If you are having computer troubles this is the place to visit. I can't speak enough about the service I was given from the first e-mail concerning my laptop until it was repaired and delivered to my hands. I arrived at the shop of The Triad Nerd Herd with a dust filled computer that was almost as old as the technician. After assessing the situation, I was advised to replace my dinosaur with a slightly newer set up that they had refurbished. After all of my files were transferred, I came home with a new set up and I am delighted. Both Josh and Danny were polite and professional as they humored my desire to NOT join the 2020's where technology is concerned. I asked if it would be possible to get at least 1 of them in 2 days ,so I could do bills,they made it possible,we stayed in contact and then picked up my other computer,both were repaired and better than ever. I had an older laptop that had suddenly lost all visuals, and I needed to pull some data off it. I'd blown it off for almost a year, so was a little concerned about what we would find. I called Nerd Herd, liked the fact that they do a diagnostic and give you a price BEFORE moving forward, so had facts to base a decision on very quickly. Decided to go ahead and get the data pulled off to an external hard drive-which I also bought through them-and was pleasantly surprised at the final price. My impression was that they know what they are doing, but don't feel compelled to over charge (which has been my experience in the past). I was very satisfied, both with our interactions and the final product-and plan to use them again. Glad to have found them, and definitely recommend.
