Not waste your money go to the Apple Store it’s worth the extra 50 bucks to get a better screen last September at my phone broke I want to these guys they replaced my screen for 100 bucks with then two weeks later and a white proof case my phone fell and shattered so I had to take it somewhere else they did not put the screws back inside my screen they other guy said my gosh they must’ve been in a hurry I said never took them three hours to fix it while my phone broke again I went there he charge me 100 bucks he said I’ll have a one month warranty bought a case from the store that he picked out that it will protect it took my phone back in there today that hairline cracks all through my phone and he said there’s nothing he can do about it so if they’ll trade a returning customer like this what what I do to anyone that walks in the store I advise you to run away do not go here it’s not worth the time or the money I hope people read this before they stop bye They are scams they just want your money and I said do not go there

My son took his I phone 6 s to the store on shields and i240 and the man said he was sending my sons phone off to get fix and they said it was finished .But the other man said 4 weeks send it off and got the call it was done and got to store i told the man it was not my sons phone they gave him a I phone 6 plus with pink case. I called the lady at the other store and she said would find out what went wrong never got call back my sons phone was unlocked this phone they gave my son is locked .It belongs to a lady we showed the guy behind the counter .

Friendly and honest. Had a problem with iphone 5 charge port; would not charge just plugging the cord in. Had been able to charge by wedging the phone and charge cord between 2 books. Finally, this quit working too. I understand that problems with apple's lightning connector are fairly common. Had tried to clean the charge port myself but couldn't fix my charging problem. These guys had more useful tools than I do. They cleaned a bunch of lint out of the charge port and sent me on my way for free.

I brought in my iPhone 7 Plus and my daughter’s iPhone 6. My phone was having severe issues with charging; as I would have to wiggle and push and pray to get my charger to start charging my phone. It happened on multiple chargers. I assumed I needed my charging port replaced, as well as my daughter’s (Hers was doing the same, but not as bad), but they blew compressed air into the ports and stated that it was compacted with lint. I saved over $100 with a simple cleaning! Great job guys! My go-to place now for phone repairs!

My fiancée had dropped her phone from maybe a foot and a half off the ground (fell from car door handle). Apparently a LifeProof case does not protect against that "intense" of a drop even though their webpage states "Phone fumbles and tablet tumbles are the most common forms of device destruction. LifeProof cases are built to exceed stringent Military Specifications for drop protection, keeping your electronics protected from the bumps and bruises of day-to-day living." The screen shattered and it is fairly new (a couple of months). LifeProof immediately bailed and said they don't cover the phone, just their case... LifeProof took ZERO responsibility for their case failing to protect the phone. We found this place and are completely amazed at their professionalism, dedication and care. They fixed the phone and we are BEYOND happy with the entire process. The staff is very professional and will be our go to spot in the future!

Love the lady who owns/works this place. Her dogs are the cutest. Very professional, honest, quick for the amount of work she is given, down to earth, and knows what she's doing, but never over talks or tries to over sell. I think they are by far the best and most honest when it comes to parts and I have been going to this exact location since i've moved to OK in 2012. I've been through phones and many different problems...I recommend everyone to go here first before anywhere else. I will be going back as long as they are open.

My phone's screen was pretty much done for, the digitalizer was damaged, and the lcd as well and everything was fixed very quickly for me! A very friendly environment and would definitely recommend to anybody! Price is fairly reasonable and they remember your name when you come in and come back to get your phone! I would definitely come back if my phone was ever damaged again.

Got phone fixed nov 5th literally two days later in my phone case my phone had a crack. Took phone back with receipt after taking it to att store were they told me that it cracked from not being put on right, and the store told me they couldn't fix it. And I paid 170$ to get it fixed and they said the lowest they would go to fix it again is 150$. I'm not ever going back there again and I would not recommend them!

I dropped my iPhone and the screen wouldn't work. I took it in and they took it apart and said it was just a cable that had come unplugged. They fixed it and didn't charge me a thing! That's great service , I will definitely use them in the future.

The people are nice I just don’t think they are skilled. I took my phone in because it was blacking out and they “replaced the screen”. I went home took my case off my screen pops out I put it back on but the touch slowly lost response then I took a shower and the screen cracks from the heat and Jut kept getting worse they didn’t install it properly and use bad quality screens I went to batteries plus they where so professional told me everything wrong with my phone and the price was cheaper

Horrible experience thus far!!They didn't fix the ipad, actually made it WORSE and still want to charge me!! Paid half up front and now they want a restocking fee. Are you kidding?! Fix the ipad we pay, if you cant or make it worse give the refund!! Terrible place, be very careful and don't go here. And they charge extra to use a debit/credit card, seriously?! Reporting to BBB.

Couldn't be more happy with the service. I shattered my screen on my LG G4 and everyone told me it would be 250-300 to fix. These guys got me a new screen for only 150! Not only that, but they replaced it within 30 minutes! They also remember your name(: Hopefully I won't shatter my screen again but if I do this is the place I'll be going back to.

I never thought I would need this place, but I can't believe how helpful he was. I had my Samsung Note 4 for 2 weeks and I dropped it and cracked the screen. First he remembered my name when I dropped off my phone and picked it up. Great price on an Otter Box for future protection. Best place for any fixes!!

Went in last Saturday . They quoted me 250 to repair my cracked screen. I had taken my phone there before and it was like $100 for a cracked screen. I thought it sounded ridiculous the guy working there didn't think it was a ridiculous price . I left went to another fix phone place they said it was 90 dollars they would have to order the part I guess it's not a real popular phone I believe I have a LG 6 He wanted me to leave my phone or pay 90 up front . I liked the price but didn't feel comfortable putting the 90 up front I was in Edmond stopped at another phone repair off broadway he quoted me 90 told me I could put down what I feel I said how about 40 he was fine with that I got my phone today and it was 90 dollars these people were trying to charge me way to much. I don't ever write reviews unless I'm really happy but, I want people to know this business was trying to charge me so much more. If it doesn't sound reasonably priced at this business I strongly suggest going somewhere else. I don't give any stars.

LED Component on my phone went out. They had it fixed in LESS than a day for less than my phone carrier service wanted to charge me. As a small business owner, I appreciate the speed.
