I called because I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my computer, and over the phone, APTtek was able to diagnose the problem. He told me just where to take it for the most reasonable price. Most importantly, he didn't try to con me into dropping the computer off with him and/or charging me for something that I could get done somewhere else for cheaper. So helpful!

Great work same day fixed my laptop my screen came out of my laptop due to dropping so I couldn’t retrieve any picture Andreas fixed with in a hour and a half he could’ve up charged and said more was broken but he was very honest and very helpful I recommend over anybody else thank you
