Only second time going to this location but it was a pretty standard experience. The staff was friendly enough but it was late and they were interested in helping me make a quick decision. The store layout is different than what I am used to from other Best Buy stores but still really clean and organized.

The security team here are racist, my wife and I went here this afternoon to get a video game for our 4 year old nephew. Started looking around in the electronic section listening to some of the speakers and such. And headed towards the video games section where my wife had already gotten there. Security was already looking at her when I walked up I looked at him like what are you doing? Not five minutes later a member of management came up to us making it clear that they thought our intentions were to steal from them by telling us that the games weren't in the cases. That they were in the locked cases in the front. I am highly disappointed that this is what this establishment has become, I remember going here in my teens and being able to nerd out without being racially profiled. I purchased my item as well as some girl scout cookies out front and left. I will not be returning here. And I would highly recommend that no one else of color do so either unless they would like to treated the way my wife and I were today. Best buy if you're reading this please re-evaluate your team or you will be losing business.
Always have an employee at the door to greet you and always employee's coming up to you to help. However the employee's aren't the most knowledgeable, i went in to best buy 3 days ago for a camera charger, the employee picked out the charger i needed without hesitation and said it would work. $40 later and 15 minute trip home, it wasn't the right charger, went back and exchanged it for another one that was the right one but still wouldn't charge my battery because the 1st charger fried my battery. So i went back got a refund and the customer service rep was rude and acted as if it was my fault, never got an apology or anything.
Customer service needs work. For so many people standing around, I am confused why it took so long. Then; the "expert" that helped us get the wrong cord which is the point of my taking the trip is to return the useless cord, proceeds to ask if I'd like to go get the right cord.. huh? You don't remember me, but I remember you. You are the one who sold me the cord that doesn't work instead of telling me I can use this one a certain way, you could have just said you didn't have it.

Purchased the Geek Squad protection for my Note 8 last July. They will not do anything about it. I have been hung up on, lied to and no results. Please buy your electronics anywhere but Best Buy. They do not stand behind their product. Staff members are not trained well and say things that are not true. You cannot talk to anyone at the corporate office because it it a security risk for them to give you corporate's phone number. We are cutting up our card and will no longer do business with Best Buy...

Incredibly helpful employees. My mom was having trouble with her new cell phone and wanted to exchange it. The lady that helped us was very patient, and even stayed past closing to make sure everything was setup correctly on the new phone. A+ customer service!

One of the best experiences I’ve had! My iPhone 6s had almost completely died so I was getting a new phone. Worked with Gabe R and he was absolutely fantastic. The whole process took about 2 hours between passwords and getting a new plan and transfers and he was so patient and funny and just overall so beyond helpful. Definitely recommend going here you won’t be disappointed!
This was not one of Bestbuy's finest moments. Their message indicated that my online order was ready, but when I arrived for pickup they couldn't locate the item After looking for 15 minutes, they determined that the item was returned to the warehouse in their cart because it was overlooked. Another five minutes or so and they brought it out to the counter. When the pickup person was available she finally gave me the item. I am glad to have it, but I hope they do better next time. My advice is only buy big things so the guy can find it in his cart...

I wasted my time with the Geek Squad. I’m sorry that I drove 45 minutes for my scheduled appointment and the person taking care of me had absolutely no personality nor manners. That’s why I have no name to post. She didn’t introduce herself and appeared bothered that I was there. She didn’t look up the notes that were taken by Apple as Apple assured me they would. She quickly diagnosed 1 of my phone’s issues & sent me on my way. I felt like she was rushing to be done to get back to whatever she was doing when I entered. Plus I feel companies should have rules on gum chewing.

Employees there don’t care. I was looking to buy a coffee maker/grinder/etc., so I walked around the department with the appliance in my hand looking for an employee. There were 4-5 employees sitting at the pick up desk doing nothing, when I walked towards them they all looked away or scattered. I found someone else and asked for assistance, they said someone else will help me. 15 minutes later with no help, I walked out. Luckily Bed Bath & Beyond is around the corner. Bad experience.

When they had to replace it Todd, General Manager at Gresham Best Buy, got involved and took exceptional care of me. Parking is a nightmare but customer service is decent.
Went in to look at their bone conductive headphones. While they did have some, None were out so you could try them, to see how well they worked.
They were very helpful. They know what questions to ask to get me just what I wanted. They did not try to sell me more then what I had asked for.
They don't care. The service hear is terrible. They don't answer their phone. If they do, they hang up on you. If you go their looking for a product the staff will simply ignore you or simply be unwilling to help. I'm amazed this store is still in business with this kind of poor service. Their car audio is the worst. The installers don't know anything about the equipment and their installs are sloppy.

Pretty rude. There was an offer for 25% off with purchase of 3 camera accessories. We had 2 filters and 1 microphone. Went to check out and it didn't give the discount. We asked why and the clerk said it wasn't his department amd sent us to customer service. The customer service rep helped us but was very sarcastic the whole time but seemed a lot more genuine than the guy in the wrong department. Don't ask anybody any questions here.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY TYPE OF INSURANCE THROUGH BEST BUY!!!! i bought the 2 year insurance plan for my phone last year and they took my money for it but only gave me the 1 year plan. Took me days of fighting with them to realize they messed up! Then when my phone breaks i called and they said to wait until the galaxy s9,s10 series come out so that my deductable would go down, last time i paid $180 for a recycled replacement now after the phones been out for over a year or 2 they RAISED my deductable???? To $190? How does that even make sense. Crooks and unprofessionals. Do not ever buy any insurance through them, they tell you what you want to hear so that you buy it but then flip the script on you. Ill never buy anything from this place ever again which is a shame since ive been shopping here since i was a kid with birthday money....20 years being a loyal customer paying thousands of dollars to be talked to like a child on the phone, saying the price went up because its a thousand dollar phone....funny their online price is half that now so raise the deductable for that money difference the need to try and make up. I work for a remodeling relocation company and we purchase daily for setting up model homes with electronics but this business in general just lost a big customer. Wal marts better

What can I say about this Bestbuy besides make sure you do an instore pickup if you plan to buy something. Cause if it's not on the shelf, or you need someone to get so.ething for you itll take 30 minutes before you have to ask one of the 15 people standing around by the phones for help.

Really bad experience with three Best Buy stores and Geek Squad in the Charlotte area. About a month ago I purchased a remote start for my vehicle along with installation services at the Midtown Best Buy store. The Midtown technician had broken his leg so they scheduled my installation for the Matthews store. A day or so before the installation, I got a call from the Mathews store that their technician was also injured so they scheduled my appointment for the Concord Mills store. So I took a half day off work and went to the Concord Mills store to have the installation completed. It was estimated to take two to three hours. When I arrived at the Concord Mills Best Buy store, the technician had me scheduled for a radio installation. He seemed extremely perturbed that I was actually there for a remote start install. He then took a look at the packages that I bought and told me that those would not work for the car that I was driving. At that point I went inside the store to return the products just tired of being bounced from store to store. Once I got inside, I was told that I could not return the products to the Concord Mills store I had to take them back to the Midtown store where I bought them. I spoke to a manager on duty named Reid who was ever so unfriendly and offered me no resolution at all. He told me my two choices were to call 1 800 Best Buy or to go back to the Midtown store. I drove back to the Midtown store. I spoke to the assistant manager who actually is the person who sold me the products to begin with. He researched the matter a little further and found out that in fact I did not have the correct products for the installation. So I returned the products and emailed the manager of the Concord Mills store and I have not gotten a reply from.

Had the privilege to be assisted by a young whose first name was Evan. His badge indicated he was a sales team leader. He answered all my questions and actually pointed me in the right direction on what system to purchase. Took it home and it was so easy to install just like I was told. Cashier was very nice. The rest of the staff will sit and talk amongst themselves while they see you searching for something. Management does not follow policies regarding price matching and when you tell a child you will honor a price, send them to dig through 4 boxes then find an excuse suck as one missing letter in an item to not sell it to them its disgusting. Then sit there and watch a child heartbroken and still say next to people in line. Wtd

I went to Lowes and HomeDepot. They selections were not that great and Home Depot gace me over a week wait for delivery. Best Buy had it to me in 48 hrs.

After the item I was looking for was sold out on the selves the employee looked in several places in the back for me, then called another store for me to have the item I needed pulled off the shelf and placed on hold for me so I could get exactly what I needed without waiting at the other location. Order and pay online and pick up in store a few days later, if not in stock. Pick up counter is to the left of the entrance next to returns. Easy peasy. My preferred method of shopping in a brick and mortar. And most times the item urgently needed is in stock.
This place is awesome! Todd, the store manager, was very attentive and saw my "project" to the end. David was so patient as I was in my words "the picky customer" and explained things so well. Any of the workers I came into contact with were helpful and it was very needed since I had a recent surgery. I will definetly return and recommend this place to anyone who will listen!

I bought a laptop online on the pickup date I went to the store to pick up customer service said it wasn't there. Later I received an email saying my item wasn't gonna be available until late the following month. I ordered and waited 7 days and am so disappointed. I have never been this disappointed in my life before thanks bestbuy. I don't think I will shop here ever again my recommendation is worst place ever.
Sometimes staff forget when customers are around, hello them. They figured it out eventually. Once we had their attention they were very knowledgeable. Management would be proud of them for trying to sell me an alternative when what I needed was out of stock, but what they showed me meant more apps on my phone. No thanks!
My brother locked his iPhone 8 we had just bought him a day before and we had no access to iTunes to reset. We are hours away from home so we decided to take phone to the geek squad. They advice us it would take an hour and a half and would call us when it was done. After an hour and a half we decided to stop and were told they couldn’t do it. The customer service was bad, if they couldn’t do it they should have called us right away. I also find it hard to believe they weren’t knowledgeable, Apple’s instructions are simple. Upon arriving home I connected to iTunes and reset it.

Customer service is non existent. Nobody is attentive and they hardly acknowledge you when you’re in front of them. The other Best Buy atleast asks for your phone number so your email and reward points. This location just skips the whole thing so they can just print out your receipt and get you out their face. Only two people who spoke to me was the light skinned guy that greets you and the white guy that was working by the Mac books.

Here’s the deal with Best Buy, not only is it a great showroom for stuff you can buy on Amazon, now they match Amazon pricing. So... shop on. Here’s what they won’t tell you tho when you buy one of their extended warranties... let’s use a three-year extended warranty on a $3879.97 Samsung refrigerator for example. You’ll pay $389 for that warranty. Then when you have a problem with the fridge within the first 8 months of ownership, Best Buy will tell you to pound sand and call the manufacturer and that they’ll not warranty that fridge until after the manufacturers warranty has expired. So, in my case, that three year warranty is technically a two year warranty. Now I realize this is not an uncommon practice, however I was sold this as a full-on BB warranty from the start; that they would handle all the communications necessary to take care of me throughout the three year warranty term. That I would never need to talk to anyone but them for any issues that might arise. This is absolutely not the case. Buyer beware.

I was inquiring about getting away from cable. The young man talked me through all the options I asked about so I could make the choice best for my family. No pressure, didn't try to win me over on any particular brand or service. It was greatly appreciated
The associate Travis said my girlfriend couldn't trade in a laptop even though it met all the specs it asked for on the website because the RAM wasn't "upgradeable" keep in mind it had a 2GB and 4GB stick making 6GB total. I wasn't with so I couldn't talk any sense in to him, she tried to but gave up after insisting several times it was upgradeable (as if that even matters, all it asked was that it was at least 6GB to trade in, no where does it say it needs to have the option to add more but whatever). When she got home I took the 2GB stick out and replaced it with a 4GB out of my current laptop, so it had 2 4GB sticks, we booted it up and it said 8GB total. So how is that not upgradeable? We sold it for more on Bisman later anyway but wasted her time and put a bad taste in both of our mouths all because the associate didn't know what he was talking about, thanks again Travis. TL:DR - Employee in charge of knowing what a laptop trade in is worth doesn't even know computer basics.
This store is decent sized with most of the products offered in store. However the customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes you have to wait for the employees to finish talking amongst themselves while you stand there in line waiting. I’ve spent thousands at this location alone and have been a long time customer. I should never have to wait when there is not a line.
After standing around 10 minutes or so waiting for someone to help me. He took me to the area looked then said lets go ask this other person. She then took me to the same place and then told me they do not have what i was looking for. She then tells me to go online to Amazon and order it from them. The second star is for her suggesting that. Thanks for the help. Guess i will be shopping on Amazon from now on.

They did the best the could to help us with our car stereo conversion without installing it for us. They took the time to look and directed us to another store that had what we needed. They did a great job!
They have young guys (30s)waiting at the door to help old people who are stupid (50s) about which phone cords and chargers or whatever you need. They don't talk down their nose at you like your company's computer guy does. I'm 58 (in human years.)

He found everything we needed in like 5 minutes checked us out all while training someone and answering questions on his headset. Best Buy made a corporate decision to offer refunds for items returned within 15 days of purchase. All purchases returned outside of that Best But may offer customer store credit. I tried to return a gift I recieved yesterday but purchased 25 days ago. The box had not been opened and was as if it had just been removed from Best Buys shelves. Best Buys selections were slim to none leaving me no option that was not slated without an inconvenience to myself the customer. Every offer was in Best Buys best interest not customer satisfaction. "Best Buyers beware!"
Went in to buy a Switch and about 6 games. Asked for assistance. No one helped after about 10 minutes of asking. They were not busy. About 10 employees standing around and no more than 3 customers. Went down the street to Target and spent about $800 there instead. Poor store management cost them a current sale, and my future business.
Sent us home with the wrong monitor. 30 mile round trip.

I enjoyed my visit and got some good deals. The lady at the cashier was very nice. I think they have a great business model. The parking lot looks full but when you get inside it doesn't seem as full.
I wish google maps would have separate categories for places like this and restaurants because their movie selection was top notch. They had movies that I haven't seen in stores for quite awhile so that was awesome but that's it. The service was okay. We were profiled based on how we were dressed while in the store. Every five seconds there was an associate asking if we were finding everything alright especially once I was holding a couple of movies that we decided not to buy. The store was clean and had a really good selection of kitchen appliances. It's in a good location in the strip mall with a huge parking lot. All in all it was okay.
The information I got from the Intel rep and the HP rep was paramount. Kudos to you.

Pretty standard Best Buy store, good selection, fairly helpful employees. I had to knock it down to 4 stars because no one could find an item that they definitely had in stock. After being told they didn't have the item, I ordered it on the Best Buy app for store pickup and they magically found it within 20 minutes. Other than that one item they have been great.

Best Best buy I have been to. Helpful associates that actually approach and ask to help. Not pushy. Knowledgeable without making the shopper feel stupid. Inventory was great and if out is something more than willing to find in another store or to order and get it to you fast. Service oriented..not just there to hang out and get a check. Had everything I needed and was in and out and happy.
Prices are ALMOST as good as the Exchange during their "Sale Season".
very disappointed. I tried to return a printer that wouldnt work. I had my receipt and the extra warranty protection. all they would is give me a store credit for the printer. the printer was only 3 weeks old. i ended up gettibg another one at Walmart.
Walked in to buy a new laptop. Knew what i wanted, but walked around comparing with other laptops., 3 employees walking around, 2 talking to each other within 20 feet, not one approached us at all. What happened to this place ? Change the name to Walmart
Great sales a lot of the time. Open box is usually very abundant. The staff is very knowledgeable. The downside is the installation prices. To hang my tv they tried to charge 200.00 for the plan that includes everything like internet and other issues but still that is extremely expensive. I still shop here often but I do not buy the plan. They give me a tax free card just for the store so I can use it online which is awesome.

Its a nice size store and has many offerings. Finding parking may be bit difficult being close to center town.. but plenty of parking available in front of store and around the building..found the staff helpful locating things.not much to complain during the 2 visits recently
prior to moving to warwick i called ahead after buying total tech, and asked if they could work with my model of bmw, they said yes. i schedule an appointment a month out and purchased what i needed. when i arrived i went to best buy 3 times and no one was ever in the auto tech bay. the day of my appointment i showed up and again no one was there. i left and came back again, and no one was there. i walked to the geek squad area and talked to some manager with a beard, he explained someone was hurt, and i should have been called. i wasn't, nor did they email me. he called me the next day and we scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks later, saying 2 techs will be in that day. my appointment was may 22, and i show up, and again the bay is closed. i go in and ask, and the guy says the techs were no shows, and that he tried calling me. he didn't call. i showed him my phone. i will not go back to this place and strongly encourage others to look at other shops. i bought the total tech package, and so far it's been a total headache.

Honestly, just order from Amazon, if you don’t know 100% what you’re looking for, you aren’t going to get help here. They are never on the floor, the products they stock suit on the shelf too long so they have to make sure the average cost is $100.00 so they have no selection. For instance to mount my kids 32” TV I wanted a full motion mount, they had one choice for $90.00. Now if I’m mounting a 55” TV 30lbs I might look to spend that, but I am not going to spend that for a 10lb 32” TV. Amazon $20. I needed a game system not stocked on reachable shelves, waited 25 min for someone who never showed up, went home ordered from Amazon for $10 off waited two days to my door... go to Amazon.

I compare every electronics place to Service Merchandise. Nobody has yet to measure up. BB is not bad but the sales team either jump on you before you hit the dept or you have to hunt them down and it's way to expensive to get something repaired there
Ordered a tv for memorial day... had the delivery set up for a couple days later... delivery window changed 4x without notice(I only know bc I was constantly checking info online so basically it ranged from 12-8pm) , tv was finally delivered and the box was slightly damaged... didn't really worry about it too much but when I opened the tv and set everything up, I took off the protective coverings and the screen had been shattered. I called the 800 number and was told I had to go into the store to set up delivery of a new tv and removal of the old one....I tried calling the best buy near me and after 20 minutes on hold I hung up and drove about a half hour to the closest best buy only to be told they couldn't help me and to come back tomorrow bc the computer needs to update my order status...I don't think I'll be purchasing from best buy again. This has been a terrible experience and a huge waste of time.

Clean, well staffed store. Good pricing and rewards programs but local geek squad is terrible. Charged extra & never fixed a delivery setup issue on my combo LG OLED surround sound where they cremped and rounded my power cable. Never heard back from mgr or tech to resolve.
I just bought a new windows software for my laptop price was 140$ and Amazon was selling the same thing for 120$. So, they did matching price. Was my 1st time see matching price, so I like it

Staff is always super helpful, but if your not sure where something is might be best to go up front and ask. I find it's hard to find available staff to help make sure your getting the right product. However this also means they are willing to take time with you wjen it's your turn and don't throw you into an area. They always want to make sure your comfortable with where they left you and what you found.
I like Best Buy for the tech expertise of the sales staff. I bought an Asus tablet there and needed a little tech assistance. The sales guy showed me what I needed to know on a floor sample. I bought some other needed items, too.
I’m a 4-year best buy vet, from 2009 to 2013. I was part of the Connected Store demo in the Pittsburgh market. I was a Rep 2, worked in Geek Squad, Home Theater, and then HBG Supervisor. I’ve been in dozens of Best Buy stores. I have never been more frustrated trying to get help and then with my help than I have at this location and the River Gate location. Today, I waited in the Computers department for more than 15 minutes. During that time, I saw a Customer Service associate and Best Buy Mobile associate with customers. Otherwise, the other 3 or 4 employees were grouped together talking. After all of that waiting, I asked the group if someone worked in Computers, and someone came to help me. His name was Max, and he didn’t sell to me, but asked “you know what you want?” No other questions. I genuinely hate going to Best Buy in Charlotte.

I've been standing in the auto audio section for 30 minutes and I can't get anyone to help me. All I want to do is buy a stereo and get it installed. Three guys have went looking for someone who works in this section but can't find anyone needs I guess.
I ALWAYS have a hard time getting assistance at these places. I asked an employee for help and he turned to another employee who was already helping someone. He felt it was more important to rearrange the phones in the case rather than help a customer. Took me 15 mins. to just get something out of a case.
Good place to go if you cannot wait for Amazon to deliver what you need... A little more pricey then online but if you need it now, you need it now...
It's not a very big Best Buy, but it has all the things that you need. I have been there quite a few times with the kids checking out the latest gear when I'm going over to Trader Joes. And had a great time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I haven't had any issues with them. Keep your eyes peeled for open box items to, you can find some great deals on some returned items.

Wasn’t informed that the geek squad has separate hours than Best Buy, hence it is in the same store. I’ve done business here in the past and don’t have much intention on going back

This is a chain, so you pretty much know what you're getting from a product perspective. I always do my diligence and review studying at home before coming in, so I rarely ever need much assistance. But I will say that the sales crews are generally good about not bothering you if you tell then you're good and just browsing, which is a plus. We've bought our fridge, tv, and several small household electronics here. The service is generally good.
The store (Bismarck, North Dakota location) was a typical beat buy with friendly and seemingly helpful staff. However, I took my wife in to see if they had an unlocked Pixel 3 since she needed a new phone and had decided to try that. I was told they didn't have any in stock and being from Minot, ND I asked if they could look and see if that Best Buy location had any in stock. The sales associate told me they didn't and asked if I wanted him to order one for me, which I declined. Later that night at my house in Minot I looked on Best Buy's website and low and behold the Minot location did have one in stock. Not very impressed to say the least.

The store layout is different than what I am used to from other Best Buy stores but still really clean and organized.

One of the best experiences I’ve had! My iPhone 6s had almost completely died so I was getting a new phone. Worked with Gabe R and he was absolutely fantastic. The whole process took about 2 hours between passwords and getting a new plan and transfers and he was so patient and funny and just overall so beyond helpful. Definitely recommend going here you won’t be disappointed!
This was not one of Bestbuy's finest moments. Their message indicated that my online order was ready, but when I arrived for pickup they couldn't locate the item After looking for 15 minutes, they determined that the item was returned to the warehouse in their cart because it was overlooked. Another five minutes or so and they brought it out to the counter. When the pickup person was available she finally gave me the item. I am glad to have it, but I hope they do better next time. My advice is only buy big things so the guy can find it in his cart...
I wasted my time with the Geek Squad. I’m sorry that I drove 45 minutes for my scheduled appointment and the person taking care of me had absolutely no personality nor manners. That’s why I have no name to post. She didn’t introduce herself and appeared bothered that I was there. She didn’t look up the notes that were taken by Apple as Apple assured me they would. She quickly diagnosed 1 of my phone’s issues & sent me on my way. I felt like she was rushing to be done to get back to whatever she was doing when I entered. Plus I feel companies should have rules on gum chewing.

Employees there don’t care. I was looking to buy a coffee maker/grinder/etc., so I walked around the department with the appliance in my hand looking for an employee. There were 4-5 employees sitting at the pick up desk doing nothing, when I walked towards them they all looked away or scattered. I found someone else and asked for assistance, they said someone else will help me. 15 minutes later with no help, I walked out. Luckily Bed Bath & Beyond is around the corner. Bad experience.

They don't care. The service hear is terrible. They don't answer their phone. If they do, they hang up on you. If you go their looking for a product the staff will simply ignore you or simply be unwilling to help. I'm amazed this store is still in business with this kind of poor service. Their car audio is the worst. The installers don't know anything about the equipment and their installs are sloppy.

Had glasses, worked in the cell phone area. So extremely helpful - really made what can be a difficult trip to the store very painless.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY TYPE OF INSURANCE THROUGH BEST BUY!!!! i bought the 2 year insurance plan for my phone last year and they took my money for it but only gave me the 1 year plan. Took me days of fighting with them to realize they messed up! Then when my phone breaks i called and they said to wait until the galaxy s9,s10 series come out so that my deductable would go down, last time i paid $180 for a recycled replacement now after the phones been out for over a year or 2 they RAISED my deductable???? To $190? How does that even make sense. Crooks and unprofessionals. Do not ever buy any insurance through them, they tell you what you want to hear so that you buy it but then flip the script on you. Ill never buy anything from this place ever again which is a shame since ive been shopping here since i was a kid with birthday money....20 years being a loyal customer paying thousands of dollars to be talked to like a child on the phone, saying the price went up because its a thousand dollar phone....funny their online price is half that now so raise the deductable for that money difference the need to try and make up. I work for a remodeling relocation company and we purchase daily for setting up model homes with electronics but this business in general just lost a big customer. Wal marts better

What can I say about this Bestbuy besides make sure you do an instore pickup if you plan to buy something. Cause if it's not on the shelf, or you need someone to get so.ething for you itll take 30 minutes before you have to ask one of the 15 people standing around by the phones for help.

Did some online research on indoor security cameras to monitor my wifes older parents. Went to Bestbuy to talk to someone in person. Had the privilege to be assisted by a young whose first name was Evan. His badge indicated he was a sales team leader. He answered all my questions and actually pointed me in the right direction on what system to purchase. Took it home and it was so easy to install just like I was told. Works great the the video is awesome. Thank you Evan.
Cashier was very nice. The rest of the staff will sit and talk amongst themselves while they see you searching for something. Management does not follow policies regarding price matching and when you tell a child you will honor a price, send them to dig through 4 boxes then find an excuse suck as one missing letter in an item to not sell it to them its disgusting. Then sit there and watch a child heartbroken and still say next to people in line. Wtd
I've had pretty good success at this location. There is one guy mid 20's with short blondish hair in computers that is very knowledgeable, and the guys in magnolia are helpful as well. I wish they would price match better though. Some employees/mgrs are more helpful than others.

Nice, neat, tidy and clean. Shelves were well stocked in the departments I was in. Help was abundant but not overbearing.
Staff was extremely helpful, fast and pleasant. After the item I was looking for was sold out on the selves the employee looked in several places in the back for me, then called another store for me to have the item I needed pulled off the shelf and placed on hold for me so I could get exactly what I needed without waiting at the other location. Even though this location was sold out of what I needed (to be expected in any store around the holidays) they went above and beyond to make sure I could get exactly what I was looking for so they definitely deserve 5 stars☆☆☆☆☆
Sometimes staff forget when customers are around, hello them. They figured it out eventually. Once we had their attention they were very knowledgeable. Management would be proud of them for trying to sell me an alternative when what I needed was out of stock, but what they showed me meant more apps on my phone. No thanks!

Other then their continued lack of stock and carying of the products I'm looking to purchase they are very helpful on the items I have purchased of the years. Great staff, though I get asked at least 10 times by staff if I'm doing ok; I'm fine, I want a button that says I'm fine the first time in asked so I don't have to deal with the constant interruptions while reading about a product.

Ignorant. Was planning on purchasing a car audio system,the employees were so rude literally just chatting amongst each other. I just wanted to know if the radio and speakers were compatible with my car. Should say thanks now I'm gonna keep the 300 in my pocket cause I will not be back.
Received prompt service from a representative that seemed to be into what he was doing so he knew what he was selling. I feel like he got me what I needed and not what he wanted to sell me. I am happy with my experience and would not hesitate to send anyone in to get whatever electronics they needed.

This store is decent sized with most of the products offered in store. However the customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes you have to wait for the employees to finish talking amongst themselves while you stand there in line waiting. I’ve spent thousands at this location alone and have been a long time customer. I should never have to wait when there is not a line.
Good store w/ lots of selection. Staff really try to help you find what you're looking for - check shelves, check computer, find other local store that has what you're looking for. Just one flaw - help is scarce in areas like appliances and you have to wait to be helped. Other areas seemed to be better staffed.

Went in looking for a go pro but wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. The associate Tony helped me out and I found the go pro I wanted and was able to explain the differences between each and also helped me with accessories. Best Best buy I have been to. Helpful associates that actually approach and ask to help. Not pushy. Knowledgeable without making the shopper feel stupid. Inventory was great and if out is something more than willing to find in another store or to order and get it to you fast. Service oriented..not just there to hang out and get a check. Had everything I needed and was in and out and happy.
Walked in to buy a new laptop. Knew what i wanted, but walked around comparing with other laptops., 3 employees walking around, 2 talking to each other within 20 feet, not one approached us at all. What happened to this place ? Change the name to Walmart

Bought brand new Apple laptop and just stop working and mown i have to pay for repairs and Best Buy won’t do anything.
prior to moving to warwick i called ahead after buying total tech, and asked if they could work with my model of bmw, they said yes. i schedule an appointment a month out and purchased what i needed. when i arrived i went to best buy 3 times and no one was ever in the auto tech bay. the day of my appointment i showed up and again no one was there. i left and came back again, and no one was there. i walked to the geek squad area and talked to some manager with a beard, he explained someone was hurt, and i should have been called. i wasn't, nor did they email me. he called me the next day and we scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks later, saying 2 techs will be in that day. my appointment was may 22, and i show up, and again the bay is closed. i go in and ask, and the guy says the techs were no shows, and that he tried calling me. he didn't call. i showed him my phone. i will not go back to this place and strongly encourage others to look at other shops. i bought the total tech package, and so far it's been a total headache.
Unless you know exactly what you want when it comes to electronics, it may be wise to purchase from a brick and mortar store to see and test drive the product in person. Best Buy is the place to do this. It's also easier to return merchandise at a brick and mortar store. The variety is great.... now.... if I can only find a sales clerk to help me. Two stars off for invisible (or too busy) help staff - no way to ask questions. There are usuall a few very knowledgeable sales folk here, but many of them don't know what they are talking about.
I compare every electronics place to Service Merchandise. Nobody has yet to measure up. BB is not bad but the sales team either jump on you before you hit the dept or you have to hunt them down and it's way to expensive to get something repaired there

Staff is always super helpful, but if your not sure where something is might be best to go up front and ask. I find it's hard to find available staff to help make sure your getting the right product. However this also means they are willing to take time with you wjen it's your turn and don't throw you into an area. They always want to make sure your comfortable with where they left you and what you found.
Good place to go if you cannot wait for Amazon to deliver what you need... A little more pricey then online but if you need it now, you need it now...

This is a chain, so you pretty much know what you're getting from a product perspective. I always do my diligence and review studying at home before coming in, so I rarely ever need much assistance. But I will say that the sales crews are generally good about not bothering you if you tell then you're good and just browsing, which is a plus. We've bought our fridge, tv, and several small household electronics here. The service is generally good.

The people here are always quite helpful. They are authorized by many carriers for cell phones. We have gone here quite a few times for our upgrades as the wait is shorter here than a weekend at our carrier.

Great customer service
Bought a new refrigerator, washer & dryer, and vacuum cleaner today from the Crabtree Store of Best Buy. Percell was the sales consultant that helped. He was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, not pushy and very patient. He also price matched on the items purchased. Prior to stopping at Best Buy today I stopped at Lowe's in Wake Forest. I spent over 30 minutes looking at refrigerators. In that time not a single store employee came to offer help. I ended buying the exact same refrigerator I had liked at Lowe's. At least at Best Buy there was someone to help explain the products and answer my questions and to raise things to consider that I would not have thought of on my own.

I mean... It's a Best Buy. The employees here seem to be fairly knowledgeable in their departments. So this one individually is a good one to go to. Best Buy as a company does pretty well with staying near Amazon on prices.
Best Buy used to be awesome but have slowly slipped a little. Everytime I enter the store and need help, I have to walk to the other side of the store to find someone. The warranty and geek squad protection are still top notch however.
I often shop here and find there the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable.
Two and a half hours to get an iPhone 7. But the lady that helped us was very nice and knowledgeable, they just needed to have more than one person working in that department.
I was a witness to an incident on 11/14/2018 where one of Geek Squads employees parked in a private parking space (posted with a 16x16) NO TRESPASSING and PRIVATE PROPERTY sign. I witnessed the Geek squad employee park there regardless. I then witnessed the owner of this parking spot return home and attempt to locate the person who parked there. The area is very strict on parking so the home owner parked directly behind the geek squad van and honked his horn to attempt to gain attention of the employee. The employee refused to come outside until he was finished so the homeowner was already inside when he exited the building he was working on. I witnessed the home owner simply ask if the employee noticed the private property no tresspassing sign and the employee immediately began berating the home owner stating "what did I hurt your ego since I didn't come outside when you honked?" The homeowner simply asked for the employees name which he refused to give to the homeowner 3 separate times stating "I don't have to give you that" and then in an aggressive and threatening tone the geek squad employee yelled move your truck now stepped towards the homeowner. This is the worst behavior I've ever witnessed from anyone acting on behalf of best buy, geek squad or any professional business. The date this happened was 11/14/2018 and it was truck number 27071. I know the homeowner personally, and the geek squad employee is lucky the homeowner is a veteran and not on active status or that geek squad employee would have his face rearranged. I ask that all who read this review, veteran or not, refuse to shop at best buy or use geek squad from now on due to this individuals behavior. This was also recorded on video and will be given to the local news outlets to ensure this isn't forgotten about, and that the employee doesn't get a chance to do this to another individual in our community. Thank you
Best Buy always has great deals. Even if some one else has it cheaper they will usually price match it within reason. The staff is always friendly and dont push you to buy things you don't need. This is the only place I'll go for my electronics.

I I was originally at home depot in westerly to buy appliances. I was in the store for 25 minutes and nobody came over and no one could be found. I went to Best Buy got all the help I needed. Service with a smile and delivery was great!! I know where I will be going from now on. I should have known I had purchased a smart TV about a year ago from them and they were great. It speaks volumes when a customer is willing to travel 45 minutes to get great service.

I wanted over 20 mins just for someone answere me about a remote start installation schedule. At the end decided not to do it ... 2 weeks waiting time that's crazy I got it installed in the same day by a local shop in one of my vehicles and i still have another one to get installed but later on ... open your eyes big Corp you're losing customers big time.

I visited this store to get a Leap Pad for a friend's son. The Leap Pad series if items are educational, handheld computer devices that you can download games, etc. onto for your child. There are dozens of different products. It can grow with your child well into middle school. Best Buy NO LONGER CARRIES THEM...

Best Buy has had some of the best deals for a few years now, as they attempt to compete with Amazon and not become the next Toys R Us, Radio Shack, etc.
I came in to browse some computer components, I wasn't really expecting to buy anything. I spoke to a few different employees, and asked a few simple questions about price matching. No one could give me a solid answer, and they sent me back and forth between two kiosks for 15 minutes, until they finally asked a manager that said yes. I suppose they were really against price matching, because they were extremely rude and off-putting. I'm a retail manager, and I wasn't about to deal with their attitudes. We gave up and left empty handed.
We got a lot of good advice from employees there. One guy took ten minutes to explain to me the differences in audio systems for TV sets, another helped us out with a new mobile phone subscription. They were both professional and friendly.
Just spent 10 minutes waiting for a sales guy in the tvs. Three of them at the desk. Not one stepped over to answer my questions. In fact not a single employee here said anything to me. Not a greeting, not a word. They to a person shifted to avoid eye contact. Guess where I won't be dropping $1k for a TV this year. You got it.
They now know what a sata power supply is, rather than assuming I'm talking about a hard drive.

Electronic gold mine. They've withstood the test of time for a reason. Computers, CD's, laptops/ desktops, apple items and accessories, Samsung and other android brands, video games, etc.. the geek squad is highly knowledgeable and typically go above and beyond the call of duty with repairs and troubleshooting.
They helped me find the perfect wall speakers to have installed throughout the first floor of my home and now I have beautiful music in every room thanks to the knowledgeable staff who took the time to help me find the right equipment
Overall, great. Can be a little tough getting assistance. Quick with help on large purchases, like TVs, very slow to help with smaller items. Hard to locate automotive accessories. Very high prices compared to online options but if you need it now can be the best option.
Nice place, but surprisingly real limited on other phone accessories. From what I was told they mostly focus more on Samsung and iPhone.

I called and asked if they could fix my computer (it's a server, not a consumer PC). On the phone, they said they would, but when I bought it in, they said they don't fix those.
Would rate a 0 if possible, purchased a phone through the mobile department but when the transaction was complete the employee helping me informed me the store would be responsible for returning my old phone back to verizon. The old phone was never returned and I started receiving messages from verizon stating I was being charged the amount left for the old phone. I called into the store due to being out of state and was told to not worry about it. When I went into the store to speak with the mobile department manager he informed me I was still responsible for the amount owed on the old phone, that there was no other manager to speak with, gave me a number to call. Once I called they informed me it was only support for online purchases. I was given the run around and not given the opportunity to speak with the general manager. Trying to get in touch with higher to inquire about my experience and the mobile department manager Matt. Avoid this store if possible.
Reasonable price, good service!
This particular Best Buy is feeling like a store filled with Walmart workers that don't know anything or care to help you. When checking out... The guy told me his political views and that he is a Canadian citizen, calling his green card his "Trump card", so he could get out whenever he wants... Whatever your political stance, dissing the President of the United States during the President's Day sale is just terribly bad form.

Good service, easy pickup and returns. I've purchased numerous electronics/phones/appliances/games and have had minimal issues. There are occasional hiccups like a used item package and sold as new merchandise. I've had this happen twice but the customer service have always handled the issue without any problems. Just wish Best Buy would check some of their returns a little better before putting them back on the shelves as if it were brand new from the manufacturer. Other than that I've had excellent experiences even with phone purchase/activations.

I like Best Buy, they will price match any item and they have good customer service. Beats going to Walmart ANY day. I appreciate the protection plans(though they're a little pricey). The plans are excellent when something goes wrong and they will replace the product with no hassles. They never haggle with returns, they will allow you to bring it back, even if it's been opened. I prefer Best Buy over Walmart, and most times, Amazon. I do wish they had a wider range of brands and selections.

I go only if I have to. I avoid whenever I can. Its chaos in the store. Zero customer service for checking stock our help with questions on their products over the phone. If I need computer repair, there’s definitely better places for customer service and no chaos. How do they stay in business? Would not recommend but you already know that without reading this review

Went in the other day to purchase video games for the kids. It was slow because they had just opened the doors so the staff was ON IT. We had 6 people ask if we needed help in less than 10 minutes time. Yes, that can be annoying and it was. Especially since one of the employees directly watched us say "no thanks" to another staff member before walking over to ask again, lol.. but the fact that they even care to ask if we needed help was nice. We were greeted when we entered and told to have a nice day when we left. And the cashier was kind and patient with us. Thanks!
I had a coupon to recycle an old printer for $$ towards purchasing a new printer. They didn't have the printer I wanted (and listed on the coupon) so the manager upgraded me to a newer model! I would buy from Best Buy again.

Got what I needed but Best Buy is changing. I guess they are trying to keep up with modern shopping trends while trying to maintaining a brick and mortar presence as well. They have numerous items that I am not familiar with. Staff is friendly and willing to explain things to us old folks. Maybe, it's me who isn't keeping up with the times. I liked the old Best Buy stores better. Kudos to Best Buy for trying to keep up though.

Purchased an amazing laptop from this Best Buy if you weeks ago, one of the keys fell off. When I went back I thought I was gonna have an issue since it’s past the point of return, however they actually replaced it. Really nice customer service here
I was in this store for over 20 minutes amd it was an hour to close. And, no one assisted me nor acknowledged myself or my company. I hope they pay more attention to customer's especially, if they aren't busy and they have numerous employee's.
The manager went above and beyond to try to fulfill an order I had placed and to find out that they were out of stock of the item i was looking for. She called several stores to find the product and even offered to pick it up for me. I would definitely return to this store for future purchases.

Horrible customer service 20 minutes at this locations to purchase a MacBook Pro and could not get a sales representative to even acknowledge I existed. Ask to speak to a manage and was told both were busy. Could have been more than 15 customers. No wonder sales suffer. Attempted to shop local, guess I should have just used Amazon.

Never been unsatisfied here,and never had buyers remorse. Customer service is generally excellent and they are will to work with you on alot of return issues you might have. Best buy is always a little expensive but if you can find a good sale they price match and are dont give you any grief if you have questions or seek to obtain more knowledge on a product before purchasing. Definitely recommend the moore best buy over others, it tends to be less busy and alot friendlier staff.
I dont know what it is, but in every best buy I've been to to handle mobile stuff has ALWAYS messed up something. This last time was the worst. Very inexperienced person who screwed everything up from the beginning when trying to switch carriers. And because of her mess up, we had to come back and someone else had to fix it. It was so bad, it took that person a few hours. Grant it, the 2nd person that helped was fabulous but it doesnt make up for all the trouble we had to endure.
My girlfriend was trying on GPS watches here over the weekend. She accidentally left her current Samsung watch on the counter. When she realized it an hour or so later she called the store who reported they had not seen it. We went back to the store and sure enough her phone linked up with her watch. Only to discover we could not find it anywhere in the small radius that her phone picked it up. A number of employees looked around and check cabinets. No luck. They checked the security feed but it could not give them enough detail to see who might have picked it up. So the number one big box electronics store in the nation doesn't have a sufficient security camera system to watch their store? My guess is that an employee likely picked it up and pocketed it or put it in a place no one would look so they could recover it later. If it had been another consumer they would of left the store with it and we would not have picked up the signal. The store personnel stated there was nothing they could do even though the watch is obviously there. I usually really like shopping at Best Buy, but I won't be back to the Harrisburg store again. Disappointed in their customer service.

I bought a screen protector that fell off within two days. Had it replaced and two days later it fell off again. I had my phone and my electronic receipt but could not get a refund because I don't have the screen protector. I don't have it because it fell off. I was told that it is just like buying a TV and it got stolen. I couldn't go back with the empty box and expect a refund. I don't see the similarity between a TV in the house and a defective screen protector. The assistant manager told me that even though I was difficult, he would work with me and give me 50% off a different product. I took it but I am all done with Best Buy. Especially because of the TV comparison.

I visited Best Buy yesterday to pick up a replacement for my damaged cell phone. I can't say enough about the top notch service I received from my CSR Trevor. He spent almost two hours with me, configuring my new phone. He made sure all my contacts, pictures and apps we're transferred. Highly recommended!!!

Computer sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was looking at the open box laptops because that was the best bang for my dollar. He wanted me to look at the pixel book which he said was $799 on sale . I opted for that great deal usually priced a t $999 . He proceeded to ring me out only to realize he had made a mistake and that was last week's sale price that the price had not been changed. He went ahead called a manager who approved the sale . Great service

Fast service and friendly. By the time I walked to the front of the store, my item was out of the warehouse and waiting for me in the front of the store. I saw a deep freezer online and went right to the store, paid and picked up.

I was on a mission when I entered this store. I knew exactly what I wanted and walked directly to that aisle. As soon as I got there I was asked if I needed help. I said, "No thanks." No more than 30 seconds later another employee asked the same question and when I responded the same way he stood there pretending to look at the items on the shelf right next to me. It was very awkward. I didn't realize that I looked so shady to you Best Buy. It's kind of insulting when you make it so obvious. I won't be back in this location and may just do all my shopping online from now on. Best Buy is convenience and that's all. I'll suffer two day Amazon shipping to avoid this treatment again.
Terrible customer service. Purchased items at the beginning of October tried to return one item November 1st got told it was passed the 15 day return policy. Now I sit and have to wait for someone in corporate to say whether I can get my money back for something I didn’t use. My other option was to try and resell it myself. How is this at all helping the customer but if I was a Best Buy Elite Member then I would have 30-45 days. This is stupid. Way to punish a loyal customer. I can say I will never purchase another item from your company and I will never refer you to anyone else.
Terrible time trying to get somebody to answer the phone today. Had to drive over there to get a yes or no answer in the answer was no. A 10-second phone call would have saved me the trip. 15 minutes on hold the first time 12 minutes on hold the second time when I got there I asked the manager they said they had a call center. Get your customer service together that's why. On a positive note Crystal at Geek Squad is great. Knowledgeable friendly very helpful

Always have a huge selection of items. The nintendo rep that was there was really nice to my son and could tell he was shy and asked if he'd like a pin and hat. The associates always acknowledge your presence and ask if you need assistance.

Rail against big box stores all you want, but our local Best Buy has always done us right. They are very willing to help us locate good deals and ways to save money. The staff is knowledgeable (unlike Fry's where they read the side of the box to you as their "expertise"). And having The Geek Squad in the store is really handy for questions and computer problems. The staff is willing to help without being pushy. Yay, Best Buy. Keep up the good work.
Love Best Buy. What people forget is that they'll match most anyone's prices. Even if they dont have it, they can can usually get it within two/three days. I buy all my appliances/TVs here, because they'll match or beat anyone.
Way over priced on everything but the service was great
Service was excellent--one of the guys there even gave me a detailed explanation about a sale as well. I had to return an item that same day, and customer service made it an absolute breeze; so much better than the Blakeney location which is a bit more convenient in my commute.

This location has very friendly, helpful staff. Also, unlike some electronics locations, there wasn't heavy bass flooding the sales floor. I have a medical condition that keeps me away from bass due to pain it inflicts, and am wary of stores like this but had to pick something up. I was very pleasantly surprised and stayed to shop longer than I planned. Great shopping experience

Need to look into hiring more knowledgeable employees, investing in third party training, or teach them to at least read the item specs on the box instead of fumbling through their phone to get on Google. Do your research before shopping here, you'll be more informed than the floor staff.
Great customer service! I was in the store for a total of about 15 minutes. I was greeted by multiple employees and each was good about leaving me to browse after I declined assistance. When I did have questions, a rep was easy to find and seemed happy to drop what he was doing; even assisting me all the way through the check-out process. He took the time to offer the insurance on my product and credit card promo but didnt feel excessive. Very smooth process!

Bought a phone here a week ago. Some of the staff was friendly but mostly acted like helping me was a waste of time since I wasn't buying the latest most expensive phone. Heck no one could even tell me anything about the phones unless they were Samsung or I phones!
Gave up shopping at regular retail for my electronics because of knowledge and helpful staff at this location. Gave us online prices too. 15 minutes in and out with exactly what I needed.
Calling this store and getting someone on the phone is like ramming my head into a brick wall for 5 hours. Each and every time it takes at LEAST 30 to 45 mintues for an employee to answer. You cannot be THAT BUSY. Just ridiculous.

I will never return to this place. I was accused of shoplifting. I was in the restroom at the same time as a shoplifter and he left the package that the product was in in the stall next to me and a employee came in and saw it after he left. The police came and after they looked at camera footage saw that there was no way I could have carried the item in the restroom. I was so embarrassed. The store did not do anything to make it up to me. Do not go to the restroom there if you go.
I've been here a few times now and have had generally positive experiences. Most recently, I went looking for a dash cam. While I ultimately decided to get one online, the guy I spoke to (I don't remember his name) did a fantastic job of telling me all about them and what options were out there. He didn't try to sell anything to me. Plus, there's a lot of other cool stuff here, so it's only a matter of time before I come back!

Always helpful explaining things especially things with technology. Like Computers , Copiers ,TV's ,Phones ! They take their time patiently explaining and helping you with things ! Then there is Geek Squad who is helpful. I used to go to the Verizon Store for help with my phones. No more I go to Best Buy to buy them and a couple times a week to get help with the phones. It is just me I am VERY VERY VERY BAD WHEN IT COMES TO UNDERSTANDING ANY THING INVOLVING TECHNOLOGY. I REALY NEED HELP WITH THOSE THINGS AND THEY ARE THE MOST PATIENT KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE AND KNOW HOW TO GET ME TO UNDERSTAND. LOVE BEST BUY !

Ok so my husband and I spent probably a good hour here. We were just browsing. We checked out the cell phones. I have a galaxy s9+ and I'm due for an upgrade so I asked if the pixel was an upgrade. He said no because even though the camera is better the phone itself isnt. Loved that honesty. I use my phone alot for photos as well as emails/business. So I looked at galaxy 10 and that's probably where I will wind up. Then I wandered back to laptops were my husband was. Another person checked if we needed help (good job) :) , but we were just poking around. We then walked over to our favorite section ...TVS. we have a 65 inch and were hoping the 77' oled TVs were on display but not yet :( . The guy showed us the 65 inch oled which was nice but honestly for oled its either go big or not at all. Overall not a bad afternoon.
Try calling them. I've tried numerous times to ask a question but no answer... seriously try calling. Worst customer service ever. Adam the manager didn't help at all...I actually came in to the store to ask why no one answers the phone...he clearly stated they are not their to answer phone questions....only for customers who shop in the store?!?! Go to Amazon. This is the worst place to get help

Went through the struggle of getting an unlocked galaxy s9+ which was a big move, as well as switching prepaid carriers and transferring my number and everything. I can't remember her name at the moment but the employee that helped me was very patient and made sure everything was 100% set up before I even left the counter. After a long day, she helped turn it around.

I went to Best Buy to look at computers for my daughter for college. The staff as wonderful and the sales man really took the time to explain to me what gigs and rams and other things I don’t understand that she will need for her computer. I was looking at the high end lap tips and he said for that she will be doing on the lap top she didn’t need all the features from the high end computers. I have purchased my lap top from this store and their Geek Squad people are fabulous. Great customer services all around.

It's a typical best buy store. The employees here were actually very helpful and patient. I had ordered something online for pick up and it was floating around the store somewhere. One of the guys spent about 15 minutes tracking it down since it was the last one available.
If I could give this Best Buy zero stars I would. Totally unprofessional and unhelpful. I'm not one who believes the customer is always right, but the managers' blatant disregard for customer service is a appalling. I recently went to Best Buy, spent over $300, and then was unable to return or exchange it when it turned out to be a faulty product. Terrible customer service.

I was a witness to an incident on 11/14/2018 where one of Geek Squads employees parked in a private parking space (posted with a 16x16) NO TRESPASSING and PRIVATE PROPERTY sign. I witnessed the Geek squad employee park there regardless. I then witnessed the owner of this parking spot return home and attempt to locate the person who parked there. The area is very strict on parking so the home owner parked directly behind the geek squad van and honked his horn to attempt to gain attention of the employee. The employee refused to come outside until he was finished so the homeowner was already inside when he exited the building he was working on. I witnessed the home owner simply ask if the employee noticed the private property no tresspassing sign and the employee immediately began berating the home owner stating "what did I hurt your ego since I didn't come outside when you honked?" The homeowner simply asked for the employees name which he refused to give to the homeowner 3 separate times stating "I don't have to give you that" and then in an aggressive and threatening tone the geek squad employee yelled move your truck now stepped towards the homeowner. This is the worst behavior I've ever witnessed from anyone acting on behalf of best buy, geek squad or any professional business. The date this happened was 11/14/2018 and it was truck number 27071. I know the homeowner personally, and the geek squad employee is lucky the homeowner is a veteran and not on active status or that geek squad employee would have his face rearranged. I ask that all who read this review, veteran or not, refuse to shop at best buy or use geek squad from now on due to this individuals behavior. This was also recorded on video and will be given to the local news outlets to ensure this isn't forgotten about, and that the employee doesn't get a chance to do this to another individual in our community. Thank you

I I was originally at home depot in westerly to buy appliances. I was in the store for 25 minutes and nobody came over and no one could be found. I went to Best Buy got all the help I needed. Service with a smile and delivery was great!! I know where I will be going from now on. I should have known I had purchased a smart TV about a year ago from them and they were great. It speaks volumes when a customer is willing to travel 45 minutes to get great service.

Got to the register with a tiny clearance purchase and the cashier Mo, treated us like we had a million dollar purchase. His excellent customer service skills were top notch. He even asked my son if he was interested in applying for a job there. KUDOS to Best Buy for having a great team in place tonight!
Good customer service but these young people don't think that seniors may not understand all the technical terms. I was very interested in the item but didn't understand how it works, when the clerk finished explaining. I was totally confused and I no longer wanted the item. I will not embarrass by shopping here again.

I visited this store to get a Leap Pad for a friend's son. The Leap Pad series if items are educational, handheld computer devices that you can download games, etc. onto for your child. There are dozens of different products. It can grow with your child well into middle school. Best Buy NO LONGER CARRIES THEM...
I came in to browse some computer components, I wasn't really expecting to buy anything. I spoke to a few different employees, and asked a few simple questions about price matching. No one could give me a solid answer, and they sent me back and forth between two kiosks for 15 minutes, until they finally asked a manager that said yes. I suppose they were really against price matching, because they were extremely rude and off-putting. I'm a retail manager, and I wasn't about to deal with their attitudes. We gave up and left empty handed.
We got a lot of good advice from employees there. One guy took ten minutes to explain to me the differences in audio systems for TV sets, another helped us out with a new mobile phone subscription. They were both professional and friendly.

So many great Black Friday deals. Often long lines to pay but staff were nothing but supportive. Offer opinions and best deals. Were more than happy to give me space to think about the options before buying what suited me. Very good store
I called and asked if they could fix my computer (it's a server, not a consumer PC). On the phone, they said they would, but when I bought it in, they said they don't fix those.
Would rate a 0 if possible, purchased a phone through the mobile department but when the transaction was complete the employee helping me informed me the store would be responsible for returning my old phone back to verizon. The old phone was never returned and I started receiving messages from verizon stating I was being charged the amount left for the old phone. I called into the store due to being out of state and was told to not worry about it. When I went into the store to speak with the mobile department manager he informed me I was still responsible for the amount owed on the old phone, that there was no other manager to speak with, gave me a number to call. Once I called they informed me it was only support for online purchases. I was given the run around and not given the opportunity to speak with the general manager. Trying to get in touch with higher to inquire about my experience and the mobile department manager Matt. Avoid this store if possible.
When you have no one to check you out on Saturday afternoon...!? And employees just looking at us... for good long minute... had to talk to customer service to buy something. It’s hard to give more stars

Good service, easy pickup and returns. I've purchased numerous electronics/phones/appliances/games and have had minimal issues. There are occasional hiccups like a used item package and sold as new merchandise. I've had this happen twice but the customer service have always handled the issue without any problems. Just wish Best Buy would check some of their returns a little better before putting them back on the shelves as if it were brand new from the manufacturer. Other than that I've had excellent experiences even with phone purchase/activations.

Best buy stores in general are good, but that specific store has very bad customer service. We stopped for more than 50 minutes waiting for someone not to give an advice about a smart watch and they never did, so we had to go to another store to buy it.

Went in the other day to purchase video games for the kids. It was slow because they had just opened the doors so the staff was ON IT. We had 6 people ask if we needed help in less than 10 minutes time. Yes, that can be annoying and it was. Especially since one of the employees directly watched us say "no thanks" to another staff member before walking over to ask again, lol.. but the fact that they even care to ask if we needed help was nice. We were greeted when we entered and told to have a nice day when we left. And the cashier was kind and patient with us. Thanks!
I had a coupon to recycle an old printer for $$ towards purchasing a new printer. They didn't have the printer I wanted (and listed on the coupon) so the manager upgraded me to a newer model! I would buy from Best Buy again.
Quick friendly service but didn't have what we were looking for
Went looking for a computer but was not quite sure as to which one. Mac or windows. Finally decided on a Dell 2 in 1 XPS. So far I am very satisfied with the product. The associates were very helpful but not pushy. Would definitely buy there again.
Got what I needed but Best Buy is changing. I guess they are trying to keep up with modern shopping trends while trying to maintaining a brick and mortar presence as well. They have numerous items that I am not familiar with. Staff is friendly and willing to explain things to us old folks. Maybe, it's me who isn't keeping up with the times. I liked the old Best Buy stores better. Kudos to Best Buy for trying to keep up though.
The manager went above and beyond to try to fulfill an order I had placed and to find out that they were out of stock of the item i was looking for. She called several stores to find the product and even offered to pick it up for me. I would definitely return to this store for future purchases.

My girlfriend was trying on GPS watches here over the weekend. She accidentally left her current Samsung watch on the counter. When she realized it an hour or so later she called the store who reported they had not seen it. We went back to the store and sure enough her phone linked up with her watch. Only to discover we could not find it anywhere in the small radius that her phone picked it up. A number of employees looked around and check cabinets. No luck. They checked the security feed but it could not give them enough detail to see who might have picked it up. So the number one big box electronics store in the nation doesn't have a sufficient security camera system to watch their store? My guess is that an employee likely picked it up and pocketed it or put it in a place no one would look so they could recover it later. If it had been another consumer they would of left the store with it and we would not have picked up the signal. The store personnel stated there was nothing they could do even though the watch is obviously there. I usually really like shopping at Best Buy, but I won't be back to the Harrisburg store again. Disappointed in their customer service.

I bought a screen protector that fell off within two days. Had it replaced and two days later it fell off again. I had my phone and my electronic receipt but could not get a refund because I don't have the screen protector. I don't have it because it fell off. I was told that it is just like buying a TV and it got stolen. I couldn't go back with the empty box and expect a refund. I don't see the similarity between a TV in the house and a defective screen protector. The assistant manager told me that even though I was difficult, he would work with me and give me 50% off a different product. I took it but I am all done with Best Buy. Especially because of the TV comparison.

Spoke with workers in the garage regarding automatic car starter. Both employees were very helpful.
When I got to the cash register my credit card account didn't show up when it did the day before at another store. The cashier got the manager who called the credit card company and checked with Best Buy. Since I had to leave I charged it in another card, but they spent a great deal of time trying to resolve the problem. Most places wouldn't have cared, but Best Buy always has great customer service.

I visited Best Buy yesterday to pick up a replacement for my damaged cell phone. I can't say enough about the top notch service I received from my CSR Trevor. He spent almost two hours with me, configuring my new phone. He made sure all my contacts, pictures and apps we're transferred. Highly recommended!!!

We walked right in, were directed to the back to get a door buster (I can't say what it is, because it's a Christmas present for my daughter). One employee told us to stand in a line of about 20 people to get a "number". About 3 minutes later, she came back and said a co-worker was getting us a number and we didn't have to wait in line! Score! 2 seconds later, we were walking up front to get in line to buy our gift. Crazy! We were done in about 10 min total. I have had a bad taste in my mouth from an attempt to by a laptop from Best Buy 7 years ago for my daughter's (then) 16th birthday, that was an extremely bad case of horrible customer service over, and over again. Well, today, Best Buy, you redeemed yourself. I usually don't go out to do Thanksgiving shopping, but I am so glad I did. I will totally go to Best buy again. They were well staffed, and had systems set up to get you in and out quickly. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

He wanted me to look at the pixel book which he said was $799 on sale . I opted for that great deal usually priced a t $999 . He proceeded to ring me out only to realize he had made a mistake and that was last week's sale price that the price had not been changed. He went ahead called a manager who approved the sale . Terrible time trying to get somebody to answer the phone today. Had to drive over there to get a yes or no answer in the answer was no. A 10-second phone call would have saved me the trip. 15 minutes on hold the first time 12 minutes on hold the second time when I got there I asked the manager they said they had a call center. Get your customer service together that's why. On a positive note Crystal at Geek Squad is great. Knowledgeable friendly very helpful
Always have a huge selection of items. The nintendo rep that was there was really nice to my son and could tell he was shy and asked if he'd like a pin and hat. The associates always acknowledge your presence and ask if you need assistance.

Downside: Crabtree Mall (Thunder Road with a PF Changs and SUVs) Upside: It's "Thunder Road" adjacent and I love the "electronics boutique" design to the store. It harkens back to when these stores first opened and meets a need you can't find online: hands-on experience with the items and professional expertise from the staff.

While I ultimately decided to get one online, the guy I spoke to (I don't remember his name) did a fantastic job of telling me all about them and what options were out there. He didn't try to sell anything to me. Plus, there's a lot of other cool stuff here, so it's only a matter of time before I come back!

Always helpful explaining things especially things with technology. Like Computers , Copiers ,TV's ,Phones ! They take their time patiently explaining and helping you with things ! Then there is Geek Squad who is helpful. I used to go to the Verizon Store for help with my phones. No more I go to Best Buy to buy them and a couple times a week to get help with the phones. It is just me I am VERY VERY VERY BAD WHEN IT COMES TO UNDERSTANDING ANY THING INVOLVING TECHNOLOGY. I REALY NEED HELP WITH THOSE THINGS AND THEY ARE THE MOST PATIENT KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE AND KNOW HOW TO GET ME TO UNDERSTAND. LOVE BEST BUY !

Ok so my husband and I spent probably a good hour here. We were just browsing. We checked out the cell phones. I have a galaxy s9+ and I'm due for an upgrade so I asked if the pixel was an upgrade. He said no because even though the camera is better the phone itself isnt. Loved that honesty. I use my phone alot for photos as well as emails/business. So I looked at galaxy 10 and that's probably where I will wind up. Then I wandered back to laptops were my husband was. Another person checked if we needed help (good job) :) , but we were just poking around. We then walked over to our favorite section ...TVS. we have a 65 inch and were hoping the 77' oled TVs were on display but not yet :( . The guy showed us the 65 inch oled which was nice but honestly for oled its either go big or not at all. Overall not a bad afternoon.
Embarrassingly clueless staff. Sent me to the wrong cable, unapologetic for misinformation and wasted time after a returned visit to the store.Then, tried to upsell me on another cable that was also the wrong one. The busiest part of the store was the returns department. There is a reason why this store is going out of business. Don’t waste your time here.

Always have a good experience here. Great price match policy with major online retailers and nothing beats being able to see all the products in the flesh and try for yourself. Return policy is very friendly, especially if you sign up for a rewards account. My return period is 45 days, basically no questions asked. Best Buy will always have my business!

I was in the area and decided to pick up a new iPad Pro from here instead of waiting till I got back across town. However after standing in the Apple section without being greeted for 15 minutes I decided to leave. Upon walking to the front I have 1 person tell me that they will be right with me so I waited another 5 minutes. That turned out to be another waste of time therefore I went to the Verizon store around the corner to purchase.

They don't bug you to much like some stores that I have been to. From my experience best buy sells stuff a little high but not so far off that you wouldn't go here. I hope this helps!

Huge improvement in the customer service I felt. It had been awhile sense I'd been in and always felt over looked and upset that there wasn't any staff interested in helping me. It was the complete opposite and im very pleased in the service that was given this last visit.

This place used to be good for random computer parts when you needed something quick for repairs. Now they've eliminated them from their stock and have forced a lot of small computer shops out of business. Their staff is generally not very knowledgeable.

Great customer service! My son and I came in with a plan and list of items we wanted to purchase. We were greeted in the store by a salesperson within 30 seconds. We told him what we were looking for. He asked a couple of questions and within 2 minutes he was showing us several options with pros and cons on each product. He then passed us to another salesperson with more experience with the next item on our list. Same experience. We were asked a couple of questions then shown several options.

When it comes to resolving issue worst customer experience next to Spirit Airlines. No one directly can compensate you for issue that are not in your control. Waiting 7hr for a delivery that was suppose arrive within 2hrs.

I was returning two remote controls that we apparently purchased by Google. Google had saved my credit card info and when I looked at these remotes Google purchased them by one click. There was no invoice in the box when I received them. I had tried to return them once before. And was told there was no record of it. I received my CC statement and went back and tried to again. This time I was able to show him my Google purchase history... Just the one purchase. He was looking for a purchase ID# so he could make the return. He asked if I'd gotten an email from... Nope. On the Google transaction, it asked if we wanted to see the original email... YES! he clicked web version. Then, he said, ok I got this! Now, all this took between 15 to 25 minutes which seems like a year when you are taking up their time. But, he was so nice. Before I left, I turned back and said wait what is your name? He pointed at his name tag and said Brett. He looked a little puzzled. I told him, I was going to make sure Best buy knew what a great customer service representative he was! I'm so thankful he was there that day. Buyers beware Google is saving credit card info!!! I have deleted it. I'm sure it asked for my permission... In the wee hours of the morning. Just be careful what you are doing! And THANK YOU BRETT!!
POOR POOR POOR Customer service.. I went to purchase a gift for my wife for Christmas, i made my selection went to the counter to check out and the price that was at the checkout was different than that where the item was sitting.. The check out person was rude, and asked me to show her where the item was.. I took her to the place, and showed her, she said it was placed in the wrong spot, but there were multiple items of the same type in that location. She spoke with another individual, after playing on her cell phone, and said there was nothing they could do. Goes to show you why online retailers are beating out brick and mortar locations left and right. I plan on not going back to that location ever again. Nothing but trouble and piss poor customer service.

One of the very very few big stores still around to actually go to so you can look at items before you buy. I always look for the open box deals picked up a set of kicker 6 3/4" speakers for 1/3 the regular retail price!!
Jennifer here is a great and knowledgeable associate, very different than the regular types of employees here. She really cares about helping people find what they need and seems to like what she does. I tried calling the store to talk to a manager and tell them about her excellent performance but unfortunately I wasn't able to reach anybody and I never got a survey to fill out.

The 3 star rating is do to the lack of assistance for an online order. This particular Best Buy will put you on hold for long periods if time and then transfer you. If needing support for an online order, I suggest going to a different Best Buy.
Geek Squad could use some training in customer service. I dropped off 2 computers on wednesday (1 new 1 needing work). The new one would be ready thursday and the other one monday. I said I'll get them both at the same time on monday.....went to pick them up and the new one isn't ready but yet I got an e-mail thur that it was. I then saw it said to make an appt to pick up but I already had one. So now we need to go back again to pick up the one that was done first. Then when I called the lady (Not geek squad) was as helpful as she could be and said the tech will call when he's done with his customer.....that was 25 min ago and I believe they closed 13 min ago........

They had what I needed but I did 5 laps around the store, clearly looking for something, and I felt invisible. The cashier seemed lost and tried to calculate change in his head, unsuccessfully, despite being in a Best Buy with a computer actually doing it for him about 4 inches from his nose. But if I'm being honest, I should keep my expectations low - it is Best Buy. They crush the competition, large and small, and their stores look like old western mining towns from the outside.
I don't know why I continue to try to shop there. The customer service/awareness is non exsistince. I went there to purchase a new lap top and a cell phone along with a few other items.... willing and knowing I was going to have to use a large amount of my money that I work very hard for. I received no help and left empty handed. I still need to make this purchase I just don't know where.
About what you’d expect. Challenge to get the right person, price rings up incorrectly, and you have to turn around at the exit because the merchandise still set off the alarm. Par for Best Buy.

We have had nothing except issues with Best Buy within the past few months. We were originally upsold a service by a sales representative that was not included; Best Buy fixed the issue and I was impressed with that. However, since then it's been impossible to speak to someone who can help. I've never worked so hard to fix an issue caused by Best Buy, and it's still not resolved weeks later. I went into the store and the Geek Squad Representative does not have access to our account (even though we set up everything in store and with this specific Geek Squad) and told the Representative told me to call the corporate Geek Squad number since they could not help me locally. I called the corporate number, waited 30 minutes, only to be told by someone I could barely understand that I would need to be transferred to another department. He made the transfer, and I went right back to the end of the line and there was a wait time of 60 minutes. So, after making an in-person trip and waiting over 45+ minutes on the phone, I still have the exact same problem without any resolution. So, I;m out $800+ on installation, another $800+ on products, and another $150 for their technical support. They definitely love taking money from customers, just not fulfilling their end of the bargain by actually helping customers. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE buying into their technical support program, because your local store can't look anything up locally and will outsource you to their Corporate Geek Squad phone number. It would be worth looking into other technical support programs that are local and see the benefit in helping their customers.
Competitive price on camera gear and custom computers. Great place if Mom and Pop shops don't have it, or you don't feel like waiting on Amazon.

I love being able to go in and actually play around with some stuff before purchasing. So while their selection may be shifting and they don't always have the most knowledgeable employees I am grateful Best Buy is still around.

It was very spacious and neat, per usual with best buy. The only reason it wouldnt be five stars is because you can actively google better pricing options with ease. The staff was also a bit too stern for those window shopping, as I saw with multiple parties. to no surprise though, that's just how it is sometimes with avg paid workers

Guys was a dip sticked. Most bestbuy folks don't understand the tech they sell.they just repeat back to you what us written on the labels/product "Best in class, top of the line". But this dude walked towards me with flaired nostrils as if he saw filth because I had a question on a prepaid phone. Totally rude when I asked additional questions. Afterwards I was followed around the store as if I was on an episode of Live PD. They must have thought I was shady if I was looking to buy a prepaid phone.

I went on Amazon and 2 min later done ,so I tried keeping people employed but they are an example of why box stores can't make it ,I won't be back

Chances are you already know what Best Buy is, and what they do. There isn't a lot to say about this store compared to any of the others - a huge space full of mostly-electronic stuff to spend your hard-earned dollars on. Same staff, same stuff, different city.

We purchased the nest door bell from Best Buy and had the geek squad install it on Sept 25, 2018. The door bell has already stopped working and there is now a loud humming/vibrating sound coming from the chime box going on throughout our house. The reps for geek squad at this location were completely inept at trying to help me with this issue and said someone will be out there on November 1st. That's 9 days from now. I would strongly urge customers to think twice before purchasing items like Nest products that need to be installed from this specific location. Once the item is paid for the people at this location do not care about the quality of service they give you and treat you as an after thought.
I shop here all the time, the staff are very helpful,knowledgeable and polite. The manager Matt is great and really goes out of his way to get you what you're looking for. My ONLY complaint...no fault of the individual locations...is that tjey have done away with their cd dept and downsized the movie section. But, I have always had a great shopping experience and love that it's hassle free when you price match. Love this location in particular.

It was installed quickly and the employee was very helpful in finding the right products and adjusting for specific changes based on my vechile needs. College student, looking for fridges, playing around on one of the screens on the fridges with intentions of deleting what I write. Staff member that was breathing over my shoulder made sure to yell at me just because I look young. Yea, I’m young but that doesn’t mean I’m gonna try to put a full-size fridge in my pocket. Made me very uncomfortable having an old staff member breathing down my neck the whole time in the store. 0/10 don’t recommend unless you’re going in with an adult

The parking situation for this Best Buy is really the biggest negative of shopping there. The people have been pretty friendly pretty much every time I've ever been in there. They have a good selection and although you will usually have to wait just a little bit for someone to help you once you are being helped everyone is friendly. The people there seem to be knowledgeable and ready to assist customers. Overall this is a pretty good Best Buy
Their price match is the best, I found a price match at Walmart and thought I was doing pretty good to save $70. The young lady at the counter did some magic on her own system and I ended up paying $110 for a $299 item. Great customer service is rare nowadays, I really appreciate it when I find it.

While we all know we can typically search hard and find the cheapest prices for electronics, it's difficult to find good assistance finding what you need and getting decent prices. I needed a quality live streaming video camera and I initially went to this store after doing research on a number of video camera options. Immediately upon showing my suggestions, the customer service representative educated me on a number of other options to consider and then took the time to look up the price for each video camera, review the specs of each with me, and then determine what would be the best fit for my needs. The more amazing part is though he could have sold me a more pricey item that might not have been the perfect fit for what I needed, he instead educated me on a better option that they didn't even have in stock at this location, and then helped me find a location nearby that did. While I know this is a standard level of service that all stores SHOULD practice, this level of service is not always provided, especially in a busy store that is centrally located to all areas of Charlotte. The price of the item was actually over $75 less than my budget for what I needed, so I was then also able to pick up an extra SD card since I knew it would be needed. I would definitely come back to this location again, even if the prices found here might be a bit higher than what I'd find on Amazon or other cheap online sellers. The other benefit was being able to return the item easily, which is something else I ended up needing to do, and was able to do so very easily without hassle (something that is not always the case when ordering online from a vendor that doesn't have a physical location near me).
It sure is full of electronics, so there's nothing unexpected coming from this electronics store. What sets it apart is that you can demo Zelda on the Nintendo Switch, which definitely makes it worth visiting.

Trying to have my laptop repaired. Was told by Geeksquad rep over the phone and they quoted my warrenty was good until June 11th. Took a bus to the store on my day off but needed an "appointment" where i never needed on before. The warrenty wasn't for my laptop but for a pair of headphones, and that my laptop warranty ran out over a year ago. How do you confuse the two? I've never received emails about it expiring and now I'm expected to pay several hundreds of dollara to have it fixed??? SCREW THAT!! "Best" Buy has been going down hill for years with their polices and lousy "customer service"!! I will not spending any more money on these jokers ever again!!!

Not impressed went in looking for a security system for our house, the girl that greeted me tried her best to help but did not know alot about thier systems, she tried to get some information from people in the back but no one would help, she entered my information to have a geek squad specialist call me, that was 4 days ago and no call, needless to say i will not be buying a security system from Best Buy.

Possibly the worst retail experience of my life. Bought a scooter. Stopped working. Manufacturer won’t help. Customer service manager at this location refused to offer any support. So I called the 888 number. Spent 30 minutes detailing my experience. Found out the customer service rep at the store could have done more, but was condescending and unhelpful instead. And then accidentally got transferred to the Geek Squad who had no clue where my call had come from. I bought the scooter from BBY specifically to have retail location and humans go speak with if I needed support. Amazon (for the price) or small businesses (for the service) will get my money next time. This store - these people - are. The. Worst.
I've been going to this location for quite some time now and I can personally see and tell the difference with employees and their products.. They carry almost everything you need to complete your shopping experience and can easily ship it from another location directly to your home if necessary.. Be patient and everything falls into place.. Most of all allow yourself time to shop and ask questions and be prepared to be amazed by the help you'll get from everyone of their associates.. Lastly enjoy your time well spent..
Garbage shoot of a store now. Couple years back i could go in and get desktop parts without issue anwhere from hardware to replacement cables. Now its if you dont want this new item that you dont need to get the one part you do need tough luck.
It has a great selection of all electronics and the employees are very helpful. However I have found the things I got at Best Buy for cheaper at other stores with the same quality.

It's an ok store, parking however is something else because it's limited and I did find what I went looking for. Their website says that they sell cb radios yet when at the store there was nothing about a cb radio and their knowledge is very limited. They however will order one out of their website for you if you so choose it.

Absolutely awful experience. I purchased a tv and a wall mount that the staff recommended only to discover they were not compatible with each other. When I returned the item Manager Ryan refused to own the situation and would not give me my money back. I had to accept a gift card or nothing at all. "I don't write the polices" was his apathetic response. 2 stars because at least I found a parking spot near the corporate, capalist hellscape.

My favorite thing about Best Buy is the cell phone department. You can't get an accurate look at phones and service in a Verizon or At&t store, at Best Buy you get to see it all from Android to iPhone. But you have to find that one knowledgable guy/gal. Bad part about Best Buy is once you leave the store, if anything went wrong, you have to drive back. There's absolutely no calling in and getting anything but a run around. And they don't make good on huge mistakes. They had my driver show up 5 times for a freezer that was supposed to be delivered.
Wonderful experience with Best Buy Customer Service phone line. I wanted to change details on my online order and called over my break at work. There was a long wait time to speak to a person, so i chose the option to be called back when it was my turn. I was at my desk and unable to answer when i received the call back, but Best Buy proceeded to call me back TWO more times until I could pick up and handle the call. I was able to speak with a person immediately upon answering. Very Impressed!

I don’t normally review, but I felt the need after my most recent visit. Outstanding staff, very friendly and informative. One of their employees, Heather, is one that every Best Buy needs. She knows the store inside and out, and was quick to extend her helping hand in selecting a speaker, an area which she seemed to have extensive knowledge on. Also, Maria is the pinnacle of customer service excellence at this store. From the security guards to the cashier, everyone is professional and helpful. A great Best Buy store, the only problem is the parking but they are easily still worthy of 5 stars.
For the most part I despise this store, but on my last visit there the employee was very helpful and very patient with me so I will give credit where credit is due. My last experience there was a 4-star visit. I bought a Motorola phone from them and signed up with Boost as the carrier service and it was an all-around good deal with good service.

I ordered LG refrigerator last year September 2018. And they told me they would deliver October 27th and they never did. Since then, they changed 6 times delivery date. Today they called me and they will deliver on sometimes April 2019 . When April come, they will change again. Best buy credit company called me I still have to make payment even I never received refrigerator. So I did made payment. Otherwise they're going to ruin my credit. They told me go to best buy and buy different refrigerator. So I said I'm going to leave bad reviews about best buy and they said they don't care. So I'm doing right now.

I went in to buy a TV. I walked out agitated and empty handed, because I was tired of being harassed. Trust me, when I'm ready to be helped, I'll come find you. Being asked 8 times in 10 minutes is just ridiculous.

I recently purchased a TV online and picked it up at the best buy in Reynoldsburg. I stood there for almost half an hour while they found my order. A petite teenager was carrying out and handed it to me, no offer of help carrying it out to my car. Regardless, I get it out and take it home. We open the box and plug it in and it does not work. There is damage to the screen which I did not do myself! I took the TV back in and they refused to exchange or refund my money. The customer service person was very rude she basically shoved the TV back over the counter at me and walked away. I left in tears because I am now out $200 and still needed a TV. I had to ask for help getting it back to my car as everyone just stood around watching me struggle. I will NEVER buy another thing from this store or recommend anyone else do it! Go to Target. They were great and made the experience wonderful.
Very polite and helpful employees. I bought a security system from some place else, and I couldn't figure out what else I needed in order to get it going. The young man looked up my system and told me exactly what I needed to get it going. He didn't t try to sell me more than what I needed. Even though they were short staffed that day, he made me feel calm and made me feel like I was the only customer in the store.
How is Best Buy still in business? The stores have almost nothing in them.
They have come a long way in regards to customer service- we feel comfortable in buying at Best Buy due largely to the sales staff being helpful and not pushy. If they can't answer a question they will find someone who can. Prices are reasonable and if you can find a better deal somewhere else they will price match.

Best buy is usually one of the most expensive place you can go for technology products. Unless you need the product today, I recommend looking on Amazon, where you'll have greater selection and better prices. Best buy is great for getting a specific DVD or Blu-ray, but even then you're better off purchasing the movie digitally, because then you don't have to worry about the disc scratching.
Always enjoy going in here. Staff are generally always helpful. There was one time a conversation between staff members seemed more important than myself but whenever I ask for something they are always very helpful. Definitely the first place I go whenever I need something electronical

I cannot express with 5 stars how pleased I was with my visit to this Best Buy. I don't typically shop in brick and mortar stores, but when my refrigerator's compressor went out, my research showed that Best Buy had the better prices. As soon as I entered the store I asked where to go and was greeted with a friendly associate who helped us decide between the options we had already researched. As frustrating as it is to have to spend a ton of money on a new fridge, it was nice to have the help to get in and out of the store in a reasonable amount of time with no frustration at all on the sale process.

Chase was great. Very personable, honest and helpful. Simply a nice young fellow doing a great job connecting with customers. I arrived just before closing but never would've known had the lights not begun to go off. He and his co-worker, whose name I do not know appeared to be ready to help as long as needed. Both were very honest in their lack of experience with bone induction headphones but offered what information they had from their understanding of the product without having used it themselves. It was generally a good experience.

Bought a pixel 3 from Best buy 3 weeks ago, found all the sensors not working. Went to return it, the (extreemly rude) geek squad guy told me to take it up with Google. Awful customer service, zero courtesy. Never purchasing from Best buy again !!

Matt, the salesman, and Garrett in the Geek Squad, were very helpful in getting me set up with a PC. Patient, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time I needed to make a decision and ask questions.
They almost never have what you are looking for but hey.... they can order it. That's why people leave their homes so they run across town to have someone else order offline what you could have already done. Best buy you started out as good electronics store and built yourself up a name by having what people needed in that department but now your DVD selection is an unorganized mess and seriously lacking and forget about getting a CD because a hard copy would be too much to ask for. But hey! They can order it for you. Bullocks

The team member that helped me with tv's was very knowledgeable with the product but it helped that I done my homework as well. Prices was right on point could of been better if associate had a little power so it would of helped with the up sales that he was trying for.

Was looking for something specific for my new phone. Guy helping me told me it wasn't made, I then told him my son actually had the very thing I was looking for, he then said they didn't have it. Not very helpful. But the other guy helping helped me find a great speaker.
Don't believe their installation times: told us it would take 1.5 hours to install a remote car starter - took over 4 hours! No apologies when we told them that our time = lost revenue. Not cool.

Amazingexperience! We came looking for an espresso machine. They didn't have it, but the customer service rep was amazing. He tool care of us. Looked for stock at another store and saved us time by having us check out at the store amd just picking up at the other location.

Recently bought a new LG TV here, and I love the TV and have no issues with it. While I was browsing in store, however, I walked around for at least 20 minutes, hoping to talk to an employee with questions, but was approached by nobody(I understand this is an anomaly, but nonetheless my experience). I will admit most were with customers, but there was at least one customer who had two employees with them, which may have been necessary, but I obviously can't say for sure. I ended up choosing one without having any questions answered, but I have so far been satisfied with my purchase!

Great service! We came in to pick up my friends laptop that she had pre-ordered online, and it wasn't quite ready when we arrived at the store but one of the associates was able to find the laptop in stock and pull it for us himself so we didn't have to wait. I was also thirsty and was going to look for a drinking fountain and the associate overheard us and offered my friend and I complimentary water while we waited for our laptop.

Spent literally over an hour going through every option on their automated phone line trying to get ahold of somebody in the store and sat on hold for over 20 minutes before hanging up every time. Had one simple question about a product I purchased and didn’t want to drive 45 minutes back into the store to ask about it.

Definitely would shop here again.
Came to the store to purchase a new car stereo and have it installed by Geek Squad. Was in store for over half an hour without any employees offering to help. I went over to the Geek Squad desk to ask how much it would cost for installation. One GS employee was already helping a guest. The other completely ignored me. He didn’t offer to help me, didn’t acknowledge that it would be a minute or so, he even made eye contact and just walked off. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. This store will never get my business again.
If you haven't been to best buy then your missing out on everything imaginable for electronics and the prices are pretty good! The reason I gave it only 3 stars was the fact that the guy helping me was to aggressive,it got to the point that my adult son had to tell him,my mom wants to think about it!

Best experience I've ever had at a best buy. None of the sales team were pushy. They directed me to what I was looking for. I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. Docking one star because the cashier was a little less than helpful when I asked a couple of questions she should have had the answers to. To be fair she may be new and will improve.

Had a great experience compared to the other best buy in the area. Mathew in the computer section was really up to speed with the latest laptops and accessories. He was able to provide a bunch of computer knowledge I needed to know before I bought my own. He's very helpful and very patient. I recommend this Best Buy not only for him but also the other employees that were in the store, they were all friendly and had good personalities.
They have one price on the shelves and another qhe your going to paid.
Still one of the few places in town that you can buy certain items in that single store trip. If you can't wait on Amazon, you can go here for a good price and pretty good selection. You can order online and pick it up in the store at the front of customer service area to save you time and the hassles. I love going to this Best Buy! The Geek Squad is Great also!!

Bought an Oculus S VR headset for $400. My computer wouldn’t run it. Went to Geek Squad to have the video card upgraded to run the VR. They said it would take a day or two. My back up plan was to buy a new computer that was on sale if they couldn’t fix it. Took them three days to tell me they couldn’t fix it. I went in to pick it up and buy the new computer for $899 and the sale ended the day before. You think they would honor the sale price? Nope. So now I’ll be returning the $400 VR and not buying a $900 computer. Great customer service beat buy. I’ll be doing more online shopping I guess.

Needed a simple Cell phone screen replacement,Galaxy 8+, Usually cost $125.00 with out insurance at most repair centers. They made me replace the whole phone for $214.00, Just because they couldn't simply fix the screen.
I had a mostly-unpleasant experience when I visited this location. I was seeking a device to fix an internet issue I was having. My Xbox One was lagging when I was using it, despite having fiber. When asking an employee about the capabilities of one of his products he said he wasnt sure. I'm grateful he was honest but wish he had been more informed about his section of the store. My irritation came when he took this an an opportunity to go off on a rant about how the Xbox is a low-quality machine. He wasnt even trying to sell me an alternative, it was just a very uncomfortable encounter. Finally, the first time we bought the product one of the pieces was busted and so we had to get it exchanged. Having gone through all of that now, on the plus side, at least my problem was fixed.

This place used to be good for random computer parts when you needed something quick for repairs. Now they've eliminated them from their stock and have forced a lot of small computer shops out of business. Their staff is generally not very knowledgeable.

When it comes to resolving issue worst customer experience next to Spirit Airlines. No one directly can compensate you for issue that are not in your control. Waiting 7hr for a delivery that was suppose arrive within 2hrs.
I was returning two remote controls that we apparently purchased by Google. Google had saved my credit card info and when I looked at these remotes Google purchased them by one click. There was no invoice in the box when I received them. I had tried to return them once before. And was told there was no record of it. I received my CC statement and went back and tried to again. This time I was able to show him my Google purchase history... Just the one purchase. He was looking for a purchase ID# so he could make the return. He asked if I'd gotten an email from... Nope. On the Google transaction, it asked if we wanted to see the original email... YES! he clicked web version. Then, he said, ok I got this! Now, all this took between 15 to 25 minutes which seems like a year when you are taking up their time. But, he was so nice. Before I left, I turned back and said wait what is your name? He pointed at his name tag and said Brett. He looked a little puzzled. I told him, I was going to make sure Best buy knew what a great customer service representative he was! I'm so thankful he was there that day. Buyers beware Google is saving credit card info!!! I have deleted it. I'm sure it asked for my permission... In the wee hours of the morning. Just be careful what you are doing! And THANK YOU BRETT!!
One of the very very few big stores still around to actually go to so you can look at items before you buy. I always look for the open box deals picked up a set of kicker 6 3/4" speakers for 1/3 the regular retail price!!

Geek Squad could use some training in customer service. I dropped off 2 computers on wednesday (1 new 1 needing work). The new one would be ready thursday and the other one monday. I said I'll get them both at the same time on monday.....went to pick them up and the new one isn't ready but yet I got an e-mail thur that it was. I then saw it said to make an appt to pick up but I already had one. So now we need to go back again to pick up the one that was done first. Then when I called the lady (Not geek squad) was as helpful as she could be and said the tech will call when he's done with his customer.....that was 25 min ago and I believe they closed 13 min ago........
I don't know why I continue to try to shop there. The customer service/awareness is non exsistince. I went there to purchase a new lap top and a cell phone along with a few other items.... willing and knowing I was going to have to use a large amount of my money that I work very hard for. I received no help and left empty handed. I still need to make this purchase I just don't know where.

This Best Buy always has the best stuff in stock. I always get asked if I needed help. Everyone's always nice and smiling even though I know their job sucks. I was looking out for best interest. Never feel overwhelmed and they have purple who actually know there stuff.
Chances are you already know what Best Buy is, and what they do. There isn't a lot to say about this store compared to any of the others - a huge space full of mostly-electronic stuff to spend your hard-earned dollars on. Same staff, same stuff, different city.

We purchased the nest door bell from Best Buy and had the geek squad install it on Sept 25, 2018. The door bell has already stopped working and there is now a loud humming/vibrating sound coming from the chime box going on throughout our house. The reps for geek squad at this location were completely inept at trying to help me with this issue and said someone will be out there on November 1st. That's 9 days from now. I would strongly urge customers to think twice before purchasing items like Nest products that need to be installed from this specific location. Once the item is paid for the people at this location do not care about the quality of service they give you and treat you as an after thought.
Raquel is awesome!!!!! I went in the store to see what my upgrade options were for AT&T and Raquel was very helpful. She didn’t push me into any particular phone or an expensive phone. She gave me a lot of options to choose from in terms of the different phones. I ended up getting an iPhone 10 max. She made the process quick and she was upbeat. I will always go to here when it is time for an upgrade. She was very personable and was very patient. Do yourself a favor and buy your iphone from Best Buy instead of the Apple store. They truly do go out of the way to acknowledge you as a person and not just a number. Please give Raquel a raise!!!!!

Staff member that was breathing over my shoulder made sure to yell at me just because I look young. Yea, I’m young but that doesn’t mean I’m gonna try to put a full-size fridge in my pocket. This is a one of the small size store of Best Buy. It is in a prime location and easily visible from the main road of Glenwood and corner of Blue ridge. This store has many other businesses in the surrounding area. Banks, Jewelry, food, Old Navy and Barnes and Noble bookstore are just next door. The popular Crabtree mall is also in the same line. Huge, free parking lot with the handicap parking . Best Buy is known for electronics, small and big household appliances and cellphones. This store does have a tech support corner known as Geek squad. The store does not have everything what we see on line. The cell phone corners is not very helping. They have lots of limitations. you can buy the device from there but for other requirements to make the phones working, you have to go to the corporate store.
The coming of an end to another retail giant. Used to love this store. Now the shelves are barren. Service is at best sub par. Pricing is nowhere as low as before the fall. Sad to see but great memories.

Trying to have my laptop repaired. Was told by Geeksquad rep over the phone and they quoted my warrenty was good until June 11th. Took a bus to the store on my day off but needed an "appointment" where i never needed on before. The warrenty wasn't for my laptop but for a pair of headphones, and that my laptop warranty ran out over a year ago. How do you confuse the two? I've never received emails about it expiring and now I'm expected to pay several hundreds of dollara to have it fixed??? SCREW THAT!! "Best" Buy has been going down hill for years with their polices and lousy "customer service"!! I will not spending any more money on these jokers ever again!!!

Worst Buy experience, NO ONE wishes to sell anything in this store! I visited store 4 times, called 3 times, I even did the on-line chat what a joke. I had to beg an associate to sell me a new apple watch, and I never did get anyone to show me car audio. All I needed to know is what stereo fit in my Porsche Cayman, that simple, so I could order on-line since the on-line option offered free install. WORST BUY better name. I hope a manager sees this and adjust your team, because they stink. I will not be back.

My favorite thing about Best Buy is the cell phone department. You can't get an accurate look at phones and service in a Verizon or At&t store, at Best Buy you get to see it all from Android to iPhone. But you have to find that one knowledgable guy/gal. Bad part about Best Buy is once you leave the store, if anything went wrong, you have to drive back. There's absolutely no calling in and getting anything but a run around. And they don't make good on huge mistakes. They had my driver show up 5 times for a freezer that was supposed to be delivered.

I ordered LG refrigerator last year September 2018. And they told me they would deliver October 27th and they never did. Since then, they changed 6 times delivery date. Today they called me and they will deliver on sometimes April 2019 . When April come, they will change again. Best buy credit company called me I still have to make payment even I never received refrigerator. So I did made payment. Otherwise they're going to ruin my credit. They told me go to best buy and buy different refrigerator. So I said I'm going to leave bad reviews about best buy and they said they don't care. So I'm doing right now.

I went in to buy a TV. I walked out agitated and empty handed, because I was tired of being harassed. Trust me, when I'm ready to be helped, I'll come find you. Being asked 8 times in 10 minutes is just ridiculous.
This store is becoming like JCPenney. They are going the route of small amount of inventory in store and focus on online ordering. If I wanted to do that I would order through Amazon. Friendly staff though.

I recently purchased a TV online and picked it up at the best buy in Reynoldsburg. I stood there for almost half an hour while they found my order. A petite teenager was carrying out and handed it to me, no offer of help carrying it out to my car. Regardless, I get it out and take it home. We open the box and plug it in and it does not work. There is damage to the screen which I did not do myself! I took the TV back in and they refused to exchange or refund my money. The customer service person was very rude she basically shoved the TV back over the counter at me and walked away. I left in tears because I am now out $200 and still needed a TV. I had to ask for help getting it back to my car as everyone just stood around watching me struggle. I will NEVER buy another thing from this store or recommend anyone else do it! Go to Target. They were great and made the experience wonderful.

They have come a long way in regards to customer service- we feel comfortable in buying at Best Buy due largely to the sales staff being helpful and not pushy. If they can't answer a question they will find someone who can. Prices are reasonable and if you can find a better deal somewhere else they will price match.

The place to go for appliances. Their installation and warranties heat home Depot and Lowe's hands down. Pretty good spot if you want to buy a TV, amplifier, speakers, headphones, smart watch, or computer.

The customer service by the cashiers Absolutely terrible, they do not care about the customer only about being on their cell phone or ignoring the customer why you stay in there for 10 minutes and they do not do their job while you're hooking up a price match. Then at ninteen manager comes over and does absolutely nothing but ask another manager to walk away without giving and answer. Try and contact someone in the store on Saturday about 12:30 to 1PM--by phone. Impossible. You listen to music for 30 minutes. Nobody home to answer the phone. No way to contact the manager. Best Buy, tell me again why I should by a $3,500 TV from you.

I cannot express with 5 stars how pleased I was with my visit to this Best Buy. I don't typically shop in brick and mortar stores, but when my refrigerator's compressor went out, my research showed that Best Buy had the better prices. As soon as I entered the store I asked where to go and was greeted with a friendly associate who helped us decide between the options we had already researched. As frustrating as it is to have to spend a ton of money on a new fridge, it was nice to have the help to get in and out of the store in a reasonable amount of time with no frustration at all on the sale process.
Chase was great. Very personable, honest and helpful. Simply a nice young fellow doing a great job connecting with customers. I arrived just before closing but never would've known had the lights not begun to go off. He and his co-worker, whose name I do not know appeared to be ready to help as long as needed. Both were very honest in their lack of experience with bone induction headphones but offered what information they had from their understanding of the product without having used it themselves. It was generally a good experience.

Bought an Oculus S VR headset for $400. My computer wouldn’t run it. Went to Geek Squad to have the video card upgraded to run the VR. They said it would take a day or two. My back up plan was to buy a new computer that was on sale if they couldn’t fix it. Took them three days to tell me they couldn’t fix it. I went in to pick it up and buy the new computer for $899 and the sale ended the day before. You think they would honor the sale price? Nope. So now I’ll be returning the $400 VR and not buying a $900 computer. Great customer service beat buy. I’ll be doing more online shopping I guess.

For the most part I can find what I need. Representatives are always willing to help. I would like to see in some categories more quality items carried at reasonable prices. I have not used geek services or a car audio services to date. I'm more of a clearance and bargain shopper because I use ShopSavvy to compare all suppliers or retailers. It is always good to check the open box items because you can find pretty good deals as long as it is something that you must have or need.

Went in on 3-14-2019 to pick up an item that I purchased at the Gastonia Best Buy (the Gastonia store was out of stock) and found a close space in the parking deck. The parking deck is spacious and had a lot of spaces available. The covered parking is nice in inclement weather. It is easy to get in and out of. The staff were courteous and professional. I was greeted at the door by a gentleman who was very helpful and directed me right to the customer service area. A woman named Trinity was able to retrieve my package and check me out quickly, she was assisted by another gentleman (unfortunately I cannot recall his name) and I was out and on my way very quickly. A very positive experience.
I have given this specific bestbuy numerous chances when it comes to there customer service and return policies. This last visit was the last straw my girlfriends apple watch which was purchased at sprint needs to be replaced and it is less than two weeks old. We were told no appointment was needed and waiting in line for the geek squad about 15-25 minutes pass and eventually a geek squad member tells us they are no longer taking any walk ins for the day and was extremely rude. He walked away before I could even mutter any words which was probably for the best. I personally think there warranties are a scam and there "geek squad" and store employees have little to no brains when it comes to customer service and care.

Best Buy is always a joy to go in. I am from a small town in North Dakota so we don't get there very often when we do it's usually a large purchase and we have always had good service. The 2 gentlemen that helped us went above and beyond. I really wish I could remember there names because they really deserve to be recognized!!!

Friendly well informed service with incredible selection
Absolutely awful experience at their wireless department. After spending almost 2 hours there trying to set up new cell service, we had to leave. They could not figure out how to port two devices from another carrier. They were contacting a representative & were supposed to call me to update. Never did. I finally called the next day. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes at 2 I was routed to a call center. They set up a call back, never got that either. Called again about 5 pm, sat on hold another 10 min or so, hung up. Tried again about 6, hold for 15, transferred to call center, set up a call back, finally got that around 8 pm. They could not complete the new service & recommended going to an actual att store. I did. But, I had to call bestbuy again ghe next day (about 1 pm) to cancel an order, sat on hold for about 15 minutes before being transferred to call center, set up a call back. Its 6 pm, I have yet to receive that call back. After I get this order cancelled, I definitely will never be going to that store again for anything that requires associate assistance. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

Service is friendly. I have been there several times and if you schedule an appointment they will get to you promptly. Recently they had me drive all the way to the store to simply tell me they had to ship out my computer to be fixed. A simple phone call would have sufficed. But this was definitely the exception and not the rule.

Considering it's Best Buy this is really not a bad store at all. I love coming in here and looking around, and occasionally believe it or not you can run into a good deal once in a while. Employees are always very helpful every single time I'm looking for something as well. Update: Wanted to also mention had to return something and it took all of 2 seconds. No issues whatsoever. Can't say the same about other Best Buy locations but this particular one was painless.

Went to buy a router and modem. Sales associate Cody was SUPER helpful. Also bought a little Bose Bluetooth speaker while just browsing. Unfortunately the router we chose is not compatible with our cable company so we have to take it back. He warned us that might happen though. Two week return time so that's good. Store is always clean and no shortage of people offering assistance.

I go into Best Buy for an appointment and the guy has some nerve to lie in my face tell me they can’t fix my phone and I should just toss it a buy a new one. I was told buy a geek squad the night before that it was totally fixable. So they turned me down and I went to Apple and they told me it was an easy fix and did it 30 min. I am ver dissatisfied with geek squad.

They were under staffed when I went in here last which lead to me waiting around for 20-30 minutes for a couple simple questions. The help was to be desired but these days most people already do the research before coming in so you can't really blame the store for adjusting to the times and not spending resources to fully train people. The employees were polite none the less and as far as best buys go this one is no different from any other.

Went to buy new head phones and mp3 player. Three different employees told me the one I was listening to was the one for 79.00, when I got out to my car it was obviously not, went inside to speak to them. No one cared they misinformed me, I got no apology, cashier said " it is what it is" so I just returned it. HORRIBLE customer service. Would never recommend.

I work for a large company in customer service where I frequently waive the return period limits for legitimate unopened returns. Best Buy refused to accept my return of an unopened microSD card because it was 28 days after I purchasd it, their return policy only allows for returns up to 15 days. I understand that if it's a TV or other expesive high end equipment but really a $40 microSD, I would have been open to in store credit or even a restocking fee. Way to lose a cusotmer I'll keep all my purchases with Amazon where the return policy is more generous and customer service is eager to help.

Food is good, the service is very bad. If you don't mind spending 2 hours at dinner, waiting for your food for an hour, this place is for you. Don't be surprised if they bring you the wrong food. This has happened at least 5 times to us over the past few years.

If I could give negative stars I would. The customer experience there is awful. In fact, the manager flat out told my husband who was attempting to exchange an item that he would be better off selling the brand new item on facebook marketplace. This is not the kind of service you expect from any retailer, especially one as large as Best Buy. You are better off purchasing your electronics from elsewhere. At least then you'll have some peace of mind should you require and after purchase support.

I enjoy best buy, I do. However i usually go there for movies and well as of late. Stock and service has been lacking. What was once a great store now caters to the collector in this area. What was once a great store with great finds is now mediocre. Maybe they should take a page out of their neighboring competition such as Walmart and Fye and hit home with the physical media consumer. Maybe they should hire someone who knows physical media that won't order and stock complete tripe. Whatever the problem the mighty have fallen. Hard.

Topical Best Buy. They have a Verizon store in addition to Best Buy mobile. Also the “apple” section in the store is nice, considering the actual apple store is in park city. Watch for deals often they package things for a considerable discount.

Horrible. That is all I can say. That store is useless. I wanted to buy a product, was told that I would have to buy the $500 extended warranty to get it delivered. The closest Best Buy to me is approx 130 - 140 miles away. I know it does not cost $500 to get there and back. I spot with a woman on the phone today (12/01/16) told her my concerns and that I was unhappy about it. Like a typical Best Buy employee, she could care less. I will be canceling my credit card with them. Funny thing is they don't care about that as well. This is what being loyal to you customer base has come down to. I hope one day they open up a Fry's. Those people are amazing. Might teach Best Buy what customer service looks like.
The physical store is rather nice, located within a newer shopping center with little traffic in the area impeding one's movement. The ease of travel makes this location a good choice for those that need to get in and get out expediently. Unfortunately they didn't have much inventory on hand that suited my wants but I'm often shopping for off-the-wall products that are difficult to locate regardless. Not to mention that I could have utilized Best Buy's mobile app or public website to check availability on many items in their catalog in order to avoid the frustration inherent in leaving a store empty handed while trying to locate a solution. Keep on keeping on Best Buy.

My husband and I went to best buy my son who was turning 16 a birthday gift, on entering the store we were greeted which was good..My son wanted some ear pods and a tv..the person who served us really did not have much knowledge of the products we were looking at so we kind of figured everything out ourselves.The sales person had.no product knowledge! ...we ended up purchasing two tv's and the ear pods..when we got home and set up one of the tv's we found that it did not work properly as the picture was messed up so we returned that tv and completed a straight swap for another one at the same price..The reason why I gave five stars is because the exchange was easy, the guys who helped us was really helpful and happy to assist with the exchange..The service is good at best buy. Not great but just ok, when shopping at best buy just make sure you find a sales advisor with some product knowledge of the item that you are buying...in all I would give them 9 out of 10 only because of the lack of product knowledge . Best Buy on Jonestown Road.

The man I talked to about this issue after Verizon sent me to them first said “well they say a lot of things” and would not accept that anything was done wrong on Best Buy’s end. He then proceeded to continue questioning me on the matter and not believe me that this was the cause. Own up to your mistakes Best Buy.

I stood waiting for someone to answer a question about Bose soundsport headphones for almost 5 minutes until I just decided to buy them and walk out. It was like 20 employees hanging around smiling with their perfect hairdos talking to each other instead of their customers. Experienced customer service is hard to find because no one trains for it anymore.
I ordered online and picked up in store at their Reynoldsburg, Ohio location. Quick and friendly customer service by STACY. I was literally there 3 minutes. Super easy! Will definitely go back to this store again.

I went there on Black Friday to find a new TV (television). A ton of people filled the aisles, and I couldn't maneuver my way to the TV section. So, I remembered that I'm a parkour expert. I hopped on the displays, jumped section to section, and I landed safely in front of what I wanted. A Toshiba Fire TV in all its glory.
They have up to date electronics and also the best collections of CDs and movies I believe but don't quote me on that lol. Chill staff nice place over all

It seems like no one actually works at this location. I love best buy but abhor this location and will drive 30 min out of my way to avoid this location. When you do track down help, they act like you ruined their day by asking for assistance. If I was in Best Buy corporate operations, I would pay close attention to this location as it is running the credibility of your brand.

Staff here is friendly and good about leaving you alone when you say "I'll let you know if I need help." The selection isn't quite on par with some of the larger metro stores, but I rather like that it's pretty laid back and not too busy.

Probably the worst sales experience I’ve ever had. Stay away from the store on Jonestown Rd!! I looked at a chrome book on Saturday evening it was priced on sale, so I wanted to look around . I did research on comparable chrome books and decided I wanted the one from Best Buy. I went in as soon as they opened on Sunday and the item was taken off sale and was now $200 more. I had pictures of the sale price and asked if they could honor the sale price on it. I was told that they wouldn’t honor it but if I found it at a better deal they would price match it for me. I searched and found it at the sale price on 4 different sites but they would not accept it because they “weren’t at the right stores” I begin to look at other laptops and chrome books. Finally after about an hour and a lot of back and forth I decided I would get a Dell chrome book, I compared this model to others in the store and figured I would get it. The sales associate told me he would get it and ring me up. The sales associate went to get the keys after all this he comes back to me and said I don’t have it in stock but I can order it. This was the last straw, I said don’t worry about I’ll go somewhere else. So after almost an hour and a half and horrible customer service I still don’t have the product. Their knowledge of their own inventory is lacking and their willingness to work with customers or even honor their price or competitors prices will keep me from going back to this location ever again. Save your time and gas, find another location or a different store to purchase your electronics from.

Oculus quest. For under $500.00 i have just bought the most mind blowing cutting edge. Innovative fudging epic. Piece of technolodgy i felt like a kid today and i havmt felt that in years. This is the future. Furthermore was easy to pickup all sales personel and doorman were very nice and intentive. A great location. I didnt explore the store to much cause i was set on obtaining the oculus quest. I am very happy with both my visit and product.

About as good as a Best buy can be. Stopped in here on Black Friday and it was organized very well with a lot of on floor assistance by staff. Even on non holidays it's a great Best buy to visit, helpful staff.

Went to do a refund today and I had my original receipt and Packaging. They said because of the refund policy I could only get store credit .I said that's not right .I asked for a manager Diana came over and said because of the 15 day policy I could only get store credit it was like 20 days most ridiculous refund policy ever worse customer service experience in a long time dont waste your time shop somewhere else . Level of service seems to have degraded. Very little help from employees. Went there to look at their selection of car stereos, and their selection was horrible. Looks like they are trying to phase out that area. Also, despite looking for some help in the mobile area (the largest area now by far) I could not find anyone to help, despite the fact that there were no less than 10 employees hanging around at the front of the store all talking to each other. Also, only one register being open slowed down checkout. Not sure if this is a change in Best Buy, but a little disappointing for the store closest to my house.

Place is a joke! Adam the manager made little to no effort in addressing my issues and assisting with the return of an item fulfilled by Best Buy. No one there seems to know the process for google express purchases and items fulfilled by Best Buy. Don’t wast your time or money with this store!

Geek Squad is completely useless. They require appointments for every little thing, including an appointment to issue a refund when they aren’t capable of fixing a laptop problem. One customer service rep was actually smacking gum while explaining that she would have to schedule another appointment to install a new battery.
I had an incredible experience at this Best Buy. Justin who is part of the Geek Squad in the stereo installation department was patient, kind, and very thorough. He helped me find a better solution for my needs and then implemented a different device for my car. Best experience ever in all my years at Best Buy.

They worked with me returning two tv's. One wouldn't stay connected the other scratched from the factory.. the parking deck is a nightmare.. if you drive a mini, smart car or a Fiat your ok..
Brought in my laptop to get serviced. Was told upon entering that I needed an appointment and that they normally don't talk to walk-ins but that I could try. Upon going to the geek squad desk, I explained as to what was going on with my computer and that I wanted to have it fixed. The gentleman stated that I'd probably be spending more than it's worth to fix it. Didn't try to look at it, barely spent a couple minutes with me, looked and sounded as if he didn't want to be there. I stated that I still wanted the work done as I liked this computer but again, he was pushing for me to buy a new one and forget the one I already had. I left very frustrated. Did a couple minutes of research online, looking for what I needed. Found it too!! Oh, and it's only $100. Since when is $100 more than what a laptop is worth?? Now it's very apparent that he wasn't interested in actually helping me. I was willing to pay you guys for the work you be done but now, I'll just do it myself. Thanks for nothing guys! Definitely will NOT be returning!!!

Went in to buy a laptop. Was sold an open box Dell because it was the only one they had. Salesperson failed to tell me there was no charger with it. Had to go back to buy a charger. Get home and go to turn it on and the laptop doesn't work. Made a third trip back to return everything. Would have been better off going to Walmart.
If your in too electronics and technology this is the place to go they have all the latest stuff. Plus they will prove match Amazon and other local competitors also. With the added benefit of being able to insure your purchase in case you damage or break it. Through there store for a reasonably priced added warranty. This alone makes it a great place to buy those over priced electronics.

People are nice to you, but; bought items online as a guest on the website and order is very messed up. Emails, order tracking, etc is way below industry standards.
They were all very helpful and we were able to complete our goal of updating the cell phone. Thanks to all who helped our "low vision" needs!

We came in to look ar computers. Nick is the guy who came to our rescue! He was very helpful as into explaining everything. We told him what we need in a computer and he told us which one is what will do what we need and which one would be better. I'm still shopping around, but will probably be back to purchase the one from him. Great customer service!!
Went there about a week ago looking for a laptop for school. I had no idea what I was looking for and everyone was so helpful! Their customer service was fantastic! They even helped me save $200!
I am always happy with the service and customer support at Best Buy. I buy all of my electronics there. Because of the price match guarantee I don't need to go to a bunch of other stores and they make it very easy, also they back all of the items they sell and make returns and exchanges simple. Thanks to the team at the Gresham location for having a great store, I recently shopping at the Gresham location because I moved and they are just as great as the location on 82nd. I would recommend Best Buy to anyone look to buy Electronics.
The majority of the staff is more than helpful. This is a great place to buy almost anything modern with electronics. They usually have bundle package deals or accessory deals if your buying a few items. Prices are pretty normal compared to other major retail stores. Not saying you won't be able to possibly find it cheaper online but still nice to actually know your getting a new quality item with warranties and return policies.
Get great deals on cell phones and their insurance is cheaper then my provider!

I went in to get a chromebook for work. Liliana helped me pick which computer to get and was so EXTRMELY helpful. She was so knowledgeable and nice. She did an amazing job explaining the difference between them all and helping me find the best fit for me. Highly recommend her and this store!
Don't buy a phone from them. My daughter did and was ripped off. She got the insurance on her Samsung phone when she bought it. In April her phone stopped working and she took it in. They replaced the phone but in July the 'New' phone stopped holding a charge. This after only 3 months. She took it in, and they told her to contact Samsung via email. She did, and Samsung told her that the ID# for the phone was not what they showed her owning and to contact Best Buy. She called Best Buy and they said they had no idea why that was and that she needed to (again) talk to Samsung. So she emailed Samsung again. Samsung again told her to give them the ID# . She took a picture of the ID# and they again said she had to talk to Best Buy. So she went back to Best Buy and they told her 'Your insurance expired yesterday, and we show no record of you reporting the phone broken, sorry.'

I visited Best Buy to purchase a new computer monitor. I found the perfect sale item online and checked that the 23" monitor I wanted was in stock. I stopped in later that day and the courteous young sales associate quickly found it. I made the purchase and headed home to set it up. There isn't anything quite like the instant gratification of an in-person purchase that you can use as soon as you get home.
This place has had such a turnaround. I would refuse to go in the because of the awful service every time, then heard about new management. I went in there out of convenience (and some desperation), and was stunned at how much more helpful they were with everything. The new GM really has changed the culture, which is impressive. I mean there are some corporate policies that still baffle me, but that's somewhat not their fault. Sadly, I heard that the GM was just there temporarily, and is leaving. I hope the culture change stays, because this location is quite convenient.

Priced as you would expect for retail electronics IMO - best way to get value is to be a cardholder and/or take advantage of price matching. All caution with credit cards applies of course - and if you are a tech head like myself, you want to think long & hard about that (getting a card)

Geek Squad did not repair everything they were asked to do and quoted me for.They also charged more than quoted (price for new computer screen increased $100 dollars from time of quote to time of repair). Service wrote on repair report that I had approved the price increase but never had called me.

Geek Squad Reynoldsburg is quite possibly delivering the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Called the store to make a bad repair right, and was lied to and essentially told to pound sand. Will never visit another Best Buy my entire life.

I went into Best Buy in Warwick to pay my bill. The cashier,Anthony, had a customer but it was very clear Anthony was helping the customer shop on Best Buys Web via the customers phone. After selecting items Anthony asked the customer if this was the memory he needed or if he wanted this other item. AFTER 5-7 minutes and with two customers waiting .Anthony finally finished the transaction. This customer should have been sent to customer service instead of ignoring the customers waiting in line. VERY POOR CUSTOMER AWARENESS!
I was looking for a gaming headset, which I was not able to find immediately; however, an associate was able to quickly help me find them. I was pleasantly surprised both by selection and price. I am satisfied both with my purchase and my experience.

For the most part I can find what I need. Representatives are always willing to help. I would like to see in some categories more quality items carried at reasonable prices. I have not used geek services or a car audio services to date. I'm more of a clearance and bargain shopper because I use ShopSavvy to compare all suppliers or retailers. It is always good to check the open box items because you can find pretty good deals as long as it is something that you must have or need.

Friendly well informed service with incredible selection
Ordered Apple product mid Dec, as Christmas gift. Web site said 3-5 days shipping. 7 days later, received email that there was a 'delay' in delivery, and it could take up to mid Jan to fulfill order. I eventually canceled order and drove to Apple store to pick up item, which was in Stock there. If you don't have the item in Stock and can't fulfil the order, just say so up front. And don't wait until 2 days after the shipping deadline to notify the customer that there's a problem.
The Geek Squad is awesome!! I thought my laptop or my power cord to my laptop was messed up but the guy assured me there was just a bend inside the power cord. He even sped up my laptop's speed for me. Thank you

The food was great the service was great. I had just gotten out of the hospital and the waitress was helpful with suggestions in soft foods that I could eat.
Service is friendly. I have been there several times and if you schedule an appointment they will get to you promptly. Recently they had me drive all the way to the store to simply tell me they had to ship out my computer to be fixed. A simple phone call would have sufficed. But this was definitely the exception and not the rule.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Just make sure you price match whatever you buy. They tend to be more expensive than Micro Center and Newegg.
Considering it's Best Buy this is really not a bad store at all. I love coming in here and looking around, and occasionally believe it or not you can run into a good deal once in a while. Employees are always very helpful every single time I'm looking for something as well. Update: Wanted to also mention had to return something and it took all of 2 seconds. No issues whatsoever. Can't say the same about other Best Buy locations but this particular one was painless.

Went to buy a router and modem. Sales associate Cody was SUPER helpful. Also bought a little Bose Bluetooth speaker while just browsing. Unfortunately the router we chose is not compatible with our cable company so we have to take it back. He warned us that might happen though. Two week return time so that's good. Store is always clean and no shortage of people offering assistance.
Had no record of purchase I made there so would not consider repair
I hardly ever have a reason to step into a Best Buy, except for this most recent set of Black Friday deals. When I came in, I was greeted, I found my product quickly, was checked out quickly and by friendly and conversational staff, and left promptly. What more can I expect? All my expectations were fulfilled.

Food is good, the service is very bad. If you don't mind spending 2 hours at dinner, waiting for your food for an hour, this place is for you. Don't be surprised if they bring you the wrong food. This has happened at least 5 times to us over the past few years.

If I could give negative stars I would. The customer experience there is awful. In fact, the manager flat out told my husband who was attempting to exchange an item that he would be better off selling the brand new item on facebook marketplace. This is not the kind of service you expect from any retailer, especially one as large as Best Buy. You are better off purchasing your electronics from elsewhere. At least then you'll have some peace of mind should you require and after purchase support.

Check out employee thought his customers were his fan base and held conversations with them instead of waiting on me. So I left my purchase on a nearby shelf and left. Then went to Target and bought my DVDs there.

Terrible service! I went to this location to buy a new stereo system for my truck. The guy that tried to help me didn't know much about stereos, so he suggested I come back tomorrow to talk to the lead car audio guy and gave me his card. So, I went back the next and the lead audio guy was "too busy" to talk to me. So, i walked out and happily spent $1,500 at another car audio store. With service like this, this place will be obsolete in the next 5-10 years. Train your employees on customer service and product knowledge....its the only thing you have left to offer!

Price Matching: Best Buy does. Helpful saleswoman reminded me, we pulled up a disk drive on Amazon, priced lower than Best Buy. So I paid the Amazon price. Being able to examine the packaging, physically compare differences and ask questions is what stores do well. Best Buy has opened up aisles and decluttered, much better to shop in than before. And you don't have to wait for delivery! A good option, so Recommended.

This best buy been in this location since i move here to Raleigh back in 2006, it has went through a lot of major changes, the staff is still very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to what product you are looking for, plus side of things there are tons of products you are looking for, especially if you are going to college or starting a business they have some if not the best laptops on the market.

I enjoy best buy, I do. However i usually go there for movies and well as of late. Stock and service has been lacking. What was once a great store now caters to the collector in this area. What was once a great store with great finds is now mediocre. Maybe they should take a page out of their neighboring competition such as Walmart and Fye and hit home with the physical media consumer. Maybe they should hire someone who knows physical media that won't order and stock complete tripe. Whatever the problem the mighty have fallen. Hard.
I went here with my family once and never again disrespectful employees I absolutely was disgusted but the way they treated us they followed us around the store and at first I thought it was to help us but then I saw a whole bunch of employees gathering around to watch us and they gave us a horrible attitude they yelled at me and my little siblings when they were by themselves never again worst treatment that I’ve ever experienced
I like good price
I was pleasantly surpised to find that not only did the first employee that made eye contact with me not only listened to my specific needs but led me to a couple other gentlemen who were very knowledgeable and helpful given my antiquated knowledge of products and specs. I was also pleased after being informed that i could set up an appt to have a rep come to my project and help design the perfect all around system for audio and visual entertainment. I look forward to being able to do that. Thx guys

Overall a great store. Everytime I've gone to this location the staff is friendly and very helpful. They push their preferred brand a bit, but that's how most Best Buys are.
Great store, I come here all the time. I've purchased 2 TVs, a desktop gaming PC, a laptop and a DSLR camera here. Most recently we got the laptop and the employee helping us was great and super knowledgeable and trying hard to find us the best match for our price. I want to say her name was Gloria, I hope I'm remembering that correctly. Unfortunately the model we decided on wasn't in stock, but she did call the Brier Creek location who did have it in stock. We were able to pay for it at Crabtree and picked it up 15 mins later after we drove to Brier Creek thanks to solid communication between stores and coworkers! I will certainly keep coming back.

My husband and I went to best buy my son who was turning 16 a birthday gift, on entering the store we were greeted which was good..My son wanted some ear pods and a tv..the person who served us really did not have much knowledge of the products we were looking at so we kind of figured everything out ourselves.The sales person had.no product knowledge! ...we ended up purchasing two tv's and the ear pods..when we got home and set up one of the tv's we found that it did not work properly as the picture was messed up so we returned that tv and completed a straight swap for another one at the same price..The reason why I gave five stars is because the exchange was easy, the guys who helped us was really helpful and happy to assist with the exchange..The service is good at best buy. Not great but just ok, when shopping at best buy just make sure you find a sales advisor with some product knowledge of the item that you are buying...in all I would give them 9 out of 10 only because of the lack of product knowledge . Best Buy on Jonestown Road.

I had to visit there with a defective phone under a best buy warranty and I was totally impressed with everybody -- the guy at the geek squad was extremely helpful and the sales rep who helped me get into a new phone was outstanding.
Good, clean store with average prices. This store is really clean and organized. Unfortunately they don't carry that many video games (PC / Xbox / PS4)... this could be improved. I was there when they had a few Cyber Monday offers and those were really good.
They didn't have my samsung watch in stock but got me one from another store

I stood waiting for someone to answer a question about Bose soundsport headphones for almost 5 minutes until I just decided to buy them and walk out. It was like 20 employees hanging around smiling with their perfect hairdos talking to each other instead of their customers. Experienced customer service is hard to find because no one trains for it anymore.
I ordered online and picked up in store at their Reynoldsburg, Ohio location. Quick and friendly customer service by STACY. I was literally there 3 minutes. Super easy! Will definitely go back to this store again.

Sometimes when you go into a big store like this there's never enough help BUT that's definitely not the case here. There's always good customer service every time I go.
I went there on Black Friday to find a new TV (television). A ton of people filled the aisles, and I couldn't maneuver my way to the TV section. So, I remembered that I'm a parkour expert. I hopped on the displays, jumped section to section, and I landed safely in front of what I wanted. A Toshiba Fire TV in all its glory.
They have up to date electronics and also the best collections of CDs and movies I believe but don't quote me on that lol. Chill staff nice place over all
Great place to buy all your tech needs
Staff is always so helpful! I almost bought a $100 adapter cable for a printer and only needed a $20 one! That is why I am a regular, they are very honest and not just out for the sale! Job well done!

Bought an insured cellphone 2 months ago. It accidentally drop and crack the screen. While asked for repair, they say they can't fix there and told me go another store over 50 miles away. I am very disappointed by this since, they sell product and plan and can't fix there. Wont recommend buying here

Probably the worst sales experience I’ve ever had. Stay away from the store on Jonestown Rd!! I looked at a chrome book on Saturday evening it was priced on sale, so I wanted to look around . I did research on comparable chrome books and decided I wanted the one from Best Buy. I went in as soon as they opened on Sunday and the item was taken off sale and was now $200 more. I had pictures of the sale price and asked if they could honor the sale price on it. I was told that they wouldn’t honor it but if I found it at a better deal they would price match it for me. I searched and found it at the sale price on 4 different sites but they would not accept it because they “weren’t at the right stores” I begin to look at other laptops and chrome books. Finally after about an hour and a lot of back and forth I decided I would get a Dell chrome book, I compared this model to others in the store and figured I would get it. The sales associate told me he would get it and ring me up. The sales associate went to get the keys after all this he comes back to me and said I don’t have it in stock but I can order it. This was the last straw, I said don’t worry about I’ll go somewhere else. So after almost an hour and a half and horrible customer service I still don’t have the product. Their knowledge of their own inventory is lacking and their willingness to work with customers or even honor their price or competitors prices will keep me from going back to this location ever again. Save your time and gas, find another location or a different store to purchase your electronics from.
About as good as a Best buy can be. Stopped in here on Black Friday and it was organized very well with a lot of on floor assistance by staff. Even on non holidays it's a great Best buy to visit, helpful staff.

Went to do a refund today and I had my original receipt and Packaging. They said because of the refund policy I could only get store credit .I said that's not right .I asked for a manager Diana came over and said because of the 15 day policy I could only get store credit it was like 20 days most ridiculous refund policy ever worse customer service experience in a long time dont waste your time shop somewhere else . Bright, clean store and good selections. Young girl in Geek area was not too helpful. She was impatient and started to walk away while I was still asking a question. And I had a scheduled appointment with Geek. However, the young man in printers was very helpful and patient.
I didn't know there was Best Buy location that work on your electronics onsite for Pa it's in York only. It was worth the drive to have my cell phone fixed. The Geek Squad knows there stuff!
I believe the gentlemans name as William, was extremely helpful. After a bit of a wait, he left his department to come help me find what I needed. He was extremely helpful, and friendly. Great overall experience.

Nate did an excellent job of answering all my questions and providing me with information I needed to make an informed decision regarding my TV purchase. I really liked the one stop shopping I received.
Geek Squad is completely useless. They require appointments for every little thing, including an appointment to issue a refund when they aren’t capable of fixing a laptop problem. One customer service rep was actually smacking gum while explaining that she would have to schedule another appointment to install a new battery.

Brought in my laptop to get serviced. Was told upon entering that I needed an appointment and that they normally don't talk to walk-ins but that I could try. Upon going to the geek squad desk, I explained as to what was going on with my computer and that I wanted to have it fixed. The gentleman stated that I'd probably be spending more than it's worth to fix it. Didn't try to look at it, barely spent a couple minutes with me, looked and sounded as if he didn't want to be there. I stated that I still wanted the work done as I liked this computer but again, he was pushing for me to buy a new one and forget the one I already had. I left very frustrated. Did a couple minutes of research online, looking for what I needed. Found it too!! Oh, and it's only $100. Since when is $100 more than what a laptop is worth?? Now it's very apparent that he wasn't interested in actually helping me. I was willing to pay you guys for the work you be done but now, I'll just do it myself. Thanks for nothing guys! Definitely will NOT be returning!!!

If your in too electronics and technology this is the place to go they have all the latest stuff. Plus they will prove match Amazon and other local competitors also. With the added benefit of being able to insure your purchase in case you damage or break it. Through there store for a reasonably priced added warranty. This alone makes it a great place to buy those over priced electronics.
best buy what else is there?
People are nice to you, but; bought items online as a guest on the website and order is very messed up. Emails, order tracking, etc is way below industry standards.
They were all very helpful and we were able to complete our goal of updating the cell phone. Thanks to all who helped our "low vision" needs!
The majority of the staff is more than helpful. This is a great place to buy almost anything modern with electronics. They usually have bundle package deals or accessory deals if your buying a few items. Prices are pretty normal compared to other major retail stores. Not saying you won't be able to possibly find it cheaper online but still nice to actually know your getting a new quality item with warranties and return policies.
I like the store, but honestly if you don't need something immediately, you can order it online for a cheaper price. Also, this particular store is in a location that is sometimes swamped with traffic. Too many people trying to get in or out at the same time is a common problem here.
Get great deals on cell phones and their insurance is cheaper then my provider!

Amazing. I was told at other places I would need to buy a whole new phone due to a frozen screen, but an awesome young man here fixed my phone around 12 today for free and it took 2 minutes. I didn’t get his name, but he was young with curly hair and he was amazing!! Super nice and helpful

This place has had such a turnaround. I would refuse to go in the because of the awful service every time, then heard about new management. I went in there out of convenience (and some desperation), and was stunned at how much more helpful they were with everything. The new GM really has changed the culture, which is impressive. I mean there are some corporate policies that still baffle me, but that's somewhat not their fault. Sadly, I heard that the GM was just there temporarily, and is leaving. I hope the culture change stays, because this location is quite convenient.

Selection is absolutely wonderful, lots of smiling staff to help, but their prices are not the greatest.
Priced as you would expect for retail electronics IMO - best way to get value is to be a cardholder and/or take advantage of price matching. All caution with credit cards applies of course - and if you are a tech head like myself, you want to think long & hard about that (getting a card)
Associates who work there are very knowledgeable about products, helpful with all of my questions and did not push to sell. I've been a few times now and enjoyed each visit

I went into Best Buy in Warwick to pay my bill. The cashier,Anthony, had a customer but it was very clear Anthony was helping the customer shop on Best Buys Web via the customers phone. After selecting items Anthony asked the customer if this was the memory he needed or if he wanted this other item. AFTER 5-7 minutes and with two customers waiting .Anthony finally finished the transaction. This customer should have been sent to customer service instead of ignoring the customers waiting in line. VERY POOR CUSTOMER AWARENESS!
