I had a time sensitive package and I paid a very expensive price for next day delivery at the Fedex desk in this store. It didn't arrive until 3 days after. I called to get my money back and they said they couldn't help me. I called Fedex and was told that due to the way they put it into the system Fedex was not at fault and that I would not be getting a refund. I will never used fedex or office depot again.

the return policy is horrible, used a laptop for a month, the hard drive was defective and burned, brought it back to have it replaced, they sended me to the manufacturer (HP) spent a 1.5hr on the phone, they will send me a parts and will try to fix it for me, Just go to COSTCO pay extra 50$ but be sure when you have issues they will stand by you, not on the side of you.....

We were looking to buy a new printer. When we walked in, a young woman asked if she could help us. She was very knowledgeable, turned out to be one of the managers, steered us in the right direction and took us to the cash register and proceeded to check us out. That's what we call "full service".

There yesterday, Worker named Debbie waited on me. I was there to mail a FedEx package. She immediately had the worst of the worst attitudes. She called over one of the cashiers to come type in my address info. While the cashier is doing her job with me Debbie is still running her mouth about some papers that needs holes punched in them. I said to the cashier, she’s hateful several times and she just smiled. When finishing up I needed a piece of tape to tape down a corner of an envelope that was on top of the package. Debbie yells..... Don’t forget the “Package Enhancement “ fee. Really?????? Had to pay .93 for that . The cashier was the one that suggested it to me. I thought she was just like doing her job. Nope a charge for really nothing. Maybe like s 4” piece of tape. Will not go back. Found out there is s better place in Smithfield called “We Ship It”. Right by the Library and Post Office. After reading other reviews I see that I’m not the only one that has complained about Debbie. They need to address her issues.

You know the phone repair guy and Cesar were great the young lady arguing with me that they didn't do cell phone repair not so much. maybe staff should be educated a little more before they argue with customers especially when you have a big sign on your doors that say you do cell phone repair and not to mention I had a prior set appointment with the manager to have my phone fixed. Education is key!

Want a bad experience go to this store ,,, I was ignored while they helped other customers , after having 2 other sets of customers who came in after me at the print center they decided that maybe I might need assistance after one of the customers the so rudely helped before me apologized for jumping in front of me . The sales associate try’s and give me the 2 copies I needed for free ? So they think giving me 2 .18 cent copies is going to buy my satisfaction? How about just pay attention and not ignore your customer instead of buying them off ? Just a thought

Not only do they have a much better range of products for headphones than Target or Best Buy, they have much better prices for the same products. After a frustrating day searching for new Over-the-ear, Bluetooth headphones, the staff was able to point us directly to the exact product we were looking for, answer specific questions about the product, and even allowed a fit test.

Called at 2:15pm an talked to an associate, asked “do you guys have a any amazon fire sticks in stock?” The associate said “yes sir we do” , then asked again “ are you sure you have them in stock” the associate said “yes we do”, I said “ okay great am coming about an hour away so just wanted to be sure”. He then said “we will see you when you get here”. Drove all the way up there, walk in and “we don’t have any in stock”. WILL NOT BE BACK!! Only got a 1 Star because zero is not an option. The manager has no personality, talking to him is like talking to board.

Seems to have fewer items to select from than they used to 10 years ago. Staff was not knowledgeable about product selection or location in the store. The printing department has definitely been downsized since I was last there. Looks like shopping online through this company is better than in store visit. But if I'm shopping online, then shouldn't I just find supplier with better prices? Conundrum for people who would rather buy local. Cooke's Stationary downtown had better prices, which was a pleasant surprise. That's a store worth shopping at - plus they can order anything OfficeMax can.

for the last 3 days I've been trying to get business cards at least set up and be scheduled to be made. I came in at different times over the past three days to see if I can get help. I have found that I came in at different times in 3 days to see if I can get some help. I found that in the morning to afternoon no one is available. In the afternoon and evening all the print people and machines were busy and could not help me and don't know when they will have time to assist me. I miss Kinkos before they got bought out by FedEx

The prices on ink for printers is not the stores fault but I do think the companies making the printers and then the ink and then all the stuff required to printing at home have just mastered the art of a great con. Here's a printer cost 89.99 here's the cost of an ink refill 69.99 what the heck??? See the problem HP, Dell, ect.... shame on you all.

The store's inventory was well-organized, but many of the spots were not filled with merchandise and instead left empty with the tags on the spot. Not impressed by the stores customer service. Requested assistance from the printing department to have some invitations printed out and ended up taking almost the entire day. I was told that I would receive a call when the employee was "able to get to it" and finish printing it. Decided to return before closing and a different employee in the department informed me that the flash-drive was put in a box on the counter and was not taken care of and they would have to finish it, which took maybe 5 minutes max. Not impressed by the service.
