Not good at all. I was not given adequate information regarding the programming needs of the phone when adjustments needed to be made. I was not told that you had to call them and hire them to do this and that it is not something that can be done by an IT person of my business. Also misled on an "informational training" put on by them which was only another sales pitch for another service they would get a cut of. Not pleased and I would not give them my business again.
