Never had a bad experience here. Fixed my broken phone twice no questions asked and were very helpful and quick with the repairs.
I have been an apple customer since the first iPhone. I am disgusted with apple! After spending an obscene amount of money on my kids laptops and iPhones over the years, I have come to the realization that the products aren’t worth the premium price and the service is overrated. I had a charging cable that frayed less than one year after purchase. They refused to replace it because the wire is frayed. It’s frayed because it’s a low quality plastic covering. Rather than stand behind their defective product they won’t replace it because it’s damaged, so it’s my fault. To lose a customer over a $19 cable is stupid. I’m selling my apple stock because they are greedy and don’t stand behind even the cheapest product they sell! Last year they charge me $50 for a battery that in any other phone could be replaced for $5. I’m done being held hostage by the apple cult! Next phone is a OnePlus 7 for half the price.
Very friendly and knowledgeable!! Good location with easy parking.
This store is big. I have been in other Apple Stores and have felt claustrophobic. Workers were very helpful. The only gripe I would have is that they don’t have screws for the latest 2018 MacBook Pro. This was somewhat disappointing but the team was helpful in finding a solution that works.
Unable to get problem resolved; lost call 2x while on a landline; iCloud has numerous single pictures saved multiple times (5-15 each - which we did not do!). Pictures not deleting from iCloud...Their only suggestion was to buy more storage not solve the problem.
Full service Apple store with super friendly, and knowledgeable employees. The store has a wide variety of Apple products to pick from depending on your needs or situation. They are also incredibly helpful when it comes to servicing or repairing your current Apple products. All of the employees seem incredibly happy and are very helpful.
Wait 2hrs for them to tell me will be just few more mins then when I wait another hr I just left with still same dead battery for my iPhone 7
They have good and friendly workers and they'll help you right away.
Plenty of Knowledgeable help available for walk in service.
Thanks for the help ! Great service!
Love apple!
Complete waste of time. Reps can't fathom the idea that there could be something wrong with the device and insist it is a carrier issue. I will never buy another one of these over priced pieces of junk.
Brandon was awesome!!! He was very informative and personable! Almost had me buying a apple phone!!!!
I was late to my appt but they really were able to work me in to see a tech in less then 15 minutes. Great service like always. Rocky was a great help explaining the process for phone repairs.
Excellent.
Went to this apple store having issues with connecting cable and there a dot on the connecting cable. The lady with iPad rejects it right away didn’t even bother to make a appointment with tech to look it. She is very mean too. This apple store should be closed. Everyone I know had this same awful experience. You should be ashamed to treat customers like that. VERY STUPID STORE AND YOU PEOPLE SHOULD SHOW MINIMUM COURTESY TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS. Absolutely WORST apple store in USA!!!!
Everyone was very helpful
All 1000 works there always ready to help
Staff at wood mere is awesome. My bulking screen protector on my iPhone XS Max cracked because i dropped the phone. I went to the store to purchase new protector, the sales person asked me what happened, even though i was out of warranty he replaced it , put a new one for me. No charge. This is why i will never leave Apple. This is the legacy left behind by Mr. Jobs.
Got hung up on without them even answering- they really prefer you to not bother them. I can manage that for sure. Androids from here on out!
They are helpless. Not knowledgeable at all.
Did they fix my computer? Yes. But never could I have imagined being treated so disrespectfully in the process. Zero personal interest, zero kindness, zero discussing process/options, zero communication. They practically ignored that I was the one that walked in with the computer. As much as I love Apple products, the employees at this store have absolutely failed at customer service. I had to go in twice, one time to drop it off and one time to pick it up. Both times I received the same level of disinterest and lack of kindness/respect.
The classes are awesome
Very busy, but they do move you fast.
I'm with someone, I have a android phone
Everybody was friendly and for as busy as they were they were pretty fast about it
Apple heaven, if you are an Apple fan. They have nice displays of most of the tech toys you can buy there. Genius Bar setup was confusing, but once I was assigned an employee to get my son's issue sorted out, it went smooth and the employee was personable.
I was told to go home and back up my phone to a computer! I had been waiting for over an hour ! All this to replace my phone. I had already stated that I had been in an out of the hospital and I didn't know when I could get back there on the bus !!
IMPOSSIBLE TO CALL THEM AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. Where apple product is wonderful, their support and help is far below par. I am very excited now to give my local computer shop my business instead of these guys. Sure, I could have done it online, but as a single-full time working mother, I forgot my password, and I've had to reset it so many times I have no idea what it is, and I have no idea where the piece of paper is I wrote it down.
This was the fastest and most polite service I've EVER had at an Apple store. I was blown away at the friendliness of the staff and genuinely felt taken care of as a customer. The Apple store at Eton is hands down the best Apple store in Ohio or Pennsylvania!
Great service
I went in to get my screen fixed since it cracked. That was very expensive to repair, but we all know that Apple is notorious for being overpriced. However, my phone had a screen protector on it that I put on after the phone cracked to ensure that the cracks wouldn't worsen. The screen protector was in perfect condition. When they took my phone and fixed it, they returned it to me without the screen protector. When I asked for it back they told me that they couldn't give it back or put it back on. I am furious because I paid $50 for that screen protector. Why wouldn't they tell me that upfront and allow me to take it off before they did the repair. Also, if my screen had cracked wouldn't they assume that I would want some protection on the phone so I wouldn't crack it again. I am super annoyed!!!!
I was surprised at how quickly I was helped and how fast my issue was resolved. I had to replace my USB cord because it got frayed at the top where you plug it in your phone
Took daughters MacBook to Apple Eton with about a week left on the extended warranty and they explained that consumer damage (broken screen) wasn't covered under warranty. The reason I took it in was that the keyboard was wearing out. The tech took it in the back and then brought it out and told me it would $500 for a "depot repair", meaning they send it out to get it fixed for a flat rate. They didn't tell me that they broke a ribbon cable when they took it apart to inspect it, figuring that it would be covered by the depot repair. I declined the depot repair, and upon returning home my daughter reported the keyboard did not function at all. After finding my itty bitty screwdriver set, we discovered the broken cable. Amateur night at the Apple Store. Overall, a disappointing experience, because of reputation Apple has for not cutting corners.

Great place. Amazing staff
Great experience! Was in and out in 15 with minutes with brand new replacement phone on black Friday! Amazing service! Great people.
Knowledgeable staff
A little crowded but the service was good. Bright and comfy store setting.
Went in for a minor problem they made the problem worse and won't owe up to the damaged they did. Very rude. There were several dissatisfied customers here.
Horrible experience just trying to upgrade my phone -- 24 hours later and still trying to figure it all out. Was sent home to "do it myself" because they did not want me in the store, even though I took time off from work to go there expecting to be there for hours because I knew I needed to transfer my data to the new phone. They did not send me a receipt. They did not explain the new phone. AND when I try to call the store they do not answer the phone.
You get great service the staff is great
Great place, per usual. Hate the location. Area crowded at all times of day, everyday.
Adam was super informative and helpful when we needed a new power cord for our time capsule. Went out of his way several times. Quick service.
This store is very poorly run. The entire experience with two of the employees was horrific. The first employee had no or limited knowledge of the procedure for purchasing a phone if one is a customer of AT@T. She actually sent me to an AT@T store to speak to them before purchasing a phone. They had more information about iphones then she did. She gave me poor information. The last employee was so blase about selling me my phone. He could hardly wait to be done with the transaction. Then, I just found out that he gave me incorrect information about trading in my old phone for credit. Thanks to this incorrect information I now have to return to the store (1 hour and 45 minutes away from me) to get credit for my old phone. I did previously complete a negative survey about this store. Someone did try to contact me, but I missed the call. When I tried to call back, I was on hold for a half hour and finally hung up. I will never again frequent this store.
Young man was very impatient with myself and my older father here earlier today. Very disappointed with the service at this location. Not expected from Apple. Seemed like commission or something else was at play. Not customer service :(
Stopped here on the way home from work to pick up a new battery charger for my MacBook and was in and out in under 10 minutes. One of the staff even tried to find me a discount while I was there. Staff was friendly, helpful, polite; would definitely stop here again.
Just so you know going here is pointless if you are not just going to purchase a product or play with the devices. I made an appointment here for a battery change for 7:50pm. By the way I have searched every Apple store close to me and they had no appointment available. Only this Apple store had appointment time to change my battery. I arrived early for my appointment and they told me they have stopped repairing for the night. Wow! Then why was the appointment time available if you would cut off repairs before the time? I was very upset because I drove 1 hr for the so called appointment and they told me that I would have to leave my phone and come get it the following day or simply come back tomorrow with no appointment. So what was the point of the appointment? I could have just showed up early and I would have been fine. I drove an hour and they still refused to see me. I was livid and I spoke to the manager, Victoria who still justified this. Like seriously I made an appointment drive for an hour and you still won’t do what you are supposed to do? What was the point of the appointment? Every time I have been to an Apple store I am always disappointed. They are nice and all but I don’t need your niceness, I just need my devices fixed. Been nice is a bonus and if you can’t fix my device just let me know so we know that Apple is useless and don’t care about their customers
Excellent customer service
Great place and super nice people. But it’s so so busy but that’s not their fault they’re the only apple store in the area. If you make a reservation you have to wait about 10 extra minutes until they find you but it’s still good
Worst customer service! They fixed my broke screen and it still doesn't work when I called to complain they just want me to repair or replace my phone without even looking if its a software or hardware issue.... Very arrogant people.
Very fast courteous and professional!
Very fast visit. They took care of a phone issue and were great to work with.
Good staff...
Good store. Busy but the service is always very good. Make an appointment before going in with an issue and you will have a much better experience. Don't blame them because you didn't plan ahead.
Professional, knowedgable, friendly service.
Horrible service and they do not care about the customer once they are done and have completed services for the device. Never answer the phone, picked up and hung up multiple times.
I havent ever had any luck dealing with phone problems. I was surprised to find out that at Apple the only issue I encountered was my wife not knowing her password to her apple ID. Even after getting locked out of her phone until after closing the staff let me stay to finish the diagnostic and repair on my phone. The staff was very organized and provided a pleasant customer service experience
Top notch customer service!
I went into this store because I was having issues with my iPhone battery. The associate that was supposed to be helping me didn’t even bother to look at my phone. He curtly said, well your software is old and wearing down the battery. Didn’t try to troubleshoot or anything whatsoever. I thought that this was a very poor representation of Apple support. I also let him know that I noticed my battery draining after the last update, he cut me off and said that if had nothing to do with that. I found him to be rude, and I paid good money for my phone and have had it less than two years. The service that I received today was totally unacceptable, and the employees need a thorough training in customer service.
I went there twice and the workers were super nice and helpful. Both times I was in hurry so the workers served me quickly and professionally
Amazing service. My sales rep Alan (Allen) was super nice. Very thorough and helpful. Very impressed.
Great store! Everything Apple you could want. Also the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend that you visit.
Okay place but as y’all know how apple store is it is packed
Closest Apple store to home and have been here many times. Today’s visit is to troubleshoot my son’s MacBook Pro that has a flickering monitor.
The sales person I had yesterday 3/15/19 7:30 PM was very strange. He stated the phone was bent, had liquid spilled on it and acted like it was going to give him a disease. None of these things were true. I told him I was there for a new battery. He said it was not the battery and he needed to wipe the data off the phone so that he could add new soft ware. When I said I would just like a battery he got red in the face and told me that he would get another sales person to work with me. I took my business to the Apple store in Westlake. I was treated with respect. The staff there inspected my phone. There was no bend in the phone and no other false accusations were made. The battery was changed and I have had no problems since. I don't know what was wrong with the sales person at the Woodmere store but it felt like some kind of scam. I wish I had complained to the manager but he was already dealing with an angry customer who wanted his original phone back since they had wiped it clean and took it away from him and had him buy another phone.
Everything seems fine in this place. I didn’t have an appointment and I only wanted to pick up a cable. The welcoming staff was very cold and not willing to smile or answer our billing question (as it was busy and she had to ring us in).
Friendly staff, not too overcrowded
The store have a lot of customer service but they just talk to each other no help bad service
My mom went there today to get my Iphone fixed. I was having audio problems. She asked me to post that the young man Christian M. who helped her provided her with exceptional customer service. He was very patient and really did a great job!!
Parking difficult. Weekday no less. Saturday would be a nightmare. Traffic on chagrin horrendous Store overly crowded. Won't be back if I can help it
Sat for over an hour waiting to be helped with a scheduled appt. Finally walked out and bought a new Galaxy Tab instead.
I have had apple products from the very first iPhone launch. I had always had apple cases on my device. This last one I bought for my iPhone XS Max started to tear at the bottom and the Crocker park location exchanged it for me no problem. I have had the case replacement for a little over 2 months and it's doing the same thing. I took it into the apple store in woodmere and it took them 20 minutes to find the receipt and it was under warranty, however they would not replace it because it was "normal wear and tear". Unreal! They wasted 30 minutes of my time to tell me they couldn't help me. Poor customer service on their part and were unapologetic throughout the whole process! At least offer a discount on a new one for me sitting there while you took majority of the time looking for my receipt! Not a great customer experience! Go to a different apple store who want to help! Management made decision to not warranty the case and couldn't come tell me.
Apple stores are lame.....they really are in everyway. Take forever
Wait time is long but they do good work
Very nice store. Clean. Crisp. Welcoming. Helpful staff. I will be back!
Was helped immediately. Purchased with the knowledgeable assistance of personable salesman.

Very nice store. Clean. Crisp. Welcoming. Helpful staff. I will be back!
Was helped immediately. Purchased with the knowledgeable assistance of personable salesman.
The place is usually crazy busy so mid day visits are usually best but without a doubt they can solve or fix any and all problems in our APPLE run world :)
Loved it so clean
Nice place. Just odd that there's no cash registers and that the employees do the transaction with their phones
This trip to upgrade iPhone was so easy and painless.
Very disrespectful and no customer service what so ever
Walk in to an employee playing on a laptop learning how to do a handshake yet they can't help me reset a phone 50 minutes before close because it's "too late for reset appointments"
LOVE This place
Awesome store. Staff are incredible as they typically are, nice variety of product and plenty of stock. Great location and not overly busy like most Apple stores.
I have NEVER read so many reviews from upset customers who went to the Eaton Apple Store!!! 99% of the complaints were about rude staff and terrible customer service! You would think APPLE management would wake up and get rid of the nasty, rude staff!! Guess I will be going to a different Apple Store! Apple is starting to slide DOWN!!
Great customer service
I went to the Apple Store to get my phone to my phone fixed. My phone is pretty old so I was looking for a new phone the sales associate was rude and disrespectful. I wish I could remember her name but she had grey hair to her shoulders and glasses. She claimed my info for my upgrade was wrong but when I had my sister on the phone who is a primary user for the account she still claimed it was wrong and proceeded to be disrespectful to me. I will never go up here again and I'll travel to Crocker park. It's not worth the 20 min wait for a associate and disrespect. I was happy with my service for fixing my phone but it wasn't worth the disrespect from the sales associate. I love Shane and Travis by the way! But I won't be continuing due to that sales associate.
Nice store with friendly and helpful staff. The place was packed when I got there and I was still in and out in under 30 minutes with my issue on my apple phone solved.
Mr. ROMEO was great, easy to speak with, friendly and helpful...
Always get the help I need here.
After spending 45 minutes with my 2 year old picking out a new phone and attempting to jump through all the hoops for them to verify my status as an authorized user on my family’s att account (I am an authorized user), I was told they could not sell me a phone because the address on my id did not match. Even though I had the correct social security number, was on the phone with the primary account holder, and could log into the online account. I could LOG INTO THE ACCOUNT. That means I could change the name and billing address to whatever I want!!! At that point however my child was melting down and I was in no mood to explain the idiocracy to them. Thanks for leaving me without a phone with 2 small children.
Visited on 2/16/18 at around 4pm. Traffic in the area was pretty good for a change; and there were lots of parking spaces which usually isn't the case at Eton! The store was crowded (as usual) but I was greeted promptly. Sent to the "Genius Bar" with an estimated wait time of 20-25 minutes. Was actually seen in less than 15 which was great. Unable to resolve my issue with an iPhone 6S; but the associate was polite and knowledgeable; and didn't try to sell me a new phone. All in all a seamless visit. I do see, though, how it could be a nightmare due to the awful location. Also, FYI, don't bother trying to use the store phone number! It will never get you a "live" person! It steers you to a corporate robot where you get a choice of too loud, static filled music to hold on for a loooongg time!
The workers were nice enough, but no one was able to help me with my issue. I brought in a phone that wouldn't start, despite it having been given to me at a replacement just four months prior at the Apple store. They couldn't identify the problem, and were unwilling to take responsibility, or provide me with any options. I do not recommend buying anything there, as they do not stand behind their products. The entire exchange felt very dishonest to me.
Fast service
Great experience dropping off my MacBook Pro to have the keyboard replaced. Finding and using my warranty was extremely easy, and the employees were very nice and explained the process very clearly so I knew exactly what was going on. Dropped off my Mac on Monday afternoon and it was ready to pick up Wednesday morning! Even though it looks chaotic in the store at times, they seem to have plenty of staff to assist customers. Will definitely be coming back again!
Friendly and Great products and service! Thanks Apple!
Rudest manager I have ever met.
Typical apple store. Friendly staff, open ceiling, lots of expensive devices. No complaints as all my appointments here went well.
Good store. Busy but the service is always very good.
Nice place..goood service & always great thing to buy in there!!
All of the staff was super helpful and worked through my problem until it was solved. Great customer service
So so slow..............looks like there are one hundred of them but most are just standing or walking aimlessly around
Great place and friendly staff!!!
We have always received top notch service here... No complaints
I stop in there every so often when I have an issue with an Apple device or software. Sure, the people are friendly enough, but it still never ceases to disappoint. The Apple Store at Eton makes me feel like Charlie Brown trying to kick the football that Lucy is holding. My hopes are always high when I have gone there over the years with whatever issue or question, but I only ever receive irrelevant advice at best, or just plain bad and counterproductive advice at worst. It's better to either directly call Apple Support or go to some other Apple retail outlet (e.g., Best Buy) for product information and support.
The Eaton location Apple Store is large, and the staff encountered have been helpful and knowledgeable. Four stars only due to some wait times during peak hours.
Epically bad customer service experience. Apple stores are usually good, but this one is terrible. Sad thing was I was trying to give them money but they just were not interested. Going elsewhere for same products, they lose margin. Oh well.
I am not a fan of iphone in the 1st place but my daughter is so she needed a new charger I purchased one online for her and then waited for an email confirmation that it was ready for pickup. When we got the email confirmation we left immediately to go get it. Upon arrival we were not greeted by the employees and when we went to find help we were ignored until we spoke up and asked for help. We were referred to Paul which was the best part about this whole experience because he made what comes next tolerable. So we gave Paul the confirmation order number he typed it in his device and got an error message he didnt know what it was so reached out to customer support long story short they made us wait an hour for a phone charger because I added my daughter as a pickup but I decided to go in myself which they said "threw the system off and would need farther verification" I spoke to Melissa about this which by the way great going Melissa I was really looking forward to spending an unnecessary hour in an Apple store on a snowy Monday night! But good news Paul two thumbs up for him!
Broke the screen on my iPhone XS Max. Brought it up there and they said since it’s a Max/new it could take 1-2 hours. They had it done in 55 minutes and the people were very polite. Exactly what I expect from Apple and they did it!
Poorly organized with many employees standing around talking while customers are sent to stand in line. Waited in a line for twenty minutes while customers who walked to the head of the line were taken care of immediately. Finally waited on and were told to go to another line. Finally were told we needed an appointment to drop off a phone for a battery. Definitely not customer friendly.
This store was a great experience. Nothing compared to other apple stores I been into . Thank you apple for the great service ❤️❤️ U guys fixed my phone in no time .
This was the most classy Apple store I have ever been to. They seems to generate a ton of business. Super cool staff and really great products. Really would recommend if you are an apple type of person. Im Microsoft all the way but this store changed me, even just a little ;)
Made an appointment and although the store was very busy they helped me at the appointed time and fixed the phone with no problems...
They solved my issue, how much memory in an old iphone. But i hate that i get all the way in and have to find some one to talk too for support.
The place is usually crazy busy so mid day visits are usually best but without a doubt they can solve or fix any and all problems in our APPLE run world :)
Friendly and helpful people

Its an apple store.
This is one of those really awesome Apple stores. It has an overall cool vibe to it and usually stocks more products than the average Apple store. Which is nice when you’re looking for a specific product like I was today. The staff here is very nice and helpful as well. Eton is a nice plaza to spend a couple hours wandering around in and exploring! I recommend checking it out.
Good selection, arrogant employees. Went there because my iphone 6 wasn't charging and they told me that because I didn't use a charger from apple, I had broken my phone but when my friend's husband (a very tech-ish guy) tried charging it with a non-apple charger, it worked! When I was looking at other phones and my daughter was explaining the difference, an employee told her that everything she said was wrong even though all the employee did was repeat what she said.
Never great service when I come in. I don’t know why I still step foot in that store
So here it goes. I bought an iPhone X back in September 2018 (yes I know Xs was out, I was not flattered by it) they got me the phone I was fine and happy and came out. 5 months later, the bottom firing speaker stops giving out any kind of sound so I go back to the store for a repair appointment. In these 5 months I have never let anything happen to the phone, it has always been in a case no drops whatsoever, if you look at the phone it’s still in brand new condition. So these guys tell me they can’t repair the phone because the display is an after market unit. I was shocked, never have I ever taken this phone to any other store for any problems since it hasn’t had any issue since I bought it. So he says he can show me pictures of the internals saying that it has been tampered with. He comes back in less than 5 minutes and says we cannot show you the pictures. I was like what? He was so reluctant to show me the pictures that it created a doubt in my mind that I was getting scammed. And indeed I was. The tone of the manager was so rude and did not want to show me anything. Such a shame. Some people have to ruin the apple image. Never going to recommend this place.
GREAT
What can I say? It's an annoying Apple store. Wait was forever. Service was fine.
Kind of crowded though, expect to wait in a long line. The sales reps greet u quickly as you enter the building.
Horrible they wouldn't help me
I am not an Apple fan, but my son swears by their products.
This guy is bad for apple business..no customer service skills..he said and did.. everything. Not to help me...my first time in the store. ..not happy. He wasn't trying to work ..nor help me...he referred me to the online services versus..getting help from him ..soooooo sad.
Complete chaos would not recommend if the only place to get an Apple phone would be there
Brandon was excellent...not very happy with Apple iPhone products only lasting 18 to 24 months. Always a hardware issue just after you pay off the phone. Hmmmmmm
Friendly staff that's very knowledgeable and organized. They will answer all of your questions and walk you through every step to fix whatever technical problem your electronic device may have.
Installed a new battery on an iPhone 6 and the staff did great. Quick and painless
Excellent service. Helped me out of a jam. I have been in a Microsoft store. Day and night. You are of course daytime.
Very easy buying experience. Very knowledgeable sales people.
It is a very large store with a lot of apple products in display. Very friendly and efficient staff. Seating is available if planning to wait for service. Plenty of parking available most of the times. I went there twice for iPhone battery replacement and keyboard issue and had nice experiences.
I am not an Apple user, but I'm pretty impressed with this store. My wife loves her laptop and watch.
Great customer service. First visit, very crowded. From what I understand, it's usually more busy than that. Each person was helping two customers at once. Smart move as they sometimes have to wait for charging or updates to occur and can balance that way. They all had good attitudes, although they had just opened for the day.
Apple stores are always clean, efficient, and well staffed- this location is no different. Eton is a greatplace to shop for higher end retail- Lulumon, The North Face, Brooks Brothers, etc. Fleming's Steakhouse and Bravo for food and drink, the Apple store for tech, and Barnes & Noble for literary stimulation.
Great service. Very knowledgeable. Had in stock.
Walked in and was greeted professionally. Tech was quick and polite. In and out.
I am sitting here in the store and I've seen 4 associates standing around in one circle, three in another circle, and then there were two associates laughing and talking with one another. The people store are sickening. It's more like a party center then a business. I cannot stand this store. Everytime I come here I spend well over an hour waiting. The only reason that this company get my time is because my son was gifted an iPhone. Other than that I wouldn't look twice at this place. Get better workers please.
No immediate greeting. Had to wait in line to check in. Shoumd have had more people doing that. Phone diagnosed correctly. Needed me battery for iPhone 6s. Told it would take a hour, wrong. It was nearly 1.5 hours. Looking at products, associates very helpful. Cost good. Overall an okay. Experience
First time here and last time. I'm not an applefan
Make an appointment. Repeat make an appointment. I was very happy with the repair service and knowledge of the genius.
I have a warranty on my powerbeats and they wouldn't help me get new one so yea this is why I hate apple products never will come here again they suck big time
They have such great customer service! The store was packed and drove around almost 15 minutes trying to find a parking spot. This location is so congested! 5 stars for the store, but if I could I would give 1 star for the location and for how long you drive around searching for a space to park.
the worst most incompetent Apple Store I've ever encountered. save yourself the misery and pain and find another Apple store. you'll be glad you did!
Daughter broke her phone while we were visiting family in Beachwood, OH area. This store is in a beautiful and trendy plaza. Thanks to Apple Care we got the phone replaced. We also got EXCELLENT customer service in a WELL stocked and SUPERBLY staffed store! Wish I could pick the whole store up and take it back to Atlanta with me.
Nice place!
In person visits to this Apple Store are you usually pretty good, but if you need to call, just to get information on a course for example, you may as well just drive there. Very long hold time is one thing, but they place a loud and very static laden music that is awful to listen to. As of this moment I've been on hold 11 minutes, and have to listen to horribly amplified music filled with static noise. Time to hand up!
Service is hit or miss. I use mostly for business. If they had a dedeicated businesss repair dept, would rate higher.
Staff is so friendly and helpful.
Nice place for the help ya need with your apple products
Had to wait quite awhile for help but once my name was called I did get help although my tech (are they still called geniuses) kept being distracted by others and disappearing. If he focused on me, I could have been done faster and would feel better about the experience.
Staff friendly... Lots of staff to help you through your whole process... My son phone was damaged...I thought it was going to be so expensive.. The techs there checked all options to see what would be the best and cheapest option for us... They noticed that I had Apple Care and it worked out quite well... This was great considering they were able to check and my son was through a cellphone carrier ..I will be taking him there for all his Apple needs..
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST customer service EVER!!!!!!! I have had an Android since they came out. I decided to go Apple. I called my carrier and they put me on a plan. I received my 8+ Tuesday the 31st of July. Everyone at my work has iPhones...... They said "go to Eton Apple store, it's their product." So the work bell rang and I jumped into my car and rushed to Eton Apple. I have never been in an Apple store except with a friend to buy something with them. I walked in and the place was packed.... Like a Buffett at Sunday brunch that's half off and all you can eat. I saw a nice young lady with a head set on and approached her with a big grin ready to transfer all my stuff from Droid to IPhone .... I introduced myself to her and told her I was here to switch.... She looked at me, looked at the phone in the box and said "did you buy it here?" I said no, my carrier sent it to me..... Her whole demeanor changed. She sharply said "we can't help you, you didn't buy it here" I was shocked.... I said that I called and was told you guys would help me set up.... She told me I was misinformed. ... She than called for someone after I asked her for at least some assistance. So after waiting 10 mon, a guy comes over, starts to talk to me, then in the middle of his presentation, he walks away...???? I waited and another person walked by, I asked for help, they were very short and no help. I finally got some help and bis information was wrong. Turns out I called my carrier. That was after an hour and a half on the phone with Apple Tech service ...I ended figuring it out myself. .. Not a good 1st exprince. Terrible customer service.
Having battery issues with an iPhone 6s not charging or dying immediately. Technician said it was a circuit board that would not allow the phone to charge. The 6s has a history of battery issues that even required Apple to give free or reduced cost replacements back in 2017 and 2018. Bought a battery from Amazon, replaced it myself and no issues for last 4 days. Phone running like new with 100% under battery health. They were very quick to point out all of the options to replace the phone or upgrade. They look for the easy way out praying on people who have come seeking their so called expertise. Will not go back and will look toward a 3rd party repair center for any issues I can't solve.
This place is awesome! Genuinely helpful reps, who actually seem like they're glad you're there and WANT to solve your problem instead of being irritated at having to help you. Their phone system is GREAT (I actually asked the automated guy if he was a real person, because it sounded so real), their service is great - I was pleasantly surprised at my experience here.
This is one of Apple's typical experience. I visited multiple times to this store for various reasons and the staffs that I interacted with had enough knowledge to answer most of my question if not all. I like to know more about a product before jumping and getting one, so I ask more questions to find out answers. And nobody can answer all the questions :P They are amazing in resolving customers issues. The staffs are friendly and they would be happy to help you to get an answers, and also to make you get their products. Give it a try is what I could say if you have any question about the products that they sell. And see if you want to get the product. At the end of day, get the ones that you need and do not get into one just because of name sake.
My husband's iPhone shut off and he couldn't power the phone on. Thanks too the Apple staff - he didn't have to purchase another phone due to the helpful and knowledgeable staff. I still have an android considering switching to apple but still on the fence !
I scheduled an "appointment" to have my battery replaced in an iPhone 6. When I arrived at the store and checked in with an Apple Representative and stated that I had an appointment; I was told to wait in the line of about 25 people to have my battery replaced. I asked why I made an appointment to just stand in line with people who just 'walked in"? I was told that it goes fairly quick, about 10 or 15 minutes each. Between this visit to the Apple Genius Bar and the battery scam; I will never purchase another Apple product.
Nice store
First time in an Apple store despite the fact that I own more than 1 Apple product. I was pleasantly surprised. I needed help setting up my IPad so I can Facetime, I needed help with Apple Music and making sure I can access it from both of my devices. The lady rep immediately came to my aid and helped me with every single thing I needed. I already knew Apple has great customer service on the phone but now I know they do in person as well. Also, my IPod is still going since I bought it December 2010! Great products. Great company. So glad I'm an Apple girl.
Its an apple store.
