Solon Experimax has all of the latest in computer products. They offer a wide selection and explain each of the various products so that customers are fully informed before making their decisions. The staff is professional and friendly as well as knowledgeable and thoughtful. Customer satisfaction is their top priority and they spend time and attention meeting their clients needs . I worked with Josh, a staff member who truly cared about my concerns and addressed each issue I presented with courtesy and respect.

Soooo glad I found this place on the Offer Up app!! I got a decent used Mac book pro and wireless mouse for a decent price for my design classes. Both in good shape at purchase and operate great so far (almost a month since purchase). I definitely recommend to broke college students that want/require a Mac for school or people who like Apple products but hate the high prices (I’m both lol). And the sales associates are sweet as pie and very knowledgeable. I would definitely return if I need a Apple device and be recommending to others!! :) P.S. I love that Experimac is a store front too!! No sketchy meets ups with strangers from the internet!!! :P

I brought in my son's iPhone and their very professional, patient and helpful staff helped me make sure all the parental controls were in place. In addition, they helped me troubleshoot a MIDI keyboard that wasn't pairing with my Macbook Air. We were able to narrow the issue down to being a problem with my laptop. It was very helpful to have them be able to test the equipment on another computer and see if it would/wouldn't work. I would highly recommend and would use them again for purchasing next time I am in the market!

iPad 4 screen replaced. Dropped off and picked up 24 hours later. Excellent repair quality and very pleased with level of customer service I received. Will be back for any future repairs needed and to upgrade eventually to a newer iPad when I need a new one for Netflix and reading!

Great Setting, Professional Associates I went in to sell a few of my unused Macs and I was offered all fair pricing for my items compared to selling them on my own or to other retailers. I also went to have one of my iMac's repaired, I was amazed by the knowledge and simple professionalism of all team members in the store whom assisted with me especially their associate Josh. He went above and beyond to make sure he could help. I don't live in the area, I drove from about an hour away to get there because there are no Apple Repair Store's near my home besides the Apple Store in Cleveland but I will be going here from now on, worth the drive.

Such a wonderful experience! I visited this store on two occasions and each time the store was clean and the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful! This is so important when you are stressed and flustered with a broken laptop. I came in seeking a new laptop but was able to get my old laptop repaired! They were able to resolve an issue that another retailer confirmed would be over $500. So not only did they save me money, but saved me the hassle of looking from place to place to repair and buy mac products. This will be my first stop from now on. Nice variety and price points of products as well! I highly recommend you stop here FIRST before seeking repair or buying another refurbished apple product!

If I could give them more then the 5 stars I would. My husband and I walked in the store just to price some computers for his studio. We were greeted by the associate Josh, he was very very informative about the products. My husband told him exactly what he wanted and josh showed him exactly what he needed, he even walked out with a computer that he was very much satisfied with. He even sold me on a computer. We will definitely be back. Definitely!!! I recommend this store to anyone who’s looking for a Mac computer or laptop. Everything is very reasonable. And the establishment is very very clean and neat. Definitely 10 star store and 20 star customer service.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 7 from Experimac in Solon two weeks ago and I am extremely satisfied with both the product and the exceptional service which I received from both Josh and Mitch. I had an impossible problem in my desire to transfer information from my old Palm Treo phone into the iPhone 7. All the information on the internet as well as from the Apple Store said it was impossible. However Josh and Mitch were able to do the impossible and transfer this information so that I was able to get it into my iPhone 7. I would strongly recommend that anyone who wishes to purchase or get service on an Apple product and their accessories first visit Experimac and save a great deal of money as well as get excellent individual service that you won't get from the Apple store or any big box store. Not sure why anyone would buy a new MacBook Pro, given how easy it is to upgrade the one you currently own, at a fraction of the cost. I can't say enough good things about the customer service at Experimax, and will certainly be sending friends and colleagues there in the future.

I had a 2009 MacBook Pro and Josh helped me weigh out the pros and cons of upgrading that computer verses buying a newer model. They were able to find a 2015 MacBook Air with the specifications I wanted. Josh and his team were a great help in getting everything transferred over and working correctly. They make doing business easy. Highly recommended.

My 2012 iMac started to shut down randomly a week ago. My first move was to take it to Apple, with their legendary support. Right?, no Wrong. While they did diagnose the problem as a bad power supply, they returned the Mac without fixing it, telling me that it's a "legacy computer," meaning no parts for it are available. This was puzzling to me, as the same power supply was used in the ensuing models up to 2017, which is most certainly not a legacy. I Googled iMac repair, found Experimac and called them. Josh answered the phone and couldn't have been more helpful. By the time I brought it to him that day, which was a Friday, he had already found 3 suppliers for the power supply and was all set to order it. On the following Monday pm he called to say it was ready. I was charged a totally fair price--lower than the estimate--and happily my iMac is back home working perfectly. My advice is to skip Apple if your unit's out of warranty and bring it to these guys.

Brought my 15" Macbook Pro in for screen repair. Was happy with the service and price, we ran into a bit of trouble because the incorrect part arrived which pushed my pick up back by a week. Nothing I would consider unforgivable, would still recommend. It's cheaper than buying a brand new laptop. The staff was friendly and they were very transparent about services and fees. Couldn't be happier.

This is "the" go to place for all things Mac! The customer service there is top knotch. They sale the highest quality Macs there at very reasonable prices, aka cheap prices! Their cost for repairs beats everyone! No need for Geek Squad or Microcenter, they are too expensive. I advise everyone to go here and buy a Mac or get one repaired, they are the best!!!!!

Replaced cracked iPhone screen with cheap aftermarket screen. Brightness and resolution bad. Touch response is slow. Owner said everything was working properly and fine. Should have paid the extra $50 and had it done at the Apple store. Phone is now shot.

Decided to have an upgrade done to my 2015 21.5" Imac. Wanted to have the internal drive updated from a regular spin hard drive to a SSD. you can either purchase a drive through them or bring in your own. I had brought in my own. They were quick, courteous and kept me well informed along the process of the change out. Definitely will keep in mind for any future Mac service or sale needs.
