Now although a lot of people on here complain about their phone service I can truly say that the in store experience is a much different experience. These apple staff are super nice and work hard to resolve issues and (or) answer questions. I came in for the photo walks that is essentially a workshop on taking pictures using different features and I did both that day. Chris who was our mentor did an amazing job at teaching us everything there is to know about taking pictures with the new iPhone X. Come in for the workshops and you won’t be dissatisfied.

Ok so it’s my first visit and after over 10 minutes being ignored by staff I scheduled a Genius Bar appointment for 1hr later go out to my car to go to a store for an hour only to get texted back 16 min later that they are ready.. literally run back to the store to get ignored again while sweating profusely and waited over 15 minutes and nothing. I’m like I wish I could be as laid back as the hipsters ruling this place but unfortunately I value timely service and being ignored by the obviously high self esteem staff I’ll never go back wth

This mall is I'm beautiful place has tons of stores very very clean. So many stores if you can't find it there more than likely you won't find it anywhere. The food court is amazing delicious food and a lot of good coffee places I recommend this to anybody that enjoys shopping or just hanging out.

Jacob was empathetic and charming. He even took me in 30 mins before closing w/out an appt. But...he said he absolutely could not do what Apple phone assistance said that store could do. I drove an hour to get there. Went home disappointed and I feel like Apple store employees could have done more.

Store closes at 6 on Sunday's, but they will not assist you 20 minutes before closing. They need to change the closing time to 5:40 instead.

Never ever change my security settings on my ipad. I have my security settings the way that I want for a reason. And now I am locked out of my other apple device. This is one of many reasons why I will never buy another apple product again. Can anyone recommend a good tablet to replace the ipad?

Went there to buy a new iPhone XS max, got it in 10mins, and repair iPhone X. The service people told they don't take in any appointments for the day since we went in last hour. Which was not acceptable to me because that's the only apple store in a 30mile radius and they never take the phone to make an appointment prior to we making the visit. Really disappointed with technical support team. But shop is awesome and sales is good.

Store is set up nice and clean. Associates ready to help you buy whatever. Check in process is good and tracks the items and progress well. However, I was told that my item would be ready at a certain time. I arrived at that time and said item wasn’t ready. Over the next 40 minutes I asked three different people if they would check on the item. Finally item was brought up! Moral of story is to be proactive when waiting for an item repair. Also, Mia put a screen protector on the item for me. That process is new and awesome! Highly recommend apple / belkin screen protectors.

The apple store is so over crowded. They have a lot of people working there but not helping the customers. They need a better system to help customers out. I literally sat at the store for 2 hours when I had an appointment. When I first checked in for my appointment they said someone will come and find you. No one came until 8:45 and then when he came he said well we will have to go through this fast because it is almost time to close.

They did not honor the appointment that was setup the day prior. Showed up early to checkin and still had to wait. What was the point of making the appointment in the first place!

They cancelled my appointment I waited 3 days for after apple support cancelled my original appointment I made a week earlier. And when I showed up 3 minutes late they told me this appointment was canceled and I wouldn't have to wait for around 3 hours. I lost almost $5,000 income waiting. I'm not going to use apple after yhis experience

I recommend going else where to get your cracked screen fixed. If i could give zero stars, I would. I wasted 3 hours (1 hr there, 1 hr waiting past my apt time, and 1 hour back) driving to the location to not get my phone fixed. KeShawn was polite but listened to the diagnostic computer (that seemed not to work well) more than the customer. His computer said my iPhone with the busted screen was dead and not powering up. He would not listen to the I Phone itself, which was powered up, or the customer saying well the blue tooth connection to my car was working and I just called out right before going in the mall even thought the screen was busted (feed back touch was working and you could hear it). I was not impressed with the apple geniuses (they were apple-useless, lol). Keshawn kept trying to sell me a new phone, lol! I was frustrated and walked out and headed home. I then went to a Digital Doc in my home town and had the screen replaced (in 30 mins) and it works great. The apple store is a hipster hang out, if you like that kind of thing its your place, or save your self a trip and order from online or support another repair place. I set up an appointment to turn in my phone for a battery replacement. My wife and I showed up 15 minutes early thinking it wouldn't be a problem and could just drop the phone off. I had planned a night out with my wife, so I wanted to get started sooner than later and didn't think I would have to wait long if I booked the appointment right before our dinner. We were greeted immediately, placed in the que, and told where to sit and wait for my "genius" to assist me with my phone drop-off. Many "geniuses" walked by while we were waiting and asked if we had been helped. We told them we were waiting 15, 30, and 45 minutes to each person who asked at the various intervals. Finally after an hour of waiting we were helped. WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT?!

Went into the store to purchase a $2400 laptop. I was in the store nearly an hour and could not even get anyone to even ask me how I was doing, let alone ask if I had any questions or if I wanted to buy anything. And they weren’t all busy either, they were either huddled in the corner, or helping anyone BUT me. Some people were in and out in minutes. I guess I’ll be buying a Windows computer. Edit- Can we PLEASE get another store in the city, or move this one somewhere besides Penn Square Mall?! Jesus.....

Tech guy DROPS MY PHONE AND LAUGHS ABOUT IT! Unprofessional and doesn’t even apologize. I’ve been a loyal customer for iPhone products and Apple devices almost half of my life. Never have been treated like this at a Apple store. Customers are already spend 100’s of dollars there. So a little professionalism and hearing the way some employees were complaining about helping a elder lady figure out how to work her phone. I was about to take over and explain it myself. It was just VOICE TEXTING she was asking about. Not a great experience. I’m spending $169.99 to fix my crack screen already. The tech guy laughs when he sees my phone. THEN DROPS IT AND LAUGHS. Unbelievable.

No matter what you need done, you will wait, while there are 6-8 employees who walk Back and forth over the floor, visiting with one another. For some reason, they cannot say deliver your phone to you from the back. Got a Problem with your little iPhone darling? Plan to revisit several times. What they call Genius is really subpar service. I brought my laptop in with water damage and no appointment, and thank the lord they were wonderful and willing to take it in that day! I was in and out in under 20 minutes, even tho they were PACKED full. I was prepared to wait longer, and I was ecstatic that they were able to help me out and fix my computer. When I picked my computer up a few weeks later, I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I really appreciate all the help and getting me out there quickly. Great job, guys!

Apple is doing an extreme disservice to the people of Oklahoma having only two places to use your AppleCare insurance in the state(without mailing in). But probably selling AppleCare insurance to most users of IPhones across the state. If Jon snow can kill Daenerys Apple can allow cell providers in store (at&t, TMobile, Verizon, etc) the ability to do work with repairs and replacements related to AppleCare insurance being as they carry the products already. So along the way of my two hour trip to the closest place to take advantage of my insurance I was calling their phone number to make sure I didn’t need an appointment bc I couldn’t schedule one for anything past 6:40 despite the store being open until 9. The automated service would only connect me to general Apple support not an associate in store I could ask about wait times and possibly an appointment at 7. So I show up at 7 only to be told within 2 minutes that they are in overflow and won’t be able to get me in before 9 and that my screen replacement would take an hour and to schedule for tomorrow. She never looked at device which could need a full replacement and shouldn't have taken more than 30 minutes as I saw multiple employees with no customer in front of them. This will be my last IPhone. Should’ve left them a long time ago after discovering planned obsolescence.

Even though I'm not an Apple person, I've been to this location several times with my wife who is deep in the Apple ecosystem. The place is pretty modern featuring no checkout area as each associate carries a machine to check folks out. The seem pretty organized even though there always appears to be a million people in there at any given moment.

Just a quick stop at the Apple store so we could get some information about an aging Mac Book pro. Sadly, we didn't get anything useful. We did get a good chance for any of the 20 odd millennials to suggest that we should buy newer things. They apparently don't fix computers in store I doubt that most of the staff understand that repair instead of replacement is even possible. No one seemed to be willing or even interested in our problem just selling us a new something especially if it was a phone. We tried earlier before going to call to see if going our visit would be useful or if someone could help us. Apple has created a maze of ways to never talk to people who have purchased their products at a premium price unless it is very new or you have a special service plan for that item.

Do not place an an online order for pickup at this store. It is a pain and will waste a good portion of your morning waiting in line just to pick up something you already paid for. Order from Apple and have it delivered or avoid all together.

Love the store design. Many of the techs think and act like they know so much. But then are less than helpful. When I bought my new iPhone we included a screen saver which was cracked before I got to the car. I wrote them and NO ONE replied. All they care about is the sell $$.

Used to LOVE Apple. They still make quality products, but they no longer innovate. Writing this at 2:40 while I’m still in my 1:40 appointment. Multiple cataclysmic hiccups along this journey to the point it’s comical. Big walk away point today is to avoid Apple care. 4+ years ago it was worth the $. Replace and you’re out the door. Now it’s all about fine print and 1-2 week waits on “repair faculty”. UPDATE: left and 3:13 with zero resolution. What a waste!

I was approached within seconds of stepping into the store. The young woman was very polite and understood what my problem was and set me up with someone who could fix it. She said it would be about a fifteen minute wait. Within 5 minutes the young man was there to help me - also very polite and knowledgeable. I had changed my access code and couldn’t remember it and ended up disabling my iPhone. The tech had it fixed in a jif and I was out the door within 30 minutes. I’m horrible with names but my experience was awesome and the employees were fantastic!

Joe was extremely helpful and nice! It was $749 for a new iPhone XR if you buy it outright. Since I had two iPhones to trade in, I walked out with a brand new iPhone for $340, which means apple gave me $400 just in trade in credit! I love this phone and the service was outstanding.

As an organization Apple's customer service is usually quite splendid. However, we recently bought an Apple Airport Express and attempted to return it, unopened, a few months after we bought it. Knowing how customer oriented the organization is, and knowing how many thousands of dollars we've spent on Apple production over the past decade I thought they would be generous and take it back even though it was past their 14 day return policy (again, it was unopened and still in the shrink wrap). The first time we tried to return it they said they could give us only store credit. Fair enough, but we really wanted cash so we said we would try and sell it. We didn't have time to do that so two week later we tried to at least return it for the $100 in store credit. However, they wouldn't even offer that to us anymore. Again, we've literally spent thousands of dollars on this company and they couldn't give us a $100 refund? I am definitely going to look elsewhere when my iPhone becomes unusable.

First off, if you don’t make an appointment, you’re going to wait over an hour because it’s Apple. That’s to be expected. They’re busy asf. I made an appointment, showed up, and was out in under 40 minutes with a brand new iPhone. My brand new iPhone X was not physically damaged or anything, but shut off and wouldn’t turn back on 2 days after getting it. They tested it for about 15 minutes, I had about a 15 minute wait, and then they replaced it. This was a phenomenal experience. If I could give you guys more than 5 stars I would. The gentleman was friendly, fast, intelligent, and got me back up and running with a cutting edge iPhone X. I just got a bad Apple of the bunch, pun intended

What is wrong with Apple people? This location couldn't be worse. I was there for my tech challenged husband or you wouldn't ever see me there. Its creepy. The employees are weirdos. I hate his phone and Ipad. They fixed the phone, but rather than being left alone in my misery, another person had to strike up a conversation with me and I learned more than I could care to and swore I'll never pay for a Lyft driver as I'd certainly end up with her. The whole experience could be summed up as cold and clammy. Ugh! The mall is empty, no, the full parking lot is in the Apple store. Good gravy. I just vomited a bit in my mouth thinking about it.

My wife went there on 6/15/2019 to get a replacement IPhone XR under warranty. The phone had stopped charging the day before while after putting it on the charger. After the associate had looked at and “cleaned” the port he said he couldn’t replace it under warranty because one of the pins in the charging port was damaged. It was only after they had taken it to the back to clean the port that they discovered the damage. They couldn’t answer how an apple charger would have damaged the port and said it must have been dropped. The phone has never been out of the case after I purchased it and any damage to the port would have also damaged the outside of the phone, but there are no scratches or damage to the outside of the phone. They wouldn’t answer if they possibly damaged it during “cleaning” and would only say that it would cost $390 dollars to replace the port. Apple warranty is joke if the charging pin was damaged from normal use then it’s a manufacture defect and should be covered under the warranty. If the associate damaged it when they were “cleaning” it then it should be replace. If it was damaged from dropping it then I need an explanation for how the entire phone is in good condition and only an interior component was damaged.

Apple Penn Square Mall is good. The customer service is great. The waiting time for Genius Bar is very long. The technicians are good, but not excellent. I had an iPhone charging with laptop but not with regular charger. They could not fix the problem.

Before reading do note my past experiences with this location have been fairly decent. So to briefly describe the back story, I broke my screen got it replaced, two days later my phone had water damage. Wondering how this happened I looked at the phone and noticed the two screws missing from the bottom, I thought oh they forgot to put the screws in, and when I took a shower and used my phone water got into it. I was thinking great I’m sure they will fix the issue since the screws were forgotten, people aren’t perfect. I am a very decent customer to work with not pushy and very kind and understanding. I get to the Apple store to be told that my phone has water damage and it would cost $400 to replace it. But I continued to tell them that they are the ones who forgot the screws which made the phone no longer water resistant. I was then told that this was impossible, they cannot make mistakes like this…. I said “but who took the screws out then, because I didn’t” what made me mad is the manager said “you left this store with screws in your phone”. He said this in a very hateful and annoyed tone, he basically called me a liar. I was treated very bad and was charged another $200 after protesting the $400 since I had to pay $200 to get the phone fixed less than a week ago. I have spent more than $8,000 at Apple in the last 5 years. I am a very loyal Apple consumer, I was very let down by my favorite tech brand. Its just $200 but I just feel very mis treated by this location.

I had a semi-complicated issue with an iPad. Me attempts to get my dad'd iPad fixed which included a previous call to Apple support and visit to the Apple Store. I was even told that they might not be able to help me by the person taking reservations; however, I decided to wait anyway. Brandon was efficient and extremely helpful. Horrible customer service! If you can get anyone to notice you as you are standing at the loading chutes you are lucky. You can’t just drop anything off to be repaired even though diagnostics have been done...you must speak with the Great Wizard! The green shirts remind me of a video game where the little peeps turn in circles and scratch their butts wondering what they can do besides wait on customers in order to look busy. One of the very worst customer experiences I have had in many years!

Took my iPhone 6 in to have the battery replaced. First thing the “genius” did was squeeze the phone. “Oh, looks like the battery may be swollen.” He then took it to the back of the store where he was to allegedly open it up and look at the battery. A few minutes later he came back. “Yep, it’s swollen. Sorry, we can’t replace it.” I opened the phone up later to discover the battery was not swollen. It wasn’t puffy and it wasn’t soft. It was as solid and flat as a brand new battery!

If anyone here is posting less than 5 stars its because they did not work with Joe Ephraim. I had to get his last name to make sure the managers of this store knew who I was talking about. And whoever that manager is, you are lucky to have this man working with you. I was working with Joe purchasing my new phone and a few of his team members kept coming to him for help and he was able to handle my situation as well as assist his team members without losing a moment of focus. I was so convinced he was the manager by the way he was running the floor during the release of the new iPhone. His ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining conversation and treating the customers as if they were friends is something you do not find everyday. I just wish I had a company successful enough to entice him to work with me. To whomever runs this store I want to make sure you note that Joe is an outstanding employee and a natural leader. I hope he is in consideration for a manager position or higher one day because he can run that busy floor like a true leader.

Today I went into the store with a phone that was malfunctioning. I had 4 different staff members work with me to fix my problem (it was very rare and odd situation). This was a long process that took a lot of effort from the staff. I appreciated that effort and was ready to buy a new phone, but due to the oddity of the situation and the time we invested in trying to fix it they replaced my phone for a new one for the price of a new battery. They didn’t have to do this and I thank the manager and staff for the great gesture and customer support. I will absolutely tell my story of this experience and will recommend in the future

Not very happy with the Apple Care. My phone was (& is) not working correctly. It had 4 issues not working. Instead of getting me a new phone - it has to be sent in for 5 days. Then they will decide to repair or replace. They didn’t even offer a loaner phone. When I insisted, the phone they offered was not the same phone as I had. They only one option available which wouldn’t work for my needs. Also there seemed to be a lot of techs just standing around while making people wait.

How could an $1000 iPhone go into account recovery and have all them features and still have to wait so long for one password. Repeat after me camera plus passcode equals iCloud. Store that data on iCloud with password, passcode and photo pass key if forgotten it and you won’t have to much angry locked out customer that IPhone can just look at your mugshot stored in the cloud. Fix it or locked out or forgotten password isn’t all you have to worry about in the future. I don’t why we are the only country late on technology when other countries gets it first. Maybe this country has way to much green for that one

I set an appointment to have my battery replaced, after 5 weeks earlier ordering my battery. When i arrived someone immediately pointed me to a table, said sit and they’ll help you. So I sat, with others, for 30min before anyone spoke to me again. Order of service was first come first serve honor system of the customers. Not sure why I set an appointment. They told people with appointments it’ll be a 45min wait for the repair, walk ins would be 1.5 hours. I was told 1.5 hours despite having an appointment. When i picked up my phone, same thing, I was pointed to a table and had to wait to be addressed. It took again 30min for them to acknowledge me, even addressed an elderly couple who arrived after me, before me. While waiting, i could count more than 5 Apple workers not doing anything. Two or three of their employees were talking in corners not with customers, while the employee at our table requested help multiple times. The whole situation surrounded around me needing a new battery (Apple purposely slowing apps), ordering my battery, and then the repair was the worst. I expect better from any company.

I'm rating this mostly on the product and the process of scheduling people. I came here to fix my phone and get an estimate for my IPhone 7 plus. The store was over crowded, that's because of the new IPhone, its the same people. I got put on the waiting list for 15-20 mins. After its my turn they tell me that the they cannot look at my phone until next week. They wasted 15 mins of my life, so I just try to get a quote for my old one, and they don't give me anything for it. I go on the website I get $150 for it. What kind of show they are running here.

I spent 3 hours here for the girl who had no clue what she was doing, reset my phone and said she backed my phone up. my phone is still broke she said apples update was burning up a part of the iPhone 7 microphone and there is nothing she can do and apple wont fix it for me. I asked her to get all my stuff back to my phone and she told me all I have to do is go home get on my WiFi and it will all restore. I told her before she reset my phone I couldn’t afford to loose all my messages and I have a all my appointments on my Calendar she told me I wouldn’t...it’s all gone!

Extremely ridiculous. We got a call the other day saying our battery came in for my grandmother’s iPhone 6s. The ice storm postponed our appointment because we were unable to drive on it. Well, they didn’t tell us we had to reschedule or set up an appointment to come back. We went today after she got off work and told us that we can’t get the phone until tomorrow. They told us over the phone shortly before that (same day!!) that it would take an hour. We arrive at 6pm and we definitely received poor customer service!! On that note, I’ve had multiple problems with my iPhone 7 just as the warranty went out. Thanks Apple, for having us drive 30 miles to tell us we can’t pick it up till tomorrow. Waste of gas and time. Never again will I buy an Apple product

Made an appointment to simply have my computer reset three days in advance. When I got there, I had to wait 30 minutes for the "right technician" even though they knew I was coming and what the relatively simple problem was that I had. I kept being told that I was the only person waiting for the mac category, and yet it took a very long time to be helped. I feel that if I've made an appointment, they should be ready to serve me at the time we both agreed on.

Staff is very friendly and patient. Bought a iPhone for my sister and brought my nephew and they were absolutely awesome in chatting with him. Being 8 years of age he was reluctant to go but after playing with a few devices and with the staff letting him help with “some” decisions it was a great experience. Glad we have one in okc.

I'm in the market for a high end portable device for video editing. Thought maybe for the first time in my life I might consider a mac. I couldn't identify who the employees were... I couldn't identify what products were what and I couldn't determine any pricing cause there were no tags on anything... It feels like being on a used car lot that's sole purpose is to perpetrate a high pressure sales situation except of course there were no sales persons... It was the strangest 5 minute experience I've ever had in a store and somehow I'm thinking that a Mac would make me feel the same way... I'll go where info is readily available. Apple, you had your chance...

I took my Macbook in with one sticky key, to be repaired. The Apple Store employee took my laptop to the back to assess the issue. Upon return, he told me that the entire top case would have to be repaired in order to fix the annoyance. I chose not to do the repair at the moment, took my Macbook, and went home. When I got home, and tried to use it, the laptop wasn’t functional. I called the store for an explanation and to get a remedy to the situation. The manager, Ryan, insisted to me that the Apple Store didn’t break my Macbook. Furthermore, he insinuated that I probably spilled liquid on it, was lying, and because of that, the repair bill would be even higher. My experience with this store and this manager named Ryan was awful.

Even though I arrived at my appointed time a few minutes late, the employees at the Apple Store in OKC were polite, frank, and jovial. The techs weren't allowed to fix my phone (non-working camera), but that's understandable since my phone is relatively old (6s plus). I've read some of the reviews about display items being excessively touched and unclean, but after looking at all the display items this afternoon, I didn't notice anything that signaled me to be cautious. Jonathan and Alanna were both awesome, by the way. My phone didn't get fixed, but I still had an excellent Apple experience! Thanks a lot, guys!

Came into the store today. Set an appointment with Apple to look at my iPhone 7 plus for update/restore issues. They take my phone to the back for not even 2 minutes come back out and tell me it has liquid damage. The phone has not come in contact with any liquid whatsoever. Showed me a picture of a liquid damaged iPhone but won't literally show me the damage. My iPhone is suffering from "boot loop disease". iPhone 7 models everywhere have been suffering from this since November 2018. Both the manager and store associate were very rude to me and basically wanted me out of the store without answering my question unless I wanted to pay for a replacement. They told me even if there was something else wrong with the phone they would have to blame it the liquid. If you go to an Auto Body shop at least they inspect the car in front of you or will show you the damage done to the vehicle. How do I know you didn't pour something on there to avoid replacing my device for free?

Do not go here. They need another store outside of the mall. They are constantly overwhelmed and it’s so much people with not enough people helping. I went in there for a laptop fix and the employee ignored me and another customer had to tell them I was front of them. I felt humiliated and little. Awful customer service.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I made the mistake of purchasing 2 iPhone XS Max phones and long story short, the stainless steel bezel began separating from one of the phones 2 days after I purchased it, which ultimately resulted in the back glass cracking (awful design). I bought a case when I got the phone and it’s been in it since the day of purchase. I know for a fact that the phone has never been dropped or mistreated in any way. There is no evidence of physical damage caused by me — no scuff, dents, or other damage anywhere else aside from where the stainless steel has begun to separate on the side. I tried to give apple an opportunity to make this right, so I called and made an appointment with manager Raymond E. Went to the apple store st Penn Square to meet with him and he was little to no help. I asked if I could speak to the most senior manager in the store to see if he could make this situation right. Big mistake. JAMIE L. has the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen in retail. I tried to explain to him that this phone is defective and that all I want is it fixed or replaced. In an effort to prove that I wasn’t trying to scam them, I also explained that I have insurance on both devices that I bought and that if I had caused this damage, I’d simply make a claim and have it fixed, but I didn’t and I shouldn’t have to eat this cost for a manufacturer defect especially after shelling out $3k for 2 phones. Literally the only thing he would say is “the phone is damaged, it’s your fault, you have to pay for it.” It was like talking to a robot. Finally when I realized I wasn’t going to get anywhere with him, I asked for his card at which point he replied “Sure, I’ll go get that, and I’ll call security while I’m at it.” Are you kidding me?! That’s what you say to a customer that has been a loyal apple user from day 1? From iMac’s, to MacBooks, to ipads, to iPhones. I’ve had them all. But the one time I have an issue with a product, they simply tell me “too bad” and threaten to call security on me?! This is outrageous and something should be done about this “manager” JAMIE L. Never again will I do business with these people.

Apple has stepped it up since the last time I visited their store, about a year ago. Both times I set appointments for Genius Bar, but a year ago, it was almost as if I'd walked in off the street, as I had a long wait. I came prepared this time, with something to read and letters to write, but after I checked in and sat down, a representative called my name and was able to efficiently help me with my problem. I was pleasantly surprised! Good job, Apple OKC!

While we were waiting for my laptop to boot up he told me more about their recycling and refurbishing program and how sustainable the Apple company is. I went to the apple store with a new IPhone 8 Plus that was inoperable and walked out 20 minutes later with all issues resolved! Great service and Desiree (sp) was wonderful! This was my 3rd trip in 10 years with apple and never have I walked away with an issue that wasn’t corrected. Keep it up Apple!

Very dissatisfied with this place. I was told I would get my Airpods replaced for free, I show up to the store and they want to charge me $70 to replace ONE EARBUD. Supposedly AirPods come with a 1 year warranty, but what’s the point if you have to pay?! I will not be coming back here, I had to wait 30 minutes for anyone to help me, even though I had an appointment set. Don’t come here, money-hungry Apple doesn’t take care of their customers!

Apple's customer service is either mediocre or everyone else has caught up. After an hour on the phone, scheduled an appointment for 4 days later (earliest available). It required a second visit which can't be scheduled by Apple employees apparently, all so they can wipe my device, I could have done that myself. Employees are friendly enough. I got better service at the DMV a few weeks ago.
