It randomly goes to different spot, freezes every other time I try typing or opening an app. For the $260.00 dollars I spent I would expect my phone to work better then it did before. It worked better with a cracked screen then it does now! It was even frustrating typing this on my phone!

Well the screen kept freezing so I took it back and they replaced it again. So far no issues. I am so glad to have my phone fixed. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

When I showed up at the store 20 minutes later, I was told the part wasn't in and it was going to cost $100 more than I was quoted. Not a good way to do business.

Fast but they use cheap parts and will try to find anyway to void the "lifetime" warranty. Had screen replaced and ended up with more problems backlight was bleeding and even an air bubble underneath the glass of my display. When I took it back the third time to speak with manager, he couldnt see anything wrong with the phone the other guy tried to explain the air bubble was caused by the screw from the inside. They fix the air bubble to their credit but they made sure to let me know they were doing me a huge favor. Only giving them fives so maybe they won't erase this review

Tech also looked at another phone of ours (5s) that apple had diagnosed with swollen batter that needed replacing ($80 at apple). Tech said problem is not battery and phone is fine, and even if battery did need replacing, CPR would do it for $40.

While that store owner did contact me to apologize, I couldn't in good faith go to them especially since I'd called this place right after my terrible experience and they quoted me a reasonable price, gave me excellent customer service over the phone and in person and gave me options that didn't require charging an extra $70.00 if my back glass cracked in the process of fixing my front glass. Put simply, they did an awesome job from start to finish and my phone looks perfect. I'd happily go to them for all of my electronic repair needs! Thanks guys!

They offered a coupon that would allow me to get my screen fixed and a rate I could actually afford. When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly associate. He worked with me on the price since more damage was done to my phone than I realized. I am very happy I chose CPR. While I hope to never have to see them again unless I'm buying a new screen protector, I would recommend anyone with cracked screens on any device to come see them. They can't be beat.

Finally getting around to write a review but really disappointed with my service here. Got two phones repaired and both have suffered bad damage because of it. For starters, the phone’s touch screen no longer works if it is plugged in. At first, I thought it was just a problem with the cord, but it does it with both phones that were repaired and not with my phone, which hasn’t been repaired. The screen on one phone barely works now and needs to be touched very hardly to work. The screen on the other phone won’t touch anything at the bottom of the screen and instead thinks you’re touching something above it. On top of that, it will just randomly open and close apps, even if you’re not touching it and just letting it sit there. Really really really upset that I spent over $100 to get 2 screens fixed when all it did was make the phones unusable. Buyer beware, next time, spend the extra money to get it done by the manufacturer or retailer.

My son had his phone fixed here this morning and they did a great job fixing it. He couldn’t charge it so he assumed it was the port. They did a diagnostic test on it then explained the issues and the price to fix it with a one hour fix time. The pricing was affordable and it was fixed in half the time. They have a 90 day warranty, so check them out. My son is happy and appreciate their service.

These guys were great. I thought for sure I was going to have to have the charging port on my iphone replaced because it wasn't charging and it didn't look like lint or anything, but it turns out that something was stuffed up in a corner. These guys noticed it right away, told me I didn't need the charging port replacement and expertly removed the obstruction and everything is working great and didn't charge me anything. I highly recommend them, very honest and very knowledgeable.

My Surface book was overheating and it appeared as though the battery was swelling. I contacted CPR and they got back to me with a quote the same day, which was reasonable especially in light that my only other option would be to replace the unit. After I brought the unit it to confirm the issue, they ordered the parts and got to work on the issue as soon as they could. The unit actually works better now than when I brought it in, I had a few other minor issues that they must have fixed either in process or possibly the battery problem was causing. I did have a slight issue with screen discoloration post-repair, but it was a minor issue to do with parts shifting. The staff saw to it promptly and worked on it until it was passed closing time to make sure I could take it home same day. I haven't had a single issue since and I am extremely happy with the work and the customer service.

Finally getting around to write a review but really disappointed with my service here. Got two phones repaired and both have suffered bad damage because of it. For starters, the phone’s touch screen no longer works if it is plugged in. At first, I thought it was just a problem with the cord, but it does it with both phones that were repaired and not with my phone, which hasn’t been repaired. The screen on one phone barely works now and needs to be touched very hardly to work. The screen on the other phone won’t touch anything at the bottom of the screen and instead thinks you’re touching something above it. On top of that, it will just randomly open and close apps, even if you’re not touching it and just letting it sit there. Really really really upset that I spent over $100 to get 2 screens fixed when all it did was make the phones unusable. Buyer beware, next time, spend the extra money to get it done by the manufacturer or retailer.

My son had his phone fixed here this morning and they did a great job fixing it. He couldn’t charge it so he assumed it was the port. They did a diagnostic test on it then explained the issues and the price to fix it with a one hour fix time. The pricing was affordable and it was fixed in half the time. They have a 90 day warranty, so check them out. My son is happy and appreciate their service.

These guys were great. I thought for sure I was going to have to have the charging port on my iphone replaced because it wasn't charging and it didn't look like lint or anything, but it turns out that something was stuffed up in a corner. These guys noticed it right away, told me I didn't need the charging port replacement and expertly removed the obstruction and everything is working great and didn't charge me anything. I highly recommend them, very honest and very knowledgeable.

I had an overall great experience with CPR. Everyone I dealt with that was working there was very professional. The work being done to my phone was finished in half the time they estimated it to be. They even gave me a free screen protector because I chose them over other alternatives. The prices we very reasonable when going with third party repairs, and the whole process went very smoothly. My Surface book was overheating and it appeared as though the battery was swelling. I contacted CPR and they got back to me with a quote the same day, which was reasonable especially in light that my only other option would be to replace the unit. After I brought the unit it to confirm the issue, they ordered the parts and got to work on the issue as soon as they could. The unit actually works better now than when I brought it in, I had a few other minor issues that they must have fixed either in process or possibly the battery problem was causing. I did have a slight issue with screen discoloration post-repair, but it was a minor issue to do with parts shifting. The staff saw to it promptly and worked on it until it was passed closing time to make sure I could take it home same day. I haven't had a single issue since and I am extremely happy with the work and the customer service.

When I did my screen was loose and lifted. When I took the case off I pulled the screen up also because of it being loose and coming off and it cracked. I took it to the store and all he could do is offer me a discount when I had just spent $130 to get it fixed beforehand. I would not recommend anyone going here. Ever.

The screen replacement doesn’t work sometimes where the touch functions won’t work to answer call etc until you turn off and retry. Huge PITA because you have to ignore call and redial. Must be the aftermarket parts? Been 4 months after replacement Update as of December: now the screen cuts in and out. Black screen depending on orientation. Guess it’s not terrible for aftermarket?? Just know you aren’t getting an exact replacement. Probably just getting a new phone soon.

Brought my iPhone 7 to replace cracked screen which cost $129 kept having glitches and opening random apps on it's own acting possessed took it back 2nd time same outcome 3rd time they told this one would the last time they would replace the screen if it kept having problems then they said that there was something actually wrong with my iPhone internally. Took it to Apple store and found out they kept using bad digitizers or unauthorized Apple screens. This store never offered a refund since they knew that they were using third party Apple products. The moral to this story: Save your TIME and MONEY cause they will make things worse. I would never recommend them to anybody I know.
