I just bought a laptop from the OKComputerGuy and so far, it is working great! I was hesitant at first to buy a refurbished computer from a website, but I took the chance, and have zero regrets. If you are laptop/computer shopping, see if the OKComputerGuy has what you are looking for first, BEFORE going to a big name retail store. I saved about $300 buying from the OKComputerGuy. He will be my go to for ANY computer problems or upgrades!

Jesse is a great techie. He is very knowledgeable in a variety of tech stuff but especially computers, watching him work his way through a computer to try and fix your problem is amazing, he definitely saves me from a few headaches. He is very courteous, polite, and goes out of his way to help you and get you the best deal. His prices are extremely reasonable! The best thing is that he stands behind all his work, he will not leave anything unfinished and will revisit an old problem if not fully resolved. I definitely am glad that my friend recommended me to him and will be using him for all my personal and business needs!

Jesse is an awesome person to do business with...took my ex's computer to him for a complete reformat and install of windows..she was running windows 7 and he not only did the reformatting he upgraded her to windows 10 for no extra charge. This is my first consumer review ever but I just had to share. Hands down the most fair and honest repair support of any kind (and I've been around the repair block more than I care to admit). And he is a very good guy. I've never felt compelled to tip a repair provider, especially for electronics which is usually so costly you grit your teeth as you pay (assuming you don't forgo repair and simply replace your device). Until now that is, and he was worth every penny. I HIGHLY and unequivocally recommend Jesse, a.k.a. The Computer Guy.
