I was having a few small issues on my desk top Jesse was able to sync with my computer and fix them.. i didn't even have to unhook it all and take it to him ... how convenient is this. I have had a few questions and he got back with me within a few minutes of me posting a question .. Great guy .. Great service !!! Highly Recommended !!!

My laptop was overheating, so I reached out to the OKComputerGuy to replace the thermal paste on my processors. Entire process was smooth and super easy. He kept me up to date with texts and pictures of the process. He even took it upon himself to give my machine a complete thermal tune-up (cleaned up the fans, heatsinks, heatpipes, vents) and still tried to only charge me the originally agreed price! When I picked up my computer he asked me to text him and let him know how much an improvement I saw in the temperatures, and if everything was running as it should. You can tell he really cares about his work, and ensuring his customers are satisfied. Now my machine runs 20-30 degrees cooler than before, and I couldn't be happier. 5/5 for fast, professional workmanship. 6/5 because he's also a super cool dude. Would recommend to all.

DUDE WAS PRETTY COOL had him try to save my old pc. its was good qwhile then i discovered shorts in my motherboard and GPU. but, he tryed to save it and did have the old beast running good for 2 months. but scraped it now thor is up. but, thx for all the help you gave me. will contact you if anything i cant do comes along. but there the new build its even more of a monster than the first....

Lenovo laptop (my baby!) with mysterious error message popping up on a gray screen of death. Jess swapped out my 250GB HD for a 500GB unit and I was back in business - in ONE DAY - for $40 plus parts ($45)! Saved my a** from the other side of the world! I'm in Berlin and my entire income is online, so when my hard drive crashed, there was no time to play with. He immediately told me the severity of the problem (I would have ridden it out much longer otherwise), walked me through each step with clear instructions, and I never felt dumb about asking questions that I probably should have known (being a guy who's entire income is on the computer).
