Technician gave false information. Not familiar with current tech, pawnshop style setup. Doesn’t keep stock of current equipment, customer service is atrocious. Save your money and go somewhere reputable instead of a franchise with NO KNOWLEDGE and no real customer service.

Freaking terribly don't recomend them ever! Super unprofessional! Did OK at first until I noticed they didn't connect the skin all the way and then told first it was bc I took screen protecter off life really doubt that then told me I voided which didnt say anywhere on anything! Then they said well are manager ain't her so comeback next and you can speak with him! I did and he wasnt there so I showed it to someone else who was working and he straight up said yep they messed something up bring it in the morning and I'll fix and so me and my marine friend did and the same kid that said they messed something up lied and said no bc he got told by his boss he did it the work so then went on to be disrespectful to not only me but my who was serving in the Marines. And then they told me they can give me a new screen protector for free which I told ain't much help when the phone is broke so then they said well we can fix it for 190 more dollars which is more than we payed the first time and why would I need to pay again for them not doing it correct first tI'm. so i told them no thanks and still havent been able to get it fixed and it's been a year !! Idk maybe there not all this bad but Edmond was!!

A simple cracked screen turned into a two-and-a-half-month ordeal with some of the most incompetent and least customer-oriented people I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Most of their staff (and we dealt with a lot of them) are not effective communicators, and they buy their parts from slow, unreliable sellers. The replacement screen had dead spaces, so they agreed to replace it. The tech then fried the motherboard while attempting replace the replacement screen. They replaced the fried tablet, which I appreciate, but it's not a tablet that can be backed up. All our data, including my young son's entire Minecraft world, were lost.

My phone would no longer charge and I understood they could replace the port on my Iphone 6. Once I got there the gentleman looked a the phone and was able to find a small piece of debris in the charging port and removed it. Others had looked at it and had not found anything. There was no charge for his work and replacing the port would have cost me about $65.00. Needless to say I was very appreciative and left him a tip. Thanks for the honesty in your work and no doing something to my phone that was not required. thanks again

I have been to Digital Doc on a couple of occasions for repair/advice on my tablet and phone. This recent time I needed advice on my tablet as it wasn't turning on. Kyle Long was so helpful in his recommendations and knowledge. Every time I have visited this store, the staff is pleasant, polite and very helpful. I have never felt pressured into buying anything that wasn't needed. Thank you for being there. I recommend this store to anyone looking for any digital repairs.

Will and Trevor were really awesome! I spilled coffee on my Macbook Pro. Apple told me I would have to pay a flat rate of $750 to get it fixed. I got my keyboard replaced and did a water treatment for less than 50% of what Apple wanted to charge me, and in less than 2 weeks!!! So happy with their great and fast customer service; and with the amazing results at a significantly less cost!

I work in a doctors office and one of the things we use to get stuff done is an iPad. It started having problems and we took it in to have it repaired and they told us that it was the battery but they were not sure So I dropped it off hoping they could fix it and in the process they broke it even MORE by cracking the screen and then they wanted US TO PAY FOR IT! the staff was friendly but I'm not a fan of their business practices

Stay away! These guys are amateurs, they don't know what they're doing. My laptop was infected with malware and barely worked. I took it to them and they said it had to be factory reset. They were supposed to transfer the data and reset it. They tried transferring single files first, but it didn't work so they attempted to do a full transfer. While attempting to transfer the data they triggered a kill code and the PC reset itself. At least that's what they told me. What made them think that would work? They should have left the laptop and my information alone. The laptop had my lesson plans and all the tests and worksheets I created for my classes. Not to mention my kids pictures and all the pictures of my two year old since she was born. Data I will never get back. If you value your information stay away from this place.

You're better off going LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. . I went in to get my sons computer fixed, it was just the screen. The guy spent a few minutes looking at the computer, then goes online to look for the part, after about 5 minutes or so he tells me that one of his "vendors" has one left and that he can order it it'd be there in a few days, so I say ok. Let's do it I paid a little over $400 for the repair and labor and everything like that. As he's taking the computer in the back I caught a peek at his screen and I noticed his "vendor" was eBay, a little concerning at first but he seemed to know his stuff. Cut to a few days later, part gets in, computer gets fixed . Great. Cut to 4 days later, my son is playing on his computer and the screen goes kaput, by itself... He didn't drop it, bump it, nothing. I tried a few things nothing worked. Took it in the next day to the same place, he looked at it and said that "it was working when it left so anything that happened after that was caused by you and we can't be held responsible" WHAT!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! he didn't even take it apart to look at the inside or anything I asked about a warranty from the manufacturer/company and he said "our vendor doesn't offer any type of warranty that covers this type of damage" so now I'm. Mad because 1 it's not damaged physically AT ALL and 2 he's saying that he can take it in but that all he can do is replace it with another one and give me a discount by. Not charging me labor So long story short I went to another place in edmond . Forget the name but they fixed me up no issues since.

I broke my iPhone 5c and they fixed it in 4 hours not bad, however about a week later it started ghost touching. At first it wasn't so bad but later it worse and worse a month and a half have gone by now and it does not hardly work at all and its cracking again. They put some cheep glass in there because it just sounds strange when you tap it also it just randomly pops out a bit sometimes. worst place! spend the extra 20$!

I turned my phone in two weeks ago and they said, on a thursday, that I would have my phone back on Saturday or Monday. I'm not even going to explain the excuse filled conversations I've had with three people. It is ridiculous how this company could have such unprofessional employees. There should be a manager on the clock at all times who knows how to look customers in the eye and tell the truth, rather than stutter to find the right words for a lie so you don't look stupid, whilst you LOOK STUPID. I shouldn't have to pay 175 for this service.

Took our Lenovo tablet in to get the cracked screen replaced. It took over 4 weeks to get it back. While we were offered good excuses, they at one time called and said they could get it faster if we wanted to pay $10 more for an American distributor to provide the screen. We declined. They told us a timeframe, but they missed it. We should not have to pay extra to get it when they told us they'd have it done. I was going to leave the whole thing alone and just consider it a supplier issue. Except now, for the two weeks since we've gotten it back, the tablet barely responds to touch. There seem to be several dead spots on the screen, and some apps no longer open. They charged us $45 for labor just in case they messed it up. Well, they did. I don't know if I am willing to trust them again. Probably cut our losses and go to a competitor.

They screwed us when we went there to fix our dell computer and lost everything on it and refused to fix what they had done. This place is not worth the risk for your device. I do not recommend this place at all. Also took more than a month to get it back
