I could not be more happy with the result, I recommend this place to everyone/anyone who needs their technologies fixed. Prices are very fair and the service is friendly. His old location is also next to a head shop, which is a great bonus.

Legit company for you electronic needs. My computer recently crashed and I called another electronic services company and they said it would take 3-4 days to get my computer back and it would cost me an outrageous amount of money. Epic Technologies let me come in as soon as my computer went on the fritz and did a "3-4 day job" in a half hour!! They are extremely personable and understanding! I highly, highly, highly recommend their services!

These guys are great. I went in with a computer issue and told him to the best of my knowledge was the problems were. He carefully listened and said he would take a look at it. For $89 he did the diagnostic test and called me back 2 days later with it fixed. Very friendly staff and they definitely are very knowledgeable in electronics.

Three months after we each got our iPhone screen repaired, my sister said hers was literally coming off and that I should check mine. I removed my screen protector and case to find that my screen was also barely attached to my phone, I went into Epic Tech a few days later and they said if I would have caught it sooner they would fix it, but I would need to pay full price to have it replaced now. I was never informed I needed to monitor if the glue didn't stick properly and am not pleased with the customer service anymore (until this point I referred Epic Tech to everyone).

I have gone through more cell phones than anyone in the Tri-State area, having Epic Tech available is a huge benefit. I asked them to fix my completely shattered screen, thinking it would take a week, it took them an hour and I was on my way back to normal. They even fixed the bend in my phone! 110% recommend these guys for fixing all your phone problems!

My phone screen was broken so I couldn’t unlock it. It eventually disabled itself. ATT tried to help me get my info off of it. It was insured so I received a replacement, but had to clear it before sending it back. It also held all my passwords so I couldn’t get everything transferred to new phone. They were able to do a backup and retrieve all my info and erase it so I could safely return it. A couple hours of work for less than a Otter Case.

My phone was running extremely slow, it was so bad I was pretty sure I needed a new phone. But when I talked to the guys at Epic Tech they informed me that I might just need a new battery. Sure enough after they put a new battery in my phone it was running good as new. It was pretty cheap, only took an hour and since I didn't have to buy a new phone saved me several hundred dollars! Very satisfied, I will be coming back to Epic Tech anytime I need work done.

Had these guys look at my IPAD that wasn't working, thought it was the battery. It turned out to be a simple fix with a firmware update. They could have easily just charged me for repairs that turned out to be unnecessary, but were up front on what was needed. Honest & prompt service, knowledgeable staff, and importantly- reasonable rates! Highly suggest these guys for all your electronic repair needs!!
