank you again!

They were extremely nice, understanding and helpful. I broke my phone and had to get my photos of my daughter from my phone (which are priceless to me) as well as my contacts and phone numbers. I went to CPR (another cell phone repair store in Moore off of I-35) and the guy there told me it was gonna cost $500 to simply get my photos and contacts off the phone. I went to In and Out Cellular repair (this place) and the owner was so nice and helpful and only charged me $25 to help me out. I highly recommend this place!!

I accidently bumped my tablet while reaching for something else, and knocked it off the end table onto our porcelain tiled floor, shattering the screen. A few weeks prior, my smartphone bricked itself during a system update. These people were very professional and friendly, and competently repaired both devices at a reasonable price. They also kept me informed regarding the status of my tablet, as parts had to be ordered. This is an excellent place to do business.

Called in to get pricing information from them for my 6SPlus. I had called three other places in the Moore area. These folks had the cheapest price, but the guy who fielded my call sounded like he didn't want to be there nor cared whether or not I was going to give them my business. I opted for CPR in Moore. It was more expensive, but I don't like having to fight people to give them my money.
