I walked in to get a quote for my Samsung Note 8. Knowing that this job is a complete pain to do by myself, I went ahead and let Kevin do the job for me instead. The price is extremely good especially considering the Note 8 is difficult to tear apart and it's nice to have a professional do the job. Kevin also recommended that I go with a screen protector and CPR does a good job of supporting these down the road should they crack. In the end, I would recommend CPR Edmond to anyone that has a screen issue.

These guys are Great! I was very very busy with some health issues and lots going on. Last night my Iphone would not plug into the charger. I took it to this place, having never been there before. The guy says "let me see if can blow it out, there might be some dirt or something in there". Brings it back in 2 minutes and doesn't want to charge me. I offer twice to pay and he says no. Great Service! I recommend!

If I could leave a less than one star review I would. Paid almost 200 dollars for screen they had to replace 3 times!!!!! Each time I was without my phone all day. Run away as fast as you can they don't honor their warranties!!!!!!! On the 4th the screen was again faulty they asked me to come back two days later because they were presenting new screens. I accidentally dropped the phone and a chip came out of the corner. These morons said now the warranty was void and they were not honoring the 4th screen that they were supposed to put on. This is a total racket and these guys are clowns. I asked to speak to the manager, he fumbled all over him self trying to explain how when they couldn't fix my phone two days earlier and it was perfect how now they couldn't honor it.

I've been having problems with my phone's screen separating and the employees were kind enough to glue it down several times and didn't even charge me. If I needed to get a device repaired I would go here. They definitely give the impression that they care about solving your problems.

I just visited CPR for a problem with my power plug in on my iphone. I truly expected to pay a repair charge. However all it needed was to be cleaned and they charged me nothing. I had my Iphone 5 screen replaced through CPR a few months back and my screen had a dead pixel line appear after a drop. I popped open the phone to find two screws missing on the screen connector bracket. I did however crack my screen while taking it off and knew that I wasn't going to get a free screen when I went back. The fact that two screws were missing on the connection bracket is appalling. I know that people try and scam and lie, but doesn't mean to deny that one screw holding down this bracket had no effect on the screen, which they did. I would not trust them to repair my phone again and caution anyone else to use them.

They are very friendly and helpful but they took 2 1/2 weeks to change a LG screen, set it on wrong and messed up proximity sensor. Took it in again and had the same problem, except this time my screen started falling apart due to the wrong fit.

I was referred to the CPR Cell Phone Repair store by an AT&T Wireless representative located nearby since AT&T fixes almost nothing currently. They mainly only sell equipment and services without repairs or parts unless you do it maybe online.

150 to change the screen on my phone. Have had issues with my phone since. The corners of the screen seem to be popping up and now the lcd screen is cracked. Had a family member go there to have a cracked screen replaced and they ended up with a cracked lcd too. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Do not go here. They wanted $45 up front for labor to open my iPhone 4 to "make sure" that it was the charging port that was the problem and then another $55 to fix it. I was going to be out $45 if it wasn't fixable just for them to look and see what was wrong and if it was fixable it would have cost $100 to repair. Go around the corner to Cellular Fix. They charged me $35 to fix my charging port, which was the only problem. And they made sure that was the only thing that was wrong before fixing it. Very friendly and had my phone fixed in 30 minutes.

I took my Apple Watch in so they could replace a the screen because it had a scratch on it. They broke my watch and were unable to repair it. And after all that the “customer relations person “ Misty , wanted to tell me I was a liar. They had my watch over 3 weeks and not one person called me from their shop. There are way to many phone repair places to use this one. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!

i will never be back there, i came in on a sunday to get my cracked screen fixed, and on tuesday night my phone stopped working because they messed something up and they ripped me off and charged me $125 when at first it was only supposed to be $119 and come to find out the new screen they put on my phone was only $85 so my total actually should've only been $100 and now i don't have a phone and cant buy a new one because i spent all my money on getting my screen fixed.

Went to see them to replace the port (where you plug the phone in to charge) on my cell phone. They quoted me a price, then I called back a few days later and raised the price significantly saying there was more to the repair than they thought when they hadn't had to see the phone again and the diagnosis had not changed. Not only that but they wanted to charge me double what Cellular Fix who are also on Bryant were going to charge. Cellular Fix got the part in faster than CPR could, only took 30 mins to fix and charged me half of what CPR wanted to charge me. Not only that but the CPR smelled like pot when I went inside, considering I had my 10 month old son with me I was mortified. I will NEVER go there again. They were so unprofessional and tried to gouge me.

They took a look at it and before they did any repairs they just cleaned it out and had me do a test call. That was the issue it was just grossly dirty and there was nothing wrong with the phone! Would give lower than 1 if I could. They didn't have parts in stock for my repair (broken power button), charge double what some other places charge. Promised to look in my phone for a possible repair. When I arrived they took my phone to the back for 1-2 min and acted like they looked at the inside of my phone and later admitted they didn't even open my phone to see if my power button was fixable. They instead opted for the more expensive fix (a new power button) and told me there we would be a wait of at least 4 days. Found another place closer to my house (fast bros cell phone repair). Open on Sundays and fixed my phone in less than 24 hours at half the price and with good customer service. Trust your gut when you visit edmond cpr location.

This place charged me $220 to repair my phone screen, whereas the cellular fix place by 7-11 across 2nd charged $99! And they were finished in an hour! This was awhile ago and my screen is still great! So I don't know why someone would choose to pay an extra 60%

I called & talked to Thaddeus. They had my screen replacement for my phone in stock and provided same day service. I had considered replacing it myself at a cost of $150 for the part I would have to wait an extra day to get & the iFixit instructions looked more complex that any other repair I had done before. So I decided to trust my phone to Thaddeus. He said it actually a pretty complex replacement and would take about 4 hrs. Four hours later it was good as new and back in my hands! So for a lil over $100 for 4 hrs of labor in addition to what it would have cost me for the part, I was grateful to have a functioning phone again. (The total cost was $259+tax). Thanks CPR!

I've taken phones here twice and had a great experience both times. The first time I needed a new camera for my iPhone 7 plus. They put in an aftermarket camera at first, which was obviously inferior to a legitimate Apple iPhone camera. I promptly took it back, told them the issue, and they swapped it out for an authentic camera quickly. The second time my charging cable wouldn't snap in all the way. They cleaned it out in about 10 seconds, worked perfectly and they didn't charge me. Nice folks, will return!

I needed the screen on my LG G2 replaced. I called CPR and they told me they didn't have a replacement screen, but I could pay half down on the repair to order a screen (on Saturday) and it should arrive Monday. I did, paying them $97 of my repair cost that Saturday. 4 days later, on Wednesday, I still had not received a call telling me that my screen arrived, so I called CPR. The representative told me that, while they had record of my transaction, no screen had been ordered. He promised me a discount and said he would order the screen immediately. It would come in on Thursday between 12:00PM and 2:00PM and the repair should take 1.5 hours. The screen finally arrived at 4:00PM on Thursday; however, I could not bring my phone in until the following morning due to my job. I got a family member to drop my phone off the next day (today, actually) at 11:00AM. The store told them that I would get $10 off of my total price and that they MIGHT finish the repair today. I have a 4:00AM flight to Alaska tomorrow, and I do not plan on going without my phone for 2 weeks, not to mention the less than 6% discount they're offering me for this. When restaurants screw up, they comp your meal. Apparently CPR has no interest in customer satisfaction, only getting what money they can out of you and finishing your repairs at their convenience.

Had phone in my swim pants unloading boat. Got up to my waste. Put boat up and trailer. Over an hour later noticed phone in my pocket. Shook out the water and put in rice. Next day phone still wouldn't boot. Called CPR and would be open till 4 on Saturday. Dash over and they would put it in a sonic cleaner. They got me Monday saying it was ready. Great!! Had them put new battery in. 40 minutes later it was ready. Fair price.

Horrible experience. I would not be able to recommend them under any circumstances. After damaging my phone during repair, they put me off numerous times and finally ended up replacing the phone after a one month process. They NEVER called me. I ALWAYS had to contact them. Promise times meant absolutely nothing to them. One of the staff was even rude to me when I kept questioning why it was taking so long. Google needs a less than one star rating option.
