Responded super quick and knew what he was doing! My phone was fixed within 30 minutes and staff was friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend their services! They were also cheaper then other places that I had contacted on replacing my iPhone screen.

I highly recommend going here for any of your electronic needs. James exhibits top of the line customer service and is very knowledgeable and professional. I needed a battery for my iPhone and even though he was out at his Randleman location he took the time out of his day to drive to Asheboro to pick up one so that I could have my phone fixed today. If that’s not going above and beyond I’m not sure what is. Especially after I had just recently contacted his competitor before him who knew I was on my way yet wasn’t even there and their doors were locked. It was a blessing in disguise because now I know who I’ll be seeing for any further business with my electronics. Thank you again for all your help today so that I can have a reliable phone.

The guy who works this business does not treat his business like a business man but as a human, something i greatly appreciate. I came in with a question as to crashes on my computer and we talked about possible solutions, (in depth i might add, he knows his stuff) he even gave me a few screws to use to secure something in my computer, and the money i came in with was the money i left with; he didn't charge me a thing. In a world where businesses are scrambling for so much money that they will charge you for the time it takes to have a conversation, this was a breath of fresh air.

The owner was very friendly and very honest. Knows what he is doing, even explaining what was causing the problem. So if ur PC needs repairs... I highly recommend coming to Premiere P C's.
