EDIT: They have since responded, and have posted a bunch of untruthful stuff. Chris, if you're reading this, if you're gonna respond to LITERALLY every message with an excuse, please eat some crow on why you're service was garbage.
A) No calls/texts/emails were recieved, I asked on my second trip for text updates and still did not receive them.
B) You installed 2 cards total, not three, and said you received a refund for the first card.
C) The first I heard of the motherboard was from your receptionist, who said you could not be reached, and that it wasn't worth keeping the computer.
D) I gave you guys a call looking for you, and was directed to buy a new laptop.
Honestly, I hope you are never able to swindle anyone else by having customers.
If you don't want to read my story, here is the short version. Terrible service from reception, seemed annoyed with me each time I called, Took at least 3 weeks to finally correct problem. Not being ready by deadlines that were promised earlier. Took two tries to fix a computer that broke again immediately. Terrible. Just Terrible.
I my computer in for WIFI issues, and dropped it off, optimistic. After a few days, I was starting to worry and called in to see what the hold- up was with the lack of updates. When I call in I find out the problem is that they "Didn't have my password", but did not bother to call me to ask. They also ask on the same call that they needed me to bring them my charger, something that they assured me would not be necessary. After a week I get my laptop back only to have it break 30 minutes in. I took it back in, assuming it would be a quick fix, but quickly discovered I would be waiting another week for service, causing many headaches. When the week went by, I expectantly drove over to get my laptop, only to have the receptionist tell me I was wrong and that it would be another day. 3 hours later I get a call from the same woman saying my laptop was fixed. I pick it up, and same story once again. Frustrated, I give them a call, only to have the SAME receptionist tell me that my "laptop was worthless, parts were useless" and that I couldn't get a confirmation from Chris, the guy who worked on my laptop. Money down the drain to a problem that they had diagnosed incorrectly. Never use Bedlam Computers.
