I brought my computer in because it was hacked and locked up with serious issues regarding infected and encrypted files. Chris did an excellent job solving all the issues and saving everything that was on my computer. But more than that Chris spent time with me on the phone a few days later regarding new found issues with the reinstalling and connection to my printer and also issues with my personal email address. Where other tech support people failed to help with those two issue it was Chris that solved these problems for me in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend Chris and Computer Docs to anyone and for all that was done for me the cost was extremely reasonable considering the time he spent on all these problems.

As I'm no computer genius I have to take my equipment in for maintenance. The last 2 computers I took in came back with a diagnosis that my computer was shot. As I mentioned I can't fix these things myself but thought it was awful funny how they were in a big hurry to sell me one of their 'Refurbished' models since mine was no longer with us. The skeptic wonders if they were trying to help or sell me something.

if i could give 0 stars I would. This guy is a fraud and Con artist. Came out to my home to wire internet to specific rooms. Charged me for his work and left. Always had problems with the connections. Had another tech come and look at it. Turns out he just used my existing phone lines which made a mess. Never installed any new CAT lines to the rooms. Stay away at all costs. Look him up at Waxhaw court house. Bad News
