Jon was amazing! He diagnosed the problem for FREE in less than 2 hours (new keyboard for my laptop). He order the replacement part and loaned me a keyboard so I could continue using my computer until the part came in. AMAZING service. You have a loyal customer for life. Thank you.

Dropped off my laptop then went to lunch and it was ready before we finished eating! The issues were fixed and so fast I didn't lose any time at all. They know their craft well. The business is a few minutes out of the way but definitely worth it.
