Terrible. The screen often goes haywire, iPad selectively takes a charge and certain areas of the screen don't type when you touch it. Very disappointed. Took here for convenience and because they told me not to go to the mall because they "don't do it properly" and now we've got more issues than we bargained for.

I came in all stressed out and the guy behind the counter really helped calm me down. My son's phone was locked up and the alarm was stuck on! Safe to say it was pretty nerve wrecking. CPR found me a new battery for the phone (which was no easy task) and got it all fixed up!

Terrible customer service. Called to speak with someone about dropping off and paying by phone once the service was completed. I wasn't even allowed to finish the two questions I had before he answered what he THOUGHT I was going to ask with, "that's what we do every day ma'am." Anticipating someone's question and cutting them off before they are able to finish is just unnecessary arrogance. Assumed intelligence doesn't validate rudeness.

Have never fixed anything we've taken them. The biggest rip off in the state. STILL have a Playstation 4 we took in Jan. They will make more excuses than you can count. "I sent it to my Edmond store." "I have my tech looking at it." "Its a Playstation problem." I know we are not the first to get hosed by this place. More people need to post their crappy experiences.

I had a busted screen on my iPhone that needed serious help. Things didn't quite go as planned when trying to replace the glass, but Kevin stayed and worked on my phone until everything was up and going again. He was very concerned with me being without my phone and apologetic about the whole situation. Kevin was very pleasant to work with and wouldn't hesitate to use him or the store again!!!

If I could give his place less than one I would. Kevin, the manager of this store was disrespectful, rude, confrontational and was raised in a manner that I wouldn’t wish upon anyone. He interrupted everything I was trying to say, and when I asked him how he would feel if he were in my shoes he didn’t have a kind word to say and said I was being irrational. We went into this store with a7-10 day guarantee. Didn’t hear from the store for 3 weeks. Once WE called THEM they told us it was sent to Texas and there was nothing they could do. Now it has been 7 weeks without so much of a phone call till today. We asked for a refund of our down payment since they broke guarantee on it taking so long without word and they told us they couldn’t help us. Kevin told us. Not “they”... it was all Kevin. They are scam artists who take your money and run with it. I wouldn’t be surprised if they never even sent it to Texas in the first place and just waited for us to give up and tell them we will come back for the device with out a refun. Worst costumer service I’ve ever received and I work in costumer service myself. Please don’t use this company. They will only steal your money and run. — Thank you for reading and listening to this rant. Hopefully it was helpful.

Very poor customer service. Took my mgoogle pixel in for a cracked screen and they have had it for about a month and it's still not fixed. Still waiting on them to fix parts they broke while replacing the screen. They gave me a loaner I phone with no charger and with someone else's personal info still on it. Not sure why this place is still in business. Google pixel

I took my IPAD 4 in on 03/09/2018, It had a cracked screen BUT I took it in to have the Microphone repaired OR replaced because it had stopped working. The Broken Screen was secondary. I also wanted the IPad 4 to be completely erased and be returned to me in its original setup condition.I asked what the repair would cost, he told me “The microphone could just be dirty often when the screen cracks debris can get into the microphone and it stops working. We will try to clean it first” The screen will be $106.” I told him I had been using it with a cracked screen it doesn’t bother me. I need the microphone fixed, and the IPAD restored to original factory settings.” He said it wouldn’t be a problem it usually took a day. The manager called me 3/12 to tell me my IPAD was ready, I asked what had been the issue with the microphone, he didn't know what I was talking about. I stopped by on my way to work The manager said, “You must not have heard me” He said that he told me he would call me back (No he didn’t.) He handed me my IPAD 4 he then told me that my microphone had NOT been fixed. I asked “Why? That was my main issue! " He said, “sometimes the technicians see that the screens are broken and just fix them without reading the repair notes” i asked why it hadn't been reset ?” He then said that “We never do that we ask again after the repair is done Just in case they change their mind” The new screen was tight on the top and bottom, but completely loose on one of the sides.I asked him “What is wrong with this? It’s not on correctly!” he took it and looked at it. He said ”it was clamped this morning when I got here. It had all weekend to dry so I thought it was fixed. It must have gotten warm. It has to be cool when you replace the screen or it won't stick” he then began to reapply tape to the sides that were obviously not attached then put rubber bands and two clamps on my IPAD 4 to hold the screen down. I left it there. I stopped at the repair shop at 4 pm on Tuesday 03/13 before work. There was a female employee instead of the Manager I told her “I am here to pick up my IPAD 4.” Then gave her my name.She returned after several minutes and handed it to me. The sides were still lifted. I told her “I didn’t take it with me yesterday because the screen is not attached correctly, and it still isn’t!” She then informed me “The screen is not going to lay flat because the battery is swollen, you need to replace the battery.” WHAT??? I asked her “why the hell wasn’t I told that yesterday?” she replied “He probably didn’t know it yesterday,” I said “What the hell? Is my microphone fixed? if not, when will the part be in.?” She said,” the part SHOULD be in by Saturday since I just asked for it yesterday, and he’s not even going to charge you for the microphone” I told her; “The $7.00 Microphone is the reason I brought it in for repair” I asked her what I owed at that point, for a screen that Was Not fixed, as Promised, and a battery. Screen repair $108. Battery $100. (unsure how much to install) Installation of microphone $ (unsure how much to install) There is NO WAY I would have EVER had all of this done, with NO WARRANTY when I could have replaced my IPAD 4 for $204. From Amazon. And had Guaranteed Delivery in 2 DAYS!!! At this point, I am SO MAD, but not sure what I can/ Should do now. I would rather do business here in my area, but I think I had a right to expect the work I requested to be done, as I requested! Also, I am offended that they didn’t bother telling me that the new screen wouldn’t work if there was in fact battery issue. I so regret NOT going straight to Amazon. I would have had my IPAD 4 without a microphone but working, along with a Certified Refurbished, IPAD 4 under warranty for $204.00

I took my cell phone to CPR to have a cracked screen replaced. I was called to pick it up and told at that time that they did not have a black screen so they put a white one on it until a black one came in. When I picked it up I asked when the black screen would be in and the young gentleman said Wednesday. I thought ok it should be good until then. Wednesday rolled around and I had to call them to find out that a black screen had not come in. We made several calls over the next few days to see if the black screen had come in because CPR did not put a protector on the loaner screen. On the 10th day they still did not have the screen that was supposed to be there in just two days of the white one being put on. Unfortunately on that 10th day the loaner screen that they failed to protect was damaged. I called to find out what would happen at this point and Kevin the manager was very disrespectful and belittling as he continued to tell me I would have to pay for another screen. I do not recommend this business in ANY way. There are much better places in Yukon to take your phone that don’t treat women like an idiot. That’s exactly what this business and specifically Kevin (manager) did.

The work was done in a timely manner and my son is very happy to have his phone back in working condition. I will definitely be going back for any future repairs needed.

They didn't even charge me to look at it. They were honest, responsive, and provided speedy service. I will be going back here if I need more cell phone or computer repairs. Horrible experience! Not only was I told it would take 30 mins then an hour and a half, it took almost 4 hours. Had a new screen put in yesterday and by the evening there were cracks down the whole thing. It never dropped or hit anything and of course they won't replace it. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else!

I had a very close friend of mine go to this location and the manager Kevin was extremely patronizing and disrespectful towards her. She went to have her screen repaired and they installed the wrong screen on her phone. They told her that a new one would come in soon. No more than 2 days. Almost two weeks later, it still had not come in. The screen they gave cracked and because of this they said that they would not replace it with the one they told her would come in. Do not go to this place! They have you sign papers saying that if anything happens to your phone it’s not their problem. AVOID THEM!

Worst customer service, was lied to by both Mgr and girl at counter. Was told phone would be ready Tuesday by noon and went in at three and it still was not ready then told to come back at six and again not ready. Then was told would call when ready next day- got message telling me it was curing and charging- get there and phone is not charged. Oh and I had to call them and she tells me just called- never got a call to let me know it was ready. Purchased new glass protector that was told would discounted to $15- charged husband(who didn't know) $25 and the stupid this is too small for his phone. NEVER AGAIN and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I have always used this store for my broken phone mind you I pay them a lot of visits!!! However my last visit was very disappointing. Totally ruined my iPhone 6 and then sent me to Apple knowing they wouldn't fix it cause the warranty was voided when I had CPR replace my screen, they didn't put screws back in the bottom of the phone!! So disappointed i emailed my concern of asking for help to find a replacement phone it says I would hear a response with in two business hours and three days later still haven't heard a word. So guess it's time to take my business else where and have found somebody to fix the phone that is inoperable and they told me they couldn't fix. Thank you CPR

Crazy story!! We live in Santa Clarita Ca. My daughter lost her iPod touch about 3 years ago at Universal Studios Hollywood. A couple months ago I received a call from CPR Cell Phone Repair in Yukon telling me they had the iPod. I gave them my shipping info and asked if they could send it out COD. Today I received a package in the mail. It was my daughters ipod. There was no invoice so I called and spoke to Kevin. He was so kind and wouldn't even let me reimburse him for the shipping!!! Thank you Kevin!! It's nice to know there are still awesome people out there!!

I used them before and my iPad4 and they did an excellent job. My Screen cracked again I went to them again. They fixed my iPad the last week of October but informed me they broke the home button. They told me they would order me a button new one and fix it for free. I never heard from them again. I called and drove there three different times to find one time they lost my number another time they just simply weren't open even though I was there during the hours posted for them to open. I finally took it to their store in more and they fixed it for no charge however now there is a single line through the touch screen that does not work.

Very rude! Tried to get me to give them my email and password to my email! Had my son's screen on his phone replaced. When we got it back the lock screen password wouldn't work AND his SIM card wasn't in his phone. My son is 15, I was not happy! The told me they could get pictures off of 3 other phones, after charging us $80 per phone and not doing anything after 4 months, I was told he would have to replace the screens to get my pictures which would run my another $80-$120, IF that would work, but bc he LOOKED at my phones, that the $80 I paid wouldn't be returned as it paid for his 'service'. My phones were in a bag the exact same way every time I stopped to see what was going on with them, so I know nobody ever touched them! They're a rip off! Excuse after excuse, lie after lie!
