Really wish I could give 10 stars! My iPhone 8 stopped charging and my screen was cracked. They cleaned out my charging port of lent and that fixed the charging problem. Second they replaced my broken screen and they did it while I waited. Nice waiting area, and excellent service.

Asap came highly recommended from 4 facebook friends when I put up a post seeking laptop assistance. I went in this morning with my laptop not charging and I need my laptop for a power point presentation Tuesday morning! I explained the urgency and honestly I was stressed! The owner reassured that it would be repaired by then. He took my laptop in and told me he would call me in the evening with an update. He called me two hours later stating it was fixed! I went here yesterday for a screen replacement for my iPhone. As the phone technician was installing the screen I struck up a conversation with the other guy working. Turns out it was the owner who is originally from holly springs, his family operated a gas station with grill at the very same location from the 60's to the 90's. He described how the town use to be in the late 70's, 80's and all the changes since then. We sat and talked for almost a hour. I learned so much history about this little town! Great to see a business that still has family roots still here. Thank you for your time and for the fast fix of my iPhone!

I am so impressed by the quality of service from ASAP computers. I dropped my iPad and broke the screen. These guys repaired the screen but after it was acting funky. What impressed me was that they were determined to get it working. Its not easy to find businesses that stand by their work. The owner even took it upon himself to check in and make sure everything was working after I had it a few days. I now have a crack free perfectly working iPad! I see why everyone likes these computer guys. I drove from Knightdale about 35/40 minutes because my niece recommended them. They were able to fix it while I waited because they didn't want me to have to drive all the way back to pick up my computer. We talked about basketball while he worked on my computer we did disagree on who the greatest basketball player was. He said Michael Jordan and I said LeBron James but it was a funny good conversation. Good people skills and friendly. I'll recommend asap to my family

I LOVE ASAP! I work from home and when my hard drive crashed at 3pm on a Friday, I panicked. The guys at ASAP had me up and running by 6pm, that same day!. Now, if I have ANY computer issues, I let them handle it (Windows downgrade from 8 to 7, Rootkit virus on the gaming PC, multiple email configurations in Outlook). They are worth every penny.

I took my corporate laptop in on Thursday right before closing for a broken screen. Patrick looked at it and said he would have to order the screen and it would be the following week before it was received from Dell. Another fast repair! One thing I'd like to say when I was picking up my laptop their was a customer in front of me telling the guy at the counter they needed their laptop back in two days due to work,the man at the counter told him it would take four days for the part to come in and the customer said they needed it back in two days and was pretty rude to technician about it. Good job to the technician for keeping calm. If it was me I wouldn't have been as nice. Computer owners if you can't go a few days with out your computer so a part can come in go buy a spare computer to use and be nicer to these guys they work hard.

I highly recommend this computer repair shop. I brought two items in, my cracked iPhone screen which was repaired within an hour and was a reasonably priced repair. Also a MacBook Pro that had been giving me issues for almost a year. A week later I have the laptop back and it is like a brand new computer again. They replaced the ram, failing hard drive and broken WiFi card, also cleaned the computer inside and out, literally looks brand new. The previous owner had dented the bottom really bad and they even removed the dents without me asking. A new bottom cover is $160 bucks and they saved me on that. I’d requested approval before spending a certain amount on the repairs and instead they kept it at that amount and ate the cost of the WiFi card. Exceptional customer service here, constant communication/updates on the repair(s) and just super knowledgeable and wonderful people. Thanks for everything ASAP Computers!

My father that’s in his 70’s has never owned a computer! Never! We decided to buy him one so we could FaceTime the grand kids. We purchased him a laptop with a large screen and keyboard to see easier. We tried to tell him over the phone how to set it all up ane he just couldn’t figure it out. I took to Google and found this computer repair store. I called and explained our problem. He ask for my father to bring in the laptop and he would help him. I was worried he would get inpatient trying to learn and just give up on it. The owner spent over a hour explaining how to use the laptop. From how to turn it on to how to use the internet and how to use Skype. Installed antivirus ware and word. He was so happy when he called me and told me how nice the owner was and how easy it was to learn how to do the basics. Thank you for your time to help my father. You don’t know how much you helped us!

Stopped in two months ago and dropped off my laptop. Was slow, took minutes to do anything. They did a malware removal and it worked great until I accidentally downloaded more malware.. I knew I had a month warranty on the work they did and it had been 35 days since they repaired it. I called them and they told me they would honor the warranty since it was still near the 30 day warranty. Got it back today and its running awesome! I promise I wont download anything else! Thank you sooooo much! You have no idea how happy you have made me!

I was referred to this company from the best buy store. Best buy was going to have to mail my laptop back to HP to get a new board that runs the laptop. I didn't want to go two to three weeks with out my HP! ASAP ordered me a new board and did the repair at their store. Total time took five days. All my pictures and music was saved.

I haven't used their service yet but I do want to share a story about them. Monday during lunch I was driving on 55 hwy when I noticed a dog had got struck by a car. I pulled to the shoulder of the road to see if I could offer any assistance. A small group had stopped due to the dog still laying in the highway. No one really seemed to know what to do. About that time a man came over and wrapped the dog up and put him in his truck. He told us he was rushing him to the vet. I noticed he had on a shirt that said Asap computer Holly Springs. It turns out he is the owner of the business. I want to say thank you to Ben for knowing what to do and for having such a big heart. You're a good man. I really hope the pup survived.

I have used ASAP on two different occasions. Both times they have gone over and above my expections. Everyone there is very professional and really make you feel you are being taken care of in a personable way. There prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Benny has been a great help to our family with phone issues over the past couple of years. After one phone just died inexplicably, he took the time to fully diagnose if it was recoverable ( it wasn’t). He advised us to purchase a new one, while waiving his fee. This year he fixed my son’s phone, broken while riding his bike. There was a glitch with the phone but he took it to another expert and they got it back to functioning properly. Great customer service. Goes the extra mile. Will use anytime we have tech problems.

Best Buy sent me over to asap for a hard drive replacement. I had my laptop back in two days vs the two weeks Best Buy quoted me. They cloned my old hard drive to make my new one look like the old one so it looks the same. I lost no pictures or programs

Came in to the office this morning and my desktop would not start. I thought it was a bad power supply so I called ASAP Computer to see if they could take a look at it. Immediately talked to Douglas and he said to come on down with it and he would take a look. He immediately took my computer in and tested the power supply to find out. Turns out I was wrong, there was another issue keeping the computer from starting. Next came diagnostics to find out what exactly was the problem. I'm not a computer repair tech but know a lot about computers, he was extremely knowledgeable and found out quickly that my ssd harddrive had completely failed. Luckily I had a backup drive to load my files, but it didn't have my windows drivers. They had a harddrive in stock and within two hours of my call I am now typing this review on my newly repaired computer. Excellent knowledgeable staff, well stocked and inviting shop. What more could you ask for in a Monday morning emergency. I'd give them 10 stars if available!!

ASAP Computers was a TOTAL life saver, I've lived in Holly Springs my entire life, been to countless computer stores and have never seen a store like "ASAP". Their website is absolutely amazing, very clean, cut and the information needed is easy and very accessible to find. I just recently invested around $3500 into a custom built gaming computer(picture is up on Google). The computer was giving me trouble and eventually shut down completely and would not turn on, I took the computer to ASAP in the afternoon and was greeted immediately upon walking in the door. I set my computer down they got my basic information and said they would have a tech contact me tomorrow, It was quick, easy and a family friendly environment. I received a call the very next day saying my computer was finished I was AMAZED at how fast they finished my computer. They spent countless work and personal hours finishing my computer "ASAP" (no pun intended). They rebuilt my entire computer and the price was so cheap I was stunned. I would 5/5 Star ASAP computers and will always take my computers their when there is a problem.

I was hacked and Ben got my computer hack free in a quick amount of time. I originally took my computer in to have them check it at Best Buy at white oak in garner. A member of the qeek squad told me it was running to slow and it was because people were trying to get into it. So she told me to buy webroot she tried to sell me the package for $199 but I bought just the webroot, which I’ll be returning and after installing it 10 minutes after I got a pop up message saying that my computer was being hacked and not to turn it off or I’d loss all my data. So I called the number in the pop up message and they told me I needed all of this experience software. I hung up with them and did research and I found Ben at asap. He took care of my computer for a good price and it’s not having any more problems.

my computer was heavily damaged ans ASAP tried their best to fix it. they informed that they could get me a better computer for a cheaper price then it was to fix.they then only charged me for the new computer and not the time and effort they spent on the old one. If I have anymore or any of my friends need to fix their computer i will most definitely recommend ASAP.

My cellphone screen started flickering and would randomly start turning off. I brought it to ASAP for them to see what was going on. He took the screen off in front of me and showed me that I had a after market screen, a screen not made by Apple. I had just had the screen replaced in Cary at a cellphone store. He explained to me that he could put a new original Apple screen in and it would solve the problem and it did! The screen was a little more than the fake one I had installed before but it was well worth it! Haven't had any issues. 100% recommend them! I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone.

They called me twice with updates and to let me know how the repair was going. It took them a total of a day to repair it and gave me a discount since I'm active duty! To start, I NEVER leave feedback for anything BUT I made an exception this time. To sum it up, I was really impressed by ASAP. I walked in last minute on a Thurs afternoon and the owner, Ben, sat down with me and explained what was potentially wrong with my laptop and what they can do to save me money when fixing it. I received a call the next day and picked it up late that afternoon. Guess what, my laptop works! Both days Ben stayed after business hours to show me examples to better educate me and give me piece of mind.
