Well, I had chosen the wrong location to write a bad review on. These CPR phone repair locations are franchised. The owner of the location I mistakenly wrote the review on and said he would make good on the bad repair by the Yukon franchise location. Since there is no a way that I can see to just delete the original review entirely, I am rewriting it to reflect the current situation. I called yesterday and explained my Samsung Galaxy S 2 was in boot loop and I couldn't get into the OS to pull my data off the internal SD card. I explained that my power button quit working so I needed to return it to the factory for warranty. Anyone can pull data off an android device VIA USB if it would boot into the OS. They tell me to bring it in so I did. Once they took it back to the tech they tell me they can't pull data off without booting into the OS. Duh, that's what I said on the phone before I wasted my time coming in. My advice is, if you're answering the phone and someone uses vocab like boot loop, factory recovery for a wipe of data and cache, please if you don't understand the question put someone on the phone who can before making me drive 20 miles for nothing.

Experience was horrible. Took a windows Nokia Lumia phone in for repair. in Nov. 2015. Problem was the power/screen switch - not working. required a $35.00 and deposit to get the part in, then it would be another $35 for the repair. The part was supposed to be in in 10 -14 days. Never came in. No call, no nothing.

Twice they have fixed my phones, one of times even was complimentary, as what I thought might have been a broken headphone jack, just had some pocket lint pounded down in the female port. Another time, they fixed the micro-USB port on an HTC Evo, and it worked great. I highly recommend these guys for cell phone repair.

We all want to save money and hassle by not having to send our phones in to the factory but I have learned my lesson with my HTC One which was out of warranty. Would no longer take a charge while turned on and was no longer recognized by computer. Took the phone in on Wednesday and sent someone by on Friday to check on it. They were told that the phone had been sent out to another location to put under the microscope. I called them Monday and asked about it and they claimed they had tried to contact me (once) on another cell phone and the voice mail was not set up. Someone monitors this phone from around Noon through the night, so not many attempts were apparently made to contact me. I also left a business card with an email address which I mentioned as preferable. They told me that the phone needed a new charging port and would be $75 and that it had NOT been sent out (why the lie?), so I said fix it. I do have my phone back and appears to work fine now, but when I put it under the microscope I can see the damage they did to the case in prying it open on both sides and the bottom. Next time it goes to the factory, lesson learned... I can no longer sell the phone for half of what I was prepared to get.

After dropping my phone multiple times, my phone was no longer functioning properly. I thought I would need a replacement, but a family member suggested to check CPR first. When I walked in they were kind, informative, and gave me an estimate before beginning to fix it. The price was affordable. They were able to fix my phone under an hour. When I returned it was ready. I really suggest CPR as the first option. They were able to save me a lot of money.

Having trouble with iPhone SE charging. The technician took it back and within minutes came back and stated it was fixed. He cleaned it, tested it and showed me how it has a strong charge. The people there were most helpful in getting us the phone we wanted and setting it up for us to use. After a couple days of use the power seemed to be discharging faster than it should so we took it back and they replaced the battery with no questions and were again very nice and helpful. I would definitely go there again if I need a repair or an in the market for another used cell phone.

I walked in with a cracked screen and John said I had a protector and my screen wasn't cracked and he immediately peeled it off and also agreed to change my back case for free if I buy the case and bring it in. After accidentally swimming with my phone on vacation, I brought my phone here. The guy at the front was very helpful, upfront and honest that since it has been a week since the damage occurred, there would only be a 50/50 chance that the repairs would get the phone up and running. I decided to take the risk, but unfortunately they could not get the phone up and running. I feel like they tried hard and were sympathetic when delivering the news that I would not be able to get my graduation day pictures back, instead of blowing me off like they could have done. I will definitely return here if I need their services again!

Long story short, I went there to get a battery replacement for my daughters S7 Edge. The guy who was there told me it would be ready for pickup by 1 (this was at 10am). When I got back he told me he had replaced the battery but the phone had no service - not good. I had no way to get back to the store again that day (I don't live at all close) and told him that and my daughter needs her phone for work. Bottom line - he was very apologetic and was willing to replace the phone with a working one. Turns out he got it working - it was a loose something or other which was most likely his error but hey these things happen. He was willing to do whatever it took to get things right. Here's the kicker. He (his name is Bradley by the way) went above and beyond and dropped the phone off to me ON HIS OWN TIME ON HIS WAY HOME FROM WORK. That was impressive. So yes, he made a little error which he fixed - we all make mistakes but he was willing to and did do everything to make it all right. 5 Stars and would do business with again.

Friendly staff here fixed an older iPhone for me that the home button had quit functioning on. They only charged me about $55, which is certainly more reasonable than buying a new iPhone. They also sell unlocked phones and iPads. Recommend them for any repairs to phones or tablets.

I took PS3 there a few years ago for repair and they fixed it. However, it started having the same issue the very next week and when I asked for them to fix it again, not even for free but maybe with a bit of a discount since I’d just paid that repair bill a week before, they refused to discount the work. Honest service! I dropped in to get an estimate to repair my charging port and headphone port because they wouldn't hold the cables anymore. They looked and said they were just dirty. They cleaned them for free and it was back to normal. They could have done a needless repair and charged me, but they were honest and saved me money. I contact CPR cell phone repair after speaking with Google trying to troubleshoot my Nexus tablet telling me I need a battery. So they connect me with ASUS about the tablet and they want me to send in the tablet. I felt the need to find a place where I could drop the tablet off myself. So,I came across CPR cell phone repair and did a free estimate online which, they informed me to bring my tablet into the store. I went into the store to drop the tablet off and the woman said it would be about two hours. I called back in a day to see what was wrong with my tablet and to find out I did not need a battery after all. Thanks to CPR cell phone repair the tablet is working great and, yes I would highly recommend CPR for cell phone repair work.

I am really thankful Bradley could fix my phone and that the rest of the staff was kind and friendly here. I have a BlackBerry Key2 that after a bad day, did a quadruple back flip off my bathroom vanity... I was looking up to see how to fix the screen myself when I came across a post in an online forum mentioning CPR. After going through a tear down and watching a couple YouTube videos I decided I'd rather pay someone to fix it then frustrate myself. I first called the store in Norman and I felt like I was plague carrier or one of the horsemen of the apocalypse with my BlackBerry as they sneered that they only do Samsungs and iPhones. Irritated that the website even mentions that they can fix my phone, I call Belle Isle. Bradley answered the phone and said he would try but cautioned that he'd only fixed 3 or 4 others and it wouldn't be a quick repair. I have an unusual phone so I completely understood. After a week for the screen to come in, I dropped it off (I don't get off work til 6) and was called around noon to let me know it was completely done. I'm happy to say it works perfectly with maybe some minor damage to the back. (It's rubberized and I would have marred it way worse myself.) And by minor, I think I see where he accidentally slipped with a pry tool. But I've also dropped it several times. (Obviously since I needed a screen.) I am so thrilled I didn't have to buy another phone or deal with my KeyONE/broken glass shards in my fingers until the next BlackBerry came out. The cost was way less than what an insurance replacement or a new phone would have been.

It took 3 seperate repairs to fix my phone which resulted in 3 days of not having my phone and 5 trips to the store. All for a battery replacement! My experience was awful. I brought my phone in for a battery replacement and my screen was damaged during the repair and part of my phone exterior was flapping loose. Then during the repair for my damaged screen, the tech broke the glass portion of the screen because they couldn't get the phone back together. The replacement screen didn't have touch response in the top portion. I had to bring the phone back for a 3rd repair (all for a simple battery replacement) and they finally got the phone back together and working. After all of this time without my phone and 5 trips to the store the outside of my phone has some damage and is not really sealed right due to Tech error. I will never return to CPR again. The service was lacking and everytime I spoke to a different person details and information change. I feel I deserve a refund after all the hassle and incompetence I felt with.

Good for nothing... I was first happy because my iPhone 4s got fixed quickly and at a decent price, yeah but 10 days later and I am on a vacation overseas and the screen has just turned to crap for no reason, no I didn't drop it, no I didn't get water in it, I tried to take a pic, the screen turned fuzzy so I thought to just reset the phone, now nothing. I know the phone works because you can hear it take a screen shot, and it is active on my iTunes when i Plug it in,, They say I have a warranty, but a lot of damn good that does me now when I am half way around the world.. What a damn joke... Go somewhere else if you can...

Usually repair shops do "surprise charging", where they tack on stuff you didn't expect. CPR is the exact opposite. When they couldn't fix my Nexus 7 like they said (due to my fault, NOT theirs), they didn't charge me a dime. Even when I tried to pay them for the time they spent working on it, they wouldn't take it. These guys are incredibly honest, and the next time I buy a used phone it'll be from them.

My phone had stopped charging and went dead even while plugged in. I chose CPR because they quoted the quickest turnaround time of the stores I called. They diagnosed it, cleaned the charger port, straightened one of the contacts, AND CHARGED ME NOTHING! I had expected to pay for a new battery or charger port and am impressed that this store is run in such an honest manner.
