My HP Specter 360 started acting weird on Monday, was giving me problems logging in, some of the keyboard keys didn't want to work I was freaking out!! I t was recommended to me to go to Affordable Computer Repair by some people I respected in the City's IT Department. Wow, Bryce & his team were so professional when they first did a diagnostic it showed nothing wrong but that didn't stop them from digging further. This is the best example of a locally owned PC shop that I've seen in decades. I was trying to figure out what kind of cable was needed for a particular port, and after visiting two of the national chain stores I was as far from an answer as when I began. Then I found Affordable Computer Repair. The gentleman working there immediately dropped what he was doing and diagnosed the cable I needed immediately after I described it. He additionally answered a few other questions without having to consult anything. 100% recommend for any PC problem you may have.

I had major problems with my computer and wasn't able to get on line. I called Mr. Cunningham about 11:00 AM. As soon as he finished the job he was on, he came to my house. He worked on my computer for about three hours. Almost all the time was spent cleaning by computer of junk and viruses. He was able to get me back on line right away. He gave me lots of advice about services to help me protect my files and my computer. He was a pleasant, agreeable person, and never put me down because of my really bad ignorance about computers, but rather helped me understand a lot to help me in the future. His charge was, I think, very reasonable. I give him the best of recommendations.

I can't say enough about Eli and this repair shop. My wife's laptop would not take a charge, and she was almost finished writing a paper for a college class when it died. We had first tried Best Buy. They made sure that our charger cord wasn't bad, but that is where their troubleshooting knowledge ended. They wanted to send it off somewhere, get a quote for repair, have it repaired, then ship it back to us. They do absolutely nothing in house. So.. we left there frustrated. On our drive back home we found Affordable. We stopped in and Eli checked the cord, fiddled here and there and the laptop was up and running literally in minutes. He also restored my wife's paper, then sent us on our way. Turns out, all it needed was a "battery reset". I highly recommend this business to anyone needing quick and affordable computer repair, Windows or MAC! Bestbuy Geek Squad absolutely sucks.

Quick and great job ... I have a 2015 Alienware which needed battery replacement, after trying to DIY i figured out it is way more complicated than the regular laptops. I went to this place and they fixed my laptop within 2 hours and charged me reasonable price for that. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Quick, trustworthy service. I brought in my laptop with the simple question of what would services cost to diagnose and fix. I ended up agreeing to recover my data and see what it would cost to fix the rest. Overnight I got my data back and a diagnosis.
